Hehehe...Nice. UknownHero here and welcome to another chapter of Senran Persona! I have nothing to say except I have no idea what I'm doing these days other than writing articles, writing and studying. God, I'm tired…

Onto the reviews! To Zekyram: Thank you! We're working hard almost constantly so the the review was very much appreciated. To WX-Lazer: 1) You'll see. 2) Yes, soon. 3) We'll get to that eventually. We have the event written up. 4) Next chapter. To Pug: What scene? I don't remember writing that (insert evil laughter here).

Also, I want to address the Haruka thing: Akira can't date her because these events weren't planned. It was a decision by JGResidentEvil that wasn't planned in any way. Do you want Haruka to date Akira? We have an ending for that. But Haruka is outside the usual confidants - she doesn't get rank ups or anything like that. It's an establishment of a connection, but given the situation it can't be deeper than that. Plus, Ann is romanable at this point...and so is Asuka, Homura and Yumi. We haven't gotten to their Rank 10s yet and we've done so much goddamn planning and I am not ruining it for what is ultimately an impluse decision. The other shinobi weren't supposed to come to Tokyo. So shut up about it because I don't want Akira to have a shinobi harem unless he's earned it.

Anyway, that's it! Time to...be childish.

Load Game...Start!

Chapter 69: Nice Day to Night

(7/1, Early Morning)

(?)

Haruka blinked as the blinding light died down. Where...Where was she?

"And thus, that is how I cured Alice In Wonderland Syndrome." Tae Takemi finished her lecture to the crowd. "Thanks to my assistant, Haruka Toyoguchi." She then informed and introduced.

The blonde's eyes immediately widened before calming herself down and stepped forward, noticing that she was in a pink formal dress. "Thank you, thank you, you are far too kind." Haruka politely responded while taking a bow.

"To think, she would keep her name just so she could redeem it in the eyes of the medical community." A more experienced appearing doctor stated.

"Thanks Doctor Haruka!" A little girl happily got out.

"Such a sweet girl helping out Doctor Takemi." An elderly woman complimented.

"She's gonna go far in the medical field." A mature man in a business suit soon praised.

"STEP ON ME HARUKA-SAMA!" Another little girl with an eyepatch begged- wait, what?

"...Why is Mirai here?" Haruka thought in sheer confusion with a sweatdrop.

Suddenly, someone bust down the door into the conference room with some paramedics bringing in a stretcher.

"I need Doctor Haruka now!" The woman, revealed to be a nurse soon ordered.

"Excuse me?" Haruka got in confusion.

"It's your boyfriend." The nurse then declared.

"!?" Haruka's eyes immediately widened in shock. "WHERE IS HE!?" She soon questioned.

"Right here!" The nurse instantly responded.

Haruka didn't question why he was brought here instead of a hospital and quickly rushed to his side after changing into proper medical gear.

"How are his vitals!?" Haruka questioned in a serious and panicked tone as she looked at the boy. She...couldn't quite tell the sort of damage Akira had taken but she knew it was bad.

"Heart rate at 200bpm, and blood loss is severe. Nearly a third." The nurse revealed.

"Goddammit! Why hasn't he been given blood!?" Haruka swore. "I need 50ccs of dihydrogen monoxide! And a prophylactic sheath!" She then ordered.

"You heard the lady! GO GO GO!" A fellow doctor ordered.

"We're losing him Doctor Haruka!" The nurse declared in a panic.

"Don't die...Not yet...!" Haruka ordered in a rising panic as she grabbed her surgery equipment that suddenly appeared next to her..

"You're losing him!" The doctor got out in a panic.

"No! I won't let him die!" Haruka soon declared.

Beepbeepbeepbeep...Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!

(Hebijo Hideout)

GASP!

"AKIRA-KUN!" Haruka gasped and cried out as she shot up from her bed in a cold sweat. "A dream..." She mumbled to herself before turning off her phone's alarm (that needed to be changed because it sounded too much like a heart monitor) and rubbing her eyes, feeling a warm liquid coming from them.

Tears...?

"...No, Akira-kun...he wouldn't get hurt like that." Haruka muttered to herself before groaning.

She had to remind herself that Akira was involved in the world of shinobi. He was naught but a mere civilian, willing to fight against dangerous killers.

"...I won't let that happen then." Haruka then told herself before getting up from her cot and heading to the bathroom.

After a nice, relaxing shower Haruka yawned as she pulled out a breakfast MRE from the fridge and started to get that heated up before she went to get dressed.

"Egg omelette with chilli sauce...American...2008..." Haruka mumbled to herself as she put on a pink lace bra. "...I need to cook for myself more often...and not made with just bean sprouts or wild grass." She then got out with a sigh. Maybe she'll pick up a cookbook before heading to work today.

BZZT! BZZT!

Haruka instantly picked up her phone and answered it as she tried to decide which pair of pink panties she'll wear today. "Code." She started.

"Evil accepts all. Good accepts the few." Her teacher answered.

"Suzune-sensei, good morning." Haruka soon greeted as she threw a pair over her shoulder.

"Status report." Suzune ordered, skipping the pleasantries.

"Well, I've been putting in quite a bit of work." Haruka responded. "With Takemi-sensei currently...incapcitated due to personal circumstances, I've basically been in charge of her clinic." She soon revealed.

"And you haven't been experimenting on your patients? You know not to involve civilians in your endeavors." Suzune questioned and reminded in a serious tone.

"Of course not." Haruka scoffed. "Only my fellow friends and colleagues make the best test subjects." She then added in a joking manner.

"That's...comforting." Suzune deadpanned. "Anyways, I just got word from the landlord. Your apartment is prepared." She then informed.

"Really? My new apartment has been prepared, Suzune-sensei?" Haruka questioned while getting herself dressed.

"...Yes, I just said that." Suzune replied in a flat tone. "I don't know why we're spending money on this. You seem to be quite fine in the hideout." She then stated.

"It would be, but I think there are rats..." Haruka got out as she held up a pair of chewed up panties. She didn't want her entire collection to be crotchless after all.

"...We'll send an exterminator before someone else decides to go to Tokyo." Suzune eventually replied.

"And by exterminator, you mean some sorry genin who needs kunai throwing practice." Haruka guessed.

"It's great for training." Suzune countered in a nonchalant manner. "And cheap labor. Honestly Mirai should have thought of doing it while she was there." She then added.

"Hey!" Mirai's voice was heard in an offended manner.

"So you did allow Mirai to come before." Haruka soon stated.

"...I refuse to acknowledge nor deny that claim." Suzune answered. "However, at the very least, Yomi and Hikage actually filed requests for a Timed Personal Guerrilla Mission for the Mental Well-being of the Individual Ensuring Future Mission Success." She then added.

"...A vacation?" Haruka soon guessed.

"You...You have never seen true paperwork here in Hebijo." Suzune got out in a tired manner. She could really file a request for a Timed Personal Guerrilla Mission for the Mental Well-being of the Individual Ensuring Future Mission Success. "Our investors are getting stricter with our shinobi given recent events. It's worded that way so we can say that they're on a mission, not on a break. And Mirai would know that if she didn't run off." She then explained.

"I SAID I'M SORRY!" Mirai exclaimed.

"That's another 100 laps." Suzune bluntly ordered.

"AAAHHH!" Mirai cried in despair as the blonde quickly moved her phone from her ear.

"Hang in there, Mirai." Haruka meanwhile encouraged. "Well, if that's all, I need to go to work..." She then informed as she prepared to hang up and end the call.

"Wait, hold on..." Suzune stopped the girl as she put on her sweater. "You have been doing your mission, correct?" She then questioned.

"Of course." Haruka lied. She had not even gotten a glance at Takemi's notes, not even on her notes about Akira and the secrets of his body.

Just imagining his six pack made her giddy.

There were a few seconds of silence after that. "...And?" Suzune got out. "What have you learned?" She then questioned.

"That despite us being shinobi, lives are indeed important if they were ever put in danger. Which is why we do battle in Shinobi Kekkai." Haruka automatically answered.

"Yes, that's what you're taught when you start learning how to create a Kekkai, but what I meant was what did you learn about Tae Takemi's drugs." Suzune soon clarified. "Their creation process, amounts, that sort of thing. It is your mission." She then pointed out.

"I...I'm still working on that. The doctor is rather secretive with her creation process." Haruka answered.

"When you eventually return, I expect a full report on your findings." Suzune reminded in a serious tone. "I feel like I shouldn't remind you that a false report or failure to obtain the necessary information is grounds for death. Especially when we start creating these drugs for our own." She then stated.

"...Hai..." Haruka hesitantly responded.

"Good. Because I want emphasise that we are going to make our own drugs and if anything you put in your report is false, you could very much get one of our own killed." Suzune soon reminded.

"...Hai, sensei." Haruka responded. "I will make sure nothing is wrong in the report." She then added.

"Okay. Now I have to go and make sure Imu is not permanently injuring one of your-" Suzune began, only to wince when the blonde heard something snap. "...Goddammit, Imu. I'll call you later." She soon sighed out.

"Good-bye...sensei." The busty girl replied before hanging up. "Alright, you can do this." Haruka told herself as she headed out for the day, nibbling on her bottom lip with uncertainty as she did so.

