Chapter Fifty-Four

Eight days after the birth of their nephew, Arizona and Callie landed in Boston for a long weekend. The couple was there to spend time with the new addition to the Robbins family as well as to get Sara fitted for her bridesmaid dress. It was Friday morning on the last weekend in April and the weather in Boston was beautiful enough for the whole family to take a walk around Salem with baby Cooper bundled safely in his stroller. The weekend was relaxing and passed much too quickly for both women's liking. They had been completely enamored by their first nephew and were both sad as they boarded their flight home just three short days later.

"Are you ok?" Callie asked as she witnessed Arizona wipe a tear. She had never seen the blonde get this emotional about leaving her family before.

"I am, I'm just going to miss that little stinker." Arizona replied with a smile.

"Me too but Tim said that he and Sara are relocating to Tacoma at the end of the summer for her job so Cooper and Tim will be much closer."

"I know, I can't wait. My mom and dad are going to be so sad that Tim is leaving with the baby though."

"Maybe they will relocate as well. You said that Salem wasn't meant to be forever, they were just staying in the family home until you and Tim both settled down."

"That's true and with us both being in Washington maybe they will want to move closer to us."

"Maybe. It would be kind of nice for Cooper to have all of his family close by and when we start having kids I'm sure your parents are going to want to be nearby even more so."

"Can you believe we are getting married in just a little over a month?" Arizona asked, laying her head on Callie's shoulder.

"No, it seems like it's moving fast and taking forever at the same time."

"I know what you mean." Arizona said, squeezing Callie's hand tightly as their flight took off.

"You can breathe babe." Callie whispered fifteen minutes later. The blonde released her hold on Callie's hand but kept her fingers intertwined with Callie's. She gave Callie an apologetic smile and kissed her hand sweetly as Callie flexed her sore hand.

Once back in Seattle, time seemed to fly even faster and before they knew it, the first week of May was over meaning they had exactly one month left until their wedding. The two women were in the middle of their morning routine, moving around each other seamlessly when Callie's ringing phone interrupted their morning ritual.

"Work?" Arizona asked as she handed Callie her cup of black coffee.

"No, it's Daddy." Callie said, taking the offered cup before answering her phone.

"I'm going to go shower real quick." Arizona whispered, trying to give Callie some privacy but Callie's hand on her wrist stopped her. Looking down at Callie's hand and then up at the frown on her face, she asked, "What is it?"

"Stay, I want you to hear this. Un momento, Papi." Callie said, turning her phone onto speaker and placing it on the counter. She sat on a bar stool and pulled Arizona between her legs, resting her head on Arizona's shoulder and her hands on the blonde's abdomen. "Ok, Arizona is here and listening."

"Hello Carlos." Arizona said into the phone.

"Hello Arizona, how are you this morning?"

"I'm well, how are you?"

"Good, good. Listen, I need to tell both of you something."

"Ok Papi, out with it, you're starting to scare me."

"Sorry mija. I just heard from Larry, my lawyer. Arthur's lawyer contacted Larry early this morning to let him know that Arthur was killed in prison last night. He was attacked in the cafeteria at dinner last night with a homemade shank. He died on the way to the hospital. It seems like the gun Arthur used was borrowed from his mob friends without their permission. The police linked that gun back to some murders and a prominent member of the mob was arrested for it yesterday. That coupled with the fact that Arthur owed them roughly fifty grand and it was only a matter of time before they went after him."

"Wow." Arizona said.

"I just wanted you to hear it from me and not see it on the news."

"Thanks daddy. We have to get ready for work now but I'll call you later."

"Ok mija. Love you."

"Love you too dad." Callie said, pressing the end button on her phone quickly.

"I don't have to be at work for another two hours and you're off today barring any emergencies." Arizona said, noting Callie's fib to Carlos as she turned in Callie's arms. "Are you ok?"

"Yes, no, I don't know."

"Talk to me Calliope, tell me what's going on in that beautiful brain of yours."

"Does it make me a bad person if I feel relieved?"

"No, of course not. I think Arthur was complicated for you but in the end he hurt you. He could have killed you even, so, however you're feeling, there's no right answer and no one can tell you it is wrong. It doesn't make you a bad person though, it makes you human."

"How do you know?"

"Because Callie, I see what makes you a good person. You have a big beautiful heart that you use for good every day. You are an attentive lover, a devoted daughter, a doting Auntie, and a loyal friend among many, many other things. Don't let him make you doubt that for one second." Arizona said, gently wiping a tear from Callie's eye.

"What if I feel sad for him too?"

"See, that's that big beautiful heart I was talking about. I think it makes you a compassionate person. He was someone you cared about, loved even once. Being sad that he turned into what he did and because of that, his life ended tragically and young, I think that is exactly what makes you a good person. You are human, Callie and human emotions are complicated."

"Are you saying I'm no longer a goddess?"

"Never," Arizona giggled, placing a kiss on Callie's lips, "You will always be a Goddess to me."

"Thank you. Are you ok?"

"I am if you are."

"I am but I want to know how you're feeling."

"I kind of feel bad for him." Arizona said.

"Arizona, he literally tried to get you thrown in prison in a foreign country. I know why I feel conflicted but there's no need for you to feel badly."

"I know and he shot you but to get shanked in prison, ugh, that is not how I would want to go."

"Ok, I don't want to talk about you going anywhere, ok? Let's change the subject."

"Ok. What do you want to talk about then?"

"Is it crazy if I want to talk about wedding stuff?" Callie asked a little self-consciously, looking down at her hands.

"No, we can talk about whatever you want." Arizona whispered, brushing hair behind Callie's shoulder.

"Well, I'd kind of like to follow some traditions for our wedding that we haven't discussed yet."

"Like?"

"Well I know we aren't traditional and we are way past the sex before marriage rule but…"

"Calliope, is this where you're about to tell me that we aren't having sex again before the wedding?" Arizona asked, praying that was not what was about to pop out of that beautiful mouth.

"What? No, why would you say that?"

"Oh thank God." Arizona sighed.

"No just things like, I don't want to see you before the wedding and we should probably not spend the night before the wedding together."

"I can get on board with that I suppose. Can I add a small request that you may not like?"

"Of course."

"Can we wait until the day after our wedding to leave for the honeymoon? I know we need to book that and soon and people usually leave right after the reception but I don't want to spend my first night as your wife on a plane. I want to go back home or get a hotel room and spend it with you in bed somewhere."

