Ethan Began searching through his catolog of Cards in his Card storage tanks. "Ahah! Her we go." Ethan smiles.
He Pulls out a Card with a Thematic compass on the back. 9 Diamonds on front. He Held his hand out and began to convert nearby grass into viable paper. He formed a Sheet and Then uses his Own hair to toughen up the map. He Slapped the card onto the front.
"Mapping Card 9 fold." Ethan casts. Suddenly a 3D Map image of the surrounding area began to sketch out and rise up from the Paper. He Looked at the Map and Observed it.
"Any clue where we are?" Izumi asks. "From what I can tell the nearest settlement would have to be north." Ethan determines.
He throws a card that summons a Workable carriage while Godzilla Drops down engulfed in flames. Her form Bigger now and Ready to be strapped in.
"We'll Go primitive for now. Unless the Arrival of a Military force we cannot go explicitly modern." Ethan warns as he straps in Godzilla. He Then Attaches a Charm to her collar and Godzilla's form was replaced by a Horse.
"Right." Izumi says. "Right papa." Eri says.
"Hey! Wait up!" Wiz says. Ethan turned around to see her running towards them. "Oh. I was wondering what happened to you. Where were you?" Ethan asks.
"I got sent to Izumi's world. The others are coming." She said.
"Oh?" Ethan asks. "Missed me?" Moroha asks hugging her boyfriend from behind. "Nah. You're still just as bratty as I remember?" He smiles as Towa, Setsuna, and Ruby arrive.
"Mama Towa!" Eri yells as she glomps Towa. "Hey Eri!" Towa chuckles.
"Its been a While since Ethan." Setsuna says. "Yeah! And what's with seducing another girl? I thought we were prepared for that!?" Ruby scolds.
"Best Bet? Bullshit." Ethan days as He Makes the Carriage larger.
"Hop in if you wanna come with." Ethan offers.
"Well of course. Oh and here. You might want these." Ruby says before passing Ethan's Gun box. "Pandora and Elpis. Nice." Ethan says as the group climbs in.
He Snaps the Reigns and Godzilla the Horse takes off towards the nearest village.
Meanwhile Ethan was Changing his clothes into his Basic of Suits. A Blue three piece suit with Black undershirt and Red tie.
He added Kevlar and Such into the suit thickening it up a Bit. After that he added some Metal into it to armor up. He then put on the gloves from his hero suit. Also putting on the rings for his guns and Other cosmetic enchanted accessories. He Made a Big hooded part for the carriage for Izumi to change into her more combat wear.
A Green skin tight jumpsuit padded with Kevlar armor. Over that is some loose Cargo pants that hung over her legs and Red boots. And on her Torso a Black with green trim unzipped jacket.
"Hope you guys are ready for a Couple stories, Because boy do me and Izumi have some for you..." Ethan comments.
After a Slow trek eventually the group had Come up to a Village. "Coda Village huh?" Ethan Asks. He Dispenses out a Few cards. "Songbird vocals." He casts placing the card on his neck.
"Use these to help speak to the people here. They will help you translate your language into the local language. And Hopefully reduce any barriers we may end up creating." Ethan says.
"Got it." Towa says.
Ethan Rolled his carriage into a Forest for Godzilla to shrink into her Kitten form and Jump onto Ethan's shoulder.
He Walks into the village to notice not a lot of people. He waves at a kid who was staring at him. "Uhm Mister?" a Girl asks.
"Yes child?" Ethan asks. "Are you with those men in green?" She asks.
"Men in green?" Ethan asks.
"Yeah! They just left heading to the forest to the next settlement! They had Creatures made of iron they rode in!" She says.
'Wait... She can't mean military operatives right?' Ethan thought.
"By men in green, Do you mean something like this?" Ethan asks holding up a Quickly made model of a Military soldier.
"Yeah!" She says.
'HOLY SHIT! Wait. Then that means there is a chance of another world coming here too then.' He thought.
"I see. Well I'm don't work with them but I'm familiar with how they work. Thanks for letting me know kid. I think I have a Good idea on some things now." Ethan comments.