(Hebijo Academy)

After the blonde hung up, Suzune looked at her phone screen...before a smirk graced her face.

She wasn't a fool like most would think.

No, that honor belonged to Leader.

BZZT! BZZT!

Suzune sighed as she answered her phone once again as she saw Yomi heading into the fray. They would be fine for at least until this conversation was over.

"Daidōji," Rin started, knowing that getting a call from her now meant one thing. "So you've arrived in Tokyo." She soon stated.

"Yeah. Currently staying at Rise's place." Daidōji replied. "Also contacted Yosuke and he has been recommending a few places for me to visit ever since he heard I was coming here. He's filling up my inbox." She soon informed.

"He did mention he used to live in Tokyo..." Rin remembered.

"He may be behind on his information though. This shop he recommended me now sells Tengu sex toys." Daidōji stated in a flat tone. Something told the teacher she was right outside the shop right now.

"Well, that may be an honest mistake given how long he's lived in Inaba...but knowing him, it was on purpose." Rin pointed out in an unamused manner.

"Well, given he's in a relationship now I hoped that the trait had died down, but I guess not." Daidōji responded. "He's certainly changed from when we first met him though..." She then had to admit.

"Everyone has. Even ourselves." Rin countered.

"Speaking of change, how's that student of yours? You mentioned her being a doctor's assistant?" Daidōji soon questioned.

"Yes." Rin replied with a nod. "She's hesitating on her mission though. She was running her place of work for quite some time and it obviously had an affect on her." She then explained and revealed.

"If that's true then it's likely she'll not go through with it." Daidōji responded in a serious tone. "You'll need to cover for her." She then added.

"I know, but there's only so much I can do." Rin sighed out. "Shadows are involved right now in Tokyo, and Dōgen will catch wind that I might not be as loyal as I appear to be if I'm not careful enough." She soon reminded.

"You can always come and find me." Daidōji soon offered. "I lost you twice before, I will not lose you again." She then declared.

"I know." Rin replied. "And I already have more than a few contingency plans ready." She then added.

"...Does this involve explosives?" Daidōji soon asked.

"...Technically, ANFO pushes rather than explodes." Rin pointed out in a matter-of-fact tone. "Hebijo already has explosives placed in case the compound is compromised...although I doubt the students know that..." She then revealed in a dead serious tone.

"What about the Yoke Technique? There's rumors that all the students at that school have it on them." Daidōji questioned in disgust.

Rin in response narrowed her eyes as she looked down at the students as they all went through training. "That is correct." She responded while narrowing her eyes. "I'm working on getting rid of them, but I only have so much time and there are too many students." She then revealed in a frustrated manner.

"Wouldn't it be easier if we went ahead and eliminated the problem with Hebijo." Daidōji countered.

"You know we can't do that." Rin responded while shaking her head. "Those that want to become shinobis need a place to go when the Good Shinobi Council won't allow them." She then explained.

"Right, right, you explained that before..." Daidōji sighed out with a tone of understanding. "We'll figure something out eventually. In any case, who do you plan to send next on a Timed Personal Guerrilla Mission for the Mental Well-being of the Individual Ensuring Future Mission Success?" She eventually asked.

"I am surprised you can remember that." Rin admitted.

"I am a lot smarter than what people give me credit for."Daidōji countered. "But besides that, do you have any prime candidates?" She once more asked.

To that, the purple haired woman looked down to the training fields, scanning the area. "...I do. And it's someone who needs it more than they realize." Rin vaguely answered as she saw a certain white haired woman watching the training session while barking orders.

"Well, I'll keep an eye on them but do expect not to hurt them if it comes to it." Daidōji soon advised.

"I didn't expect anything less." Rin replied before wincing. Ooh, that had to hurt. "I need to go. I really hope I can see you soon. Tell Rise I said hi." She soon informed and requested.

"I do too. Goodbye." Daidōji replied before hanging out on her end.

SPLASH! SMACK!

"Oh for the love of- Imu! Sudden fish attacks are next week! That's the last straw!" Suzune soon called out before running the girl down. "Seriously, what happened to standard training? It had to be replaced with this crazy kind of shit now..." She grumbled out in frustration.

Time to switch from her true self to the teacher that forgot the meaning of mercy.

(Aoyama-Itchome, Shujin Academy Front Gate)

Meanwhile, the founding Thieves were walking together to school. However, instead talking about their usual nonsense, the two Leaders were silent as the tan skinned girl talked on the phone.

"Yes, yes, I apologize for leaving before signing anything." Homura apologized. "Yeah, you can use it." She then added.

"Great. Thank you for your time." Kokito replied.

"It's okay. Have a good day, Kokito-san." Homura soon got out before handing back her roommate's phone.

"Well?" Asuka soon asked in a hopeful voice.

"Everything's good. Just needed verbal permission." Homura answered with a carefree smile.

"Ooooh! Does that mean what I think it means Lady Homura?" Morgana soon asked in curious excitement.

"Yep! I'm gonna be in a magazine." Homura proudly stated.

"Woohoo! You got picked, Homu-nee!" Asuka cheered out quite loudly, causing several to look in their direction. "O-Oh, sorry! You're gonna be in a fashion magazine next month!" She quickly apologized to the crowd before whispering to her roommate.

"Eh, probably not the front page but that's...wow, that's a weird feeling." Homura got out and admitted.

"You do realise there is a chance that your friends from your old school will see it, right?" Akira pointed out.

The tan skinned girl stopped in her tracks before shaking her head. "They don't read fashion magazines." Homura however stated. "At least, I don't think so." She then added to herself in an unsure manner.

(Hebijo Academy, Elites Room)

Hikage was out with Poochie for a walk after sneaking away from training for a bit, when she stopped by the school store's magazine stand.

"Hmm...Vague..." Hikage muttered to herself before shrugging and picking up a copy. "Next issue: 2016's Hottest Summer Line - Exotic Floral Fury." She read out before crouching down to her puppy's level. "Do you think I should look into this?" She soon asked.

"Bark!" Poochie replied in a happy tone.

"...I guess I'm picking up the next issue." Hikage decided as she paid for the magazine. "Eh, I could use some more clothes." She added before remembering the bean sprout-loving blonde's little robbery attempt. "...And hiding it from Yomi-san." She then concluded while shrugging her shoulders before continuing on her way.

Her vacation- excuse me, her Timed Personal Guerrilla Mission for the Mental Well-being of the Individual Ensuring Future Mission Success couldn't come any sooner.

(Aoyama-Itchome, Shujin Academy Front Gate)

"Homu-nee, why are you staring off into space?" Asuka innocently asked.

Homura immediately regained focus on the question. "Wha? Oh, I was...having a little imagination...thing." She awkwardly informed. "Ah, it's probably fine." She then wrote off as they continued their walk to school.

"I skipped breakfast, now I'm hungry..." The Hungry Girl moaned out, causing the three students to stop and listen to their conversation. "I want something filling, but with summer coming up I'm worried about having too many calories..." She then got out.

"Why don't we get tea?" Her friend suggested. "The diner in Shibuya just started serving Frui-Tea. It smells good, it's great for your skin, and it totally increases your charm!" She then revealed.

"Frui-Tea? What a cute name! Sounds yummy!" The Hungry Girl got out in an interested tone. "Being stylish starts from the inside out, after all. Guess I'll try some after school. But first, time for a Crunk bar!" She then admitted and decided before pulling out and eating the calorie-laden snack.

"Frui-Tea, huh..." Morgana got out. "Sounds like a hip drink that's really popular with the ladies. You want to try some?" He then added and asked.

"Water's fine enough." Akira got out with a shrug. "No need to spend extra money on fruity tasting hot water." He then stated.

"I am curious though..." Homura admitted. "Will it increase my femininity if I drink it?" She soon thought to herself.

"It might also help me prepare for the runway show..." Asuka meanwhile muttered to herself.

"I see...Well, you should keep an open mind." Morgana suggested. "If it tastes good and makes you more stylish, might as well, right?" He then added.

"Well, extra charm never hurts..." Akira muttered to himself as they continued on to school.

(7/1, Morning)

(Shujin Academy, Classroom)

"Open your textbooks. Today we'll be talking about Record of the Three Kingdoms." Inui began as the students pulled out their textbooks.

"Inui twice in a row?" Homura murmured out with a raised eyebrow. "We really have to check our schedules..." She then groaned.

"Eh, I gave up on it." Akira admitted with a shrug.

"A variety of heroes battling for dominance, truly an epic time. Charismatic rulers and warlords with the command of a thousand men may have their own appeal..." Inui continued. "...But personally, I think that the strategists who support them can't be ignored. Now then, Shinkukage-san." He soon called out as he looked at her direction.

"Ulp!" Homura gulped as she stood up. She had no idea what Record of the Three Kingdoms was!

"In the book, Zhuge Liang of Shu is famous for his exploits during the Battle of Red Cliffs..." Inui stated while the tan skinned girl tried to hide the dumbfounded look on her face. "...But do you know what Chinese dish Zhuge Liang is credited for inventing?" he then questioned.