"I completely agree with that logic." Callie replied, placing a kiss on pink lips. "Now, to prove I'm not withholding sex until the wedding, what do you say we go take a shower together? You have plenty of time before you have to leave."

"I like the way you think Torres but only if we decide our honeymoon destination tonight so we can book it tomorrow."

"You drive a hard bargain, Robbins but I guess I can agree to those terms."

XXX Three Weeks Later XXX

"Callie? Are you ready?"

"Yea, I just can't find my phone, have you…Where did you find it?" Callie asked as Arizona handed it to her.

"In the couch cushions. I think it must have fallen out of your pocket when you assaulted me earlier." Arizona replied with a smirk.

"Assaulted you? I seem to remember you begging me to take you right there on the couch the second I walked through the front door. You assaulted me."

"It's only because you have been on opposite schedules as me for the past two weeks and I've missed you."

"Well, you can explain that to my family when we pick them up late from the airport."

"There's still ten days until the wedding, I'm surprised they are coming so early."

"Mami wanted to make sure everything was set with the caterers and the flowers. Plus we have the bridal shower on Saturday morning and Aria is insisting she is doing a bachelorette party on Saturday night."

"I thought we decided against having one."

"We did but Aria was so excited about it and it would kind of be fun. We have all the same friends. It would just be like going out for a night on the town together."

"I guess so."

"If you don't want to, we don't have to babe."

"No, I want to. It could be fun, like you said." Arizona replied with a genuine smile before she pecked Callie on the lips and caught sight of the clock above the microwave. "We really are late."

"You follow me?" Callie asked.

"Right behind you." Arizona said, not even trying to hide that her eyes had landed on Callie's incredible backside.

An hour later, Callie pulled up to the restaurant where they had reservations for dinner. Her Abuela was in the front seat with her parents in the backseat of her jeep. She watched in the rearview mirror as Arizona pulled up behind her, the new SUV they had purchased at Callie's insistence carried her Nonna, Aria, and Jared. With both vehicles toting her family now parked, Callie quickly exited the vehicle and helped her Abuela from the passenger seat. She looked up to see Jared had exited the backseat of the SUV behind them and Nonna now had her arm looped through his. She smiled widely at the sight, knowing that Nonna liked to flirt with him.

"I thought we lost you guys for a moment." Callie said, kissing Arizona's cheek as she approached. Carlos held the door for them and Callie placed her hand on the small of Arizona's back to guide her into the restaurant.

"That's because you blatantly ran that red light, Calliope."

"It was yellow and you had plenty of time."

"Call…"

"Do you have a reservation?" The host asked, breaking up their little spat as he interrupted Arizona's argument.

"Yes, Torres, party of eight for seven o'clock." Callie replied.

"Ah yes, your table is right this way." The man said, leading them to a large round table in the center of the restaurant.

"So have you decided on a honeymoon destination?" Abuela asked once their drink orders were taken.

"Callie insisted on taking care of the honeymoon since we couldn't decide on a place so you will have to ask her." Arizona said, squeezing Callie's hand. In truth, she had been glad to let Callie handle the honeymoon. They had discussed so many places and Arizona thought they all sounded equally wonderful. When they had failed to settle on a destination, Callie requested taking over the planning. If she got to see Callie in a bikini, it was good enough for her and Callie had really wanted to plan the honeymoon so the blonde had caved and let her.

"I'll tell you all about it later, Abuela." Callie replied with a wink to her grandmother.

"Callie thinks I can't handle letting the honeymoon be a surprise and I'm going to start hounding her anyday for hints." Arizona replied, a smile gracing her face as she thought about the bet they had made while laying in bed together weeks ago.

"Oh she's going to cave. This woman can not handle surprises." Callie said, arching her eyebrow at her fiance.

"I guess we will see about that Calliope."

Dinner passed quickly with everyone chatting and catching up on what was new in each other's lives. Eventually they called it a night as Arizona had an early surgery the next day. They had taken six weeks off for their wedding and honeymoon but that meant fitting in as many surgeries as possible before taking that much time off of work. In exchange for the time off, the couple had been working long shifts and overtime for the past few weeks. Another ortho surgeon had been brought into the department to help with Callie's absence and they had finally discovered the identity of Amelia's mystery man when Atticus Lincoln joined their team. Callie had quickly come to like him and was happy that her department would have his help in her absence. Arizona on the other hand, was leaving her department in the hands of two residents and the attendings that were going to share the responsibility that comes with being head of the department. No single surgeon aside from Alex was trusted enough and as a resident, she couldn't leave Alex in charge alone. Needless to say, the blonde was stressed about leaving her tiny humans.

After dropping off the Torres family at the hotel where they would be staying for the next ten days, Arizona and Callie made their way home, leaving Arizona's SUV at the hotel for the Torres family's use. Callie noticed how quiet Arizona was in the passenger seat and glanced at her worriedly. Her right hand eased across the center console as she navigated her jeep through Seattle streets and rested on a slender thigh, giving it a gentle squeeze. Arizona looked up and smiled at her, wrapping her left hand to intertwine with Callie's right.

"You ok?"

"Better than ok." Arizona replied, pulling Callie's hand up to place a kiss on it.

"You seem quiet."

"Just making a mental list of all the things I need to get done before we officially are off work next Wednesday."

"Everything will be ok."

"I know."

"How about I pour us some wine and we light some candles and we have a nice hot bubble bath?"

"Mmm that sounds amazing."

"Sometimes I have good ideas." Callie replied with a smile as she pulled the car into their garage.

"The very best ideas. Now, where are you taking me on our honeymoon?" Arizona asked with a pout, causing Callie to laugh.

"You totally caved. Guess I'll be getting the foot massage every night of our honeymoon." Callie replied, kissing the tip of Arizona's nose.

"I would rub your feet every night even if you hadn't won the bet."

"Come on, let's go soak."

XXX Three days later XXX

"I can't believe my baby is getting married in a week." Barbara said as she sat at the table next to her daughter. The bridal shower at the hotel conference room was in full swing and Arizona had just snuck away to finally sit and eat something.

"I know, I'm starting to get nervous but good nervous." Arizona clarified.

"Good nervous is normal, sweetie."

