Hey everyone. So if you're wondering why I'm posting this so early, it's because I'm going to be out all day today, so unless you want me to post this tomorrow, I had to post this way early in the morning. This is the second part of the musical and immediately gets back into the plot of Savitar. Hope you enjoy. My co-authors are Brightburn1985 and ThomasMarieAmell2.0.

Disclaimer: I don't own the Flash.

Barry woke up to the sight of Caitlin silently packing up her suitcase. He didn't even remember falling asleep. "So that's it?"

Caitlin started at the sound of his voice and turned around. "I'm sorry," she shook her head.

"Why do you keep doing this? Why are you making yourself miserable? It could just be the two of us. We'll leave the city, the country if you want! Why do you keep running away?"

"I don't understand you. How can you ask that of me after all I've done? After I let you go?"

"One of us has to, and I'm never going to let you go Caitlin. Because I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, no matter how long that is. No matter how short it is, I want every second I can get with you because you complete me. You are everything to me."

Tears started falling from Caitlin's eyes at Barry's confession. As she wiped away her tears, she said, "Okay,"

"Okay?" Barry asked.

"Okay," Caitlin nodded her head. "Let's get out of here."

"Let's go," a wide smile appeared on Barry's face as he grabbed Caitlin's hands and pulled her in for another kiss.

The two packed Caitlin's clothes and arrived at Barry's apartment to pack his as well.

By the time they were ready and at the train station with their suitcases and tickets, it was already dark.

"So are you finally going to tell me why you never showed up the first time?" Barry asked as they were walking down the train platform.

"Well…" Caitlin trailed off, but then came face to face with a group of hooded figures lined up in front of them. "It's them,"

"Who are you?" Barry asked.

One of them pulled down their hood to reveal the face of Oliver Queen.

"Oliver?"

"I thought I told you to never see him again?" Oliver said.

"He found me. I was going to leave…" Caitlin tried to say.

"Or maybe you were hoping to be caught. Either way, deal's broken, and now you're both fair game," Oliver pulled out a gun and aimed it at the two of them.

"Wait, what's going on?" Barry asked.

"Still haven't figured it out? And I thought you were smart. I'm the reason your little girlie never showed up," Oliver declared.

"Why would you do that?"

"Because you owe me. I found you on the streets and gave you everything, and you thought you could leave just like that? You are nothing without me."

"Look, you don't have to do this. You can just let us leave, and you'll never hear from us again. I promise." Barry said.

"I saved you from a lifetime of pain and hardship. There's only one way I let you leave and it's not on that train," Oliver glared and angled the gun to point at Caitlin and fired two shot is quick succession.

"No!" Barry shouted and tried to jump in the way.

The world slowed down to a near standstill. The bullets were still speeding forward and Barry was now directly in front of Caitlin. He wrapped his hand with one of Caitlin's and waited for the bullet to strike.

That burning feeling came up once more and Barry opened his mouth for what may be the final time. Caitlin and Oliver were joining as well.

Is this the real life?

Is this just fantasy?

Caught in a landslide

No escape from reality

Open your eyes

Look up to the skies and see

I'm just poor boy, I need no sympathy

Because I'm easy come, easy go

A little high, little low

Anyway the wind blows doesn't really matter to me, to me

Mama, just killed a man

Held my gun against his head

Pulled my trigger, now he's dead

Mama, life had just begun

But now I've gone and thrown it all away

Mama, ooo

Didn't mean to make you cry

If I'm not back again this time tomorrow

Carry on, carry on, as if nothing really matters

Too late, my time has come

Sends shivers down my spine,

Body's aching all the time

Goodbye everybody - I've got to go

Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth.

Mama - ooo

I don't want to die

I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all

I see a little silhouetto of a man

Scaramouche, Scaramouche will you do the fandango?

Thunderbolt and lightning - very very frightening me

Galileo, Galileo

Galileo, Galileo

Galileo Figaro - Magnifico

But I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me

He's just a poor boy, from a poor family

Spare him his life for this poor monstrosity

Easy come, easy go - will you let me go?

