A certain Red and Black hedgehog might help her in the conflict. Meanwhile, Shadow might face a certain relative from the ark that's spreading terror and havoc in Maria's name. Chapter 51: Disassembling the GUN Part 1: War

GUN BATTALIONS AND FREQUENCIES

"This forth alpha group we are under heavy assault here in north cypress westopolis! We require immediate assistance!"

"Our unit in at the west gate of empire city as been neautralized! Where is that goddamn air support!"

"I REPEAT THE MAYOR IS CONFIRMED DEAD, I REPEAT THE MAYOR IS CONFIRMED DEAD IN WESTOPOLIS!"

"The Black arms are burning through our blockade, they're heading towards central city"

"They broken through our defenses, fall back to secondary!"

"The black comet is at GUN Base right now! It's a damn deversion."

"WE NEED REINFORCEMENTS! AAHHHHHH"

"NO… NO PLEASE NO!"

"PLEASE, SPARE ME!"

"Our group of civilians were slaughtered by them!"

"OH NO, THEIR DEAD! THEY'RE ALL DEAD SARGE!"

Black comet

Despara sits in the comms room. They turn the volume up for her. They managed to find radios and other stuff from the GUN they stole or hacked.

Despara: "Ohhhh… so beautiful, and so sweet."

She rubs her body from the sound of the screaming and chills. She rubs her breast and her neck listening to the despair of the Falling forces of GUN. She licks her fingers and hears more.

"Please! Is anyone out there?"

"Ambushed by a squad. I'm the only one left."

Meanwhile

The mystery checks his watch. It's been a minute after the bombs go off. He walks with Sonic while being escorted to the ship they're heading. A group of black arms hold on to him in chains and march within a ship. The mystery waits out while seeing them go in.

Sonic: "Wait, you're not coming?"

?: "I have a mission. I must go."

Sonic: "You can't leave me here with these guys."

?: "I instructed them not to harm you. We see each other later."

Sonic: "Now wait just a sec-"

The ship door closes. The mystery walks towards the bay where Despara is leading the army down towards the city. There are more soldiers and units jumping down to cause havoc and take control of the city. The mystery walks to Despara.

?: "He's safely on the ship. He'll be ready later."

Despara: "Good. Do you know the ins and outs of the fortress?"

?: "Yes ma'am. He told me exactly where he'll be at. Where's the behemoth?"

Despara: "He's preparing the weapon that'll leave this city in ruins when we're done."

?: "I thought we weren't using them yet? We know how powerful they are."

Despara: "we know but if they give us no choice then we'll use it. Far from here."

?: "I-I don't know."

Despara: "Don't worry we won't be in the blast radius. What's to worry about?"

?: "The people here. They'll all be killed."

Despara: "They'll make their decision. You just worry about the mission."

?: "Yes ma'am. Is my team ready?"

Despara: "Yes. They'll be charging in with you."

?: "No. all I need them to do is provide cover as I bring him out."

Despara: "Okay. Get ready. you're up in two minutes."

The mystery holds onto Blitz. He admires the detail and the way it feels. He puts it on his side. He walks down towards the drop off and waits for his unit to come.

Meanwhile in the comet

Vector, Espio, and Big head onto the elevator they were on earlier. They go up and run into the control room. Sonic's not there anymore. The whole room is empty.

Vector: "Seems like they moved him."

Espio: "Lets search around for anything that can help. Any intel."

They walk onto the controls of the desktops and see that the comet is in central city.

Vector: "Seems like we're in central city."

Espio: "Of course. They brought the army to Gun Fortress."

Vector: "Not only that but it might be a prison break. Think about it. We captured him on the Ark. This might be what it's all about."

Espio: "Yeah. He's here. So we need to find a way to stop this."

Vector: "Search for more."

While they start looking at more intel Big sits by the window and stairs at the city being at war. There are explosions and fire on buildings. Gunfire coming up and lasers.

Big: "Ooooohhh, Pretty."

