A/N: As you can see I did not do the last 3 together like I normally do. I will just do it regularly and when finishing the last ep will put up my new story before doing an epilogue for this as I need to think up what to do.

Chapter XLIX: Operation Galactic Storm.
Last Time.
"I'd per the term meddle," Spider-Man replied before hitting a button having the energy disappear before Kang appeared by him and blasts Spider-Man who dodges.
Captain America suddenly throws his shield at Kang, standing next to other Avengers. "Kang!"
Spider-Man pulls out another piece in the machine having Kang yell. "No!" The wave hits him and he disappears as the others arrive.
"So, did we win?"
"Huh. New Avengers. That actually worked."
Later.
Iron Man, Cap, and Thor stood on a roof with Spider-Man who was crouched on a flag pole. "Well, Kang's gone, who knows where, or when. You guys are all alive. We pretty much saved the world. So that's... That's pretty much that. I guess I can get back to chasing muggers and-"
Iron Man then stopped Spider-Man who stood. "Spider-Man, you did good, all of you did. The world needs heroes. Everyone agreed, even if it's only as a reserve member, we want you as an Avenger." He explained as he hands Spider-Man an Identicard.
"Wow, I don't know what to say. Thanks." He then takes the Identicard. "So, does this get me a discount anywhere?"
Iron Man looked to the others at that. "Are we sure about this?"
Now.
S.W.O.R.D.
"We are now outside of Mercury's gravitational influence and are on approach to the Sun. Shields are holding Commander Corbeau, but at this range, solar winds would have incinerated any ship Earth technology could create." One female said looking at a screen.
She looked at a man wearing glasses and had short black hair.
S.W.O.R.D. is now traveling in their newly captured Kree ship when they detect wormhole activity near the sun. "It's bright, too. Thanks. Update the logs. We're in range of the anomaly and are proceeding with our investigation. It doesn't make sense. There are traces of wormhole energy, but it's not active. It's like the wormhole is open on the other end, but not this one."
"Is that even possible?"
"I don't know. I've been consulting with scientists on Earth, but communication's been spotty this close to the Sun. Not to mention the time lag. It takes about 8 minutes for the signal to get back to Earth." He replied before an alarm went off and they saw a Kree ship appear in front of the Sun.
It then slowly flies over to them as another, but smaller, ships appears as well.
"We've got incoming. What are those?"
Peter then down before speaking. "The big one's a Kree warship. Send a message to S.W.O.R.D. command. Falchion One has encountered hostiles and is about to be engaged. I just hope we can survive the 8 minutes it's going to take that message to get there." He then saw more ships appear.
Avengers Mansion
The Avengers just watched the footage before Abigail Brand appeared on the screen. "That was 9 minutes ago." She said before Captain America picked up his shield.
"We're on our way."
Hydro Base.
A Kree ship appeared above the base before cloaking as Kree soldiers dressed in black came out and moved to the ship.
Meanwhile, the Avengers walk up to Captain Mar-Vel's cell. "Something has happened, hasn't it?"
They then take him into a briefing room and Iron Man shows Mar-Vel a photo of the ships. "This was taken about 20 minutes ago. We need to know why the Kree Empire just parked 6 ships in front of our Sun."
"This is just the start. The Kree have come to claim this system. Earth is in a tactically-strategic position."
Ms. Marvel then stood in front of everyone at that. "It doesn't make any sense, though. How can a planet, much less a whole solar system be in a strategic position? It's space, you can just go around us, so how-!"
"Something about spacetime in this sector makes it very easy to find, open and stabilize wormholes here." Mar-Vel interrupted her as he crossed his arms.
Thor nodded at that. "'Tis true. The Asgardians have long known of the ease in which we can travel to and from this part of Midgard through its portals. It is the Middle Realm, after all."
"Can't we ever catch a break?" Naruto asked with a sigh rubbing his face with both hands.
"The Kree want to create a stable wormhole passage to move their fleets through this area, then all over the galaxy, in the blink of an eye. Your solar system will become a staging area for the Empire." Mar-Vel explained to the heroes.
Captain America picked up the photo and looked at it. "These ships by the Sun, they'll do what? Open one of these wormholes?"
Mar-Vel nodded at that. "Yes. They act as energy conduits, and together, all five will form the gate. Once it's activated-!"
Iron Man then stopped him at that as his faceplate lifted. "The Sun! Tearing a hole in spacetime that close to the Sun-"
"It will rip it in half. The loss of your star will end all life on Earth."
Naruto sighed before crossing his arms. "We've already seen it happen. Kang the Conqueror showed us the future. One where the Sun had been ripped apart."