Bismillah! No - we will not let you go - Let him go

Bismillah! We will not let you go - Let him go

Bismillah! We will not let you go - Let me go

Will not let you go - Let me go

Never let you go - Let me go

Never let me go - ooo

No, no, no, no, no, no, no-

Oh mama mia, mama mia, mama mia let me go

Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me

For me

For me

So you think you can stone me and spit in my eye?

So you think you can love me and leave me to die?

Oh baby - can't do this to me baby

Just gotta get out - just gotta get right out of here

Ooh yeah, ooh yeah

Nothing really matters

Anyone can see

Nothing really matters - nothing really matters to me

Anyway the wind blows…

As soon as the song finished, time resumed normally and the bullets lodged itself into Barry's chest.

Barry fell onto his back and into Caitlin's arms. Blood was flowing from the two bullet wounds and Barry coughed up a handful of blood as well.

Caitlin cradled Barry in her arms, almost as if she were trying to get Barry to heal.

Oliver aimed his gun at Caitlin once again but hesitated for a second. "Now that he's gone, there's really no point in you. But if I ever see you again, you won't live to see another day."

Oliver put away the gun and walked away from the now abandoned train platform. The others following his lead. Only Caitlin and Barry remained with Barry bleeding out.

"I'm sorry," Barry mumbled.

"Don't be sorry. If we could have left that first time, if I didn't let myself be cornered by Oliver, we could have lived a happy life together."

"I am happy, because you're here with me."

"But you're leaving me, and you promised me you would never do that," Caitlin cried.

"Which is why I'm so sorry,"

"Shhh," Caitlin pressed a finger to his lips. "Save your strength. It's okay. I love you Fleet Feet."

Barry squeezed her hand as tightly as he could. "I love you, Ms. Frosty."

Barry was then encased in darkness and he found himself in a dark void.

A sudden clapping sound came from behind him. Barry turned around to see Music Meister with a satisfied smile on his face. "Well that was beautiful. Almost brought me to tears." he joked as lightly wiped at his eyes.

"Is that it? I died? The story's over?"

"Well yeah. That's how every story ends. In death. Happily ever after is just a fairy tale you humans have constructed. The entire point was that it was entertaining. For me at least. Your team, not so much, but that may be because they didn't get to watch as well." Music Meister shrugged.

"Look, I don't care about that anymore. I played your little game, we had a deal. I reach the end, I go back home, and you leave us alone."

"Fine, fine," Music Meister raised his hands in defence. "This was fun. See you on the flip side." he winked and snapped his fingers.

Barry's eyes opened and he looked around. The familiar sight of being in STAR Labs filled his vision with his team and friends surrounding him.

"You're awake!" Caitlin exclaimed.

Everyone rushed to see him as Caitlin helped him get out of bed, but Barry didn't feel bad. He felt completely fine.

"Thanks, so what did I miss whilst I was out?" Barry asked.

"Not much, you were out for only a few hours. What did he do to you?" Caitlin asked.

"He trapped me in a musical, and I wouldn't be able to leave until I finished it."

"Lucky! I wish I were in a musical," Kara said.

"Let me tell you, everything is so much easier in musicals. Aside from the initial confusion and the songs, everything was so easy."

"Well of course it was. That's the point, that the plot is easy to follow, and we want to skip all the boring bits to keep people interested," a voice sounded at the doorway.

"Bro, I thought you were stuck in the Pipeline." Cisco shouted when he saw Music Meister had escaped.

"Cisco, come on. I mean, did you really expect that little box to hold me?" Music Meister raised an eyebrow as if Cisco were joking.

"Yeah."

"Doesn't matter," Music Meister waved him off. "What matters is that I'm done here. I had my fun with the Flash. I fought all of you off, so my work is finished. May we meet again, in this life or the next. Dream a little dream of me."

Music Meister hummed to himself as he turned around to walk away and disappeared in a sprinkle of light.

Everybody sighed in relief once he was gone, glad to finally be rid of him.

The team of Supergirl had left with promises to continue to keep in touch without the threat of the world looming over them. After Julian had asked all of his questions, but was already thinking of more. Always a scientist.