He looks around for froggy and sees him hoping in the back. He gets up and follows his amphibian friend hopping away in the back. They stumble across a room. A room that looks different. There's a bed and book within the bed. A journal. Big picks it up and looks at it. He brings it to the chaotix.

Big: "Me and froggy found a book."

They take it and read into it. Drawings of a tiger. Drawings of landscapes. And a bit of sharp edge stuff that looks familiar.

Espio: "Whoever drew these is keen on art."

He scrolls past and finds a picture of the black comet. Another of a girl. A blonde lady. A blue hedgehog.

Vector: "Is that supposed to be sonic?"

Espio: "Maybe. Wait there's writing. Some in black arm. Some in English."

Journal: "The nightmares are getting worst. I don't know how much more of this I can take. I can't get that old man out of my head. What I did. And the children. I never thought it would all turn into this. I keep seeing my old friend in my dreams. I don't know why. I can't suppress this unholy feeling. It hurts, some days I feel like running water out of my eyes. And I can't help but let it out. Some days I can't suppress my emotions. I scream to myself from time to time. My master talks about a pink hedgehog. A lot. He seems to taken a keen interest in her. Especially Shadow. Lord doom would hate to see the black arms like this, but he would be proud to see us stronger than ever. I just wish he was here to help me. I can't control myself from time to time. sometimes I don't even know what im doing anymore. I stay up thinking. What I can't get out of my head is that laser. I seen what it can do. The damage it can cause. Weapons like that should not have been created. I gotta hurry and end this war once and for all. For the black arms and everyone. I do talk to the ones that blended in with society. They don't like the people of this planet either. But it's something they have to deal with. They don't like the idea of this war. Neither do I. But if it's for the good of us all, I have to push on. Lets see how it goes and then maybe things will get better."

Espio: "This is someone's journal."

Vector: "Is it Despara's?

Espio: "I don't think so. Maybe it's someone on the inside. Whoever it is doesn't seem to agree with this war."

Vector: "Lets keep searching."

They go back into the computer while big chases froggy around the room. They over hear something. Someone coming.

Espio: "Hide now!"

Vector and Espio hide Big goes into the room where he found the book and hides within the dark with Froggy. Despara walks in with a crew of Black arms and the behemoth.

Despara: "So the plan now unfolds. I need eyes on the base. The mute and his team will be heading down into the base. I need all units to draw the United federations fire while he breaks lord gloom out."

Black arms: "Yes Ma'am."

A black arm runs in.

Black arm: "Ma'am. The prisoner escaped."

Despara: "What? How?"

Black arm: "we found punch marks on the door from the outside. He must've had friends sneak aboard the Comet."

Despara: "I want every eye in this base on readiness to spot them. You behemoth, go charge up the space laser."

Espio: "Space laser?" *Whisper*

Vector: "Space laser? Like the ark?" *Whisper*

Behemoth: "Yes ma'am."

They all go to the back room of the throne room. Espio camouflages.

Espio: "I'll stay here and learn as much as I can. You go follow that monstrosity. I'll stay and learn what I can."

Vector: "Where's big?"

He walks out in the open. The rest of the black arms are focused on the camera from the hangar bay of the comet. Vector runs out and grabs big and pushes him through the door. The black arms go in the back. Espio walks out and follows despara. He follows despara to the Comms center.

Despara: "Give me eyes and ears on Him."

Black arm: "Yes ma'am."

GUN Fortress

2 Minutes earlier after the explosion

Shadow

He drags Cal out of the cell room where Gloom was held prisoner. He starts to regain consciousness and wakes up. He swings up at shadow who dodges.

Shadow: "WOAH IT'S ME!"

Cal: "Sorry. Where's-"

Shadow: "Escaped."

Cal: "My squad?"

Shadow: "Dead. We need to head up to the surface."

Cal: "We need to alert everyone."

Shadow: "Oh I am pretty sure everyone here knows by now or at least has a good hint."

Cal checks his earpiece radio. He can hear screaming and calls for backup. The alarm is going off. A GUN Soldier is on the intercom.

