Chapter 51

Christian

Christian had barely slept the whole night worrying about what today would bring he was going to be surrounded by beings way more powerful than he was. In a place he hadn't been since he was kicked out by his own fucking father. To say he was nervous and dreading it was the Mother of all understatements.

The fact that his babies and his wife would be around them, if they tried to hurt them he wouldn't be able to protect them up there. He looked over to Ana who was lying on her stomach her head turned toward him her hair covering her pillow and her cheek. She was the most beautiful incredibly strong woman he had ever met.

The way she defended him and stood up to Zeus yesterday had made his heart sore with love and pride. He knew deep down that Zeus wouldn't hurt Ana or his babies or him for that matter he'd had plenty of opportunities not that he needed them he could end their lives in a second if that what was he wanted to do. It didn't stop him feeling sick with nerves though.

Leaning over he moved Ana's hair out of her face waking her with soft kisses to her shoulder. She moaned softly moving closer to him wrapping her arm around his waist before snuggling her head into his chest and falling back to sleep. He couldn't help the soft chuckle she was so fucking cute when she was like this.

"Ana baby you have to wake up, you have to get ready for the coronation." She moaned again this time in frustration.

"I don't want to get up I'm comfy." She squeezed his waist a little tighter and all he wanted to do was give her exactly what she wanted and let her sleep and he fucking hated that he couldn't.

He glamoured a coffee knowing the smell would have her waking up in minutes. He moved the coffee under he nose making her stir a little. "Fine I'm up." She slowly sat up holding her hands out for the coffee her eyes still closed. He couldn't look away from her naked chest, she didn't realise she was naked and while he had no problems with her being like this. He knew she would because of the twins being in the room.

He glamoured her a soft silk shorts pyjama set, he loved her in silk. At the feel of the clothes being glamoured on to her, her eyes opened as she looked down at herself with a smile. "Good thinking husband" she leaned over to kiss him before going back to her coffee.

He looked over to the twins to see that they were still fast asleep. So they both got up quietly careful not to wake the babies. He just wanted today to be over and done with already.

As they walked in to the front room they noticed a long white dress lying across the arm of the sofa it was incredible and something he presumed was for Ana to wear for the coronation. She walked over to it placing her coffee down on the table before picking the dress up holding it up against herself. "Well I guess I will be wearing this." She Glamoured it onto herself and he was speechless.

The dress came down to the floor flowing around the silver sandals that she had glamoured. The skirt of the dress was made up of layer up on layer of white sheer silk both sides at the front had splits that came up to the tops of her thighs showing of her long legs. At her waist was a thick silver belt that had what looked like diamonds running through the middle. Three rows of silver lined with the same jewels ran from the belt up and over her right shoulder where a huge diamond clasp sat draped in other ropes of diamonds. She looked like the goddess he knew she was born to be.

He stood and watched as her long chestnut curls moved so that they were now piled high in on top of her head the diamonds that were on the dress now made up three rows running across the top of her head.

Diamonds appeared in row after row making their way up one arm. The top of her other arm had silver band wrapped around it with a glowing silver thunder bolt sitting in the middle.

She was fucking incredible. She just stood as she started to change her hair getting longer the loose hair that wasn't pinned on top of her head now falling down to touch her thighs her skin glowing as her eyes became the now familiar gold. Her wings bursting from behind her she was looking at him confused.

"Baby what's wrong?" He didn't like seeing her look so worried and confused it usually meant something was wrong or something bad was about to happen.

"Christian I'm not doing this I don't know why I am changing." He was startled as he heard a booming voice behind him.

"It is I that is doing this you are a Goddess and while you may choose not to dress as such in your every day life today is your coronation and you will embrace this side of yourself, after all look at you, you are glorious."

Ana stood a little taller "Zeus why are you here so early?" He stepped forward holding out a scroll with writing on it.

"This is why my Queen you need to go over these words and memorize them before I return to take you to the coronation." He smiled at Christian knowing that he hated how he called her his Queen.

"Did you figure out a way for my husband to be there?"

"Yes I did and may I just say my brothers and sister are not best pleased but they like me do not want to face you wrath. So they have conceded and he will be allowed to join us. You may not be as powerful as myself and my siblings but you are already strong enough as a team to cause us problems we don't wish to deal with."

"If that's what you feel then why are you doing this why make me Queen why give me more powers?" He laughed before walking closer to her.

"Ana I grow tiered of watching the beings on earth destroy themselves. I grow tiered of having to fix what they break. Having you here on earth with your king by your side ruling over both earth and hell is the perfect solution. I will observe and step in when you need me but other than that I can rest. I have had too many lifetimes of this it's time I hand my thunderbolt to someone I think is worthy of such power." He was smiling to himself and stroking the thunderbolt on Ana's arm that sizzled at the contact.

