Hey Guys, MegaSalamence64 Here, Welcome back to another of Dragon Wings Of Fate,
OK, It may be on an Oddball Note but I would like to bring up the Update Schedule for Uploads for both my Major Stories:
Previously it works like this:
DWoF Book 1 (2 Chapters)- WOL-DX (2 Chapters)- DWoF Book 1 (2 Chapters)- WOL-DX (2 Chapters)- and So on
Now since I felt more enthusiastic on working on WOL-DX, I figure a new Schedule will be this:
DWoF Book 1 (2 Chapters)- WOL-DX (3 Chapters)- DWoF Book 1 (2 Chapters)- WOL-DX (3 Chapters)- and So on
Now onto the Next Factor, How Galarian Awakening, DWoF Book 2 and Other Stories like Unsung Heroes will effect this Schedule, Well I can confirm that when either this Story or WOL-DX finishes, I'll move onto the Story I plan to do next.
However Unsung Heroes is only planned to be written after I finished WOL-DX, But it'll at least give me some time to plan out it with the FP2 Smashers (Min-Min, Steve, Sephiroth, Pyra, Mythra and the remaining two Fighters) but rest assured, You'll see this Story and World of Light Deluxe towards its end,
Though I may Rewrite this Story in the Future before DWoF Book 2 since they're some elements I'm not proud of like how long the K Rool Arc is going…
Enough Talk, Let's dive into the Next part of DWoF book 1!

Chapter 60: Munity on the Crew Part 6
Shores of K Rool's Tempoary Base of Operations, The Falcon, Ship Deck:
It's almost been a while since they contacted each other and he's getting more worried by the minute, His Crew have yet to return…..
He knew doing nothing is even worse however but despite what Toon Link has said, he never answered back to him lately as well, With the Sky already turning as dark as the Night.
Likewise, He can't leave the ship undefended as the Luminary Empire may consider stealing it form him as well….
'This is bad…..' Thought the Good Captain To himself as he looked at the Island that was where his crew is right now…..
'Greninja and the others haven't contacted me yet….. and they're been on that Island for the whole Day now….' He continued to himself while looking back at his own communicator which has the recent Messages that Toon and Greninja managed to send him when possible.
The Blast-O-Matic 2.0 despite what they have mentioned earlier has yet to been launched form the Island, As if something was still in development or even just on it's finishing touches on it.
'Well I guess, It's now or never….' Thought the Captain to himself as he readied himself to find his crew, His Blaster in it's helt by his side as he was ready to leap into action…
Until his Commuicator started to ring, No doubt an incoming Message form someone or something is calling him.
He quickly pressed the Message button to reveal a message sent for him with the Sender being Toon Link:

Form: Toon
Topic: Blast-O-Matic 2.0 Ready to launch!
Douglas,
I know it may be a bad time for you to be contacted you right now but I got AND bad news right now!
The Luminary Empire have managed to create fake BluePrints to trick us into believing were fakes! And they manged to trick us into beliving we destroyed their generator when they have a back up running behind our backs!
I know you probably planned to rescue us now but wait until they seemed to already broken off their deal with the Kremlings… and are more or less fighting with each other right now….
I Know that things are busy right now for you and there's the fact we told you to Located the ship near the entrance…. But we may need you to be closer but distant enough to where you can fire an ambush onto the Blast-O-Matic 2.0 in the event where we can't stop it form leaving the exit.
I know we told you this before but it's important to know this now, We don't know know how long we can hold them off before they reach the entrance.
But if you see us riding on a Blue Dragon with violet scales our of the cave entrance, it means we made it out safely but we'll try to escape the weapon if we can't destroy and help you do so.
I'll send a message in advance if we DID destroy the Blast-O-Matic 2.0
We'll make it out alive, I Promise…..

Relief soon entered the Good Captain's mind when he heard this news, No doubt that his crew is still kicking and alive.
'Alright Douglas, No time to be emotional…' thought the Captain to himself with some hope as he rushed towards the rudder, ready to move the ship to where he considers a favourable postion to help his crew out.
'Stay Strong you guys…..' Thought the Captain to himself as he spuned the wheel to a more perfered spot that will prevent the Empire form noticing him when the Blast-O-Matic 2.0 does exit out of the Island and not his Crewmates.
'I'll try to help you in any way I can….' He continued to himself as the giant ship moved slighty more towards the Cavern with a large hole in it.
High Above the Skies, Some Distance away form the Island:
Meanwhile High above the Skies was an Airplane, which looks and flies like a normal airplane…..
…..Expect the middle said Plane was a Large wooden Barrel as it's hull (Though it's Head, Tail and wings are still normal fortunately)
Inside it was it's two inhabitants, Both it's Pilot and Passenger heading off towards the Same destination as they are.
The Pilot was a large Gorrila that was around Donkey Kong's Size whom traded the Latter's Red Tie for a Red Bandana, White Undershirt and some Funky Shades.