GUN: "CODE RED! CODE RED! A CODE RED HAS BEEN BREACHED! ALL UNITS PREPARE FOR INCOMING ATTACKS FROM THE WEST!"

Cal: "We need to head up. Find the president and the general."

Shadow: "I need to find Gloom. Any weapons you got?"

Cal walks over to other side of the room and presses a button on the wall. It opens with a full stash of guns. Pistols, Shotguns, sniper rifles, smgs.

Cal: "Grab a loadout."

Meanwhile Top floor of gun fortress

Amy

Within the outside from far up of the base, the place is on fire. The cracked up earth of the ground that's spread across the entire base. The burning smoke can be seen from within the sky. The black comet starts to approach the base. People screaming. Soldiers saving and tending the wounded. The place almost destroyed. People rushing paper work. Firetrucks putting out the fire the best they can. The whole command center of GUN Destoyed but not comepletely. A pink hedgehog is trapped under debris of the building. She starts to regain consciousness. She opens her eyes and sees rouge buried under metal and bleeding. She tries to move. Her leg hurts. She pushes the stuff of and a unit of people run in. They help her up.

GUN Soldier: "Are you okay?"

Amy: *Coughing* "I… I-I'm Fine. Help her."

She limps and trips on her face. The soldiers help her up and she unleashes her hammer. She places it under the debris rouge is buried under. She can see her leg. The GUN Soldiers help Amy and remove the metal and concrete off her. They pull her out and see her arm bleeding. Her right side of her face bleeding. Her broken leg and burnt neck. They wrap her in first aid and she starts grunting in pain. Static starts to come upon the gun soldiers radio headsets. Cal has an open frequency.

Cal: "This is Cal*Static*- Is anyone- there?"

GUN soldier: "Captain! We hear you. What is your location."

Cal: *Static* "We are under At-tack. The *static* has escaped— Man your stations, protect the president at all cost!"

GUN Soldier: "Sir give us your location. We'll rendezvous with you."

Cal: "Gloom Has *Static*"

He gets cut off.

GUN Soldier: "captain are you there? Hello?"

GUN Soldier: "Ah shit! I think the radio frequency's are destroyed."

The Gun soldiers tend to Rouge and Amy. Amy limps over to rouge and finds that she's still breathing.

Amy: "Rouge? Is she okay?"

GUN Soldier: "She'll live, But she's in bad shape. We need to get her to-"

A blast is sent down to the ground of the base. The comet appears above the base. A large number of black arm soldiers along with a familiar figure jump down. They all take not of what it is and carry the two out.

Black comet

The mystery stands over the edge with a unit waiting on his command. He holds the green emerald in his hand. He communicates with gloom in his head.

?: "We're here. Where are you?"

Gloom: "Hidden. I want you to locate the three mother computers of the base. Access them. They could give us new information. Also we can use some of it's intel to make resources for a new robot army."

?: "Understood. But what are you gonna do?"

Gloom: "Me. Oh I'm just gonna go chat with someone. You go find one of those mother computers and destroy them."

?: "Right."

He jumps from the comet. A whole army of black arms fall from the sky. They all land in units taking out most of the defenses of the base. The mystery harnesses the energy of the chaos emerald and forms a protective barrier around his unit thast's still skydiving from the sky. The base defenses try and shoot out the incoming forces, hitting their markers and targets. Enemy ships from the black comet come down and shoot at the base. Some black arm soldiers are blown out of the sky all around them while the mystery makes sure his unit is well protected as they land onto the grounds. They start firing onto the soldiers and nearest battalions initiating a push towards the command center. They shoot at GUN Soldiers and Agents killing anyone in their path.

GUN Soldier: "We gotta take cover now!"

The soldiers fire in the sky. Gunshots and laser blast are fired in the air. They run through the building and run outside to find a battlefield or more like a massacre. Gun soldiers fighting there arch enemies. Black arms are falling from the sky. Black arm warriors slashing and executing the gun soldiers. More shooting and taking control base. Amy and the group run back into the subterranean base and go underground. They run through the garage with bomb beatles, Gun beatles, Gun giga troopers, a few GUN Soldiers, and shield hunters.