Ms. Marvel looked back to the others. "Why would the Kree do this?"
"Because they don't care about you. They do not care about life on Earth. In fact, after what you Avengers did, capturing and imprisoning the Kree Accuser, I suspect that choosing a location this close to your Sun was simply to punish you." Mar-Vel explained from his seat.
Abigail had walked into the room before walking up to them. "Enough! We need to move on this. We've lost all contact with the Falchion. If the Kree detected them-"
"Yeah, that seems like kind of a problem. The Sun is millions of miles away, it'd take us months, years, maybe." Ms. Marvel said, looking over.
Mar-Vel looked at them before speaking. "I can modify your ship to access Sub-Space. I can get you there and I can shut down the wormhole. Please, let me help you."
Later, Mar-Vel is helping the Avengers modify a Quinjet. "Well, that should do it. Your Quinjet can now achieve a Subspace jump. I've also upgraded your shields and space suits to withstand proximity to a star."
"Aren't you supposed to be some kind of xenobiologist? How do you know how to do all this?" Iron Man asked the alien.
"No offense, but it's pretty basic engineering. I'm still shocked that humanity hasn't made it past your Moon."
"We're working on it." Iron Man replied before they board the Quinjet.
"I hate space. Zero gravity messes with my aim." Hawkeye said as he and Black Panther walked up last.
"Look on the bright side. Your range will be infinite."
"Really?" He asked before there was an explosion.
They looked to see jets blowing up before they all got in their stances, Naruto putting on his glasses before being punched. "Son of a-! I'm gonna knock your head off!"
"My sensors are blown out. I'm blind. Someone take these guys down."
"What guys? I don't see anyone!" Wasp yelled flying around.
Hawkeye then notched an arrow before drawing it. "Now that you put that, we don't have a visual. None of us do. Vision, what about you? You got robot eyes, use 'em."
Vision, who was flying glanced back before speaking. "Switching to infrared sight."
Black Panther then knocks down a Kree soldier who was behind Vision, having him come into view for the others.
Yellowjacket held his gun before seeing the alien. "Great. An alien ninja."
"No. It's a Kree Stealth Ops. They must be here to free Ronan." Mar-Vel said as he turned as well as more camouflaged Kree soldiers fired on them.
"They are visible to ultraviolet rays." Panther said having Vision turn on ultraviolet vision.
As did Naruto having his glasses glow slightly.
Iron Man then flew up. "Alright, sensors are back up."
He then advances on the Kree soldiers before Mar-Vel stops him. "Iron Man, you don't have time for this. The Kree at the Sun is working to open a wormhole right now. The longer you wait, the more you risk everything. The Kree protocol is to eliminate escape. If they blow up the Quinjet, it's all over."
"We need a plan here!" Ms. Marvel yelled out as Naruto hit one soldier in the back of the head.
Yellowjacket shot one before looking at Iron Man. "Cap, Iron Man, take the Avengers and go, get to the Sun. Brand and I will deal with the Kree here."
"Wait, what?" Abigail asked looking back.
"We go. Thor, we need some cover. Avengers assemble!" Cap yelled as Thor creates a storm to attack the Kree as the others board the Quinjet while Yellowjacket continues fighting.
Wasp looked back before speaking. "Hank." She then flew in before the Quinjet flew off with Thor after it.
Mar-Vel got in a seat before pulling a lever. "Preparing for Subspace jump in 3, 2, 1, go."
The thrusters turn on and the Quinjet then enters Sub-Space.
Space, Sun.
The Quinjet then exits Sub-Space close to the Sun having Wasp groan. "That was Sub-Space? I think I'm gonna throw up."
Ms. Marvel blocks the light from her eyes by bringing her hand up. "Uh, that's bright. I've got a visual on the Falchion. Oh no." She said seeing the Falchion being attacked by Kree ships.
"Turn around. Carol, turn around, right now!" Naruto yelled standing as a Kree ship fires and chases after them.
"The Falchion's shields are down."
"They're coming around. We've gotta move!"
Captain America looked to the others before speaking. "Iron Man, take Thor, Mar-Vel, Vision, and Ms. Marvel and disable that warship. Panther, Wasp, Shinobi, Hawkeye, and I will dock with the Falchion and try to help.
"Agreed. Hope everyone brought their sunblock.
Iron Man, Ms. Marvel, Thor, Vision, and Mar-Vel fly out of the Quinjet and try to attack the Kree ship, which is protected by a shield.
The other Avengers in space suits dock onto Falchion and enter a hallway.
"Clear," Naruto said looking around a corner.