"...Uh..." Homura drawled out as her eyes shifted to the left, hoping the Leader would bail her out and thus not hurt her reputation.

"Baozi." Akira whispered out.

"Lousy!" Homura called out before covering her mouth. That was not the answer.

"I'm...gonna take that as the correct answer, which is baozi." Inui guessed as the rest of the class chuckled and giggled in amusement to the girl's flustered expression as she sat down. "At the time, one region would use a person's head as an offering to quell an overflowing river. But Zhuge Liang made a baozi in the shape of a head as a substitute." He soon revealed.

"Dodged a bullet there..." Asuka thought as the tan skinned girl slumped down.

"I need to study...!" Homura quietly whined. Looks like she's spending her lunch in the library with the Student Council President.

"These days, you can find baozi with cute faces on them. If you think about their origin, it's not too off the mark." Inui soon added as he continued the lesson.

"I never knew strategists came up with cooking, and not just strategies..." Morgana remarked.

"...I want steamed buns now..." Akira suddenly admitted as the day went on.

(7/1, After School)

(Shujin Academy, Classroom)

RING RING RING!

"Whew!" Asuka breathed out as she wiped the sweat from her brow.

"God, things are actually getting harder now..." Homura groaned. She and the Shujin Student Council President studied quite a bit while eating lunch.

"Well, yeah." Akira mumbled out. "Say what you will about the school, but it's still a prep school so it requires a higher standard from the students." He then explained. "It will not be easy to get first place this time, Asuka." He soon warned.

"Hmph. Try me." Asuka got out with a confident smile on her face.

"I'll try you later. I have someone I need to see." The Leader informed as he got up.

"Doctor Takemi, I presume?" Ann assumed.

"Yep." Akira answered as he hefted his bag. "You know, you guys should meet her some time." He then suggested.

"Well...I would like to meet the person you went all-out for." Ann admitted. "Plus, a medical check-up wouldn't hurt." She then added.

"Maybe. But first, I need to stop Takemi from quitting." Akira stated as he headed for the door. "See you all tomorrow!" He then got out as he rushed out of the room and to the train station.

"...He really cares about his friends, huh?" Homura remarked with a smile.

"And he does so much for the team too." Ann got out. "It's a wonder he isn't tired all the time." She then got out.

"Well, shinobi can't show weakness so maybe he's just as good as hiding it." Homura assumed.

"Or Akira-kun's stamina is really good. I bet he can keep up with all of us any time of the day if he really tried." Asuka pointed out, causing a student to bump into a desk by the balls.

"GAH!" Said student wailed in pain.

"Ooh...! I could even feel that..." Homura got out as the girls winced.

"Asuka, you should really watch what you say." Ann soon suggested.

"Huh?" Asuka innocently asked in confusion before coming to a realization. "What!? Moh! Not again!" She then cried out in embarrassment as she hit her head on her desk.

"There there Asuka-chan." Ann reassured while patting the Vice Leader's head. "Someday you won't cause some sort of accident with your words." She then encouraged.

"Yeah Sis, it happens to the best of us." Homura replied in an encouraging manner. "I mean, I've caused my fair share of accidents too...traffic accidents mostly..." She awkwardly confessed.

"You know, I never thought I'd meet someone who's a danger to society through their sexiness." Ann admitted with a sweatdrop.

"I'm gonna go to Leblanc to learn more about coffee." Asuka soon enough decided in an empty tone as she stood up.

"And I need to go and meet up with my committee." Homura got out as she stood up as well. "Wanna meet up at the diner later? That Frui-Tea sounds kinda nice." She then asked and revealed.

This instantly brought up the Vice Leader's mood. "Ooooh~ Definitely!" Asuka happily replied. "See you later then."

"Yep, see ya!" Homura happily responded as they both left the classroom.

(Disciplinary Committee Board Room)

"...Why is no one here!?" Homura called out as she looked around the empty room before noticing the stack of paper. "...Oh, they must be doing their own thing or out on patrol." She then realized as she went over to her desk and sat herself down to look over the reports.

Well, just through skimming through them, she could tell they were doing their job and people were believing in them more. The problem was that they haven't done anything significant.

"What could we do though...?" Homura muttered to herself in a curious manner. She did make up a few new rules and sent them to be approved by...the..."Principal, motherfu-fu-fudgecakes!" She struggled out in frustration. "Every damn time, he seems to be in our way." She grumbled.

"And he still has that IOU over your head." Wolverine reminded.

"But he hasn't used it yet." Homura mentally responded. Whatever he's saving it for, it's probably gonna be stupid and dangerous like the Shujin Student Council President's task of singlehandedly taking down the mafia. "Gah...I'm going out to calm down and catch some idiots before I march into his office and stab him." She soon decided as she left the room.

(Aoyama-Itchome, Shujin Academy Front Gate)

After patrolling the school and sending a few troublemakers to the guidance counselor, Homura left to head to the train station where she saw a familiar raven haired girl by the vending machines. "Oh, good afternoon Kotegawa-san." She greeted while approaching her.

"Ah, Homura-san." Yui replied with a smile. "Oh, did you get a haircut? It looks nice." She soon asked and complimented.

"Just a little trim." Homura giggled out. "I'm just wondering how you noticed. I certainly forgot about it already." She then admitted.

"I tend to have an eye for detail." Yui confessed.

"Oh right, you were the head of a committee too." Homura soon remembered. "I guess checking uniforms helped you develop that trait." She then added.

Yui in response nodded in approval. "It did. The amount of short skirts I had to deal with-" She responded and began before glancing down. "Your skirt's short right now!" She soon informed.

"Well, it doesn't really matter in Shujin. The uniform policy is really lax here." Homura shrugged off...just as a breeze rolled by, flipping up her skirt to reveal a pair of green flame panties.

"...You were saying?" Yui sighed out.

"Aw crap! Uh...don't tell Sis I accidently took her panties today! We thought we were in a rush coming to school today!" Homura sputtered out as she forced her skirt down. Why did the universe seem out to get her some days!?

"Sorry, but my luck kinda sucks." Wolverine retorted.

"That explains it..." Homura mentally groaned out.

"You see what I mean though about skirt lengths Homura-san?" Yui soon asked while crossing her arms over her chest.

"Yeah." Homura replied after calming down. "Maybe one of the new rules can be to have longer skirts." She soon suggested.

"I wouldn't keep your hopes up." Yui however sighed out. "It's easy to give people freedom, but it's hard to take it away. Besides, it's not like the principal is focused on the school right now." She then stated.

The tan skinned girl shook her head as she looked up at the principal's office window, seeing him watch over them. "Shujin's still in the middle of a PR nightmare due to Kamoshida huh?" Homura muttered out with a frown. Well, the Phantom Thieves weren't making things easier for him and would continue to do so until they changed his heart. "...Is that a clue to his Palace...?" She meanwhile thought.

"Hai, after Kamoshida, he's been trying to hide everything he has to make himself not look bad, but with rumors circulating around the school about him, it's more obvious and honestly pathetic." Yui replied.

"Well, it's not like we can actually prove he's been suppressing the truth." Homura sighed out. "Say what you will, but he knows how to hide like a coward." She then admitted in frustration.

"..." Yui went silent as she shook her head. "My friends from back home would definitely do something about him..." She then quietly admitted.

"Hm?" Homura hummed out in curious confusion.

"Maybe get some truth-telling pollen, or chase him around with a boar or bees, or even have some sort of ridiculous device that would-" Yui suddenly began rambling out to herself, but at that moment...

"K-Kotegawa-san!?" A male voice stammered out in shock.

"Ah! Yui-chan! Hey~!" A bubbly female voice happily and excitedly called out.

"Huh?" Homura thought in confusion before turning around to see a boy with orange brownish hair and a girl with pink hair run up to them.

"Y-Yuuki-kun!? Lala-san!?" Yui got out in confusion and shock to the two in front of them.

Homura meanwhile raised an eyebrow to the bubbly pink haired girl. "Wow, her hair's pinker then Hibari's." She thought to herself.

"Wh-What are you doing here!?" Yui questioned in disbelief before noticing their blue colored clothes. "And...why are you in a Kosei uniform?" She then asked in confusion.

"Well, the school sort of got...blown up, but it's being rebuilt." Rito awkwardly explained. "Should be done this year, but we're attending Kosei for the time being." He then revealed while rubbing the back of his head.

"...What do you mean it got blown up?" Yui however asked with a raised eyebrow.

"...Exactly what it means...?" Rito sheepishly answered.

Yui then looked at the bubbly pinkette. "What did you do Lala-san?" She asked in an exhausted sounding tone.

The pinkette in mention pouted in response. "I swear I tested Blowy-Blowy Boost-kun so it wouldn't do such a thing...It was supposed to be for fireworks." Lala responded as she then pouted.

"Excuse me, what?" Homura got out in even more confusion after hearing this. "Wait, schools don't get built within a year. When did this happen again!? And what kind of name is Blowy-Blowy Boost-kun!?" She stated followed by the question.

"Er, hello, um...last month." Rito answered after checking his phone.

"Yeah, I convinced my father to rebuild the school. He's so caring..." Lala got out with a happy smile.

"...Okay..." Homura mumbled out, deciding to stop understanding the situation other than the pinkette was insanely rich as she was ditzy.

