"Dammit." Gibbs said to himself. His mind was in a panic. He didn't know what to do. The Director sounded mad. He needed to think of something. Fast. The director was now coming up with something to cause damage to NCIS now. Gibbs had a pretty good idea of what kind of thing was heading their way. He wasn't going to give Ziva up. That was not going to happen in anyway, shape or form. Nor was he going to let any of his surrogate children get hurt again. He was papa bear. He was going to protect at any cost. He stood in the elevator for a long moment. He breathed. In and out. He smacked the wall of the elevator several times. Hard. He head slapped himself with all his might. He was mad. Eli David. That son of a bitch. Gibbs' intention was to snatch him and judge him. Painfully and shamefully but this situation was more delicate than he thought. He thought that SECNAV could just call the Israeli government and ask them to give him up for questioning and to be dealt with appropriately. Not what he thought at all. It was way more complicated than that. What the Israeli government said to SECNAV was 'we'll see'; Now, they haven't answered any calls from SECNAV again. Not even the president. The last thing Gibbs wanted was to surrender Ziva to her so called 'father'. That was on the bottom of his list. So down the list that it almost doesn't cross his mind at all. However, he was afraid that Ziva might surrender herself to her father if this keeps going for much longer; If she doesn't murder herself first. She's been through enough in her life already. Let alone ever since she arrived in D.C. She kills her own brother, gets pneumonia, flu, get kidnapped by her father, gets lied to and left in Israel, breaks her ribs, now her father won't leave her alone. Not to mention the rest of the team. They are all apart of it in some way. They have to watch their friends suffer, they have a disturbing case to solve, they don't have time to do their jobs because everybody keeps getting hurt or sick. Once again, he wondered when his team could catch a break. He breathed hard. Like a bull when he encounters an enemy. He flicked the power switch and smacked the up button with brute force. When he walked out of the elevator he saw his team. Tony, McGee, Ziva, Abby talking to them. He walked right past them and went down to interrogation. He opened the door and slammed it shut.

He stared at the table and chairs. There was no one there but he imagined there was. He thought about Eli David on the far side of the one way mirror. He imagined himself across from the table staring, deep into the ruthless soul of Eli David. He started talking in his mind and physically started pacing around the room. He was asking questions he knew Eli couldn't give a good answer for. Showing pictures of Ziva's weakened state after Tony's apartment got shot up and when she was sick. He could see Eli's convicted face after seeing his own daughter in so much pain. He was guilty he was pained seeing his own baby girl in the state she was in. When he could have been there to comfort her and be there telling her that everything will be ok, he was thousands of miles away, planning on how to get her to go back to Mossad or die. He imagined himself telling Eli David that he had pushed his daughter so far that she was thinking about offing herself. The idea sickened Gibbs to the core. It sickened Eli even further. His daughter. His own daughter. The only daughter he has left. he was slowly letting her slip away. his wife, his daughter, his son and now his second-born. Those thoughts going through Eli's mind, Gibbs could read like a kindergarten grade book. He felt satisfied. Happy. Victorious. Getting Eli to think and feel pain about what he had done.

He was snapped out of his thoughts moments later. He found that the extremely rewarding thought was not real and it was just a thought. He was disappointed. He wished that would actually happen right there, right at that moment for real. He could only hope. He let out a sigh and he walked out of the boring mirage room and he made his way back up to the bullpen. He was not going to tell his team what was going on with Ziva's father because the last thing he needed was them to freak out and stress about what might happen next. He would act like everything was ok and make it seem like he was more interested in the case. He would tell the director later and he would get her to contemplate hard about the situation and make something happen other than all the maybes and we'll sees.

He speed walked into the bullpen and he stood on the middle and yelled. "Update!"

"We traced one speck activity coming from a burn phone belonging to Keller. It turns out he never left D.C. Norfolk P.D are bringing him in now. Finally." Tony leaned back into his chair and sighed a breath of relief.

Now all we have to worry about is Eli David.
