I now have a game plan for the rest of my story, and thank goodness for that. With that in mind, we have a couple of plot lines to start wrapping up, starting with Hikari. Disclaimer: I don't own Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, the Persona series, Lupin the Third, or any other referenced media.

Fiftieth Caper: A Biopic to Remember, The Arrogance of Nobility

"So it turns out one of the people trying to stop my movies is my uncle Jataro," Hikari said. She was with Joker and Violet inside her theater. "He's my father's brother, and is very traditionalist. But Papa always berated him about the idea that I should be 'normal'." "This is not a world where conventions of 'normal' can exist," Joker pointed out, "So what sort of Stand does he have?" "He just calls it Friday," Hikari said, "Apparently it can 'normalize' anything its beam hits, especially physical attributes." "So basically don't let it hit you," Violet said, "Easy enough."

The duo checked out Jataro's home, and noted that he had a particular painting, a suited gentleman with a pheasant's head. They smiled and had the calling card prepped. "Hikari Fukuen, we are the Phantom Thieves Joker and Violet. Today we will steal The Arrogance of Nobility from your possession." Jataro clenched his fist and spotted the thieves just outside. "You thieves are about to get a hard lesson in society's rules! Friday!" His Stand manifested as a robotic eye that fired a beam from its iris. Joker and Violet easily dodged out of the way as they led Jataro on a merry chase.

Jataro soon found himself in the theater just as Movies activated, sending him right into the screen as the biopic began. "My name is Hikari Fukuen. And all my life I've loved movies. Sometimes I find movies that remind me of some terrible moments in my life. But no matter what, I find a way to stand up for what's really right. Some people may think I'm weird, but I always gotta wonder... Does 'normal' really exist? My dad doesn't seem to think so. So I march to the beat of my own drum, and if others can march to the same beat... That's fine by me. So check out my life. This is Hikari, A Life in Projections. Coming soon."

"We should invite our friends in Paris to one of these movies sometime," Violet noted, "Hikari and Nino can swap notes. I hear he dreams of being a big-time director." The movie itself was part-biopic, part-musical, and there were special stage lifts to take viewers between acts to view the full movie from multiple angles. "So since this is a biopic," Violet said, "I'm going to assume a lot of scenes are going to be different from reality." "Yep," Joker said, "Like that Ladybug animated feature. For starters, Stoneheart looked completely different, and it took place at night."

He pointed to a scene of a little girl in a classroom. It was obviously meant to be Hikari as she was in elementary school. She was arguing with a teacher about who had caused the death of a rabbit that the students were supposed to take care of. "I tried to tell them that carrots are actually bad for rabbits!," she called out, "I did nothing wrong! So why should I apologize!? You're bad teacher, trying to force an apology on a student just because she was there!" The other students looked shocked, but the teacher even more so. "I've seen that teacher before," Violet noted, "One of Hikari's other movies, the one with the reforming superhero. Lunar Woman, wasn't it?"

Joker nodded. "Yep. Hikari based all of her movies on real-life experiences. Of course in reality she brought the problem up with the school principal who reprimanded the teacher, since doing so directly actually did nothing. But hey, that's the beauty of movies. You can make them whatever you want. Which reminds me... Jataro is also in here. No doubt he's watching the same scenes. I wonder what his thoughts are on all of this. I guess we'll find out before long." They hurried off to the next scene.

Jataro was also watching the scene and trying to use his Stand on it. "This isn't normal! A teacher is absolute authority in the classroom! A student shouldn't be able to stand up to one like that!" But nothing was happening. And no wonder, since the movie world naturally had its own version of "normal" as compared to the real world. "This is why we kept saying Hikari shouldn't do movies! None of this is natural! None of this is normal! Like that woman said!" From outside the movie, Hikari was stunned. "Who is 'she'...?"

Her thoughts drifted back to when she was a little girl, and her father cheerfully watched her playing superhero. 'Papa always made time to take me to the movies when there was a particular one I wanted to see, no matter how much extra he had to do beforehand, or how tired the work made him. It worked out for him, though. His superiors decided he deserved a promotion, which meant more time for the two of us in the long run.' She giggled when she saw the adorable scene get played out on the screen. "Those weren't easy days, but they worked out well in the end..."

"Hikari always loves to go on and on about movies, doesn't she?," Violet noted. "To her they're more than an escape from reality," Joker said, "They're an allegory for real-life emotions. They don't have to be realistic, they just have to convey a message. Perhaps it was her love and passion for filmmaking that got her scouted by Hope's Peak Academy. In any event, we need to keep an eye out for Jataro and the painting. We know he's still here, and probably getting frustrated over his inability to 'normalize' anything." Violet nodded. "At least our powers still work here."

The next scene was interesting, taking place during during Hikari's middle school years, when she was having that argument with the other girls about the bullies threatening a friend of hers. "So you plan on kicking me out just for defending Miyuki but decide to take her back? What kind of hypocrites are you? Instead of throwing those bullies fewer targets, we should leaving them no targets! The real reason none of you were targeted? None of those girls knew who to pick on without getting blindsided from another direction by someone else defending their target!"