GUN Soldiers: "Get em to med bay."

A few soldiers come out to help Her and Rouge to Medical bay down below. They carry her to the barracks where there's a whole bunch of injured and dead people. Blood, despair, moaning of agony fill the air. They set her down and a few doctors come over to stimulate her. Amy's leg is burning and hurting. Her dress a bit torn revealing her legs and body.

Amy: "Gotta find shadow. Where could he be? Oh how I wish Sonic and the others were here?"

Westopolis

The white hedgehog flies fast into the city. He floats around seeing the fights and the gunfire. It's like the future over again although it never happened. It's like he was never able to escape the destruction. Although he always had the chance to fix it. One way or another. He activates his watch opening chat with the others. He connects to Tails, Knuckles, and Sally who are flying within westopolis at this moment.

Silver: "Guys, Are you here yet?"

Tails: "We just got here. Man, things are looking bad here."

Knuckles: "We should help the GUN take back the city."

Sally: "No. we need to get to Central city."

Silver: "No, you guys head to central city. I'll stay here and help take back the city."

Tails: "Right."

Tails flies down into the city and fires at a group of black arms. With his machine guns he installed onto it. It kills a good portion of them for the GUN Soldiers can push forward and take control of the street. He flies up and a group of Black wings and Black arm ships start firing at them. Silver flies towards them and freeze's the black wings flying towards them. He balls and crushes them up and tosses them towards a ship that's chasing them blowing the engines. He flies towards the second ship and sends and psychic slice at it and slices it in half.

Silver: "Good luck guys!"

Tails: "We'll see you there!"

He flies off with knuckles and Sally. He looks down to see the GUN Troops taking the block. He goes down and lands next to a gun agent.

GUN Soldier: "You're one of those freedom fighters are you?"

Silver: "What's the situation here?"

GUN Soldier: "We're trying to push down the street to set up one of the satellite dishes, But we need to push through this onslaught!"

Silver: "No problem, I'll help."

Silver runs out into the fight and lifts concrete and metal resources with is telepathic powers. He tosses them at enemies or incoming black arm warriors. He grabs a wing of a fallen vtol aircraft from the GUN and uses it as a shield.

Silver: "Fall behind me!"

The gun soldiers take advantage of the situation. They take cover behind silver as he leads them up against the black arms. They shoot and fire at the protective shield that silver is using until they run out of ammo. Silver sends the wing away at the Black arm soldiers. He knocks and crushes them away with it. The gun troops push up with him firing and shooting the Black arms. Silver runs up and psychic slices them out of his way. He immobilizes some black arm soldiers and tosses them away knocking them out. He runs down towards a convenient store. They all hold down the store.

GUN Soldier: "Hold this store down! We need to get to sanders street and fix up the satellite for our space lasers! You, hedgehog? Can you get us through to the tall building?"

Silver: "Just stick next to me. I'll watch your guys back and you watch mine."

GUN Soldier: "Alright, fellas. Lets move."

They exit the back door to an alley. They walk down hearing screams and gunfire.

GUN Soldier: "I never expected fighting these things again."

GUN Soldier: "These things got smarter."

GUN Soldier: "I thought we killed them all?"

GUN Soldier: "Seems like they been hiding this whole time."

GUN Soldier: "So what is this invasion exactly?"

Silver: "It's a diversion. The black comet passed by. They're heading towards Central city."

GUN Soldier: "GUN HQ. GUN Fortress."

Chills run down the spinal cords of them all.

GUN Soldier: "Is it about that other black hedgehog?"

Silver: "Which one?"

GUN Soldier: "I heard rumors that the both of them are brothers."

Silver: "Something like that."

They go down the alley and find a kid lying on the ground scorched. They check and see if he is alright.

GUN Soldier: "Shit, He's gone. Whoever did this showed no mercy."

GUN Soldier: "He was just a kid man."

GUN Soldier: "That's war man."

Look at him and find a sheet in the garbage. They cover him in it and Silver lifts him up with his psychic powers to the side.