His Passenger on the other hand was a elderly Gorilla whom gives of the impression of being an Older Donkey Kong….. Which he IS an Older DK (In fact, His Donkey Kong's Gramdfather and a Former Enemy of Mario before he became King of the Mushroom Kingdom)
Said elderly Primate was holding a Brown Walking stick as he stroked his white beard, Impatience currently burning inside his eyes and Glasses while looking back to his Pilot.
"Funky can this Old bucket of Bolts go any faster?" Snark the elderly Gorilla to his Pilot with the tone one expect form an old geezer. "This Plane's going slower then how this Writer's writing this Story right now!"
"And I seen Snails Program better and Faster Games right n-"
"Hey Cranky Chillax…" Said Funky Kong to his Passenger and the eldest of the DK Clan. "We'll find DK and the others….."
"Besides, Before Diddy left with Banjo and Kazooie, I Managed to snuck a Tracker onto his Cap so we can located him, DK and Dixie….." He continued with a Smirk as Cranky Rolled his Eyes some more….
"Well Since that Doohickey SOMEHOW Managed to track Diddy fatser then this bucket of bolts….." Cranky hissed back to the Funkiest member of his Family. "THEN HOW COME YOU HAVEN'T UPGRADE THIS THING YET?"
"And I know that feathered chatteredbox that Banjo's buddies with can power this thing up more then this Plane's Engines!"
"Hey I know you're worried Cranky, But I can see the Island the Radar's been tracked to…." Said Funky as he tried to dissipated Cranky's current frustrations to see their aircraft heading towards the Island he mentioned on the Radar.
"Well that's good to hear at least…." Said Cranky as he looked back at Funky with some gratefulness in his tone, sprinkled with his usual snark in it.
"Anything better then that Hideous show about Moronic Ninjas and useless woman whom needs saving….." He continued as he growled at the time DK and Diddy sent him a tape of that Show called 'Naruto'…..
And let's just say to put it in a nice way, Cranky gave said show both a Zero out of Ten and a quick trip to one of K Rool's Old factories to incinerate the Tape of the Show.
"But Enough talk Funky, Let's go save Donkey Kong before he does SOMETHING Really stupid….." The Original (Former) Villain of Mario said back to Funky as he readied his stick for battle.
"If K Rool is back once more….. I'll teach him to NEVER cross us Kongs again!"
Blast-O-Matic 2.0, Lucina and Shulk's Group, Path to the Engine Room:
"Hey Shulk, I know we're in a hurry right now but Mind explaing what the deal with this Luminary Empire?" Questioned Donkey Kong as he was currenly rushing alongside the Scientist of Colony 9, Lucina, Greninja, Agumon, Dreepy and the Garchomp that was currently following them right now…
"You guys mentioned that you got history with them before this…. But how and when?"
"Well It's complicated….." Said the Blond haired man as he looked back at the Gorrila, "But basically they're a somewhat recent thing and already have some areas under their control….."
When he mentioned that last part, Shulk felt a sense of guilt as he recalled when he saw his fiance Fiora's Death at the hands of that One Winged General of the Luminary Empire.
Before he could say anything more, Lucina beat him to the punch however.
"Like Shulk has said, They been established for a while and are in control of some areas of the world…." She continued before a lone tear escaped her eyes at what she was about to say:
"And My Kingdom and Home…. Ylisse…. Has fallen to it's control sometime recently….. Me and little brother Morgan were the only ones whom escaped form when the Empire has conquered it…."
Shulk share some sympathy when he heard this, no doubt hearing it once before doesn't vanished the concern he shares for her right now, A Similar feeling also shared with Greninja no doubt for his actions done as Galeem's Brother and Rival Dharkon's Assassin for his army.
Dreepy also looked back at her new friend in concern for the horrors she has mentioned recently while Agumon, while his own issues with her are present at the moment are developing a sense of empathy right now,
No doubt form a missing Friend in the form of Gabumon and how he's also missing right now.
Donkey Kong was shocked to hear the news of this as while he was absent form most of the meetings of the Smash Alliance, He knew that it would be horrifying if his home fallen to the likes of the Luminary Empire and his Family also captured and separated form him as well…..
"Look Lucina, I Know at least how you're feeling at least….." Said the Tie wearing Gorilla to his new friend as they rushed down the Hallways. "I may not been involved with those Smash Alliances meeting like Mario does…."
"But if SOMEONE Tries to harm Diddy (And not JUST K Rool), They're going to answer to me first!"
Lucina then felt a sense of kinship with DK when he mentioned how protective of Diddy he is, No doubt a similar feeling to how she's protective of her little Brother Morgan both before AND after the Luminary Empire started their conquest.
But the more suprising thing was the Man whom Donkey Kong has mentioned, Mario
"Donkey Kong, Are you by means a Friend or even an ally of Mario?" She answered back to him with a worried tone. "You're part of the Smash Alliance as well… Right?"
DK was for lack of a better term, Surprised when Lucina has mentioned his Former Enemy Mario or even the Smash Alliance for that matter….
But what's EVEN more suprising was Lucina's hair colour at the moment, And how similar it is…. And the Sword currently hanging in it's sheath looking just as familiar to him
While he wasn't one to be focus on stuff other then his family and banana hoard, He does have a rough idea of whom was part of the Smash Alliance besides Mario with one of them having Lucina's hair colour…. And the Sword was not just a concidence either….