"From today you will be the protector of the people of earth. When they are under the threat of other beings it will be your job to step in. Ana this isn't an easy task you will have to do things that you won't want to do. You will have to punish those who sin against the humans, something I know will be hard for someone with a soul as pure as yours. Although I enjoyed your punishment of Asmodeous and Lilith greatly. It's a shame Lilith was able to fool you she even fooled me for a moment but I can't interfere unless it is of grave importance so I couldn't inform you of her betrayal. No matter I am sure you will rectify that soon enough." He looked up from the thunderbolt that he had been stroking.

"Ana something I need you to know and this is very important. You cannot let the humans see what you are, If you do it will kill them. It's how Hera would kill some of the humans I seduced in her jealous rages." He was rolling his eyes as if what she did was a mere annoyance.

Christian looked down to Ana who looked a little pale at everything she had heard. He squeezed her hand a little to give her some reassurance. "Baby I will be here with you every step of the way you are not alone in this I promise."

"Christian that's not what I'm worried about what if I accidentally show my family my true self or what if they walk in to the apartment when I am in my true form I could kill them I can't risk their lives I can't be around my family." She had tears in her eyes ready to spill at any second.

"Ana as I said yesterday I have an offer for your family one that I will make once the coronation is complete I need you to not be distracted but rest assured that the offer I have will assure the safety of your family. I also will be giving you your first task. No rest for the hero's of this world my Queen." Zeus winked at her before stepping back.

"I must leave for now, read through the scroll and familiarize yourself with it don't be worrying about things that don't need to be thought about right now. By the time you return to earth after the coronation everything will be clear. I will be back soon dress the twins in the clothes that I have left behind you. Get your Mother here, you have half an hour before I return. Christian as always it's been a pleasure see you all soon." With that he was gone leaving them stood staring at the now empty room.

"Christian go get the twins I need to get my Mom and I need to read over this scroll." She stood on her tiptoes and kissed him before calling her Mom who was there within seconds. He left them alone knowing that she needed time with her Mom all of this was a lot to take in.

Ana

"Oh Ana you look beautiful. I heard from Huldah about what happened yesterday, I have been waiting for you to call. How are you feeling?" She walked over giving her a quick kiss on her cheek her wings making it harder for them to hug.

"Mom I'm curious why does he need you to be there today?" Carla shrugged her shoulders before answering.

"It's nothing really it is simply tradition" Ana felt a little better hearing this knowing it wasn't anything that she would have to worry about.

"Well Zeus has just been here he will be back for us all soon. He had told me a few things that I should expect and some of what will happen after. I guess it will all be a learning on the job kind of situation, I'm not going to lie I am pretty terrified."

"Sweetheart don't be worrying everything will work itself out." They both sat on the sofa Carla holding her hand as Christian walked in holding the twins.

"Morning sweethearts." She jumped up to go and greet them as both Abigail and Theo jumped into her arms mesmerised by her wings.

She watched them as they laughed whenever Ana made her wings tickle the. She loved that the way she looked in her other form didn't scare the. When she had first changed she had worried that they might be afraid of her, but seeing them now she knew that that wasn't the case.

Less than half an hour later they were all sat waiting when Zeus showed up to collect them the twins in what looked like little white Christening outfits Christian wearing a black suit Carla wearing a simple white pant suit.

"Are you ready Ana" she nodded her head as the room got brighter and brighter causing everyone other than herself and Zeus to cover their eyes. When the light dimmed again they found themselves in a white throne room. They were surrounded by others who were all glowing. They were massive much bigger than even Christian in his other form but she wasn't scared at all she felt complete and utter peace it was like she was home.

Her whole body relaxed and she just knew straight away that what she was about to do was what she had been born to do. She looked to her family her Mom was stood squinting at the beings surrounding them. While Christian looked like he was fighting the urge to run and take them away from here. It must be so hard being here after what happened to him.

"Come Ana let us begin for I fear if we don't your king will snatch you away before the coronation is complete." She looked at Zeus who was just as massive as the others around the room and yet she felt no fear.

Taking his hand she walked with him to the two huge white thrones at the end of the room that had wings that were moving attached. Behind the thrones was open up to what looked like and endless white room lined with smaller beings that glowed brightly.

Zeus stepped up to the biggest Throne and turned to look at her placing his hand on her shoulder pushing down indicating to her that she should be kneeling which she did willingly.