Silver: "Lets keep moving."

They all walk to the street and peep out. They see a whole battalion of black arm soldiers.

Silver: "That's a whole army."

GUN Soldier: "How we're gonna get past that?"

Silver: "Any ideas?"

GUN soldier: "I know a way."

He pulls out the walkie talkie.

GUN soldier: "Centra? You all still have that Tank?"

CENTRA: "Prophet, we still have it in working condition."

GUN Soldier: "We need support towards the seder tower."

CENTRA: "But sir, there's a whole lot of enemies where you're at."

GUN Soldier: "Don't worry. We'll protect you."

CENTRA: "Roger that. We're on the way."

GUN Soldier: "We need you to protect the tank. Think you can do that?"

Silver: "I'll do my best, as long as we get to that tower."

The ground starts to rumble. The tank can be heard loudly. The black arms turn to see the tank come out of nowhere and fire at them destroying a squadron of them. they all take fire at it but the bullets are repelled by the tanks armor. A gun soldier gets on the mounted mg on top and fire at them all. They all either get torn apart or take cover. Silver and the Prophet team move up as the tank follows behind. Silver spots black arm members with rpg's. He fires at the tank but silver manages to grasp the rocket. He turns it around and sends it towards anything blocking their path or enemies. The tank fires at the rpg users or anything major in their way. After a few yards away from the building they come to a black bull appears from around the corner and fires a fireball at them. Silver quickly makes haste and forms a protective barrier surrounding the group. They fire at it and the bullets bounce off.

GUN Soldier: "Guns don't work for shit at that thing."

The tank fires at it and is weakened. It falls to the ground exhausted. Silver grabs a rock and tosses it at the bulls eye. It squeals and regains flight it breathes fire around almost burning the soldiers. They quickly take cover. It blows fire onto the tank.

CENTRA: "Guys get this thing of us. It's getting hot in here."

GUN Soldier: "I have an idea."

He runs out and calls it.

GUN Soldier: "Hey ugly! Over here."

It focus it's attention towards him and tries to eat him. he runs onto the tank and it goes for a bite at him. instead it bites the front of the tank shooter.

GUN Soldier: "FIRE!"

It shoots the black bull from the inside and it explodes from the outside.

GUN Soldier: "Yeah!"

GUN Soldier: "Nice job Centra!"

CENTRA: "Thanks. We'll be within the area."

They run towards the building and find a bunch of bodies of humans.

Silver: "Oh No."

The GUN Soldiers look in a bit horrification.

GUN Soldier: "We need to go up."

GUN Fortress

Mysteries story

He is outside of GUN Fortress. The entrance into the subterranean base is open. They attack from the west of the base. He unsheaths blitz and runs to the nearest gun soldiers. He slashes and electrifies all enemies and hostiles. He destroys a bunch of robots. It's like the blade was made for him and sonic. Two different worlds. His group follows shooting and destroying hostiles away. They reach the command center and see a group of GUN Soldiers, a pink hedgehog retreat inside. He over hears something in his head. Something calling to him.

Gloom: "Hey you there?"

?: "Yeah. Im in a middle of a fire fight right now."

Gloom: "How long will it take fore this gas stuff to flow through the base?"

?: "Maybe hours or days."

Gloom: "Yeah. I'm not waiting that long. See if you can spread that stuff faster. Also it doesn't effect black arms right?"

?: "No it doesn't. We tried."

Gloom: "Good."

He exits communication with him and does what he does.

?: "And then we'll continue with those mother computers."

He exits his head and runs to the underground. They come face to face with a door. That's blocking their path. They try to burst through it. But it wouldn't budge. They don't have the right explosives for it.

Black arm: "Sir. We can't get through."

He looks around. no exits and no way in. He could try the other entrances but they're blocked off and heavily guarded. GUN Robots and soldiers guarding the entrances.

?: "Okay. Stay here. I'll see if I can get the doors open from around the way."

He runs off and activates his cloaking. He runs outside and enters the field of battle. And at a choke point where GUN are holding off the black arms. He runs sneaks up, crawling on his hands and legs avoiding the gunfire from the army. He sneaks past GUN Soldiers and a turret and makes his way in.