"Wait, where are you living now? Kosei is nowhere near Shujin!" Yui got out in confusion before looking towards the pinkette. "...Lala, you haven't used that to get to Kosei have you?" She then questioned.

"Oh, we aren't using that since it's still...broken. No, we're all staying in a Devilukean sppaaaaa..." Rito answered before remembering there was someone who wasn't in the know here. "Spa-spa-SPA! Y-Yeah, a spa. Inn...type thing..." He then mumbled out.

"...You live in a spa?" Homura deadpanned.

"It's an inn with a spa." Rito corrected. Well, it wasn't exactly too far from the truth. "Yeah, it's pretty big and almost everyone we know from Sannin lives there." He then explained.

"You...You don't mean..." Yui stammered out with widened eyes.

"It's...It's not what you think!" Rito exclaimed. "Everyone is spread out between different schools, though the others we know are also attending Kosei at the moment." He then explained.

"Yuuki-kun, you know what I mean." Yui sighed out.

"Huh? O-Oh..." Rito replied in realization. "Erm...yeah. They...They decided to come to Kosei though." He soon revealed. "I just sort wished I knew you were here, you know?" He then admitted in a sheepish manner.

"Yeah! Your school looks so cool Yui-chan!" Lala happily declared while looking at the graffiti painted school.

"It's...not supposed to look that way." Yui pointed out as the tan skinned girl chuckled quietly.

"Oh yeah. Um...the Phantom Thieves started here, right?" Rito remembered before his eyes widened. "Oh God, you didn't-" He then started in concern.

"It's fine. I didn't go anywhere near the man." Yui replied in reassurance before remembering that the committee head was standing around and looking awkward. "Ah, let me introduce you, this is Homura Shinkukage, the head of the Shujin Academy Disciplinary Committee." She then introduced.

"And here I thought I was out of this conversation." Homura amusingly remarked.

"Really? I thought you would take over again." Rito meanwhile got out as he blinked to learning this.

"Well this school already has a great Student Council President and I didn't have the chance to try and form a committee myself thanks to this school's principal." Yui replied and explained. "Just when I thought I escaped from terrible principals." She then sighed out.

"Hmm...what is he like?" Homura hummed out and asked.

"A massive pervert." Yui and Rito bluntly replied in unison.

"I'm sorry we ignored you for a bit. I'm Rito Yuuki." The boy introduced himself.

"And I'm Lala Satalin Deviluke! The-" The bubbly pinkette then started.

"Foreigner!" Yui quickly called out, interrupting the girl's introduction. "She's from Europe." She then explained.

"Okay?" Homura got out in confusion to her committee member's reaction before shrugging it off. "In any case, it's nice to meet you two." She then added. "What a long, weird name she has." She meanwhile thought with a sweatdrop.

"Let me make it up to you. I'm gonna go and get a drink. Do you want something too, Kotegawa-san?" Rito offered as he went towards the machine.

"I'm fine, thank y-" Yui started...only for the inevitable to happen.

SLIP! CRASH!

"WAH!" Rito yelped out.

"Eh?" Homura got out in confusion.

Rito then proceeded to trip on air...and landed on the ravenette, pulling her skirt down to show her panties with his face directly in front of the honestly cute cat underwear.

"Rito, are you okay!?" Lala exclaimed, ignoring the dark aura coming from the ravenette.

"What the...It feels like a Shadow is going berserk!" Homura thought with widened eyes.

"Not. Even. 10 minutes." Yui slowly got out, her eye twitching and her body shivering. "We haven't seen each other for ten minutes and you're already doing shameless actions." She then muttered in anger.

"U-Uh, K-Kotegawa-san, please I swear I didn't mean t-" Rito stammered as he brought his hands up.

WHAM!

"SHAMELESS! PERVERT!" Yui roared in embarrassment, annoyance and anger after kicking the clumsy boy a fair few meters away...forgetting about her flashing her panties to everyone and starting to shift to the side.

Homura's eyes meanwhile widened in shock as she looked at the erotic scene and the antics that was occuring. "...This scene shouldn't be humanly possible." She thought. "Seriously...how?" She soon enough asked in confusion as she then noticed the forming crowd around them. "Alright everyone, show's over! Break it up!" She then called out as she glared at the audience.

To that demand and glaring, the audience watching scattered about.

"Why haven't you learned!?" Yui called out in frustration before sighing. "I can't believe you haven't changed since I left." She then stated.

"Uh, Kotegawa-san, pull up your skirt." Homura meanwhile reminded with a sweatdrop.

To that reminder, the ravenette blushed scarlet as she shuffled about and did as requested, the shadows covering her eyes.

"Uh... are you okay?" Homura asked as she ran up to the boy. "Wow, Yui has one mean kick." She thought in an impressed manner.

"It's fine...I've been hurt worse." Rito groaned out as he rubbed the back of his head.

"I am honestly not surprised." Homura deadpanned. "Guess this has happened before?" She soon asked.

"I swear, it's an accident every time..." Rito soo confessed.

"Yeah, I can see that." Homura replied. "And as long as it's an accident." She then stated while offering a hand.

"I don't know what's wrong with my damn feet..." Rito admitted while taking the hand while the girl pulled him up. "I think you're the first person to understand that." He then confessed.

"Eh, I know my perverts from one another." Homura casually replied while shrugging her shoulders. "And hey, you're the first person not to look down." She then pointed out.

"Look...down...?" Rito slowly repeated before looking down, blushing red and became flustered.

"...Godammit." Homura mentally sighed out. "Let's just get you to Yui." She then suggested.

SLIP!

"WHA!" Rito yelped out again as he started to fall over again.

"Nope." Homura bluntly countered as she stepped out the way and grabbed the back of the boy's shirt. "Jeez, you seem to be prone to accidents huh?" She then remarked with a giggle.

"Like I just said." Rito groaned out.

"I think you need a walking stick." Homura soon suggested. "Or some help to get rid of that issue." She then added.

"I dunno. I saw a doctor about it and said it was uh...Cataplectic Indecency Syndrome, and that it was a talent." Rito admitted before his eye twitched. "...Okay, how did that happen!?" He then exclaimed.

"What?" Homura had to ask before looking down...and saw her panties were around her ankles. "...Oh my God, it is a talent." She then muttered in disbelief as she quickly got them up.

"S-Sorry!" Rito yelped out.

"I'm not even angry, just stunned." Homura awkwardly admitted. "So you're never using feet again around me." She then decided.

"Huh? Ah!" Rito exclaimed as the girl piggybacked him back to the other girls.

"Wow, you're really strong Homura-chan!" Lala got out in amazement. "And that looks like so much fun!" She then declared.

"It's not that big a deal." Homura admitted with confidence and a smirk on her face.

"Let me try it." Lala soon requested all of a sudden.

"Huh? Whoa whoa whoa!" Homura exclaimed as the pinkette piggybacked her while she was piggybacking the boy. "Okay! What the actual heck!? How!?" She got out in shock and confusion.

"Lala-san, please put them down!" Yui exclaimed her demand in a matter as though she had done it before.

Eventually, Lala did set them down.

Meanwhile, the tan skinned girl narrowed her eyes as she glanced at the pinkette while she was being told off by the ravenette in a lecturing manner, who was just playfully laughing in response. "Is she a shinobi!?" Homura thought in an exhausted manner before pausing. "...Well, she has the usual weirdness associated with it..." She then added in her head.

"I'm sorry, Homura-chan!" Lala soon apologized while playfully sticking her tongue out.

"It's okay. You'd be surprised how weird my life is." The tan skinned girl chuckled out. "...I would not be surprised if you were an alien." She jokingly remarked in amusement.

That meanwhile caused the ravenette and the boy to sweat. "T-That's foreigners for you..." Rito awkwardly got out as he and Yui began to awkwardly laugh.

"Ann's nowhere near that weird though...apart when it comes to sweets..." Homura thought before she and Lala began to laugh too.

Meeting up with Yui's friends from her old hometown and learning more about her past...It made Homura feel closer to her.

RANK UP! EMPRESS RANK 3!

Lucky Cat: Chance to increase Luck at the start of a battle.

"Yuuki-kun..." Yui whispered out, holding a hand to her heart.

"You okay, Yui?" Homura asked, wondering why she had this...wistful look on her face.

"N-Nothing, Homura-san. I'll...I'll see you tomorrow." Yui mumbled out before walking away.

"...Okay?" Homura got out with a raised eyebrow.

"I guess we need to leave too." Rito replied while rubbing the back of his head. "Thanks for being Kotegawa's friend, Homura-san." He then thanked in a grateful manner.

"Yeah, you too." Homura replied with a smile. "You should visit more often. Yui's been homesick for a while now." She then added.

"I-I'll try." Rito sheepishly responded as he looked at his companion. "Come on, Lala. We need to go take care of Celine." He then added reminded.

"Okay! Bye~!" Lala happily replied as the two headed out.

Homura blinked as she noticed the accessory coming from the pink haired girl. "Is that a tail...?" She thought with a confused look on her face. "Did she forget to take it off from some cosplay or something?" She then added to her thoughts before blinking.

