A CKH bus was heading off to Panda-Mania in Topeka, a capital in Kansas. Inside the bus, the ACS were getting stoked about Panda-Mania.
"You know what, girls?" chuckled Ms. Benjamin as she drove along the road. "It's hot in Topeka." The girls chuckled at her joke.
"I can't believe that we're here at Panda-Mania," Danna said, "the Chinese festival in Kansas."
"I heard so much about this place, so I decided to check it out," Ms. Benjamin explained. "This is also a good chance to show off my monkey human performing."
"Is that why we're dressed like Chinese acrobats?" asked Chanel. "Because I dyed mine black because the colors weren't me."
"Yeah," Ms. Benjamin answered. "I knew yellow didn't suit you. Now we need you girls to get ready soon."
"What?" asked the girls.
"That's right," Ms. Benjamin replied. "This is the real deal. You know all those Mew Mew missions where you did those Chinese acrobats, they were practice session for a dance."
The girls were stoked about their actual performance at Panda-Mania. "This is just like when we performed that Christmas show for those homeless people," recalled Vada.

Later, they arrived in Topeka. Everywhere, Chinese culture was rampaging the place. There were wooden sword dancers, shadow puppetry of the legend of Mulan, and acrobats everywhere.
"This is Mewtastic, Ms. Benjamin," commented Saatvika. "I've seen Chinese imports in some of my movies before, but this takes the moon cake."
In front of them was a panda tent, where they could learn about the national animal of China. Fenfang and Dreamheart wanted to come, but Ms. Benjamin refused. "Fenfang, Dreamheart," she whispered to the two animals, "they don't allow animals in the building unless they're guiding dogs, and I think faking a disability is against the law. You two should just go around the festival and paint the place red."
With two big smiles, Fenfang and Dreamheart agreed to the plan.

Inside the tent, they saw a document on panda bears.
Panda bears were considered very popular in China for their cuteness and shyness. Although endangered, nature organizations did their best to protect them.
Below the television, there were pamphlets and merchandise about panda bear protection.
While looking at the Panda-Mania brochure, Carla could see that a famous panda will be visiting the festival. "So, chicas," she said, "after we check out the dancing dragons, wanna look at the famous visiting panda?"

Meanwhile, a white-and-grey Chinese dragon was going around the cage containing the famous panda, Hēi Xīng. In reality, the dancing dragon was actually Arethra, Elthunt, and Crossni. Arethra got out a McCart Bug from her mini-purse, stung Hei Xing, and it turned into a panda monsters. The guards tried to capture it, but it was too strong to control.
Little did Poach's cohorts knew was that Fenfang and Dreamheart were spying on them like crows. Looking at the panda monster and the egg roll kart, Dreamheart got an idea. Swiftly, he tossed steamy hot egg rolls towards the monster hoping it would buy it time to alert the Mew Mews.

At a Mew Mew stand, Ms. Benjamin spotted a poster with five completely different Mew Mews, much to the ACS' surprise.
"How many Mew Mew teams are there?" asked Danna.
"3,640," Kiki answered, "but I don't want to over-do it like always. So I decided to get to the ones of your countries when you go home for the summer."
The ACS were surprised, because they always thought that they were the only Mew Mew teammates along with the ones from Chocolate City. Just then, they got a vision from Dreamheart: McCart Panda was causing trouble on the other side of the festival.
"We better catch up with Dreamheart and Fenfang, and fast," suggested Vada.
"Go on ahead," replied Ms. Benjamin. "I'm going to stay here and catch up with a little Péngyǒu."
Mew Mew, Metamorphosis!
After the Mew Mews took off, Ms. Benjamin looked under the Mew Mew table and spotted a Mini-Mew that had peacock patterns and a skunk with a pie slice birthmark over its right eye. "Okay now," she whispered. "The Mew Mews need help."

By the time they arrived at a shadow puppetry theater, everyone was running from McCart Panda. "Caught bare-handed!" shouted Mew Mew Honey. "Come on, Mew Mews! Let's end this Panda-monium!"
One by one, they they took down a McCart Panda. Then out of nowhere, a peacock whip came out of nowhere and knocked down McCart Panda, "Batter up, girls," shouted a light-green Mew Mew with peacock feathers and a baseball bat came in, "because Mew Mew Key Lime is here!"
The Mew Mews didn't recognize her, but Cupcake did. "Khaleesi?" she asked.
"That's correct," answered Khaleesi.
"Ugh, Cupcake?" said Mew Mew Honey. "Which pen pal program did you find Khaleesi?"
"The Mew Mew pen pal program," Mew Mew Cupcake answered. "She told me that while she was visiting the Wichita Zoo, she spotted a peacock being smuggled out of the zoo by poachers."
"That's right, Carla," replied Khaleesi. "After I tossed a baseball at one of them, the peacock was free and I've been getting a peacock feather-like marking on my right arm. Your dance teacher emailed me about what's going on, and I joined the Mew Mew program."
"That's right, Khaleesi!" shouted Ms. Benjamin as she scared the Mew Mews again. Believing that Ms. Benjamin knew something, they glared at her.
"About that," explained Mew Mew Pudding. "The Mew Mew pen pal program is an exclusive program where Mew Mews can contact other Mew Mews all over the universe. Though they have to keep the alien ones a secret from their parents - otherwise they'll be sent to hospitals."
Behind Mew Mew Key Lime, the Mini-Mew that looked a lot like a peacock, and the skunk came out with the pie birthmark. "This is my Mini-Mew, Miko. She really loves being pretty," Mew Mew Key Lime explained. "And the skunk is Lolita. She's smarter than your average skunk."
Secretly, McCart Panda grabbed the Mew Mews, except for Mew Mews Key Lime and Dumpling. Angry about their capture, Lolita bounced up and sprayed in McCart Panda's face, dropping the other Mew Mews. Dumpling combined her Crested Umbrella with Won Ton and they made a giant trampoline out of it. She declared, "This is like lifting weights at the circus."
"Mǎxì tuán! Mǎxì tuán!" shouted Won Ton.

Just like that, McCart Panda changed back into Hēi Xīng. "That's Hēi Xīng," recalled Mew Mew Key Lime, "the spinning plate panda."
"I've read about him," recalled Mew Mew Vanilla. "He's a big star at the Topeka Zoo."
"You know," suggested Mew Mew Sundae, "maybe Hei Xing could be part of our act."
Everyone agreed, including Mew Mew Key Lime.

Later that day, the ACS were performing a Chinese acrobatic dance routine with Hei Xing doing it's famous panda spinning act. To finish the performance, Khaleesi came in and did some contemporary dancing.
"I can't believe that Khaleesi takes contemporary dance lessons," Danna whispered to Carla.
"Yeah," replied Carla, "She's to embarassed to talk about her secret dancing passions, fears that people would laugh at her."
After everyone cheered, the Mew Mews began to wonder if there were more Mew Mews in Kansas besides them. "There's a Mew Mew group in Kansas," explained Khaleesi. "But I chose to work alone, for now."
Looking up, Julianna could see a familiar face that makes Presley Beth smile. It was Web Hanger of the Tranquil Teenz; he was there for his geography report. Wanting to spend time with her crush, Presley Beth came up and held Web Hanger's hand.
"How's your girl doing anyway?" Carla asked Khaleesi.
"She's doing great," replied Khaleesi. "I promised her an autograph from Mew Mew Cupcake. So, could you do the honors?"
Taking a picture of Mew Mew Cupcake, Carla signed the autograph for Khaleesi's girlfriend.