The two watched as Callie laughed with their family and friends who had roped the Latina into yet another game. They had taken mercy on Arizona and let her sit this one out. The mother and daughter sat in silence for a few moments while Arizona ate and watched her fiance from a distance. She loved how happy and carefree the Latina had seemed as their wedding drew closer.

"Oh, Arizona, will you take your nephew? I want to play this one." Sara said, returning to the room from having nursed the baby and interrupting Arizona's thoughts.

"Of course, I'll take him. Hey there big fella." Arizona said, changing her voice as she spoke to her nephew.

"You get in some baby cuddles, I'm going to go join in." Barbara said, placing a kiss on her grandson's head.

"Hey there little man, we're going to be best buds, do you know that? I'm going to teach you all sorts of things." Arizona said to the little baby as he stared back at her with big blue eyes. He was the spitting image of Tim and it made Arizona smile.

Callie caught a glimpse of Arizona holding the baby and couldn't take her eyes away. Arizona looked up, feeling familiar brown eyes on her and Callie smiled, standing up and leaving mid game to go see her fiance and nephew. Arizona smiled as the brunette sat down beside them and started cooing at the baby.

"He's so perfect." Callie said, "Aren't you? Yes Cooper you're going to be a real ladies man like your daddy."

"And his auntie." Arizona chimed in with a smirk."You want to hold him?"

"Yes!" Callie squealed as Arizona gently placed the baby in Callie's arms.

"Now that's a sight I could get used to." Arizona whispered, leaning in to kiss Callie on the lips.

"Hey now lovebirds, break it up. It's almost time to get ready for your bachelorette parties." Aria said, breaking up their sweet moment.

"I still don't understand why we can't have our bachelorette parties together. We have most of the same friends." Callie said to her sister.

"Because we already talked about this, bachelorette parties are meant to be separate. Everyone with the exception of your wedding party will have to draw marbles so they don't have to choose between the two of you. Blue marbles are with us and yellow marbles are with Arizona." Aria explained.

"Ok ladies, gather around. If you are going out tonight, please stand up here so you can take a marble from the bag to determine if you are team Callie or team Arizona for the night." Teddy said while Aria held the bag containing two different colored marbles. Several of their work friends came forward and reached their hand into the bag, withdrawing marbles.

"I'm so sorry Arizona but I can't split up the twisted sisters and Cristina is Callie's bridesmaid." Meredith squealed as she pulled a blue marble and joined team Callie.

"It's ok, I got your sister." Arizona replied with a smile as Lexie joined her side.

"Ok, team Callie, we are meeting in the lobby at seven sharp, do not be late." Aria said.

"Team Arizona, we are meeting at Callie and Arizona's house at seven sharp." Teddy replied.

"Do you need help getting these back to the house?" Lucia asked as the women started dispersing. The pile of presents was a giant tower of ribbons and bows that took up one whole corner of the room.

Both of their families were now in town for the remainder of the week to help them prep for the wedding. It had been easier to schedule the parties close to the wedding so those who wanted to stay the week could. Carlos had reserved an entire floor at his hotel for the wedding party and all of their out of town guests.

"I guess so, I didn't realize we would get so much. Callie, what are we going to do with all of this?" Arizona asked, looking at the pile of presents.

"We can store the presents in one of the extra rooms until we can unwrap them tomorrow." Callie said.

"I'll send a car over to the house. You two go on and get ready for your bachelorette parties." Lucia said.

Arizona and Callie, along with Aria, Teddy, Sara, and Addie made their way back to Arizona and Callie's house to get ready for their night out. Callie had hoped her sister and Addie would cave and let them have a combined party after all but neither of them seemed to be interested in Callie's complaints.

"Wow babe." Arizona said as she stepped into the bedroom and saw Callie for the first time in her bachelorette party outfit. The brunette's long hair was once again straightened and parted to one side, her makeup light and natural looking. She was wearing a wine colored tank top with sheer black lace over it and a black mini skirt with heels that matched the wine colored shirt. The color looked amazing on her and Arizona felt her heart flutter in her chest.

"Yea?" Callie asked, seeing the desire in Arizona's eyes in the reflection of her vanity mirror.

"Does it make me seem insecure and jealous if I say I kind of don't like the idea of you going out dressed like that without me?" Arizona asked, looking down and fiddling with her ring.

Callie smiled, turning around and pulling Arizona to sit in her lap. She secretly relished the instances when Arizona appeared jealous. "We are getting married in one week and there is no one that could even come close to making me feel as happy as I am just thinking about marrying you."

"I know I'm being silly." Arizona replied, her sparkly blue eyes slightly darker than usual. Callie took in the form fitting white dress Arizona was currently wearing. At first glance it looked slightly modest until Callie noted the sheer material covering a toned abdomen, leaving her midriff visible through the material. The dress ended high up on her thigh but the same sheer material ended at mid thigh. The sheer material did nothing to cover the blonde's midriff or upper thighs.

"You're not. It makes me insanely crazy knowing that you are going to be out looking the way you do but I trust you and I know you would never do anything to jeopardize us getting married." Callie said, swiping a long blonde curl over Arizona's shoulder.

"In a week we will be married." Arizona said with a smile, nuzzling her face into the crook of Callie's neck and inhaling her scent deeply, Callie tightened her hold on the blonde and just enjoyed the moment of closeness.

"I can't wait to be your wife." Callie said, her smile really couldn't get any bigger, her face actually hurt from all the smiling she had been doing.

"Me neither but first, bachelorette parties."

"Do you want to set any rules for the night?"

"No, you've already been to a strip club so I guess if that's where you end up I'm ok with it." Arizona replied with her own dimpled smile. She was partially teasing but she also wanted Callie to know she wouldn't be mad if that's where her night ended.

"I highly doubt that is what Aria has in mind but you never know with my sister." Callie laughed.

"What about you? Do you want to set any rules?"

"Besides the obvious? As long as there is no kissing or inappropriate touching I think I will be ok with everything else."

"Even a strip club?" Arizona asked, arching an eyebrow.

"If I say no will I sound too hypocritical?"

"Maybe a little but if that is something you're uncomfortable with, I will let Teddy know it's off limits."

"I doubt Teddy will take you to a strip club." Callie said, not wanting to say she would be unhappy about it after the blonde had been so understanding but knowing she would probably feel jealous if the blonde ended up at one.

"I love you." Arizona said, placing a long kiss on Callie's forehead then pecking her nose before reaching her lips.

