A Clean Jade

A/N: I try to make present Jade's and Revenant Jade's lines different, hopefully it not to confessing. If it is ill put it on the list on things that going to be fix in the story. Enjoy.

"What?" Smoke said trying to make sense on want the revenant Jade had just said. He looks back to the mummified corpse of Jade. he couldn't help guilty on what happen to her. it was because of him she was in this situation.

"She right you know"

Smoke attention back to Khronos

"Kronika can also fuse time. I wonder why she did that? But it seems. She did that to your women. She not dead. But, not alive either." Khronos said at the same time warping the hourglass again. The hourglass started to creak more and more

'Tomas'

Smoke heard Juki's voice in his head but it was weak

'Stop… her. If she breaks the hourglass it all be over.'

Smoke didn't think twice on what she said and threw a Smoke Ball at Khrono's feet so she can appear above him so he strikes her down. But much to his dismay Khronos didn't appear above.

"You know, you shouldn't take your eyes off enemy."

Smoke's eyes shifted downward to see Khronos was about to strike him from blow. If he didn't turn to Smoke in the last second, she would have his head.

"I can't fully control the Hourglass. But I can do this!" Khronos then snap her finger and bright light blinded Smoke and everyone in the room. When Smoke opens his eyes, he was in a dark void like place similar then the one where he first fought Khronos with Jade.

"What up with you and dark voids?!"

"I'm a titan who prefer to fight one on one. Unlike Kronika, who give people false hope. I on other hand prefer everything by myself. "Khronos the pull out the needles. "So be good and let me use you and give you some purpose in you sad pathic life."

Meanwhile, back at the time room.

Revenant Jade was at awe, wonder where the two went. There was bright light that blinded everyone then when the light was gone so was Smoke Khronos.

"I-I don't sense them." Revenant Jade turn Raiden who was stumbling to get up. She also Mileena, Kitana, Sindel, and Sub-Zero were getting up, slowly. She couldn't help but to be relief, kind of surprise to feel this emotion.

"What happen?" Sub-Zero asked try figures out what going on one minute there about to fight a space titan next thin g they knew there were all out cold.

Kitana look up to her widen to she Jade. She wasn't the only one as Mileena and Sindel was shock to see the revenant.

"J-Jade. is that you?" Kitana asked noticing that this Jade's skin was grey and her eyes was red. Revenant Jade just look at Kitana. She knows that isn't the same Kitana from her timeline who became heart from also being a revenant. This Mileena seem different from the Mileena she had ti deal with. And Sindel wasn't a evil queen who lied to her people.

"I'm not your Jade, Kitana." She said couldn't help but hissed Kitana's name. Kitana was taken back by this. She can tell how much hate that this Jade had in her voice. Revenant Jade know that these people aren't the same as the one from her timeline, but her hate was still strong.

"your Jade is over there." Revenant Jade pointed to the mummified corpse that was in the room when they got there.

"Wait, that Jade?" Mileena said shocked

"Kronika fuse your Jade's soul with my, I don't know if she even alive."

"she is."

Everyone turn to Juki who was still on floor not moving, Raiden went to her to heal her wound.

"Don't brother." Juki said barely have enough strength to talk, she was at her limit. She can't heal nor her body wouldn't get heal. She lost feed to her body. Only will power be keeping alive.

"Can't you get me up?" Juki asked Raiden. Raiden nodded and left Juki up. He could tell by touching her how cold she is.

"Khronos must of pull Smoke in to the void space." Juki stated

"the void space." Sub-Zero asked

"It a space between the realms similar to the island I drag you guy in. But, it her home terf and Smoke will have a hard time fighting her. What worse it be she absorb Kronika's time power. Khronos won't reset. She'll erase everything and everyone that tie to being."

"then how do we stop her." Sub-Zero asked not wanting his best friend to fight this titan all by himself

"we can't." Juki said try her best to stay concussion

"How about the hourglass?" Raiden asked notice hourglass's sand is all black now then white

"I don't know use it." Juki said "It was made before I was created only way one can use it if they have some it power. Kronika must been waiting for something in order to use the hourglass full potential."

While they were figure out what to do revenant Jade walk over to Jade of this timeline. She could tell that she was still alive. Revenant Jade also knew she was determined to finish her mission whatever mean necessary. That was Jade swore, that was she had sworn.

'how have I fallen,' revenant Jade thought thinking that ever thing was coming to end soon. For so long she wishes everything. What she gets return? Betray. Used. Death. And worse of all heartbroken.

'What make your Tomas different then mine?' revenant Jade asked not saying to anyone but her self

"there no different."