Barry and Caitlin entered their house in silence. Both waiting for the other to speak.

"I love you," they both said at the same time.

After the initial shock, they both let out a chuckle at the ridiculousness of the situation.

"You go first," Caitlin gestured to Barry.

"Okay, when I was stuck in my mind, for most of the time, you were missing, and I was searching for you. I was going out of my mind because I can't imagine any world where you and I aren't together, and not even in the romantic sense, but that we didn't want to be part of each other's lives. So I guess what I'm saying is that I never want to be apart from you ever again, because it's you and me. You and I for the rest of eternity because there is nowhere I'd rather go than in your arms."

Caitlin sniffled and wiped away a few stray tears. "You suck,"

They both laughed at that. "What did you want to say?" Barry asked.

"Today, when you were unconscious, you made me realize something, and that is I always want to be beside you through everything. I would walk through hell and back if you were by my side. Because you make me feel so strong, as if I were a gem. You mean so much to me. So much that I'd never be able to find the right words that mean it, so…"

Caitlin pulled out her phone and went to her personal playlist and tapped on a song. Music started the ring and Barry realized where this was going.

"Really?" Barry asked incredulously.

"Yeah," Caitlin nodded her head.

"This seems like a really bad idea,"

"Shut up." Caitlin grinned and opened her mouth as the lyrics started. Mouthing along to the words as she really couldn't sing.

Sometimes I hate every single stupid word you say.

Sometimes I want to slap you in your whole face.

There's no one quite like you.

You push all my buttons down.

I know life would suck without you.

At the same time, I wanna hug you

I wanna wrap my hands around your neck.

You're an asshole, but I love you.

And you make me so mad I ask myself

Why I'm still here, or where could I go?

You're the only love I've ever known.

But I hate you, I really hate you

So much I think it must be

True love, true love.

It must be true love.

Nothing else could break my heart like

True love, true love.

It must be true love.

No one else could break my heart like you.

Just once try to wrap your little brain around my feelings.

Just once please try not to be so mean.

Repeat after me now. R-O-M-A-N-C-E-E-E

Come on, I'll say it slowly.

You can do it babe.

At the same time, I wanna hug you

I wanna wrap my hands around your neck.

You're an asshole, but I love you.

And you make me so mad I ask myself,

Why I'm still here, or where could I go?

You're the only love I've ever known.

But I hate you, I really hate you

So much I think it must be

True love, true love.

It must be true love.

Nothing else could break my heart like

True love, true love.

It must be true love.

No one else could break my heart like you.

Why do you rub me up the wrong way?

Why do you say the things that you say?

Sometimes I wonder how we ever came to be.

But without you I'm incomplete.

I think it must be

True love, true love.

It must be true love.

Nothing else could break my heart like

True love, true love.

It must be true love.

And no one else could break my heart like you.

No one else could break my heart like you.

No one else could break my heart like you.

The song finished and Caitlin grasped Barry's hands and leaned forward to give him a kiss. A decision having been decided in her mind.

"Barry Allen will you… would you… oh god, there's a reason why women don't do this," Caitlin tried to say, but continued to get choked up.

"I think I know what you're trying to say. I got this," Barry kissed her forehead. "Caitlin Snow, for so long, I thought that I would never be happy after everything that has happened in my life. But then you came, and somehow, you make me happier than I ever thought possible. So Caitlin Snow, Ms. Frosty, will you marry me?"

"Yes," Caitlin nodded her head. "I will Fleet Feet. I will marry you."

They both grinned at each other and embraced one another.

"You are going to get me a ring right? Because you run a multi-million dollar company. There's no excuse for not getting your fiancee an engagement ring." Caitlin pulled away.

"We'll talk more in the morning. For tonight, it's just you and I," Barry pulled her back and kissed her soft lips as Caitlin wrapped her arms around his neck.

Everything was perfect tonight.

Caitlin and Barry had announced their engagement to the rest of the team. They were both met with excitement and hugs from everybody as they cheered in happiness.

