51. Gwenog Jones

To a quidditch-mad Welsh girl, captaining the Holyhead Harpies was a dream job. Gwenog meant no offense to Wales' other club, the Caerphilly Catapults, but leading an all-female lineup and visibly championing equality from a position of respect meant everything.

She'd sign whatever merchandise deal necessary, grease any palm, make appearances on short notice, all to promote her gender and her sport. Seeing girls with her posters on their walls was nice, but hearing an attentive interviewer give deference to her answers was truly satisfying. Gwenog was pleased at her progress, but would never settle if more was within reach.
