More Twists And Turns
Jason tried to swallow, but the grapes that were in his spoon went down the wrong way, causing him to choke.
Kristi rushed up behind Jason to perform the Heimlich maneuver on him.
When the grapes were free from his windpipe, Jason looked at Kristi.
"Thank you, Kristi." Jason said after the grapes were freed from him.
"Anytime, Jason." Kristi said.
Jason's cellphone vibrated, "Hello?" he said.
"Hello? Is Jason Whyte there?" the caller asked.
"This is Jason Whyte," Jason clarified. "who may I ask is calling?"
"This is Carmen," Carmen answered. "I'm Rafael's sister."
"I didn't even know Rafael had a sister," Jason said. "what's going on?"
"Grab Lisa and meet me at my camp," Carmen said to Jason. "I'll tell you everything when you arrive."
"I will be there in two shakes of a lamb's tail." Jason said, ending the phone call.
"Is everything okay, Jason?" Kristi asked.
"I need to go to the Atwood residence, Kristi." Jason answered.
"Great," Kristi said. "our chauffeur can give you a ride."
"There really is no need for that, Kristi." Jason said.
"What are you saying?" Kristi asked Jason curiously.
Without so much as an answer, Jason teleported out of the Cavanaugh residence.