"I can't say I expected this so soon, but I totally expected this. I'm the best man right?" Cisco asked.

"You're the best man." Barry nodded his head.

Cisco placed a hand over his heart and sighed in happiness. "I am so honoured. So what have you guys got planned?"

"Well this was just last night, so I still need to get Caitlin a ring, we're planning on going to get a ring fitting this afternoon if nothing happens."

"You've got nothing now. Get your lovely fiancee a ring son," Joe urged him.

"I guess that's true. Want to go?" Barry asked.

Caitlin was about to answer, but the alarm cut her off, alerting the team to criminal activity in the city. "I think we spoke too soon. You got this?"

"Be back in a flash." Barry kissed her forehead and sped off with his suit.

The alert was apparently a murder of a woman named Tracy Brand. A blade through the heart. Murdered in her office in the university she worked in.

There was nothing the Flash could do, so Barry returned as a CSI to look for any evidence.

"So what have you got? Crime in broad daylight, nobody saw a thing. Tell me you have something," Joe practically begged Barry.

"Body's been dead for a few hours. So whoever it is, can't have gotten far. The penetration of the body suggests the unsub used a knife with a distinctive shape." Barry listed off. "The wound is on her front, so she probably saw who her attacker was. The blade was sent on a downward angle, so we can assume the attacker is decently tall. Other than that, I got nothing. Was anything stolen?"

"Not that we can tell, it seemed the target was Dr. Tracy Brand. Killer came in, killed her quickly and got out. Could have been a hit," Joe suggested.

"But for what reason? What was she working on here?" Barry asked.

Joe looked through his notes and chuckled slightly. "You,"

Barry looked at him in confusion. "She was studying the Flash. Speedsters. Trying to see if the energy you create when you run is a byproduct or if it's the source of your power. Of course without her own speedster to study, she wasn't getting very far."

Barry developed a look as if he had come across something he'd never thought of before.

"What?" Joe asked. "I recognize that look. That's the look you get when you've got an idea."

"The blade that killed her. I'm not completely certain. I'll need to study it a bit more, but I thought it seemed familiar. If I'm right, it's almost the exact same shape as the blade on Savitar's suit," Barry explained in a whispered tone.

"You think Savitar killed her? Why?"

"She was studying speedsters. Maybe she was getting closer to something, more than she realized and Savitar needed to take her out before she did?" Barry said. "Of course, this is all just in speculation that Savitar was the one who killed her."

Joe just sighed in defeat. "We need to figure out who this guy is, and fast."

Barry nodded in agreement as he started packing up and getting ready to transport the body for further study.

The autopsy report had returned, as well as a rough sketch of the shape of the blade that killed Tracy Brand.

The team didn't have the blade itself to compare it to, but it looked exactly like the one on Savitar's suit.

Another step forward in Savitar's plans. Now if only they could get their own plan to progress. They still had no idea who Savitar was, or any way to stop him. It felt like they were going nowhere.

Barry released a frustrated grunt and flipped the table he was working on in aggression.

"Feeling okay?" Caitlin asked him in concern.

"No, I'm not okay. We've got nothing to go on, in regards to Savitar. He's not like the others. He's not trying to get close to me, he's not trying to engage me in a fight. He knows he's got me beat, he's just toying with me. The only thing I do know about him is that he hates me and that he's been trapped in the Speed Force for who knows how long, so there's nothing for us to find here."

"Well why does he hate you?" Caitlin asked.

"I don't know. I ruined his life somehow, but he's been displaced in time. The reason could be that I did something in the future that I haven't done yet, like with the Reverse Flash."

"Yet we still managed to figure out who he was,"

"Because he made mistakes. He tried to get close to me, but when we found out he was keeping secrets from us, like the danger of the Particle Accelerator, we decided to see what else he could be hiding, which led to us finding out he was the Reverse Flash."

"And with Zoom?"

"I was suspicious of him from the beginning. But when we found out what blue lightning meant to a speedster, and that 'Jay' subjected himself to speed drugs, we learned that 'Jay' was Zoom."