It could be a buttplug...

Looking at the time, she decided not to dwell on that thought much longer and went home.

None of them noticing the literal flying school building passing over them with a rocket-like engine coming out the side.

And heard the hapless principal crying for help.

(Takemi Clinic)

Akira let out a breath as entered the clinic and looked around. Haruka was at the counter as usual, but no signs of the doctor anywhere.

"Ah, good afternoon Akira-kun." Haruka politely greeted with a smile.

"Hey, is Takemi in today Haruka?" Akira asked as he walked up to the girl.

"No." Haruka answered as she shook her head. "Just like yesterday. And the day before. And the day before." She then got out with a groan.

"Damn, I gotta tell her the good news." Akira muttered to himself, confusing the girl a little. "Do you know where she lives?" He soon asked.

"Do you know who you're talking to?" Haruka pointed out with an amused smile. "She's..." She then began.

"There's no need." A familiar voice informed, causing the two to turn and see the doctor.

"Takemi-sensei..." Haruka got out in surprise.

"...You're here." Akira stated as he sat down.

"I just decided to pack up my things today." Takemi sighed out as she began to head into the examination room, only for the boy to grab her hand and stop her.

"Well, I want to talk." Akira pleaded. "No medical trials, not between doctor and patient. Just...talk. As friends." He then explained.

"There's nothing to talk about, Kurusu." Takemi lethargically responded before she pulled her arm away and continued on her way.

"It's about Oyamada." Akira suddenly stated, stopping the doctor in her tracks.

It took a few seconds, but Takemi turned around and looked at the boy's grey eyes. He was serious. "...Haruka. Leave." She ordered.

"Hai, sensei." Haruka responded with a nod as she left the room.

"...So what do you need to talk about?" Takemi questioned as she leaned against the wall near the boy. "I thought I told you to not come back here again." She then sighed out.

"What can I say? I'm too stubborn for my own good." Akira responded with a shrug. "Besides, there's something I need to-" He then started, however...

"Doctor! Doctor!" The little girl he met earlier called out as she and her father rushed in. "And you too!" She soon recognised the boy.

Akira instantly switched masks and put on a more friendly demeanor. "Hello. Are you feeling better these days?" He asked the little girl.

"Yep! I'm super duper healthy now!" The little girl replied with a nod.

"Hehehe...I'm glad to hear that." The Leader chuckled out.

"Hm? If you're fine, why are you...?" Takemi began to question, however...

"I wanted to speak to you right away!" Her father got out. "That hospital that was on the news just now, that was the place you used to work at, right!?" He then informed and asked.

"!?" Haruka's eyes meanwhile widened to hearing that, having hid herself just outside the door to listen in. "What?" She thought in shock.

"The hospital on the news?" Takemi repeated with a raised eyebrow.

"Oh dear, I was afraid everyone was thinking the same thing." An old woman stated as she walked into the clinic. "But I knew you weren't capable of all those terrible things!" She then added.

"...Wh-What's going on?" Takemi had to ask, feeling confused and overwhelmed by this entire thing.

"Oh, my. You really don't know, do you?" The old lady got out in a surprised manner.

"Chief of Staff Oyamada turned himself in just now." The father answered, stopping Takemi's heart for a second. "He was manipulating things behind the scenes just to save his credibility. Turns out he was the one who made that terrible medical error, and laid the blame on his subordinate!" He then continued. "That was you, wasn't it?" He then assumed, making the doctor's eyes widen.

Akira had to force down the smile that was threatening to break out on his face.

"Is that...true?" Takemi had to ask with widened eyes.

"It's been on news channels all over the country! It's one of the biggest scandals in the medical industry!" The father assured as he pulled out his phone. On it was a new article on the entire thing, and it included a photo of Oyamada being led away in cuffs.

"I haven't...seen it..." Takemi confessed. She was mostly at home listening to 2000s goth music and eating junk food.

"I just knew something didn't quite add up about that story." The father stated, giving the doctor a warm smile.

"I never believed someone like you could have ever done something like that." The old woman admitted while giving her own.

"Hooray! Doctor! But...What's a medical error?" The little girl innocently asked.

"What? Um...It's something that shouldn't be allowed to happen...I guess." Her father stammered out as he rubbed the back of his neck. This guy probably killed some people so maybe it was best to not say anything else on the matter.

"Is this all some out-of-season April Fool's joke?" Takemi had to ask as she looked towards the glasses-wearing boy. "Oyamada surrendered himself...at such a convenient time too...Why...?" She muttered and asked before shaking her head in a negative manner. "...It doesn't matter. It's too late. It doesn't change the fact that I couldn't save her..." She then mumbled out.

"Well, that's what I wanted to talk about." Akira spoke up as he stood up. "Miwa-chan's alive. She just transferred to another hospital because she didn't believe Oyamada's diagnosis. The baaaassss...b-bad man lied about that too. He even got everyone in the hospital to lie about it too. That death certificate was forged." He then revealed, quickly switching a word upon remembering there was a child here.

Haruka's eyes meanwhile widened to hearing that. "She's alive!?" She thought in shock while relief filled her being.

The doctor's heart stopped right at that statement. "What...?" Takemi choked out. "T-There's no way..." She stammered out in denial.

"Oh, I think that was on the news too!" The father spoke up. "Yeah, it was his latest cover up. They didn't mention which hospital though." He then added.

"Don't worry. You should be getting a call from Oyamada soon. He'll tell you where she is." Akira soon added. "She's not gonna make it to the end of the year...not without you anyways." He then pointed out.

"Thank goodness..." Haruka breathed out with a smile before looking towards the boy, who was smiling as well.

"How...How did you...?" Takemi tried to ask, only to begin tearing up. "She's...she's alive..." She then mumbled to herself.

"What's the matter, dear?"

"Hey, are you okay?"

"Is something the matter, Doctor?" Her patients soon all asked in concern as Tae tried to hide her tears.

"Did Akira-kun get the Phantom Thieves to change Oyamada's heart?" Haruka meanwhile thought before checking the Phan-site. It didn't take very long to find Oyamada's calling card. "He...He did." She got out in awe.

"Hey, Doctor Takemi." Akira began as he used a handkerchief to wipe away the woman's tears. "Do you think a medical trial is available today?" He soon asked with a smile.

"...Yes. Yes it is." Takemi assured as she rubbed off any remaining wetness from her cheeks. God, her makeup was probably running. "We'll resume development right away. Hopefully, thanks to Oyamada's confession that my suppliers will be willing to sell to me again." She then added.

"Hey, given that your rep's all fixed now, I bet they'll be willing to do it for free." Akira assumed with a small laugh. "I mean, who wouldn't want to work with the doctor who will revolutionise medicine?" He then got out in a happy tone.

"Ah, I'm not expecting that..." Takemi chuckled out. "We're going to have to move quickly today, so you may experience some pain during the examination..." She soon warned. "Sorry. Just hang in there, OK?" She then got out in a concerned manner.

"It's for Miwa-chan. The pain I'm going to feel is probably ten times worse for her." Akira however waved off as he shook his head, feeling his bond with the doctor grow even stronger.

RANK UP! DEATH RANK 8!

"Let's get to work, Doctor." Akira soon decided.

"Thank you, you're...you're a good guy, you know that?" Takemi replied, giving him the brightest smile he's ever seen her give. "Once the medicine is perfected, I'll introduce you to Miwa-chan and tell her how much you helped." She soon promised. "All right, into the examination room you go." She then ordered as she pushed him into the room.

"...How much is this going to hurt?" Akira suddenly thought. However, the door shut behind him, leaving him to his fate.

After getting her other patients to leave, she walked outside and let out a breath.

What was going to be her last day as a doctor...it was going to be her day reborn from the Plague.

"Takemi-sensei." Haruka got out as she approached the woman. "What happened? Did something...?" She then began, however...

"Haruka, cut the act. You've been listening in all this time." Takemi stated in a casual tone.

The busty blonde soon winced as a guilty look appeared on her face. "Sorry, I couldn't help myself..." Haruka apologized in shame.

"Well, I should be flattered for worrying about me, I know you wouldn't do this for gossip...but given your blatant invasion of privacy, I should fire you for going against an explicit order." Takemi started as she then noticed the blonde wince again and pale slightly, causing her to gain an amused expression. "But...I won't, since you've been working hard while I was in my slump." She soon revealed. "Thank you for not abandoning the clinic." She then got out in a grateful manner.

"I...I would never." Haruka got out with a bow.

"And for that, instead of firing your sexy ass, you're buying and bringing me lunch." Takemi stated as she sat down with her legs crossed.

Haruka blinked at that. "Oh, that doesn't seem so-" She soon began, until the doctor clarified her punishment.

"From now on until, say, October." Takemi continued. "With your own money." She then stated.

"That...That has to be illegal." Haruka awkwardly pointed out.

"Just as illegal as going under a false name, Toyoguchi-chan?" Takemi countered, causing the blonde's eyes to widened in shock. "You shouldn't have used your father's name if you wanted to remain unrelated to him, Haruka. Or should I say-" She then began, however...

"It's Haruka." The blonde interrupted in a serious tone. "I...I abandoned that name long ago. But...I guess I made it too easy to find the necessary files." She then added.