"I love you too and if Teddy has a strip club planned then you should have fun but not too much fun." Callie receded.

"It would be more fun with you there no matter what we do."

"I agree but I think we will have fun and then we can come home and spend the rest of the night having drunken sex."

"Oh I love drunk sex." Arizona said with a smile.

"I know you do."

"Ok, I will finish letting you get ready but let everyone know that your fiance has been to prison." Arizona winked to which Callie laughed a big beautiful laugh that made Arizona smile.

"I will do that babe." Callie said, kissing Arizona's nose before she patted her legs, letting her know it was time for her to stand up.

Ten minutes later the two women kissed goodnight and Callie left with her sister and Addie to meet the rest of their group at the hotel. Arizona sat at the bar and ate a slice of pizza while she, Teddy, and Sara waited for their guests to arrive.

"Should we make a toast for old times sake?" Teddy asked, pouring shots into three glasses.

"To Arizona." Sara said, raising her glass. They all clinked and cringed in unison as the sour pucker hit their taste buds.

"Wow, I can't believe how nasty that is. It was my favorite when I was nineteen." Teddy said, sucking her cheeks in at the sourness.

"Speak for yourself, I think it's delicious." Arizona giggled, smacking her lips.

Half an hour later and several more shots having been toasted, Arizona's guests had arrived. The women all stood around the blonde's living room laughing and chatting while they waited for their mysterious ride to show up. Teddy's phone pinged and Arizona watched her smile before she stood on a chair and addressed the group.

"Ok ladies, our ride is just around the corner. There are some rules for tonight. First, you must put one of these sashes on." Teddy said, handing out rainbow sashes that said "Team Bride" on them. She handed Arizona a white sash with rainbow writing that said "The Bride".

"Thanks Teds." Arizona laughed.

"Ok, tonight is about Arizona and Callie but it is also about having fun, oh and crushing the competition. I'm handing each of you a list of things we must do, get a picture of, or return with on our drag show scavenger hunt. Now, the other team will be there and you may converse but they are the enemy, remember that, this is still two separate parties. The goal is to get the most points by the end of the night. The team with the most points wins the prize which will be revealed when we get to our rental house."

"What?" Arizona said with a giant smile as she looked at the list Lexie was holding.

"Oh we've got this." Lexie replied with a smile as she looked at her own list.

"I didn't get one." Arizona pouted.

"Oh the brides get a different list." Teddy replied with a smile but explained no further.

"Oh this is going to be fun." Amelia smirked as she read the list.

"Ok ladies our ride is here!" Teddy said as she watched a party bus pulled up outside.

Callie watched as they pulled up outside her house and looked to Aria for an explanation. Aria smiled at Callie as she handed out gold sashes to each of the women. In rainbow writing, they read Team La Novia while Callie's was white with gold lettering that read La Novia. She noted from her seat in the back of their white stretch limo that Arizona and the members of her party were loading the party bus.

"Arizona's team is loading up so we are going to go over some rules. We are headed to a drag show and yes, Arizona and the other girls will be there but this is no ordinary bachelorette party. We are having a little scavenger hunt. I will hand you each a list. Each item is worth points and the team with the most points wins. There are four items that each bride absolutely must return with but the rest of the items are just for points. The brides have their own list but the rest of us have the same list."

Callie skimmed the list and laughed out loud. This was going to be fun and she had to hand it to her sister for creativity. She was glad that they were all going to the same drag show but they would be doing something much different than Callie had thought they would be doing. She smiled and thought to herself about how much Arizona hated to lose and how she might use that to her advantage to psych out her and her team. All was fair in love and war after all and this was both.

The party bus pulled up to the doors of the bar hosting the drag show and the eleven women emerged from the bus, chatting excitedly as they saw their destination. Another eleven women emerged from the limo parked across the street and Arizona smiled broadly as she saw familiar faces crossing the street. The smile grew even larger when she saw the one face she always wanted to see smiling at her. Teddy was busy handing out the pre-ordered wrist bands to their group that guaranteed their entrance to the bar. Arizona used the opportunity to slip away and walk up to Callie, her hand had just grazed a curvy hip and her mouth was centimeters from Callie's when a voice interrupted them.

"Nice try blondie but tonight, you are the enemy and there's a strict no fraternizing with the enemy rule." Aria said, stepping between the couple.

"I want to be on Callie's team." Arizona pouted.

"Awe babe that's so sweet." Callie smiled, luring the blonde into a false sense of security and just as the blonde smiled Callie added, "But Aria's right, tonight you're the competition and we're playing to win."

"Hey, hey, step away from our bride." Teddy said, shooing the other team off. Arizona took the opportunity to gently swat Callie's ass as she walked away, the brunette turned with an arched eyebrow to look at her fiance.

"Maybe so Calliope, but remember, that ass is mine." Arizona replied sweetly before walking away with Teddy to rejoin their group.

The two groups of women entered the bar and found their separately reserved tables on each side of the stage. Drinks were poured, shots were downed, and dancing was underway as they waited for the show to start. Callie watched from her table with a smile. Though she knew Aria, Cristina, and Meredith were especially invested in this little scavenger hunt competition they had created, Callie didn't care as much about winning as she did about having fun. She had never been to a real drag show before and she found herself curious as well as excited to watch the performances.

"I got the bartender 'ole pizza face' over there to make a drink called the Towers." Cristina said, hooking a thumb over her shoulder to point out a young bartender with unfortunate acne.

"Cristina!" Callie chided.

"Towers isn't really named after Callie though." Addie pointed out.

"Torres, towers, uh yea it is. He wasn't too keen on Calliope or Callie. I had to improvise. The female bartender had already been hijacked by the other team. I saw her making some pink drink for Arizona that looked like someone vomited a care bear. Seriously it had a gummy bear on the rim." Cristina explained quickly.

"Definitely sounds like Arizona." Aria shrugged.

"Well what did you tell him about me?"

"That you break bones for a living." Meredith replied.

"And you love tequila." Cristina added.

"Well couldn't he have at least named it something badass like the bone crusher or something?"

"I don't make the rules." Cristina shrugged as the waitress brought over martini glasses with black sparkling liquid inside of them.

"What is in this?" Aria asked, stirring her drink suspiciously.

"Black vodka, a shot of tequila, cherry juice, orange juice, and fairy dust. The bartender said you could pretend like it's bone dust though." The waitress said with a wink in Callie's direction.

