Episode Name: "Last Stand" Part 1 or 2.

Episode Summary:

Because of how dangerous the war between the Tribes has gotten, the Codemasters have decided to recall all Chaotic Players from Perim and shut down the transport system to Perim. Tom, Sarah, and Peyton are staying in Perim at the last possible moment while Kaz has already transport back to Chaotic.

The Alliance has found out that the M'arrillians are building a massive weapon in Glacier Plains to melt the ice and flood all of Perim. So the send a group of warriors lead by Tangath Toborn to stop them. The Alliance is not doing well. Kiru City is surrounded by M'arrillians and many more locations are being overrun by Aa'une's armies. The Alliance has a plan to capture Aa'une and Maxxor volunteers to do it.

Meanwhile there is another group of Creatures tunneling underground to sneak up on the M'arrillians surrounding Kiru City.

Peyton gets into trouble and can't transpart back to Chaotic. Tom and Sarah go to rescue him since they were still in Perim. Peyton is saved, but they missed the deadline to return to Chaotic. They decide to go to Kiru City to see what the Tribes were doing. Najarin finds them snooping around. Luckily, Najarin has a problem that could spell doom for Perim and they are just the right people to help fix it. Najarin tells them that he thinks there is a spy in the Alliance, but doesn't explain farther.

Season 2, Episode 25

Perilous Perim

Just isn't safe for Players

More so than normal.

Notes: Well, I'm very far behind schedule. Just haven't been feeling like writing these anymore. But I'm so close to finishing and I would hate not to accomplish my writing goals for 2021. I'm not going to talk much about this episode until the next hauki since this the next episode is the conclusion of the war.

One thing I am going to talk about is the Codemaster's decision to keep players from going to Chaotic since that's what the haiku is about. Perim was never safe for humans to begin with, but the Codemasters always had a laissez-faire leadership style when it came to players going to Perim. The war clearly is very bad for the Tribes, but how has it become dangerous for humans? The M'arrillians haven't targeted humans much. There was that whole thing with Mister E, but besides that we don't see M'arrillians going out of their way to hurt humans. Part of me thinks they had other reasons for shutting it down besides keeping the players safe.

Question: Do you think the Codemasters made the right call to shut down the transport system?

P.S. Expect two more updates tomorrow.