"Easy? You were born in the hospital I used to work at and now in the middle of a scandal." Takemi pointed out. "Although, it seems your birth certificate and such had been misplaced and deleted from the system..." She then revealed.

"That...That is quite unfortunate." Haruka mumbled out. She really should've remembered that...

"Well, I really don't mind much Haruka," Takemi simply responded while shrugging her shoulders. "Your father wasn't exactly the best of people to begin with." She then admitted.

"Yes...I...I am aware of that." Haruka hesitantly responded. "...How long have you known?" She soon asked.

"About the day after you were hired." Takemi answered, causing the blonde to look at her in disbelief. "Again, Toyoguchi isn't exactly a well-liked name around the medical community thanks to him. Although, I was hoping you can bring that name out of the gutter." She then admitted.

"...I would rather not have my father be remembered." Haruka admitted. "The Toyoguchi name really means nothing to me. My path will be forged under the name of Haruka." She then declared.

"Well, pick a different family name next time, though it does suit you more then him." Takemi advised in amusement. "Oh, and before you go, buy some sushi for our guinea pig. He's going to need it after I'm done with him." She soon requested. "Now, Haruka. Or you'll actually be fired." She then clarified.

"H-Hai, sensei." Haruka squeaked out before running out of the clinic to the nearby convenience store.

"...A sudden confession..." Takemi whispered to herself before letting herself smile. "Hm, where have I heard that before?" She soon wondered before heading into the examination room, only to see the boy smiling at her...and Miwa Hanako's death certificate.

She ripped it into pieces as soon as she saw it. She wasn't going to die. Not for another 70 years at least if she had anything to say about it.

"...Akira wouldn't fall for Takemi-sensei, would he?" Haruka meanwhile wondered in a curious manner before licking her lips. "Mmm~ He really is a charmer." She then cooed out in amusement.

(7/1, Evening)

(Shibuya, Diner)

Yumi frowned as she processed what her informat had informed her. This sounded serious.

"Thank you for the information. Gonzou Kousugi sounds like quite the slave driver." Yumi thanked the informant. "A simple office job should not be so hard. It sounds like it's no more different from a black company." She muttered out.

"Yeah. I'm worried about the guy who gave this info. Says that several employees are already in the hospital." One of her many informants admitted with a frown. "What are you going to do with this, Weaver?" He soon asked.

"Do not question what I shall do with this info." Yumi reminded in a serious manner. "I shall use it as I see fit." She then stated.

"Well, I hope it involves getting that bastard an early retirement." The middle aged man got out with a sigh. "I gotta go." He soon informed as he got up from his seat.

"Have a good night. Your money will be transferred soon." Yumi replied and informed.

"Thank you." The informant responded.

Yumi smiled as she watched the informant leave the restaurant and as soon as he was out the door...

THUD!

"I think I'm gonna die of exhaustion too..." Yumi thought in a tired manner upon resting her forehead forcefully on the table, causing the utensils to jump a little. School duties were extra busy and then she had to sit and listen to 10 different informants today. Between that and her cuteness training, it was a surprise she still had sanity left. "Still, I'll need to inform Akira-kun of this. This needs the Phantom Thieves on the case." She then muttered out as she got her phone and began messaging him.

[Negative8Degrees: Joker, an informant has given some information about a possible target.]

[TheWildJ0ker: Go ahead.]

[Negative8Degrees: I'll send you a recording.]

(Recording uploaded)

["The higher ups in my company keep pushing for longer hours with no overtime pay. People are collapsing around me and I'm barely conscious right now. One of my friends just got admitted to the hospital and he's not going to be the last case. I would post on the Phantom Thieves site but I just can't right now! I have no time! Please, someone has to do something before I die from exhaustion!"]

[TheWildJ0ker: Damn, the head of a black company...]

[Negative8Degrees: It's not a sweatshop though. It's a normal office environment.]

[TheWildJ0ker: Okay. We're bringing it up at the next meeting.]

[TheWildJ0ker: Good work, Widow.]

[Negative8Degrees: Thank you. Have a good night.]

Yumi soon smiled as she ended the discussion. Another target for them to enact justice upon.

"Oh, Yumi-chan!" A familiar voice happily got out.

This got the light grey haired girl's attention as she saw who it was. "Ah, Asuka-san, Homura-san." Yumi soon greeted with a smile as she noticed the two roommates. At least seeing them here restored some of her social stamina.

"Yumi-chan!" Asuka greeted. "Hey, what are you doing here?" She then asked in a curious manner.

"I just finished my business here." Yumi revealed with a smile. "Come sit down here and we can talk about this over non-alcoholic drinks." She then offered.

"Sure." Homura replied as the two sat across from the Kosei Student Council President. "Get anything juicy today?" Sh soon asked in a curious manner.

"I did actually." Yumi responded. "I will bring it up at the next team meeting." She then added.

"As long as it doesn't pull out stupid Almighty spells on our behinds." Homura grumbled out. "...And we can milk them for every yen they have." She then added.

"Still desperate for money I see." Yumi got out in amusement with a giggle escaping her lips.

"Look, we need to buy Akira a real bed and a minifridge...and maybe a table for that chocolate fountain he keeps on the floor." Homura replied as the others nodded in agreement.

"I gotta steal some the next time I'm there. I keep forgetting about it." Asuka muttered to herself. "...I wonder if chocolate would go great with sushi." She suddenly asked.

"I...very much doubt it Asuka-san." Yumi hesitantly responded. "But I have tried cheese with chocolate once thanks to Shiki-san. Not as bad as one would expect." She then revealed.

"That sounds a little unhealthy, Yumi-senpai." Homura awkwardly admitted.

"Don't worry, I usually have it with low fat cheese." Yumi soon informed.

"But chocolate and milk are a tasty combination, and cheese is like hard milk right?" Asuka innocently pointed out.

"Cheese does not count as hard milk Sis." Homura responded with a sweatdrop.

"Eh? Really?" Asuka got out while blinking a couple of times "Mm, I'm gonna have to try cheese with sushi sometime." She soon got out.

"Is your mind on sushi all the time, Asuka-san?" Yumi soon asked.

"My family runs a sushi shop back home..." Asuka mumbled while poking her finger tips together.

"Oh, my apologies Asuka-san." Yumi replied and apologized. "But...these sushi ideas sound bad. I don't think rice and seaweed pair well with cheese and chocolate." She soon admitted.

"I...I wouldn't use both at the same time though." Asuka soon pointed out. "Plus, I'll probably substitute the rice with uh...sugar or something." She then added.

"It would just be a sweet then, not really sushi." Yumi however stated. "Dessert sushi would probably sell though." She then admitted.

"It would probably get Ann's attention." Homura remarked with a smirk. "Man, we ate a lot of sweets at the buffet..." She then added in a nostalgic tone.

"Buffet?" Yumi repeated. "Oh, I think you mentioned a buffet before. I would like to go there sometime..." She then confessed just as a waitress arrived at their table.

"Good evening, may I take your orders?" The waitress soon asked with her pen and pad out

"Frui-Tea please." The three simultaneously requested the waitress at once.

"Okay then, three Frui-Tea. Anything else?" The waitress began followed by the second question.

"No, it's fine. Just the drinks." Yumi replied as the others nodded in agreement.

"Sure thing!" The waitress responded with a nod as she wrote the order down. "They should be ready in ten minutes. I'll bring your order to your table." She then informed.

"Thank you." The girls thanked the waitress as she went off to serve other tables.

Instantly, everyone grabbed a cup and took a sip.

"Aaaaaaahhhhhhh..." The shinobi simultaneously breathed out.

"Whoa, that's pretty good." Homura admitted, feeling the after taste on her tongue.

"I can feel my cuteness improve!" Yumi declared in a proud manner.

"Yeah!" Asuka cheered out. "Wait, what?" She then got in confusion. However, the lingering taste on her tongue made her feel...not that much different to be honest. "Do I already have maximum charm...?" She soon wondered.

"Ah, if I had known about these, I would have taken Yozakura-san to enjoy this when she was here." Yumi sighed out.

"Wait what!? This is the first time I've heard of this! One of your friends really visited?" Asuka exclaimed.

"Yes, however she left the day before." Yumi replied and revealed. "It was nice to see her again." She then confessed.

"Ah, what a shame. I'd like to have met her." Asuka got out in disappointment while the tan skinned girl nodded in agreement.

"Maybe next time. Once we catch Black Mask." Yumi stated before sighing. "Still no luck on that front though. All we know is that they're going through Palaces and using their Persona to cause them." She then added.

"You think they go through Mementos too?" Asuka got out with a frown. "I mean we got Morgana-chan to help us travel there and all, and I don't think they have a means to go through it."

"I doubt they've gotten to it. I mean, imagine what they could do with Mementos. They could kill people who barely even have Treasures." Homura pointed out.

That immediately caused the trio to shiver in fear.

"Pancakes..." Homura quietly mumbled to herself.

"We have to give him the benefit of doubt." Asuka reminded with a frown. "We can't be the first Persona-users, right?" She then muttered.

"Hm?" Yumi got out in confusion.