"Oh I think Callie could get some digits." Meredith laughed as the waitress walked away.

"No there will be no digits for Callie tonight, I am simply an observer and very much taken."

"Oh no you're not. We get fifty points if we can get our bride to be part of the drag show and we plan on winning." Aria replied.

"Umm no, not happening."

"We will see about that."

Across the stage at her table, Arizona was at the table tallying the points her team had earned thus far. She watched as the waitress dropped off the personally made drinks for Callie's team and cursed. She had no way of knowing for sure how many tasks the other team had completed but a custom drink was twenty points. She looked up as she heard Lexie and April approaching.

"I got another phone number." Lexie said, dropping it down on the growing pile.

"And I got three condoms. I didn't even know they made glow in the dark or flavored ones. This one is grape." April said, the look of disgust on her face making both Arizona and Lexie laugh.

"I got a cigar, a free drink, two condoms, a pair of handcuffs, and a pair of boxers." Miranda said, returning to the table with her loot.

"Go Bailey." Arizona laughed. "I got something old and something blue, I'm working on the borrowed."

"Oh show us." Lexie said. Arizona placed the old flyer on the table along with the blue sticky note with the ingredients to her drink written on it.

"You could always take one of these condoms, one of them has to be blue and it's new." April said, searching through the alarmingly large pile of condoms.

"Oh here, this one is blue and glows in the dark." Amelia said, pulling one from her pocket.

"Now, I just need something borrowed." Arizona looked around and smiled. She walked over to the bartender that had made her drink and asked her if she could borrow her pen. She sauntered back to the table as her friends cheered. "That was way too easy."

"Yea yea, I still think you people nasty for putting these things on the scavenger hunt but I admit, it's been fun." Miranda replied.

"Oh the drag show is starting." Nicole said as the lights dimmed. Megan and Izzie rejoined the table as well, dropping their loot in the middle as they sat sipping their pink "Arizona's".

Arizona looked across the stage and winked at Callie, she was excited to watch Callie witness her first drag couple had talked about going to one on several occasions but hadn't found the time. She knew Callie was going to love it. Callie blew Arizona a kiss then turned her attention back to the stage.

"If we get one of the performers to throw us a prop it's twenty-five points." Jo whispered in Callie's ear. Jo, Maggie, and Stephanie joined the table where Callie sat with Aria, Addie, Cristina, Meredith, Kacie, and her cousin, Alicia.

"Shh the show is starting." Callie hushed.

By the end of the first round of performers, Callie had collected a boa and a lipstick kiss mark from a performer on her cleavage. Arizona pouted across the stage, having received no props from the performers but she was secretly enjoying the fact that Callie seemed to be popular with the performers and was enjoying herself.

"I think you're going to have to get up there if we're going to win this." Teddy slurred. Arizona giggled at her drunk friend and put her arm around her.

"Cover me." Arizona whispered.

"Where are you going?"

"To win this thing."

Arizona made her way to the curtained area backstage where the performers changed and practiced their routines. Arizona knocked on the wall beside the curtain and waited for someone to respond. A few seconds later a tall, dark drag queen dressed as Whitney Houston stuck her head out through the velvet curtain.

"What can I do for you honey?"

"Well, my fiance has never been to a drag show before. Tonight is our bachelorette party and I was kind of hoping to do something special for her. Is there any way someone could work me into one of your performances to surprise her?"

"Which one is your fiance?"

"The gorgeous Latina with the rainbow boa the last performer threw to her."

"Ohhhh, you have good taste honey."

"I know." Arizona replied, a dimpled smile gracing her face.

"Oh and with those dimples and those eyes, my God, I could just eat you up. I think we could use you for our final performance. Lucky for you, our Baby Spice had an emergency and had to drop out. We were going to do something different instead but it's the same finale from last week. If you want in, I could talk to the girls."

"Absolutely."

"Come on, let's go talk to them."

Callie was seriously enjoying herself. The group at her table had been competitive but fun and had kept the drinks and laughs flowing through the whole night. The brunette was seriously impressed with Aria, Addie, and Teddy's creativity with the planning of this party. With the recent round of tequila making her feel warm and fuzzy, Callie looked around for the blonde she had been missing the whole night. She wondered if there was a chance of convincing her to sneak off into the bathroom for a little makeout session before anyone noticed their absences but she couldn't spot the blonde anywhere.

"Teddy, have you seen Arizona?" Callie asked, approaching the other table.

"Hey, no spying." Teddy said, covering their loot with her body.

"Seriously, I haven't seen her in a while."

"She's busy winning us this competition so now you just go and enjoy the show. They are about to have their final performance." Teddy replied, her words slurred to the point of Callie having to really concentrate in order to decipher them. "Go on, get."

"Someone is going to have one hell of a hangover tomorrow." Callie laughed as she made her way back to her own table.

"Hello ladies, gentlemen, and everyone on the spectrum in between. Are you ready for the finale?" The spotlight hit the stage illuminating the host for the evening. A round of cheers was heard.

"Come on, you can do better than that." He said, holding the microphone out to the audience as louder cheering was heard.

"That's much better. And you're lucky because this group is deserving of all the hoots, hollars, and dollar bills that you can muster. Our drag queens are putting on one hell of a final performance tonight with a surprise guest. Give it up for the Spice Girls."

The room was quiet as everyone watched in anticipation for the finale of the drag show to start. Music started playing and slowly the spotlight hit each of the five drag queens on the stage. Callie squinted her eyes as the fifth spot lit up. It couldn't be.

"Is that Roller girl?" Cristina asked.

"Oh my God, Arizona is part of the drag show." Aria shouted.

Callie got out her phone and recorded the performance as she whistled, hollered, and laughed while watching Arizona be Baby Spice on the stage with the other drag queens. At the end of the song, the drag queens pulled Callie up on stage and sat her in a chair with Arizona on her lap. Their friends cheered loudly and the couple answered the "kiss" chanting with a passionate kiss before leaving the stage together.

"Give it up for Arizona, our Baby Spice for the night. She and her gorgeous fiance, Callie are getting married next week. Let's make sure we give them lots of love and warm wishes before the end of the night." The host shouted as Arizona left the stage with Callie.

"That was amazing, Arizona. I can't believe you did that." Callie laughed as she hugged the blonde to her chest.

"I was so nervous but it was actually a lot of fun." Arizona replied with a bubbly laugh.

