Sorry about updating the wrong chapter this is the next one. Sorry about how long it has taken to update time is just going by so fast and I am flat out. I also was suffering from writers block but don't worry I have new ideas and updates shall be a lot more often.

Sophia POV

After the chat I had with my dad and my sessions with Dr Flynn my nightmares have got a lot better. I rarely have them anymore but there is the odd night that I do and my dad has told me that I better come to him at night if I have a really bad one. But that has only happened like once so far. I have to say though it is a lot easier when dad is there to comfort me after a nightmare. I remember I used to feel like such a nuisance after the kidnapping when they put the monitor in my room to hear when I had a nightmare but when dad found out I had turned it off he was not happy at all either was mom either to be honest. I have finally been allowed to return to my volunteer work at the hospital after my counselling sessions. It has been great to get back to it. I have currently just woken up and I am getting ready for school. As soon as I'm finished getting ready I head downstairs to the kitchen for breakfast. Gail has cooked scrambled eggs and toast.

"Morning Gail." I say

"Good morning to you to Sophia are you ready for school today."

"Yes I am I have cheerleading practice after school as well."

"Oh that seems like fun how are you getting on with it."

"It's a lot of fun if I'm being honest Gail."

"What's a lot of fun." My dad says as he walks into the kitchen with Phoebe on his hip and comes over and places a kiss on my forehead.

"Oh you know dad just hanging out with all the guys in school they are so much fun." My fathers face pales and his lips thin.

"What do you mean having around with boys Sawyer hasn't said any of this to me." I can't help myself and start laughing at my dads reaction.

"Dad I'm only messing we were on about cheerleading."

"Please Sophia don't mess with with me about these things I don't think my heart can take it." He says laughing. "I have to say I am very relieved I was about to call sawyer one and interrogate him."

My mom then walks in with Teddy and we all sit down and have breakfast.

"Just a reminder I have cheerleading practice today mom and dad."

"Okay sweetheart just be careful." My mom says.

"Don't worry I will."

After breakfast I head to the car with Sawyer and he head of to school. I meet Isabel and we head in to our first class together. We take our normal seats and there is an empty seat beside me. The teacher walks in abs instructs us to take our stuff and just as she is doing role call the door opens and a boy our age walks into the room.

"Can I help you." My teacher asks.

"My name is Caleb I'm a new student here today is my first day and I was told to come here." He says he has a really nice voice and also has a very nice face and body if I'm being honest.

"Welcome you can take a seat there beside Miss Grey." My god did she say my name is he going to be sitting beside me. Oh my god I need to get myself together.

He smiles at me and he sits down. The class goes quite quickly but the whole time I felt like he was looking at me. I get up as the class finished and I go to exit the room but he follows me and says " Miss Grey hey would you like to tell me your first name." He says while smiling he has a very attractive smile I have to say.

"Ehh my name is Sophia."

"Sophia that's a beautiful name I guess I'll see you around."

"I guess." I say abs then he walks away.

"Sophia the new hot-stuff was just taking to you and he was looking at you all through that class." Isabel says as she comes over to me.

"He's not that great." I say lying.

"You need to get you eyes checked out." Isabel says looking at me with disbelief.

"Sophia he so damn hot you should so go for him he if definitely into you."

"Isabel even if I wanted to I couldn't are you forgetting about my dad and sawyer let's face it I'm going to end up being a nun with them around all the time." I say.

"Not if I can help it Sophia you need to be able to live a little." She says.

"I suppose".

We go to our next few classes then the time for break comes and I'm not feeling hungry so I don't bother getting anything I am still stuffed from breakfast. I sit down at the table with my group of friends and a girl called Rachel comes over none of us really like her she is so full of herself and sits down beside us and tells us about how she is in love with the new boy Caleb and that he is interested in her to. Rachel is also on our cheerleading squad. I look around and is see Caleb sitting with a group of lads but when I look I see him staring at me and then turning away. I turn around back To the girls when I see Sawyer coming over with some food and he tells me to eat it because my dad will go mental if I don't.

"Sawyer I'm not hungry." I tell him.

"Sorry Sophia but your dad asks these questions and I can't lie to him and you have practice after school so you need your strength. He has instructed me to do this if you ever decided not to eat during lunch. You know what he is like."

"Fine Sawyer I'll eat it." I say giving up there is no point in arguing because he will probably end up just ringing my dad and I don't want to be dealing with that right now. Sawyer Walks away looking happy with himself. I can still hear Rachel going on about Caleb and about how she is going to kiss him and they are going to fall madly in love. I can't help but try hold back my laughter and I know Isabel is on the same page as me. As we are both trying not to laugh.

The rest of school goes by quickly but in my last class Caleb was also there and he sat beside me again. Even though Rachel was hinting at him to sit beside her. We don't say anything but I feel like he was looking at me. I see him scribble something down a and then rip it out of his copy just before the bell rings. I get up to head to cheerleading practice but as I walk out the door he comes over to me hands me the piece of paper and says text me and walks away I am standing there gobsmacked and I look around and see that Rachel saw the whole thing and she storms past me.

Well this isn't good.

I get ready for cheerleading practice and I tell him Isabel what happened and she is so happy for me and I think is already planning the wedding if I'm being honest. Honestly this girl and her dramatics but I wouldn't change her.

Practice is going well and we are wound through our routine. It finally comes to the part I dread which is when three of us are thrown in the air and he have to do a flip and there are four people supporting us and tagged catch us and unlucky for me Rachel is one of the Ones that has to catch. So they throw me up and I do my flip but as I come back down three of them try to catch me but Rachel just stands back and I land on the floor and but I land on my wrist funny and as I'm on the floor in shock and not sure what happened. Rachel come over to me and whispers to me " let this be a warning to you Grey stay away from my man." I can't believe what I am hearing and then next thing I know pain overcomes me I think I broke my wrist. I see everyone crowing me and and asking if I'm alright abs then I see them being pushed out the way by Sawyer.

"Sophia are you alright where does it hurt what happened." He says worried and checking me out.

"My wrist" I say weekly and he starts inspecting it.

"Sophia I think it's broken we have to go to the hospital." He says as he picks me up.

"I'm coming with you." Isabel says.

Sawyer carries me all the way to the car and put me down on my seat and Isabel hops in beside me and we head to the ER. I see Sawyer quickly ring Taylor. This is really the last thing I wanted to happen my dad is going to get even more over protective now this is not good just like the time I broke my leg. But I can't believe this time it was all over a boy and I can't believe Rachel did this on purpose oh it is on now.