?: "I have to get the gas flowing. But how?"

He overhears a conversation between a commander and a gun soldier.

GUN Soldier: "Sir we lost power and communications to the outer reaches of the facility."

Commander: "No matter. At least we have the power on in the main bay. These turrets will mow down anything in their view."

GUN Soldier: "Sir. While this is happening we should evacuate. We lost power to the lower levels and getting reports to some gas loose in the lower subterranean levels of the base. Oxygen levels are getting lower and lower in there."

Commander: "What type of gas?"

GUN Soldier: "We don't know but with the system vents online we still were able to close it off to slow it down. It's deadly."

The mystery has an idea. If he can get to one of the control rooms and electric grids he could help the gas spread and unlock the doors to the base. He runs through and goes in stealth mode. He watches his step as he finds his way through.

Shadow's story

Cal

Shadow holds a SIG SG 551. He loads it with a few mags around his waist with holsters. Cal holds a Sub machine with a shotgun on his back. They head up and make it towards a room with GUN Soldiers scurrying with guns. A unit runs up to the pair.

GUN Soldier: "Captain!"

Cal: "What's the situation?"

GUN Soldier: "The black arms are attacking. They're attacking the united federation. And us."

Cal: "Where's Genral Abraham?"

GUN Soldier: "We don't know. We lost contact."

Cal: "Radio Frequencies are down."

Shadow: "What's it looking like up there?"

GUN Soldier: "It's bad. Very bad. The upper surface of the base is a giant warzone."

Shadow: "Dammit. Amy."

Cal: "Alright listen up. The black arms are here to rescue Gloom. The black hedgehog that almost looks like this guy. Find, capture or kill him. I vote kill."

Cal gives shadow a ear piece.

Shadow: "What's this for?"

Cal: "Communication. In case we need assistance."

Shadow: "I'll look for him."

He boost away with his air shoes through the base with his gun in hand.

Shadow: "Dammit! Gotta find Amy. I'll check- huh?"

He stops in an area with purplish pink fog. He sees a gun agent crawling from the fog coughing and choking. His face is creased seeing his blood vains. Blood coming from his mouth and eyes. He coughs and screams and his skin starts pealing off. He collapses down gasping for air as the fog starts consuming him and choking him.

Shadow: "What the hell?"

He sees it coming closer and sees a control panel on the wall. He smashes it with his fist.

Shadow: "That fog. Must be trying to gas us out. Gotta get to the surface."

He activates his ear piece in range with Cal.

Cal: "Shadow? Did you find him yet?"

Shadow: "No. but we need to abandon the base as soon as possible. Evacuate now."

Cal: "Why?"

Shadow: "There's a purplish gas that's let loose. They might be trying to flush us out."

Cal: "What gas?"

Shadow: "Just evacuate now. We need to leave as soon as possible."

He hangs up and runs as fast as he can. He runs for the stairs and elevators and parkours his way up to find Amy and Rouge.

Glooms Story

When the explosion went off Abraham manage to carry him down to the sub part of the base. He helps him down into a board room with other secretaries. Agents in suits. Gun soldiers.

Abraham: "Are you okay Mr. president?"

President: "I'm fine. What's the situation?"

Abraham: "Sir… We're under attack."

President: "How is that possible?"

Abraham: "The black arms. They initiated attacks across the united federation. Westopolis is under major attack. We lost frequencies with our humble troops. We're trying everything in our power to command them and push back these creatures."

President: "How the hell did they manage to destroy one of the most powerful and well protected, reinforced, high super power base on the face of the planet?"

The room goes quiet. The president looks around.

Abraham: "We don't know."

President: "Where's Shadow the hedgehog?"

GUN Soldier: "Sir, last communication we had was with Captain Cal. He's with Shadow as we speak."

Gloom: "Is he now?"

Everyone in the room looks back to see who said that. Gloom sits in a chair grinning. The guns are pointed at him. He has his arms around the back of his head. Chilling like a villain.