"Are you guys ready for the next part of your night?" Aria asked.

"There's more?" Callie asked her sister.

"Of course there's more but don't worry, it's low key. Daddy rented a house for us not far from here so we could all get some rest and hang out together. Our families are coming over tomorrow for a cookout and to play paintball at the house." Aria replied.

"Thanks for tonight, Aria, it was truly amazing." Callie said, hugging her sister.

"It really was." Arizona replied.

"Ok, all of our stuff has been loaded onto the party bus so everyone is taking the party bus back to the house." Aria announced.

The younger Latina had stayed sober, having only two drinks through the night to make sure everyone was safe. She counted the women as they boarded the bus and as soon as she was sure everyone was accounted for, she gave the driver the address to the house they had rented. Twenty minutes later they pulled up to the giant estate.

"Wow, this house is amazing." Miranda said, being the first to step off the bus.

"Every room is a different theme. There's an arcade, a movie theater, two pools, three hot tubs, and an outdoor park that has a paintball course, human sized foosball, and a human bowling lane." Aria replied.

"This is so cool." Arizona said in awe as they stepped foot into the mansion.

"There are fourteen rooms but most of the rooms have bunk beds and sleep at least two people. Arizona and Callie have the master suite, the rest of the beds are up for grabs."

"Anyone up for some arcade games?" Lexie asked.

The guests scattered, some heading to the bar to get drinks, many heading to the arcade to play games, a few made their way to the hot tubs with their drinks. Arizona found a bed for Teddy and tucked her in before going to find her fiance who was in the arcade in a furious battle of table hockey with Lexie. Arizona slid her arms around Callie's waist from behind and placed a few kisses on the back of Callie's bare shoulder.

"Hey baby." Callie said, her attention still focused on her game against Lexie.

"What do you say we find some place quiet and have a drink?"

"Sounds perfect but after I slaughter Lexie, ok?" Callie replied, once again, her eyes not leaving the table. Arizona laughed lightly.

"Ok honey." Arizona said, placing one last kiss on Callie's shoulder before releasing her from her grasp. She turned to walk away, intending to find a game to occupy her time while waiting for Callie but the brunette reached for her hand, stopping her.

"Don't go. You're my good luck charm."

"Now how can I say no to that?"

Arizona watched for a full five minutes with neither of the women scoring against the other. Her money was on Callie, always but she needed this game to end and quickly. She had waited all night to get her hands on her gorgeous fiance and this game was getting in the way of that. Thinking of some way to distract Lexie, Arizona said the first thing that popped in her head.

"I'm pregnant."

"What?" Callie and Lexie said in unison, both dropping their attention from the game just as Lexie hit the puck sending it flying into Callie's pocket and effectively tying the game. Whoever scored next was the winner.

"Oh, sorry Callie, I was trying to distract Lexie, not you."

"That's cheating." Lexie said, pointing a finger at Arizona.

"How about next time, let's not go with something like that. You had me worried for a second." Callie said, arching an eyebrow at Arizona in a way that let her know Callie didn't appreciate that joke.

"I'm sorry it was the first thing that popped in my head. I just want this game to end so I can get my beautiful, wonderful, kind, forgiving fiance naked."

"Mmmhmm." Callie said, turning her attention back to the game.

After another ten minutes, the score was still tied and Arizona was losing her patience. She decided she would go grab herself a drink and think about how to end the game with Callie winning only for Callie to catch up to her before she even reached the bar.

"Hey, did your game end?"

"Yea, Lexie won."

"Awe babe, I'm sorry."

"It's ok we have a rematch set for tomorrow. I let her win, I wanted to spend some time with my beautiful fiance." Callie replied, placing a kiss on Arizona's lips.

"Want to grab a bottle of champagne and go sit out by the fire with me?" Arizona asked, pulling a bottle from behind the bar.

"I thought you'd never ask." Callie replied.

Half an hour later with half the bottle of champagne gone and a fire blazing beside them, the couple laid on a blanket under the stars. They had been silent for quite some time as Arizona rubbed circles on Callie's bare abdomen where her shirt had risen up. The couple shared the occasional kiss but felt no need for words as they laid there together.

"Do you remember when we did this for the first time?" Callie asked, breaking the silence.

"Of course I do. Even then, it felt so natural to be there with you."

"For me too. I wished on that star for this."

"You did?"

"I did."

"I was too scared to wish for so much. I knew I was already falling in love with you and it scared me so much. But I knew this was something I was incapable of walking away from."

"I'm glad you didn't."

"Me too."

"Did you have fun tonight?"

"So much fun. Did you?"

"I did. You were so cute on that stage. Teddy, Aria, and Addie really did a good job planning this."

"They really did. We should get them something special after all of this."

"We should."

"Are you cold?" Arizona asked as Callie shivered next to her.

"Umm, no not exactly." Callie replied with a smile. Arizona's hand had been aimlessly roaming her skin for a while and her hand had skimmed over hip bones, her abdomen, and had risen up subconsciously brushing the underside of Callie's bra clad breasts.

"Oh." Arizona replied with a cocky smile as she noticed the placement of her hand. She leaned down and kissed Callie, allowing her hand to fully cover the brunette's left breast and give it a gentle squeeze.

"Hey there don't start something you can't finish, babe."

"Oh I can totally finish and so will you." Arizona replied as her mouth trailed hot kisses over Callie's neck and jawline.

"Do you think we should wait?"

"Wait? What?" Arizona asked stopping her kisses abruptly and looking down at Callie.

"I mean do you think waiting until we get married will make the wedding night more special?" Callie asked. Arizona squinted her eyes down at the beauty before her to gage the seriousness of this conversation given the amount of alcohol they had that night. She sighed as she realized Callie was serious.

"If you want to wait that's what we will do but no, I don't think that it will make our wedding night any more or less special. It is going to be special because I am adding your last name to mine and because I will have the title of being your wife. It will be special because we are making a promise to one another, a commitment to be together always. It will be special because we are forming a lifelong partnership and you will be the future mother of our children. The sex will be special because it is a physical way to seal our promise to one another and that won't change in the next week regardless of if we have sex or not."

"I love you." Callie replied, a giant smile forming on her face as she rolled on top of Arizona, placing a passionate kiss on her.

"Don't. I want to follow your wishes but you are making it incredibly hard."