"It's nothing Yumi-senpai. Just a little inside joke between us." Homura quickly replied. "Well, once we have enough info on them, we'll take 'em out one way or another." She soon declared.

"Hai." Yumi replied in agreement. "Now that I think about it, we would have no way to prove their guilt in the court of law without exposing ourselves or the existence of the Metaverse." She soon stated. "We can't prove their injustice..." She then muttered in harsh realization.

"Well, kicking their butt so hard they'll never use their limbs again might help." Asuka pointed out. "We'll figure it out in the end." She then reassured with confidence.

"Yeah. That's the future Phantom Thieves problem." Homura breathed out as she leaned back in her chair.

"Cheers to that and for our own justice." Yumi chuckled out.

Tink!

And thus the three clinged their drink glasses together before they drank some of the contents. "You know, the three of us haven't gotten together like this before." Yumi realized.

"Didn't we try to squeeze ourselves into the bathtub once?" Asuka got out, earning confused looks from the others. "Or am I just misremembering something?"

"I mean more like doing something like this, chatting while having drinks and snacks. No thieves or shinobi." Yumi corrected and explained. "Acting like normal people with each other."

"Yeah. Just...people like us." Homura got out before sighing. "God, I'm starting to miss my insane friends..." She soon confessed in disbelief.

"Hm? How insane exactly Homura-san?" Yumi asked in a curious manner.

"The month before I left for Tokyo, one of them unleashed a virus that caused people to speak in Mando'a for a week!" Homura revealed in an irritated manner.

"That's...Is that a language?" Asuka had to ask.

"Bic is not. Bic is a fake joha par some geek movie about akaan bal kar'taylir darasuum bal some ashi di'kutla crap." Homura answered, confusing the two. "I had to learn it just to understand anyone because we had to go on a freaking mission that week!" She then grumbled out before taking a sip of her Frui-Tea.

"That sounds...difficult." Yumi hesitantly admitted.

"Oh yeah. And that's mentioning her talking dogs." Homura sighed out.

"Her what?" Asuka asked as she blinked after hearing that.

"Look, I tend to avoid her lab in Hebijo. I'd rather keep the little sanity I had there." Homura sighed out.

"...And that's only one of them?" Yumi soon asked.

"Yeah. I mean, they're all nice people underneath it all but their quirks can be too much, you know?" Homura got out as she took another sip of her drink.

"It does make hanging out with them way more fun though." Asuka pointed out with a smile, that only weakened a little. "But Katsu-nee's on a whole other level." She then added.

"How are they doing these days anyways?" Yumi had to ask, also getting the tan skinned girl's curiosity as a result.

"I haven't had the chance to contact them since our last visit..." Asuka admitted in a mumble. "But I'm sure everything is going fine." She then assumed with a shrug.

(Hanzo Academy, Elite's Room)

"This is notfine!" Katsuragi growled in frustration after kicking the door down into the room.

"Another kidnapping?" Yagyū guessed as the pinkette went to get the spare door hinges.

"Yep!" The busty blonde groaned out.

"These ridiculous kidnappings are becoming way frequent!" Ikaruga grumbled out as she sat down on the couch. "Whoever's paying them to kidnap Okumura-san is wasting their money at this point!" She then stated.

"It's gotten to the point that she's enjoying this!" Katsuragi exclaimed as she slapped her forehead. "Either she's so traumatized that that's her coping mechanism...or she has some shinobi level mental strength." She then guessed.

"Or could it be that Okumura-chan is hiring these guys herself as a desperate attempt to make her father care about her?" Hibari soon suggested as she replaced the door hinges. Luckily, the door wasn't made out of cardboard this time.

"...What? Th-That's ridiculous." Katsuragi scoffed out. "If they were hired, she wouldn't actually let them get hurt." She then added.

"He keeps hiring shinobi to save his daughter too. I don't think he doesn't care about her." Ikaruga pointed out. "If he were truly cruel, he would simply leave her. I know far too many who would such a thing." She then added with a shake of her head.

"But-" Hibari tried to reason, but was soundly interrupted.

"No buts, you're just letting your imagination run wild." The temporary leader assumed, shutting down any other response.

"Mmmm~ Butts...~" Katsuragi giggled pervertedly.

SPRAY!

"Down, girl." Yagyū bluntly ordered as she put away her spray bottle.

"Who gave you that!?" Katsuragi yelped out.

"Kiriya-sensei." Yagyū responded.

"Oh right..." Katsuragi got out in an understanding tone as her body started shivering. "...Must...save...everything...for the ultimate bout of sexual harassment!" She then thought...out loud.

"Excuse me?" Yagyū deadpanned, not even surprised at this point.

"NOTHING! GOING TO THE SHOWERS!" Katsuragi declared...as she began stripping off her clothes on her way to the bathroom without a care.

"Moh! Don't just strip and leave your clothes on the ground Katsuragi-san!" Ikaruga demanded as she picked up the blonde's clothes and chased after her.

"Is it just me or is Katsu-nee becoming more and more silly?" Hibari innocently asked with a tilt of her head.

"Asuka withdrawal." Yagyū simply assumed with a shrug. "Or she's just becoming more idiotic." She bluntly added.

"...We really need to see Asuka-chan again..." Hibari soon muttered. "Especially these days." She then added in concern.

"Don't worry, if the Phantom Thieves were to go after us I will protect you, Hibari." Yagyu however reassured with a smile.

"Eh? Yagyū-chan, they would never go after me though." Hibari innocently pointed out.

"Doesn't matter, I will protect you regardless." Yagyū however responded. "...No helping Katsuragi though." She then added as they heard Ikaruga and Katsuragi probably having a naked battle in the bathroom.

(Shibuya, Diner)

"Yeah, I can feel Katsu-nee's want to grope me growing bigger..." Asuka sighed out.

"I think she's planning on doing it to me too." Homura grumbled as she rubbed her chest. "You better watch your back, er, front too Yumi-senpai. Because she's kinda relentless." She then warned.

"An...admirable trait in most cases." Yumi hesitantly responded, making a mental note of it. "And I thought Shiki-san's idea of boob rock paper scissors to settle decision making was bad enough..." She then sighed out.

This in turn got the two to sweatdrop to the thought. "H-How...How would..." Homura got out as she blinked. "Now I'm genuinely curious, how would that work?" She then asked.

"Well-" Yumi started before she began to notice that everyone in the diner was staring at them.

"...Would you eavesdropping perverts mind your own business!?" Homura called out as she shook her fist at them, causing everyone to go back to what they were doing, males out of fear while the females were glaring at them in disapproval.

"...I kinda wanna learn it." Asuka quietly admitted.

"Not in a public place!" Yumi exclaimed before hiding her head in shame. "Ugh...I still think Shiki-san added the boob part to grandfather's statement and everyone was just trying to trick me." She soon groaned out before blinking. "...Are my friends perverts?" She eventually asked.

"If they were truly lying. But then again we don't know your grandfather all that well." Asuka answered with a shrug. "But if he's anything like mine...yeah, I guess they were telling the truth." She then mumbled out.

"Eh? Your grandfather's a pervert Asuka-san?" Yumi got out in disbelief.

"We'll save that for after talking about our friends." Homura got out. "Though it sounds more like this Shiki is more like your group's version of Haruka from my group and Katsuragi from Sis' group." She then replied while the brunette nodded in agreement. "The group perverts. What other archetypes do we have?" She soon stated and asked.

"Well let's see, my group has the responsible one...the innocent one...the obsessed one..." Asuka got out as she thought about her own friends.

"That would be...uh...Hikage, then Mirai and then Yomi for me..." Homura muttered out.

"For me it's Ikaruga-chan being the responsible one, Hibari-chan being the innocent one and Yagyū-chan being the obsessed one."

"And then mine would be Yozakura-san, Minori-san and Murakumo-san." Yumi concluded. "No, wait, change the obsessed one to an odd quirk or something. That feels too mean and doesn't quite describe Murakumo-san." She then stated.

"Murakumo's the one who wears a oni mask right?" Homura questioned.

"Hai," Yumi replied with a sigh. "She's really self conscious about herself..." She then explained.

"..." Immediately all three of them became quiet as they began imagining the girl in mention.

"Please do not think about tearing off her mask like a Shadow." Yumi soon requested.

"What? I would not-" Asuka started before looking down at her hands to see that they were twitching. "...W-Well, maybe a little..." She then admitted with a blush.

"Back on topic, so it's just rock paper scissors?" Homura simplified.

"It is. Just with breasts." Yumi replied with a blush.

"...I...I kinda don't know what to say about that." Homura hesitantly admitted. "I mean, I'm comfortable with nudity around my friends but this seems like a step too far." She then confessed.

"Again, I think I was tricked." Yumi sighed out. "Or else I'll have to slap my grandfather when I get back." She then muttered before shaking her head. "In any case Asuka-san, you should contact them anyways." She eventually suggested.

"I know but I keep doing other things and I end up forgetting..." Asuka got out. "I should really start training my memory." She then muttered to herself.

"Or you could just write it down. Maybe keep a journal, that could help." Homura soon suggested.

"...I wonder what Akira-kun writes in his journal...?" Asuka soon thought to herself.