"Well I do know him…" Said Donkey Kong to Lucina as the Manakete felt a sense of relief as someone whom knows King Mario makes it one step closer to warning him about the Empire and alerting them about their invasion to their land.
"Really?" Said Lucina as Shulk and Greninja while stilling running alongside Dreepy, Agumon and Garchomp managed to hear their conversation as well.
"Yeah I do, But what I'M curious about is that weird sword you have there…"Donkey Kong continued as he pointed to the Falchion with some surprise in his tone.
"I'm not one to attend those Meetings that the Smash Alliance held every now and then…. But your sword is something I know I seen before and if I have to guess, You're related to that Chrom guy right?" He finished off as Lucina no doubt felt a sense of surprise hearing this news.
While she never paid much interest to her Father's meetings with the Smash Alliance due to being too young to understand them or just in general being with her family and friends.
She wasn't expecting to meet someone form said alliance as well…..
"Yes I am….." Said Lucina as she looked back at the Kong with some relief in her tone. "I guess you represent your home right?"
"Donkey Kong Island right?"
"Well Yup, I do!" Said Donkey Kong with a smile as he looked back to her with a toothy grin (Well a Toothy grin done by a Gorilla that is…..) "But we should be getting this Weapon sent to the Scrap head first….."
"Agreed!" Said Greninja as he looked back at them form the front. "I know Captain Falcon's a member of the alliance as well….."
'So it's an honour to meet another member of the alliance DK," He continued before looking back at him.
But before DK could ask, Greninja beat him to the punch.
"We'll continue our discussion later…" Said the Ninja Frog to his ally in a firm tone.
"We got a Weapon to Shut down….."
The Tie wearing Gorilla simply gave a nod back to Greninja's Firm tone as they rushed off to where the Weapon's Power source is Located….
But what they're unaware of right now IS the new Guardian of the Back up Generator and his own vicous Bounty hunter to boot…..
A certain Wolf-O'Donnel to be exact…

Blast-O-Matic 2.0, Control Room:
'BOOM!' was the sound currently made in the Control room of this large contraption that can vaporized Islands whole as the Canonball burst a hole into one of it's walls, missing it's hooded foe as it did.
"So Tell me Viper….." Snarled K Rool as drool rolled down form his jaws as he pointed his Blunderbass at his foe. "Befoe I consider sending you straight to the Underwhere…"
"WHAT…. THE…. HELLL….. DO YOU GUYS WANT FORM US?"
Anubis simply remained stoic as he looked back at his new foe, his eyes remaining calm despite the storm ahead of him.
"Ssssssssssssimple you idotic buffoon…." Said Anubis as he drew his spear out at his foe, not ready to go full Dragon yet….. "We only took pity on you becausssssssssssse of your magnificent weapon….."
"Otherwissssssse, we'll have conquered Donkey Kong Isssssssssssland before thisssssssssss had such a machine not exissssssited in the firsssssssst place…" He continued with a dark tone of hatred in his voice. "It'ssssssssssss just a VERY lucky concidence that two of the pieces we need for out total conquest is just laying here for us to take…"
"But enough talk….. I'll have to sssssssssilence you now for the Empire Missssssstresssssss Galeem sssssssseekssssss for her prefect world…" The Hooded Manakete continued as he prepared to charged a blast of Dark magic to incinerate the Crocodile.
But K Rool was already for a counter attack as he drew his blunderbass once more and readied itself for a barrage of metal spheres at his foe.
But before he can do it however, A Blast of Peanuts soon knocked Anubis , Distracting him before he could fire it at his foe.
"Hey you guys! The gig is U-Oh fudge…" Said Diddy as he, Dixie Krystal, Toon Link, Banko and Kazooie looked back at the smirking Kremling King ahead of him.
"Well guess whom washed up on the tide….." Sneered K Rool as he got back up while Anubis did the Same as well, "Ready to DIE for REAL once mor e Diddy Kong?"
"Well I'm not going to back away form the likes of you K Rool!" Said Diddy Kong a he drew his peanut Pop Guns once more.
"You're not going to harm DK Or anyone else and I got my friends with me as well!" He continued as Dixie, Banjo and Kazooie gave a nod back to him (A Tsundere like one for the latter however…)
"Regardlesssssss of thisssssss, I won't let you… Said Anubis as he drew his spear once more after getting back up to vanquish his foes.
"You're all obstacles for Empresss Galeem's Ideals and for that…. Prepare to face death NOW!"
Author's Note:
Yeah, I figure we get some stuff out of the way first:
-Yes DK's part of the Smash Alliance with Mario, BOTW! Link, Samus, Captain Falcon and Chrom (He just have more personal stuff to attend to at the moment)
-The Funky barrel is based on the larger (Aeroplane) version alongside Funky's Fly and Go Shop in Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, I Thought I point this out to you.
We got a Three way brawl next chapter+ Wolf Round two coming up so stay tune for that!
