Amy brought a very excited Sheldon with her to the bookstore. They'll be gifting Leonard and Penny's kid books.
Ever since he found the books about experimenting with babies, Sheldon is even more eager to meet Leonard and Penny's baby. Oh, he can't wait to perform experiments to an infant test subject!
And, that's how Sheldon managed to convince Amy to gift the Hofstadter's baby with booksă…ˇ scientific books, more precisely, geared to babies.
Amy went for hard sciences for baby book set; now wrapped and ready to be gifted. Sheldon wanted to gift a college level physics book, but his wife won't let him.
Sheldon is also already planning on teaching the kid physics. Theoretical physics, of course.
Considering the combination of Leonard and Penny's genes, there may be no hope for their offspring's intelligence, Sheldon fears. But, he'll try.