"No, you're right, we don't need to wait and I want you. I have all night." Callie said, continuing her ministrations on Arizona's neck.

"Are you sure? I won't be mad if you want to wait honey."

"I'm sure, now shut up and finish what you started." Callie said, effectively quieting both of them as she forced her tongue into Arizona's mouth.

Despite the neediness in the first kiss, the following ones turned softer, less needy and more controlled. Arizona was thoroughly enjoying the languid kisses and the way they made her feel completely breathless. Callie pulled a blanket from a nearby chair and covered them up even as she removed her clothes. Arizona shimmied out of her dress in her position still beneath Callie and the brunette quickly got rid of the blonde's offending undergarments for her. Now, both completely naked under the blanket with the stars above them and the crackling of the fire, Arizona couldn't recall a more perfect moment.

"Here, lay beside me." Arizona said, placing a hand on Callie's hip to gently guide her to her side.

"I was enjoying being on top."

"I could tell," Arizona giggled before adding, "But I want to feel you too."

"Hmmm, like this?" Callie asked as she pressed her chest against Arizona's, groaning as their nipples grazed each other.

"Mmm, exactly."Arizona replied. She brought both hands up to cup Callie's face in a passionate but unrushed kiss.

Tan legs intertwined with pale ones as the owner of the tan legs wrapped her arms around Arizona's waist, pulling their bodies flush. Both women moaned at the feeling as Arizona ended the kiss and released Callie's face. Their hands roamed over the soft skin of the other's back and side before settling on hips. Arizona's hand roamed over Callie's perfectly shaped round bottom, squeezing it gently before releasing it to bring her hand to Callie's folds.

"Together?" Callie asked, her hand roaming over a taut abdomen to find the smooth skin over Arizona's mound.

"Together." Arizona confirmed, spreading her legs to give Callie better access.

The couple started off slowly exploring the other's folds, marveling at the softness, gathering wetness as they stared intently into each other's eyes. Neither felt rushed, they were enjoying discovering the mysteries the other's body possessed. Arizona loved watching the way Callie's eyebrow twitched everytime she brought her fingertip over her clit and applied the tiniest bit of pressure. Callie found the way Arizona stuck the tip of her tongue out before biting her lip to suppress a pending moan completely sexy. Without a word to the other, they both entered the other with two fingers, both gasping at the feel of the sudden intrusion as they held onto each other with their free hands.

Callie set a slow and steady pace that Arizona easily matched. Before long small gasps were heard between words of encouragement from each woman to the other. Arizona brushed her thumb over Callie's clit and applied the slightest pressure as she felt the familiar signs of an impending orgasm begin to course through her body. Her spine tingled, she felt the unmistakable quiver in her lower abdomen, and her inner walls tightening and spasming around Callie's skilled fingers.

"Oh Callie, I'm close." Arizona whispered, wanting them to fall over the edge together.

"Me too." Callie panted, a moan immediately fell from her lips as she felt Arizona's fingers curl at the same time her thumb applied just the right amount of pressure to her bundle of nerves.

"Callie, oh shit, Callie." Arizona moaned as her body stiffened and then convulsed against Callie. Hearing the blonde saying her name as she orgasmed sent Callie over the edge and a powerful orgasm hit her sending delicious sensations from her toes to the top of her head as she spasmed against Arizona, bright lights appearing behind her eyelids as she pulled air into her lungs.

"Oh fuck." Callie moaned as her body convulsed one last time with aftershocks.

"Mmm my thoughts exactly." Arizona replied in contentment as she wrapped her arms around Callie and nuzzled her face into Callie's chest. She licked a perky nipple causing Callie to hiss.

"I'm glad we determined that waiting was stupid." Callie said once she caught her breath.

"I didn't say it was stupid babe but I'm glad we just did what we did." Arizona replied, she was busy peppering Callie's chest and neck with kisses.

"Mmm that feels nice."

"I wanted to do this all night. You looked so beautiful tonight that it was difficult to keep my eyes and hands off of you."

"Wait until you see me in my wedding dress." Callie teased.

"I can't wait." Arizona replied, finally removing her mouth from Callie's chest so she could look into brown eyes. "I love you so much and I feel so lucky."

"I know the feeling, honey." Callie replied, reaching a hand up and brushing her thumb over Arizona's cheekbone.

"Can we sleep out here? I'm so comfortable and it's beautiful out here."

"We will probably be sore tomorrow if we do and we have no clothes besides what we wore to the bar."

"We could just put our bra and underwear back on. There's more blankets folded up in that bin. I'll grab us a few more to lay on and another to cover up with. We could use the pillows from the chairs."

"I can't believe you are trying to convince me to sleep outside when you're the one who hates camping."

"In my defense you've only ever been glamping. Go camping with the Robbins, you will understand my disdain for camping."

"I'll compromise with you. How about we go upstairs and put on some pajamas and make a bed on one of the chairs on the private deck?"

"I suppose that could be romantic." Arizona replied.

"You really want to stay out here, don't you?"

"Kind of, yea."

"Ok, I'll find our underwear, you go grab some more blankets."

"Really? We don't have to if you don't want to."

"It is kind of nice here, the fire feels nice and it's romantic, I don't mind." Callie replied. The blonde squealed and pecked her lips before jumping up stark naked and running to the bin to grab some more blankets. Callie shook her head and smiled before going in search of their discarded bras and panties.

"Look at that, a shooting star." Callie pointed out as they got comfortable on the little blanket bed they had made.

"Hmmm, seems like we should make another wish."

"Seems so." Callie replied. She kissed Arizona's head and closed her eyes as she made her wish.

XXXXX

"Found them!" A loud voice awoke Arizona the next morning. She was curled into Callie's front, their legs intertwined from another round of passion. Her head was tucked safely into Callie's chest beneath the blankets and the blonde was momentarily confused about where she was.

"We've been looking everywhere for you two." Addie said as Arizona peeked her head out of the blankets and groaned as the sunlight attacked her eyes.

"It's so bright." She whispered, her voice hoarse from sleep and from screaming Callie's name the night before.

"If you two don't want to be caught naked outside by all of your family, you should probably head in and shower. Carlos messaged Aria ten minutes ago that they were on their way. It only takes twenty minutes to get here."

"Shit, Calliope, baby, get up we overslept, everyone will be here soon."

"Five more minutes." The brunette whined, throwing an arm over her eyes.