Revenant Jade's eyes widen hearing the voice. She turns to mummified Jade. she hasn't moved or anything.

"what?"

"there no different with your Tomas and my Tomas. Tomas wouldn't never leave you like this, you know it."

Revenant Jade grab her head realizing the voice was coming from her head.

"Your Tomas wouldn't never leave you like this. He was trying to protect you."

"Shut up."

"He wants you to be safe. He wanted you to live."

"Shut up."

"we have help them or everyone we love will- "

"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" Revenant Jade yelled out loud. Everyone in the room turn to her wondering what going on

"How would know!? You weren't there, he betrays me! He left me! He…He…" revenant Jade felt wet on her cheeks. She touches her face realizing she was crying everyone look at her puzzle by this.

'W-What why I'm crying?' revenant Jade thought on why she was crying. She doesn't remember the last time she was able to cry. Revenants are void of most emotion. All the feel she had left is anger, self-loathing, disgust. Why is she feeling it now? Was it because she fuses with this Jade soul?

To her it felt like her non-beating heart hurt, it felt heavy.

'I shouldn't be able to cry. I shouldn't be able to feel this. Any of this,'

'who told you couldn't feel?' Present Jade asked

'Quan Chi said. I was reborn because of him. He voided them. My feeling, all of them'

'That a lied. What you feel is what You feel. And what you feel come from heart.'

Revenant Jade thought on what Present Jade had say. And she was right. For year she been in denial on this knowing that any revenants will kill her if she shows any signs of it.

'No, I can't feel. I won't feel, it… hurt…when I do. I lost everything. I failed my mission. I'm not worthy of living or being reborn. Why didn't I just die in peace?'

'Because you don't want to die. You know there still a chance. You can save them. We can save them. Please, help them help him.'

Revenant Jade kneel down to present Jade's body. And put her hand over the body. Even thought that. Kronika fuse both her soul and present Jade soul she can tell the body doesn't have much left even if she gives the soul back. She has no choice.

'No, I can't do what want to but… you can.'

'What you mean?'

'I'm not from this time. And you and I both know we hate asking for help. Hate burden others with are problem. I been dead for so long. Feel with hate and sadness that I became blind to want in front of me.

Soon a light growing from Revenant Jade's hand. Soon the light bright consumes both Jades. Everyone in the room cover their eyes trying not to get blinded by the light.

"W-What are you doing Jade?!" Kitana shouted try to reach her. but, was stop by both Mileena and Sindel. Trying to handle her back not knowing what will if Kitana get to close to the bright light.

"It can't be?" Raiden said even Juki was shock on what the revenant Jade was doing. They both knew what she was doing.

"What she doing?!" Sub-Zero asking as the light was getting brighter and brighter almost consuming the room.

As light grow bright revenant Jade talk to Present Jaded for one last time.

"Why are you doing this?" Present Jade asked. Revenant Jade just gave sorrowful smile.

"Where I'm from. In my timeline. There is nothing left for me. I'm the only one left. Kitana, Mileena, Toma. Everyone is gone. After Shinnok got Earthrealm he fuses all realm to give The One Being life again. Killing all the Elder Gods. Kronika took me before it all end. Either way I'm doom in either timeline." Revenant Jade put out hand to present Jade.

"I have no future. But you do, live for both us, ok?"

Present Jade was going to adject on what Revenant Jade but she stops herself. Present Jade know that this is what revenant Jade wanted. This is what she wanted if she was in her shoes. Present Jade nodded knowing this what she wanted.

"Oh, there one more thing before I go. It may help."

The bright light that had blinded the room finally subsided. Everyone was able to see again. There thought they were going to see two Jade, but inside the only see one.

"Jade?" Kitana said in awe

This Jade was different from revenant Jade and corpse Jade. this Jade energy was totally different from the two. Here outfit was green and white. And here eye glow bluish-white similar to Raiden eyes. What most surprise to them is how sense similar to a Elder God.

"how can this be?" Raiden said to himself "It impossible to become elder God without transfer over from an Elder God."

"Revenant Jade, in her timeline told me that Dalia, put a failsafe in her. in me. In both timeline she has die knowing all out come. predict all." Jade said with an Echo.

"Dalia. She one hell of mortal." Juki comment to herself.

"I'll be back." Jade said as she walks toward the nearly broken hourglass

"where you going Jade?" Mileena said

"In order to fix all this, we need to get that power back from the titan that stole it. Jade said as she rip a portal. She then looks back to group and gave them a soft smile, Then walk into the portal.