"You're welcome mister!" She smiles. "Now Go make your parents mad or something you little brat." Ethan says. "Hey!" She pouts. He chuckles before heading to where the chief would be. He didn't get to though as Whilst looking for the chief he saw three Military vehicles pull up to the front gate. He arrived in the south gate.
"Guess she was telling the truth." Towa remarks. "Yeah. I'm Gonna Go talk to the Guy in charge." Ethan says. "You guys stay close to each other. Izumi. You're with me." He says.
Meanwhile...
"Dear god. The Entire village has been destroyed?" The Chief asks.
"Malu Haluu, uh, Big bird. Lahoo, Forest on fire." Itami tries to translate.
"He means the forest was Burnt to ashes." Ethan said. "Dear god." "Huh?" Itami says.
"Hey. Guess I'm not the only otherworlder huh?" Ethan waves. "Oh! You speak Japanese?" Itami asks.
"Yeah. I can translate for you. Besides I got some questions on why military forces are in a medieval fantasy world but I'll leave that for later." Ethan says.
Itami chuckles. "Okay. Here's what I wanna say." He says.
Ethan Listens to what Itami says and Coughes into his fist. "Sir. What Itami wants to say is a Flame Dragon is why the village was burnt to the ground. There happens to be only one survivor that they are caring for right now." Ethan says. "No way." Another villager says. "They wish to know if you can help her." Ethan adds. "I'm sorry but we can't care for an elf. What's more we got to evacuate as well. The Flame dragon may come here next." The chief explains.
"I see." Ethan comments. "Crap. Was hoping that dragon was just up and done with that one village too." Itami groans.
"Izumi! Go tell the others and Have them get ready for evacuation and Guard duty. Worst comes to worst we'll have to Steer the dragon away." Ethan commands. "Right." Izumi says. Activating full cowling to find the others.
"Woah." Itami wows. "Sir. If you would let me I can help you." Ethan says. "Any help would be appreciated. Think you can handle it?" Itami asks.
"Yes. Besides this gives me an excuse to not use the carriage anymore." Ethan adds. Itami chuckles.
"Ethan. We got everyone To start helping but who is gonna protect Eri?" Wiz asks. "We can Keep her in the Humvee for protection if you'll let us." Itami says. "As long as I'm with her along with Towa or Izumi then I'll allow it." Ethan says.
Towa Looked at the Broken carriage while Izumi Calmed the Horse that was neighing in distress.
"Think it'll be a Good idea to Leave it or fix it?" Ethan asks whilst Healing the injured girl. She Began to breath evenly but was still with a concussion.
"That's the best I can do for her. I may be able to heal people but anything relating to the brain is a No go as I can easily kill someone with one wrong move. Get her some ice and keep her head elevated." Ethan says. "Right. Thank you for your help." Mari thanks.
"You're both healers?" Lelai asks as she examines the girl.
"Yeah. Now go back to your carriage please." Ethan says. "WATCH OUT!" Izumi yells as the horse escapes. It was panicking and About to trample Lelai.
Ethan Threw a Card and In a Flash of blue light the horse stood in place. Then turned into dust. "I was really hoping not to use them on living beings." Ethan comments.
He shivers.
Eventually he was back in the vehicle Making some simple clothes on the elf girl using the blanket that covers her modesty.
"So how did you even get to this world anyway?" Itami asks. "This stupic card is what. It was supposed to send me back home. Guess it did but I can't seem to leave through the new gateway I made. The others could though. I'm stuck traveling." Ethan says.
"I see." Itami comments. "She should be up and about soon sir." Mari says. "And her clothes are repaired now. So she'll have something to were aside from these rags." Ethan adds.
"I see." Itami says. "So how did you get here?" Izumi asks from the back. Ethan Sits back in front. "Well back in Japan an army of soilders came through a gate that had appeared in a City. They wanted to take over the territory. You can imagine what they did to unarmed citizens." Itami says.
"I see." Ethan says.
"What will happen to the villagers?" Eri asks. "I'm not sure. Leading an Evacuation effort is a lot more tiring than I thought it'd be." Itami says.
"Well no matter what its all the same with refugees. The villagers clearly need to head someplace where the Flame dragon won't find them." Ethan says. "Correct." Itami says.