"Ana my Queen are you willing to take the oaths I will present to you today?" his voice echoed around the huge space the glowing beings moving closer.

"I am willing." Was her reply.

"Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern and protect the people of earth?"

"I solemnly promise to do so." He was smiling down at her like a proud father.

"Will you, with the aid of the powers that will be bestowed upon you here today, vow to use them to protect and punish the people of earth with a kind heart, strong mind and mercy when needed?"

"I will." She smiled again feeling her confidence building.

"Will you use your power to maintain the laws of god and man?"

"I will." Zeus bent and placed his hand under her chin.

"Ana my Queen please stand." She did as she was told just as a massive glowing thunderbolt appeared in his hand you could see the power coming of it in sparks and she could taste it on her tongue.

She placed her hand on the thunderbolt having memorized what she was to say. The power changing her again she was no longer looking up at Zeus she was facing him but not because she had grown it was because she was floating the light under her skin getting brighter her hair was now loose and flying around wildly.

"The things that I have promised here today I will perform to the best of my ability so help me gods." The second the last word was out of her mouth her body bowed backwards the sound of thunder echoed all over as a lightening bolt hit her in her chest. She thought it would have hurt but it didn't. She welcomed the feeling it was like pure happiness and love had been shot into her soul.

She had never felt such power, as she floated back to the ground she was aware of shouting coming from behind her and she knew it was her king. He was scared, she could feel his emotions like they were her own. She turned to look at him seeing him being held back by an invisible force. She smiled shaking her head telling him without words that she was good.

She looked to her twins and with a thought they were in her arms looking at her smiling. "Come my beauties it's time for you to receive what is rightfully yours." She could hear the voice that spoke and it sounded similar to hers but it boomed as loud as Zeus's had.

She walked up the steps sitting down with the babies on her knee as Zeus walked over to them Placing his hands on the twins heads a blinding light shot from him into the babies their eyes glowing white the smiles on their little faces getting bigger. Neither one moved until Zeus had finished.

She looked down at them watching as they grew before her eyes. She couldn't stop the smile as she watched her twins who came here as babies had now grown into toddlers. She watched with amusement as they jumped down of her knee running back over to Christian their little bodies glowing.

Christian looked shocked, she could sense he was unsure of how to feel about the changes the twins had just gone through and she didn't blame him but this was needed for them to understand their new powers.

Zeus was still stood in front of her when he held his hand out to her. "One more thing and then we will discuss your family, then my dear you are free to walk through those pearly gates and Drag Lilith back to hell. We have been keeping her very comfortable, we wanted it to be a surprise when you arrived. She smiled at him feeling the excitement knowing that she would soon have her vengeance.

Walking behind the thrones she saw another a scroll that had writing on it that she shouldn't understand as it wasn't in any human language. Yet she understood it perfectly she knew it would require her blood as a signature so without a second thought she bit into her hand not feeling any pain and watched as what should have been red blood was simply a white light Poured from the cut on her hand.

"Ana you have something inside you that doesn't belong to you. It's time to give those powers to their rightful owner."

"Who am I to give them to." He smiled before touching her cheek in that moment she knew that Zeus had become family.

"Ana those powers belong to Ava, your sister and her children have power inside them that is waiting to be unlocked and it is up to your to find the keys you have Ava's now you have to find the other's that is your first task." She didn't feel as shocked as she probably should have but deep down if she was honest she had always known the powers that she had belonged to Ava and if they helped protect her she was only to happy to give them to her.

"Now to my offer, I know that you worry about your family and I know that Christian has his brothers protecting them but he cannot do that forever especially not now you will have a lot of people wanting to challenge both of you for the positions you now hold. I have two choices for you. The human members of your family can live out their human lives safe and happy but you cannot be in their lives all memory of you will be removed you however will remember them that can't be helped. They will be hidden from angels and demons alike he would wish to harm them." Her heart sank she couldn't lose her family. Before she could ask about the other option he spoke again.

"My other offer is to make them immortal, give them powers that will help them protect themselves. They will never die of natural causes they will never grow old but they will no longer be human." She looked at him her mouth hanging open.

"Do it. Make them immortal." They both spun around and Carla's voice that was filled with tears.

"I am sorry my beauty those are my offers that I wanted to give you but it's not for you to decide. They have to choose their fates themselves and walk down what ever path they choose willingly. You are all free to go, Ana can take you home you have a lot to talk about with your family and Ana you have a few jobs to be getting on with." With that he was gone and the room that had minutes before been filled with millions of beings was now empty.

She took her Mom's hand as they waked back to Christian and the twins they needed to go home and they needed to talk to their family.
