The team had an interesting case that day. All throughout the day though, Granger noticed that Hetty was feeling down.
In an effort to cheer her up, he took her out to dinner.
'You sure you're feeling okay?' He asked.
'I'm feeling a bit better now.' Hetty responded.
'Look, if the team wanted to blame you for the mole, they would've already said something.'
'Then, why do I feel so guilty?' Hetty asked, with a sad face.
'Maybe it's because this search has gone on for a couple months? But, I'm confident that we'll find this mole very soon. I don't blame you for any of this.'
'Maybe you're right.'
'You want to go dancing?' He asked.
'You sure that's really a good idea?'
'No. But seeing you this gloomy when I'm supposed to be the gloomy one is really sad, and I want to cheer you up.' He answered.
'Well okay. Just don't step on my feet.'
He didn't.
Hetty's doorway
'That was, amazing! How did, how did you learn how to dance like that?!' Hetty asked, astonished.
'Luck, I guess.' He answered.
'That wasn't luck! You definitely have been taking lessons! Because the last time we tried to dance, you stepped on my feet so many times, I almost had to wear a cast!'
'Maybe I have been.' (wink)
'Well, either way, this was an amazing night. Thank you very much.' Hetty responded.
'You're welcome.'
And kissed her on the top of her head.
'Good night.'
'Good, night.' She responded.
He left.
'What, just, happened?!' She thought, and started blushing, and smiled.
