Friday Night SmackDown was live at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A video package recaps last week's Bladewolf vs. Batista vs. Rey Mysterio match that ended in a no contest after repeated interference from the Undertaker, who never made an appearance.

The SmackDown video plays and the show opens with a huge fireworks display. Todd Grisham and Matt Striker welcomes everyone to the show and announce the main event will be a Steel Cage Match featuring the Bladewolf, Rey Mysterio and Batista. The winner will become the number one contender for Undertaker's World Heavyweight Championship.

Later

The Steel Cage is lowered down to the ring for the main event tonight. Rey Mysterio's theme hits first and out comes the Master of the 619 who makes his usual entrance. Instead of entering through the cage door, Mysterio climbs it and jumps into the ring. Mysterio's theme dies down as he waits for the other two men he faces tonight.

Batista's theme hits and out comes the Animal who seemed at home in a cage where an animal can tear it's prey to pieces due to that prey having no escape. But Batista was also gonna be locked in the cage with someone who was a much ore dangerous animal. Batista enters the ring and stares Mysterio down as his theme dies down.

OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

The Devil's Wolf plays to a loud pop as the lights change to the sinister, blood red and out comes the Bladewolf. he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. He stops at the steps and takes his coat off, then his metallic mask, handing them to someone before he enters the ring and shuts the cage door behind him. The cage door is then locked shut as the Demon Wolf eyes his two opponents for tonight.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

Right away, Bladewolf and Batista go at it, furiously slugging it out with each other when Bladeowlf noticed Mysterio trying to quickly escape so he headbutts Batista then runs up and grabs Mysterio around the waist...AND HITS A GERMAN SUPLEX OFF THE CAGE WALL! Bladewolf gets to a knee as he glares at his two opponents before getting to his feet, flipping his hair back. Bladewolf grabs Mysterio and tosses him into the cell wall, grabs him from behind and hits a German Suplex. Bladewolf then runs and takes Batista down with a clothesline.

Bladewolf stomps on Batista in the corner and drives his foot into Batista's neck before continuing to stomp on Batista. Bladewolf backs off and paces befor ehe runs and drives his knee into Batista's chest.

Bladewolf turns his attention to Mysterio who was crawling to his feet, only to be grabbed from behind but Mysterio slides in between Bladewolf's legs and pushes him into the cage wall, sending the 10-time World Champion to a knee. Mysterio dropkicks Bladewolf, causing his head to bounce off the cage wall and he falls down.

Mysterio turns his attention to Batista, and ducks a clothesline and hits some strikes but Batista shoves him to the corner. Batista charges but Mysterio moves and runs up the side of the cage but Batista catches him. Mysterio kicks Batista off and flies off the top rope with a cross-body but Batista avoids it. Batista slams Mysterio into the corner and hits some shoulder blocks. Batista sends him into the ropes and catches Mysterio's cross-body attempt.

Batista turns around...INTO A FLYING CLOTHESLINE FROM BLADEWOLF! Bladewolf gets to his feet and flips his hair back before he grabs Mysterio and throws him into the cage wall and then turns his attention to Batista. he walks over and picks the former World Heavyweight Champion up then bashes his head off the cage wall ruthlessly and with no mercy or remorse as he dies it rapidly and multiple times.

Bladeowlf then picks Batista up...AND HITS THE FURY OF THE WOLF! HE HOOKS THE LEGS! ONE! TWO! THRE-! MYSTERIO BREAKS IT UP!

Bladewolf got to his feet and Mysteiro quickly attacks, throwing lefts and rights before he rebounds off the ropes, grabs onto Bladewolf and spins around...THEN HITS A HURRICARANA!

Mysterio heads to the top rope...AND JUMPS OFF WITH A-! BLADEWOLF JUMPED UP AND CAUGHT HIM BY THE THROAT! Bladeowlf glares at Mysterio before he shakes his head then lifts Mysterio up...AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM!

Bladewolf doesn't go for the pin or escaping the cage as he turns his attention to Batista who stumbles to his feet and the two slug it out once more. Bladewolf knees Batista in the stomach and goes for a German Suplex but Batista elbows him in the side of the head, making him stumble back. Batista tackles him into the corner and drives his shoulder repeatedly into the stomach of the Bladewolf. Batista then scoops Bladewolf up...AND HITS A RUNNING POWERSLAM!

Batista turns his attention to Mysterio. Batista charges into a dropkick and he's in position. Mysterio then runs and climbs up his back, up the cage. Batista catches him and pulls him back down.

Batista goes for a Batista Bomb but Mysterio attempts a sunset flip. Batista picks him up and throws him into the cage. Batista chokes him with his boot and talks some trash. Batista pushes his face against the cage with his foot as well. There are no disqualifications so he can?t get in trouble for that. Batista picks him up with a gorilla press and throws him like a javelin into the cage. Batista picks him up again in a gorilla press but Mysterio catches the cage and quickly climbs up but Batista catches him again.

Mysterio kicks him away and hits a springboard seated senton! Mysterio goes into the ropes and eats a big boot. Batista sets up and goes for a spear but Mysterio moves! Batista smashes his face against the cage! Mysterio hits some strikes and hits a clothesline! Mysterio hits a low dropkick to the face and a springboard leg drop for a near fall. Mysterio climbs to the top rope and jumps into Batista's arms but he's able to roll him up for a two count. Mysterio goes for a wheelbarrow bulldog but Batista slams him down face first. Batista sets up...AND HITS A SPEAR!

Batista gloats around the ring and picks him up...THEN HITS A SPINEBUSTER! Batista signals for the Batista Bomb but stops when he sees Mysterio crawling for the door. Batista pretends to allow him to leave before dragging him back into the ring...ONLY TO GET SPEARED BY BLADEWOLF!

Bladewolf grabs Mysterio, scoops him up onto his shoulder and holds him upside down in front of him...THEN HITS THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER! HE HOOKS THE LEG! ONE! TWO! THREE! THE BLADEWOLF WINS!

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

The Devil's Wolf plays as Bladewolf flips his hair back and gets to his feet. He faces the Undertaker at the Royal Rumble for the World Heavyweight Championship!

Bladewolf leaves the caged ring as Batista and Mysterio are recovering. He heads up the ramp and pauses on the stage, looks back, before looking ahead then raises his right fist as fire shoots up beside him. He then heads backstage...

So, it will be the Bladewolf vs the Undertaker at the Royal Rumble for the World Heavyweight Championship. Will Bladewolf win and score his 3rd World Heavyweight Championship, his 11th World title? Or will he fall to his older brother?