"Hikari mentioned this, didn't she?," Violet said, "Miyuki was her first real friend. She approached her when she noticed that she was all alone with no other friends. They saw that dinosaur movie together, the same one that inspired Mesozoic Island. That movie inspired Hikari to help those in need, and let Miyuki know that she didn't need to go along with the crowd in order to be accepted." Sure enough, Hikari's words in the movie were causing visible shame on the other girls, while Miyuki rushed forward to embrace Hikari as a friend. "Aww...," Violet said, "That is so heartwarming!"

"Someone doesn't think so," Joker noted, spotting Jataro firing off his Stand in hopes of changing the scene. "No! No, you idiots! It's the majority that are right! You can't just listen to one individual like that! They never have the right idea!" "Jeez, what's up with him?," Joker asked, facepalming. "He's a sad product of modern Japan," Violet noted, "The irony being the rest of the world doesn't necessarily agree with those sentiments. But at least we know where he is now." Jataro spotted the thieves and quickly fled for the next scene. "Or did...," Violet added with a sigh.

"Papa always said each of us is the starring role in our own movie," Hikari noted, "To that effect, the world can be said to be producing seven billion biographies at once. Yet only a handful get to transfer those stories to the right medium for everyone to enjoy. Maybe I was always destined to become a filmmaker, to direct my own movies. And this is my magnum opus. No matter what it takes, I don't intend to let anyone take that away. Not even my own family. That's why I hired Joker in the first place."

She smiled as the movie got to the next scene, involving how she was being offered the invitation to Hope's Peak Academy. She chuckled at Kizakura's remark about her relatives all want her to be "normal". "I think you'll find that in today's society, exceptional is normal. If you only go by what is considered 'normal', then you can't move forward. Hikari has an incredible gift, and it should be nurtured, not forced down." "He's absolutely right," came the calming voice of Izuku, her father, "I've always believed that my daughter was perfectly fine not being 'normal'. Such labels only stagnate society, and we can't move forward."

Hikari shed a tear as the screen was filled with her father's face. "My little girl deserves to grow up the way she wants to. And if none of you can realize that... Maybe you're not the family my late wife thought you were." Hikari noted during the scene that only Jataro, or the movie version of him, didn't look ashamed at the mention of her mother. 'I remember seeing him rant at the others for 'buying that malarkey', but now that I think on it... He was the one who was most vocal about trying to suppress my love of movies. Now I'm curious as to why... Joker, Violet, please find out for me.'

Joker easily dodged the beams from Jataro's Stand. "Most of Hikari's relatives who tried to suppress her talent came from her mother's side," he noted, "But your last name is Fukuen, meaning your from her father's side of the family. So what, you didn't think your brother had the good sense to know what was right for his own daughter?" "More like he didn't know when to just let others share the spotlight!," Jataro called out, "He kept encouraging Hikari's love of movies. I accepted it at first. He is a projectionist after all, so why shouldn't a child take an interest in their parent's profession?"

He clenched his fists. "But then she kept talking about all the intricacies of cinematography like she had studied for years! All she did was watch a few movies! No kid should be capable of that level of knowledge from just a few films! That woman said so!" Joker narrowed his eyes. "Woman? What woman?" "The one who brought the four of us together!," Jataro said, "She said she knew how we felt about Hikari's movies, and offered a chance for us to shut them down like they were meant to be!" "Interesting," Joker noted, "Looks like we'll have a long-term project for Alibaba. But in the meantime..."

Violet suddenly popped into view. "Be The One!" Her Stand created a blinding light that stunned Jataro, letting Violet grab the painting rolled up in his jacket. "One more treasure obtained," she quipped. "And one more bad guy sent away," Joker declared, "W Boiled Xtreme!" Jataro was struck by W Boiled Xtreme's slashes so hard he was knocked unconscious and kicked out of the movie as a result. Joker and Violet came out shortly afterward, greeting Hikari once they did. "So it turns out it's not over yet," she said.

Joker nodded. "We have a white hat friend who can search around for this woman. She's already been working on making sure we can keep operating even with Shake Hands and their new PeopleLog system." "Yeah, but there's still Lupin to be concerned with," Violet noted, "He doesn't wear a mask like we do. He doesn't think he needs one." Joker nodded. PeopleLog was a greater detriment to the world than Shake Hands assumed. After all, some secrets were important, such as the hidden identities of superheroes.

Speaking of heroes, it was now Mylene's turn to visit Master Fu, having been vouched for by her boyfriend Ivan. Fu brought out a small pendant necklace. "I present you the Mouse Miraculous, which grants the power of Multiplication." "Thank you, Master Fu," Mylene said, having already picked the name Multimouse, "But aren't you concerned that PeopleLog could expose our identities?" "The glamour that comes with the transformation will prevent facial recognition," Fu assured her, "Besides, this Enzo individual does not realize his actions. As a universal saying goes... The road to Hell is paved with good intentions..."

Another new Stand to showcase.

Friday (Song by Jessica Black)

Ability: A simple robotic eye, this Stand fires beams that normalize anything they hit, from personality to physical capability. The beams work to what is considered 'normal' for a given dimension, which can make them ineffective in some situations. They also do not track, and can be easy to dodge.