"We've always learned about them without meaning to. Something will come up that will just click and everything will be revealed. It's just going to take time. And sometimes, I don't think it was worth knowing who they really were."

"Not worth knowing? 'A truth not worth knowing.' That's what Savitar said would happen when we had Julian linked up with him. Maybe this is what he was talking about." Barry said, but then shook his head. "We have to. An identity goes a long way to understanding them and how to take them down. But I don't even know where to start with Savitar."

"You don't know what the future holds. It's a mystery that we just need to wait for," Caitlin gave him a light kiss on the cheek before leaving to continue working.

Suddenly an idea occurred in Barry's head. "I don't know the future, but I can get a hint,"

Barry went to where they had hidden the box containing the Philosopher's Stone. They were out of leads, there was nothing connecting Savitar to any events in history. And it was unlikely Savitar would have a paper trail considering he'd spent centuries in the Speed Force. This was the only thing that could possibly give them an idea.

Opening the box, Barry reached inside and grabbed hold of the stone. The subtle glow entrancing Barry. The power of the stone calling to be used.

Barry took a breath to relax himself. He knew not to be astonished by what he would be shown. He was prepared this time.

Letting just a little bit of his power flow into the stone, Barry was taken to another place. A place where he was only a bystander, unable to influence what he'd see.

Barry was on a dirt road. Far away from any civilization. There seemed to be nothing for miles around.

Two bright flashes of lightning blazed in. Barry turned to see himself and the tall figure of Savitar staring at each other.

"You're here," Barry's duplicate said.

"You used the stone and I felt it calling me to meet you. Why?" Savitar growled.

"I want to know who you are," Barry demanded.

"Still trying to learn who I am? If you still have yet to figure it out, you never will." Savitar scoffed.

"Which is why you're going to tell me."

"And why would I do that?" Savitar seemed genuinely interested in what Barry had to say.

"Because it's what you said. 'One will uncover a truth not worth knowing.' So it's time for me to uncover that truth. Tell me who you are."

All was silent for a moment, but then Savitar dropped down to his knees. The suit's lights dimmed and the back of the suit opened up. There was movement. Someone was standing up…

And Barry had returned to the present. His vision cleared and he was back in STAR Labs with the stone in his hands.

"No! Who was it? Who was in the suit?" Barry exclaimed at the stone for not revealing to him the identity of Savitar.

Barry just shook his head in frustration and placed the stone back in its box and stowed it away.

That vision wasn't sometime in the distant future like last time, this was soon. Tonight, if their conversation was any indication. Savitar felt Barry use the stone and was calling the both of them to meet together.

The vision was shown to be night, and the sun had already set. It was time to meet with a god.

Barry didn't know exactly where, but he trusted the Speed Force not to lead them astray.

Barry ran to the outskirts of the city. A dirt road, and no civilization anywhere. By the time Barry arrived, it was already dark.

As soon as Barry came to a stop, another spark of lightning came as well, stopping right in front of Barry.

"You're here," Barry said, not even thinking about how this was turning out exactly as he saw.

And the person standing up was revealed to bear the exact face Barry saw everyday in the mirror.

"Like I told you from the beginning." Barry's lookalike smirked. "You've known me since the moment you entered this world."

So that happened. First things first, the two songs from the musical are 'Bohemian Rhapsody' by Queen and 'True Love' by P!nk. Caitlin 'performed' 'True Love by herself, but 'Bohemian Rhapsody is a combination of Barry, Caitlin, and Oliver. Barry is the italics, Caitlin is the bolded and italics, and Oliver is the bolded. Hope you all liked how I made the musical.

And Caitlin and Barry are engaged! This was going to happen if I decided to do the musical. If I decided not to, they would have gotten engaged at the beginning of season 4. It's not like it makes that much difference, but here it is.

Okay, now onto the meat of the chapter. Savitar. Now I know I said Savitar is a Barry lookalike, but as stated before he is not Barry! Some of you have managed to guess correctly, but I am not telling who those people are. Savitar's origin will be explained next week. We've got two more chapters before the end of the season, so let's see how I hold up.