Gloom: "Easy boys. No need for the guns. At least I know he's in good hands right now."

Abraham: "Give us a reason why we shouldn't open fire?"

Gloom: "For starters I see your army is having a very, very hard time. No really you should see it up there. It's better than I hoped. Also I'm discussing a parley. Not with you guys though."

Abraham: "With who?"

Gloom: "No one special. But I'm gonna need to take the president off your hands."

Abraham: "You really think you're gonna walk out of here alive?"

Gloom: "I don't think, I am gonna."

Abraham: "Open fire!"

A swarm of gunshots are fired towards the Ultimate life form. He still sits in the chair annoyed and unscathed by any bullet. His skin turned bright. Purple aurora glowing around him with the darker aurora floating outwards of the purple protective barrier. The bullets fall down to the ground and he looks at the president.

President: "Impossible…"

Gloom: "Buddy you haven't seen the impossible."

He stands with the gun soldiers and body guards charging at him. He blocks and fights back as Abraham grabs the president and backs towards the door. Gloom kills the gun soldiers and bodyguards trying to subdue him. He holds the last one by the neck an d snaps it with his one hand. He drops him and looks at the general and president.

Gloom: "Now, ready to talk?"

Abraham: "Yeah."

He pulls out a flashbang and pulls the pin he tosses it at gloom who catches it. They run out the room

Gloom: "You really think a grenade is gonna-"

*FLASH*

His ears ringing. His eyes blinded by white light. He's discombobulated. He can't hear himself for 40 seconds as the president and Abraham escape through a secret corridor. They close it so he won't follow them. Gloom starts to hear again and his sight comes back. All his senses are back.

Gloom: *Grunts* "You can run but there's nowhere to hide. Why hasn't this goddamn gas spreaded yet?"

He rolls his eyes in the back of his head and makes contact with the mystery.

Gloom: "Hey you there?"

?: "Yeah. Im in a middle of a fire fight right now."

Gloom: "How long will it take fore this gas stuff to flow through the base?"

?: "Maybe hours or days."

Gloom: "Yeah. I'm not waiting that long. See if you can spread that stuff faster. Also it doesn't effect black arms right?"

?: "No it doesn't. We tried."

Gloom: "Good."

He exits communication with him.

Gloom: "Alright time to look for the president."

He walks off heading to a direction with heavy GUN Troops.

Heroes story: With Sally, Tails, and Knuckles

They start to approach central city they fly in to see gun troops and black arms fighting.

Knuckles: "Oh crap."

Tails: "Oh man."

Sally: "Oh my Gosh."

They see the black comet above the base. The base is under attack and destroyed.

Tails: "Maybe we should head into the black comet and see if we can take it out from the inside?"

Knuckles: "Yeah. Let's try that."

They fly towards the black comet and a squad of black arm ships come in firing at the plane. Tails tries to shake them off but can't. They get hit and tails flies straight towards a whole into the comet.

Tails: "Get ready to jump!"

He flies closer and closer as the tornado gets damaged enough to where it's almost ready to blow. They immediately jump out as soon it catches fire and crashes into the side of the floating ship. They land in a side part of the comet. A drop off for black arms. They get up from the landing.

Knuckles: "Is everyone okay?"

Tails: "Barely."

Sally: "We should keep moving. We might have caused attention."

Knuckles: "Right."

Tails: "Maybe sonic is here with us. We could try busting him out."

Black comet

The chaotix and big notice walk follow the behemoth through a corridor. They see a group of black arms walking towards them and they immediately change directions. They run towards a big corridor with cobwebs everywhere.

Vector: "We need to follow that big guy."

Espio: "Hey, why are there spider webs in this room?"

Froggy: *Trembling* *Hopping* "RIBBIT! RIBBIT! RIBBIT!"

Big: "Huh? What's wrong froggy?"

They see froggy hopping and looking up above to see a nest full of eggs and webs. they see baby spiders from the Arachne crawling around minding their own business.

Vector: "Ooooohh…"

Espio: "Shit…"