During the trip Ethan watched them abandon and burn a carriage when the axle snapped. He Did offer to fix it but they surprisingly refused. He did get to converse with Itami and compare world laws. "Wait so America has essentially taken over Japan and instead of becoming its own Territory the Japanese have grown in Territory? How does that work?" Itami asks Ethan.
"I'm not sure on all the details. But essentially the Americans have decided to create a full on united world power by assimilating the rest of the world into itself. Its actually gone better than you would think. Which is surprising to say the least considering most of the time the entire continent is full of drunken rednecked idiots that shoot their guns constantly for shits and giggles." Ethan says.
"Well damn. Our world is nothing like that. We're still separate world governments." Itami says. "Yeah I Figured that would be it." Ethan comments.
"Hey Guys. What's that up ahead?" Kurata asks. Ethan Taps his eye to zoom in and Itami looks through a pair of Binoculars. "Crows?" He comments.
"Not just that." Ethan says. Itami gasps. "No way." He says. "A Gothic lolita. And now I've seen everything." Ethan chuckles.
"Wait really!?" Kurata asks Stealing Itami's Binoculars. Rory Giggles lightly and Picks up her axe. Walking towards them. "From where do you guys hail from. And what is that strange contraption that you seem to be sitting yourselves in?" She asks.
"She looks like trouble." Itami comments. "Its an Oracle!" A Kid from inside yells as his friends run to greet her. "An Oracle?" Itami asks.
"And from where do you come from little one?" Rory asks. "Coda Village ma'am." A boy answers. "A village nearby was attacked so we're evacuating." An older woman says. "It was attacked by a flame dragon Miss." An old man adds.
"Seems they are almost praying to her?" Itami mentions. "Yeah. She might not outright attack us then." Kurata adds. "Though one thing is for sure. She has a good fashion sense." Ethan comments. Rory hears that and Walks to the side of the vehicle where Ethan is at. "Uhm hi? Guess I said that out loud huh?" Ethan chuckles.
'Me and My big mouth. Great now Izumi is glaring at me. I can feel her getting ready to use black vine whip now.' Ethan whimpers. Izumi was glaring at him.
"So who are these strangers your with?" Rory asks the villagers. "They came and helped us." He answers. "And they're not holding you against your will?" She asks. "Nope!" The kid says.
"We're just helping them find a safe place to Rest at and away from the flame dragon. My party can even lead it away if it comes near us." Ethan adds. "I see." she Says. She then Smiles and Ethan knew it would be trouble for him.
'Why do I not like that smile?' He asks himself. "So how is this thing moving without any horses then?" She asks.
"I'm Not sure but one thing for sure is that it's much more comfortable than a carriage." The boy answers.
"Really?" She wonders. "Well I'd surely like to know how much more comfortable it is then." Rory requests Ethan to.
"Uhm. Sure. I'd be happy to." Ethan chuckles. 'I'm gonna regret those words aren't I?' He groans.
He Crawled into the Back across from Izumi and Rory climbs in the back. "Go ahead and Pick a seat. There's plenty room to go ar-" He stopped talking when Rory chose to sit on his lap. Smiling like she knew what was going on.
Izumi twitched and Immediately began to plot Rory's Murder. "Uhm, Miss?" Ethan asks. "Its Rory. What is it?" Rory asks.
"Just so you know. I do have my wife and daughter in here. And they might not be happy about this." Ethan warns.
"I know. I'm Sure your other wives will though." She says reffering to Moroha and Towa glaring at her. "Eh heh heh heh." Ethan chuckles. 'I knew I should have Put Eri on my lap just in case! I knew she was up to something! Dammit!' He complains.
"Would you mind getting off my husband?" Izumi growls. Rory pouts and sighs. "Oh fine." She says. Before sitting right next to Ethan and Trapping his arm. 'FUCK!'
Izumi immediately Sat next to him holding his arm between her chest. 'Don't even thing about it skank!' She growls in her head.
Rory giggles as she sets her axe down to the side. 'This is gonna be a Long trip.' Ethan Groans.
"Dude you are like the luckiest guy ever." Itami says. "SHUT UP ALREADY I AM NOT ENJOYING THIS!" Ethan snaps causing Kurata to burst into laughter.