"Baby we don't have five more minutes. I'm sorry but we have to get up now." Arizona said, gently. "You don't want your dad to catch us outside naked do you?"

"Ugh." Callie replied but it did the trick. They each wrapped a blanket around their bodies, gathered their discarded dresses and the undergarments that had come back off during their last round of sex. They had been too tired to move in order to replace them at that point and had fallen asleep naked after all.

The couple showered together quickly, avoiding touching one another to prevent any distraction from getting ready. Once showered, they dressed into their extra clothes, Callie tossed her hair up in a messy bun on top of her head and Arizona left hers down to dry on it's own. With a quick kiss, the two emerged from the house just as everyone was arriving in the driveway.

"Wow." Tim said as he climbed out of the back of the suv toting Cooper in his car seat. "This place is huge."

Arizona ran over to her brother and nephew, taking the baby from Tim so he could help Barbara and Daniel unload the groceries they had brought. Carlos and Lucia emerged from a second SUV as Jared assisted Abuela from the back seat on one side and Carlos got Nonna from the other side, both women batting at the men trying to help them. Callie and Aria immediately went to the second SUV to help their family unload the groceries they had brought.

"Goodness, it seems like we're feeding a whole army." Arizona replied.

"We are honey. All of your friends are here and there will be more arriving for dinner and games."

"Speaking of games, we never got to find out what we won last night." Arizona said.

"Oh yea, our team definitely won, Aria and I tallied the scores this morning." Teddy replied.

"Not to worry, you will get your prizes later today." Carlos replied with a smile.

"So, what's for dinner?" Teddy asked.

The day was spent with their families lounging by the pool and playing games together. In the mid afternoon, more cars pulled up carrying their male friends mostly since all of their female friends seemed to already be there. Derek, Mark, Alex, George, Henry, Ben, Jackson, and Owen showed up together followed closely by Chief Webber, Matthew, Nathan, Link, and Tom. Nora arrived a short time later with Nick in tow. With the arrival of everyone, a battle was planned on the paintball field.

Tom, Richard, and Carlos agreed to man the grills while Abuela and Nonna claimed babysitting duty for Cooper. Everyone else, with the exception of Nora, Lucia, and Barbara who all opted to be referees of the games, were expected to play. With there being thirty six people ready to play, they decided to break up into four groups of nine and each take a turn on the field against each team. By the end of the four rounds, everyone was covered in different colored paint and playfulling arguing over who cheated and who actually won though no one had actually kept score.

"You look awfully hot with pink paint in your hair." Arizona whispered in Callie's ear swatting her butt as she skipped past her. The blonde had sneak attacked Callie early in the game and splattered pink paint in the brunette's hair.

Callie picked up her paint gun and aimed it at Arizona's ass in retaliation, shooting a bright green mark onto Arizona. The blonde whipped around quickly and Callie held her arms up in surrender, an innocent smile gracing her lips. Arizona squinted her eyes in the cute way Callie loved and shouted, "Watch it Torres."

"Oh baby, trust me I am, and now I've marked it too." Callie replied with a smirk. Nonna and Abuela both laughed.

"Calliope." Arizona yelled, her cheeks flushing red as she realized the two older women had overheard.

"They already know, we're getting married in less than a week." Callie replied with a shrug as she caught up to Arizona and the two joined their families in the giant circle they had created around the yard.

Dinner consisted of salmon, steak, lobster, chicken, and corn on the cob grilled to perfection with Barbara's homemade potato salad and peach cobbler along with Lucia's empanadas and risotto as sides. Arizona was seriously concerned she wouldn't fit in her wedding dress in six days by the time the sun was setting and everyone gathered around the fire with their favorite beverages and snuggled with their partners. Carlos handed out envelopes with spa packages to the winning group along with a bottle of wine to each of the women on Arizona's team. The losing group were each given a bottle of tequila which had promptly been opened by the twisted sisters. Arizona watched them with a smile as they took giant swigs from their respective bottles.

"This was the best bachelorette weekend ever." Arizona whispered to Callie.

"It was." Callie replied, looking around at their family and friends and feeling incredibly lucky.

"T minus six days. You're not going to get cold feet on me, are you?"

"My feet are borderline feverish." Callie replied.

"Good."

"Any second thoughts on your part?"

"Never."

"Good."

"This was a pretty good wish."

"It really was." Callie replied with a smile before sealing it with a kiss.

After a while, people started dispersing, many of their friends, including Arizona and Callie had to work the next day but the couple was staying at the house with their families for the night anyway. Once the food had been cleaned up and leftovers had been sent with their guests, just their families remained around the fire. Sara took Connor in for bed and slowly people began to make their way inside. After a while, only Callie and Arizona remained by the fire.

"As much as I enjoyed last night, I think tonight we need to sleep in a bed or work will be brutal tomorrow." Arizona said.

"Absolutely. Come on, dance with me before we go in." Callie said, pulling Arizona up.

The couple slow danced to the soft music of the radio until the flames were just flickering embers and the blonde began to shiver. She wasn't ready for the night to end though so she kept swaying with Callie even though the music was anything but slow. Callie sighed deeply and pulled Arizona tighter before relenting and deciding that they needed to go inside soon.

"I love dancing with you. It makes me think about our first dates."

"Oh when I was teaching you to salsa?"

"Mmmm. I may have pretended to be worse than I was just to feel your hands on me or to watch you dance as you taught me the moves. Either way, I was happy." Arizona confessed.

"I wondered about that." Callie replied with a laugh.

"I still find you breathtakingly beautiful, you know. Sometimes I just see you across the room and all these little butterflies erupt in my belly and you literally make it difficult for me to breathe."

"I love it when you say things like that."

"It's true."

"You take my breath away when I see you throw your head back in laughter like you do. You have the most pure laugh I've ever heard. It makes me just want to kiss the daylights out of you."

"That's so sweet of you." Arizona teased. Callie blushed but Arizona kissed her nose so she would know she was only teasing her.

"Come on you, I only have six more days to have wild hot sex with my fiance." Callie said, tugging Arizona toward the house.

"You're right but then after that you will get wild, hot crazy sex with your wife and somehow I think that will be even better."

"I like the way you think, Robbins."

"I am brilliant." Arizona giggled.

"Oh you absolutely are. Your fingers are quite brilliant and that tongue of yours, genius."

"You're incorrigible."

"But you love me anyway."

"I really do."