"Stay on your toes, people," Cap said walking down the hall before they came to the destroyed command deck.
Rubble moved slightly before Wasp shrinks then flys into the pile of rubble and out again. "Guys!"
The Avengers ran over and lift away the rubble revealing Peter Corbeau. "It's Peter Corbeau, he's the S.W.O.R.D. commander in charge. Doctor Corbeau, what happened here?" Cap asked waking Peter up.
"They... They teleported troops on board. We never even- It's still here!"
Hawkeye raised an eyebrow at that. "What's still here?"
Suddenly, a Kree Sentry appears behind the Avengers.
Outside, Vision tries phasing through the Kree ship's shield but fails. "My intangible form is unable to pass through the craft's energy field. That was unexpected."
Iron Man looked over at Mar-Vel before speaking. "Marvel, we need a way to take out those shields."
"There isn't one, that's the whole point. The shields are designed to be impenetrable."
"No. Something can get through them. Kree ships have transporter tech. That gets through the shields, right?" Iron Man asked as Mar-Vel nodded.
"Of course. There's a protected Kree energy frequency. Can your armor emit a modulated pulse burst?"
"I need the frequency."
"Match mine," Mar-Vel said before shooting the ship, having Iron Man fire his unibeam at the ship.
Thor then throws Mjölnir through the window having the Avengers fly in.
"Destroy them!" One Kree yelled before Vision phased behind the Kree soldiers. "My apologies, but I will not allow you to do that." He then phases his hands through the Kree soldiers and incapacitates them.
Falchion.
"It's a Kree Sentry! Cap, watch out!"
"Rasengan! (Spiraling Sphere!)"
Naruto dropped down on the Kree's head and drove him through the floor. "Hurry, before that thing comes back!"
They then ran out before Black Panther, who was carrying Peter, looked at him. "What happened to the rest of your team?"
"I stayed behind to cover the crew as they evacuated."
Cap then put a hand to his ear. "This is Captain America to Iron Man, do you copy? We've secured the Falchion."
"We're five seconds away from securing the Kree bridge, Cap."
Suddenly, the ships start opening the wormhole as Iron Man's team flies out of their ship. "The wormhole is now active. At this rate of growth, the wormhole will irreparably compromise the Sun in 6.2 minutes." Vision said before Iron Man looked over.
"Thanks for pointing that out, Vision."
Ms. Marvel pointed to the hole as they saw flames going to the wormhole. "Iron Man, look! We have to do something. The generator ships, we have to blow them up."
"They're inside the wormhole now. We can't touch them."
"Come on! We have to do something!"
Inside with Cap's team, he looked at the others. The generators are inside the space tunnel? Then we go in there and take them down from the inside out."
"Can we do that?"
Black Panther then spoke after putting a hand to his helmet. "Iron Man, Captain Marvel, are you copying this?"
"We're reading you, T'Challa." Iron Man replied before Peter spoke.
"Travel through a wormhole is nearly instantaneous. Locating, firing on, and hitting 5 targets inside it, it'd be nearly impossible."
"Not for me."
"What if we could somehow slow things down? Try and anchor ourselves inside the wormhole?" Iron Man asked before they heard Mar-Vel.
"That's not possi- The Falchion. The Falchion has a tractor beam, it could theoretically lock onto the Quinjet and hold you in Subspace. But the strain would tear the ship apart in minutes."
"Hawkeye will have to shoot fast, then."
"You don't understand. Once the wormhole collapses, he'll be on the other side. He'd be trapped alone in Kree space with no way home."
"Nay, not alone. I will accompany him." Thor said before Ms. Marvel spoke.
"Me too."
"As will I." Vision spoke up as well.
"Looks like we've got a plan."
"We're all on board and ready to detach the Quinjet, Panther. Double time." Cap said as everyone ran.
"Understood, Captain. Tracking systems are locked."
They then got in the Quinjet before detaching from the Falchion before it rumbled.
"What happened?" Wasp asked as Cap looked around.
"Some sort of explosion on the Falchion. Panther, do you copy? You have to get to the airlock right now, soldier."
"I'm afraid I cannot do that."
Naruto disappeared before reappearing with Panther in tow. "I left a clone to maintain the tractor beam," he said as the others came in as well.
"On 3, 2, 1..." Cap then flies Quinjet into the wormhole. "Hawkeye, now!"
Hawkeye then destroyed the generator as the Quinjet exited out of Subspace.
"Are we alive?"
"Not for long." Ms. Marvel said as they all saw thousands of Kree ships fly by them.
"Oh, fuck me!" Naruto cursed as he stood and looked at the army.