"So...about your grandfather being a pervert Asuka-san..." Yumi eventually muttered as she blushed. "How...bad is it exactly?" She soon asked in a hesitant manner.

"If he could swap bodies with me, he would take the chance without hesitation." Asuka deadpanned, causing the other two to sweatdrop. "It was already awkward enough when Akira-kun told me the futomaki rolls Jii-chan taught me to make. I keep calling it..." She then started before trailing off in embarrassment while covering her face with her hands and blushed scarlet.

"Erm...yeah..." Homura awkwardly got out with her own blush. "I mean, that's what they are but...oh, lunch was an experience..." She then added.

"I...I am sorry for your upbringing." Yumi apologized with a wince. "However, our grandfathers did give us great motivations and lessons that will allow us to be great shinobi." She soon stated.

"...All mine did was give me a sword I can't effin' use..." Homura sighed out. "I wonder why they let me keep the dumb thing."

"Ah, that sword that was in the corner of your apartment." Yumi got out with a nod, surprising the tan skinned girl. "Homura-san, I actually sensed a great power coming from within it, however it is also a dangerous one if unprepared." She then warned in a more serious tone.

"I thought you'd have an issue that I'm leaving it out like that and not keeping it on me at all times." Homura awkwardly admitted. "Someone could steal it now that I think about it." She then muttered.

"Well, I doubt you'd let anyone break into your apartment...again." Yumi assured, causing Asuka and Homura to cringe. "Besides, if you cannot use it, you may as well mount it on your wall. And I cannot resist a good mounting." She then stated and confessed.

SMASH!

"Stop listening in on them!" The diner manager ordered.

"Sorry!" The waitress from earlier apologized before going to clean the mess she just made.

"And get your mind out of the gutter!" The manager then ordered.

"Yes sir!" The waitress got out while scattering off.

"I was talking to them!" The manager corrected as he pointed to the shinobi.

This in turn caused the three to sweatdrop again.

"You know what, let's just take this outside. I think we caused enough trouble here." Homura soon suggested.

"Hai." Yumi replied in agreement. "Check please!" She soon called out her request.

(Central Street)

"Ah~ Nothing like a good crepe to end the day." Asuka sighed out in delight while finishing off her crepe.

"I know..." Homura breathed out. "...But Ann did say she's going on a diet and can't eat these anymore..."

"Homura-san, as long as you keep working out, you will burn off the excess fat from the sweets." Yumi however stated.

"I don't mean that. I mean, like, being strong for her. If she's gonna cut herself off from sugar I should too." Homura sighed out before glancing at the stand. "...But she's not here so..." She began before taking a large bite of her crepe, essentially stuffing the rest of it into her mouth. "Oh yeah, that's the stuff...~" She breathed out.

"I'll have to introduce Ann-san to Minori-san, the two are both lovers of sweets." Yumi spoon stated.

"Ah, Hibari-chan's also a sweets lover. She had a bunch of them in her room." Asuka then informed with a smile. "We know a lot of people with sweet tooths huh?" She soon got out with a giggle.

"Wouldn't that be sweet teeth?" Yumi pointed out.

"And wow their dental must be expensive." Homura remarked. "...Do you guys have dental?" She soon asked.

"Hai, Gessen has a good dental plan." Yumi revealed.

"Same with Hanzō Homu-nee." Asuka added with a nod.

"...Hebijo doesn't..." Homura muttered with a twitching eye. "Mainly because they want us to pay for our own mistakes and make us lose our sweet tooths." She then stated.

"Or they are cheaping out on you." Yumi guessed. "There are often more mundane answers to such things." She then stated.

"Still doesn't cover the fact we don't have dental!" Homura declared in annoyance.

"Good Shinobi doesn't get a pension though." Asuka then informed with a shake of her head.

"Then again I rarely had sweets even before going to Hebijo." Homura admitted. "...Wow, working as a shinobi does not give a lot of benefits, huh?" She then realised.

"Well, we aren't meant to retire." Yumi reminded.

"Jii-chan's an exception though." Asuka however pointed out.

"But he's the legendary shinobi! He's an exception from...everything!" Homura declared. "It's everyone else that's getting the short end of the stick." She then grumbled out.

"Which is the same size as all the other ends of the stick." Yumi mumbled out, causing all three of them to then sigh.

"To think I'm getting some of the same benefits as being a model." Asuka then revealed.

That in turn got the others attention. "Really?" The two soon asked in curious manners, getting a nod in response from the brunette.

"Yeah. Even if you're a part-timer, you get all the benefits of a full-time employee. At least in Japan." Asuka replied with a nod.

"Huh, I'll have to consider the benefits when I eventually get a job myself." Homura eventually stated.

"Agreed..." Yumi hesitantly responded in agreement with a far off expression on her face.

"Ah, we better get going." Asuka got out. "Come on Homu-nee, we need to study before we go to sleep for the night." She then added.

"Taking on Akira's challenge huh?" Homura amusingly remarked.

"I have to! I can't back down from a challenge! It's in my blood to go at it one hundred percent!" Asuka replied with a fire in her eyes.

"Oh, we should have a group study session sometime before our finals come around." Yumi soon suggested with a smile.

"But wouldn't our school have different finals Yumi-senpai?" Homura however pointed out.

"Maybe, but we all learn the same thing." Yumi replied and stated. "Besides, I took the exam before last year and I'm sure Makoto-san still has her notes from that time." She soon stated. "Once Kaneshiro's confession is out there, we can organise it." She then added.

This caused the two roommates to smile. "That sounds like a plan Yumi-chan." Asuka happily replied.

"Then it is settled." Yumi responded with a nod.

"Well, see you around, senpai." Homura got out.

"Hai, I await our next session, Homura-san." Yumi replied as the three went their separate ways.

(Yongen-Jaya, Leblanc)

And from one problem to the next, after leaving the clinic with only a slight limp, Akira winced when he saw Becky coughing like a heavy smoker.

"Oh, uh, wooow! It's so dusty! If my cough is already this bad..." Kawakami tried to play off the sudden bout of coughing. "Maybe we'd be better off tearing this place down than trying to clean it? Well, the shabbi-" She began only to cough again, although the boy had the feeling she forced that one. "I mean, the chicness of this room is truly its charm, so let's keep it as-is!" She then stated.

"You know, if this place was actually dusty, I would be coughing too. Because I live here." Akira pointed out in a flat tone.

"All right, I have to go. I'll be eagerly awaiting your next request, Master! " Kawakami instantly replied before hurrying downstairs.

Akira watched the maid leave and let out a sigh. "I didn't think Kawakami would have something so heavy burdening her..." He soon mumbled out as Morgana came out of his hiding spot. "But that phone call from before...an extra 100,000 yen? Something about it just doesn't seem right..." He then assumed.

"Maybe they're struggling right now, or they're in debt." Morgana guessed. "But I've snuck into enough movies to see that coughing is a bad sign..." He then stated.

"She's not gonna drop dead from a killer disease." Akira got out as he rolled his eyes. "Exhaustion on the other hand..." He then mumbled out before shaking his head. He needed to wash up for bed. Maybe he could get something for her from the clinic before it closed for the night.

However, as he went downstairs...

"Hey dude, let's hang out!"

...He rolled his eyes and went back upstairs to grab his phone. "Hello?" He soon asked, not bothering to see the caller ID.

"Good evening Akira-kun." Haruka happily greeted.

Akira quickly narrowed his eyes. Her voice had a notable echo. Which probably meant...

"I know you're in the bathroom downstairs to make a dramatic entrance/seemingly appear out of nowhere." Akira deadpanned as he walked up to said bathroom door. "Is this another teasing thing?" He soon asked.

"Ufufu~ Homura's been training you well, but that's not what I'm calling." Haruka giggled out. "I was hoping you could help me out, my new apartment is ready and I just need some assistance moving my things in." She then explained. "Please~? " She soon requested.

"If you come out of the toilet, I'll agree." Akira stated in a flat tone. "...And that you're not naked. Or in lingerie. Or a sexy bunny suit." He then added in a deadpan tone.

"...You're going to be a great shinobi, Akira-kun~" Haruka complimented before hearing the rustling sounds of clothes coming from the toilet before the blonde stepped out, fully dressed in her casual clothes with her medical coat included.

"Thank you." Akira sighed out while adjusting his glasses. "Anyway, where are you staying now?" He then asked in a curious manner.

"Harajuku." Haruka revealed.

"Harajuku?" Akira repeated with a raised eyebrow. "Where's your stuff now?" He then asked.

"In the Hebijo hideout." Haruka answered. "Don't worry, it isn't much. Just a few suitcases since the apartment already has the furniture" She then assured.

"Then why do you need me if it's just a few suitcases?" Akira soon questioned. "And this is not going to involve moving your furniture around because I know you can do it one-handed." He then added.

"..." Haruka stared blankly at the boy as she obviously tried to think of a valid excuse. "...I can't cook?" She hesitantly got out.

"Well...Okay. I can't say no to a lovely lady." Akira replied with a nod. "Ever. Really, I can't help myself." He then admitted with a tired look on his face.

"Great!" Haruka happily replied as she latched herself onto the boy's arm. "I'll take you to the hideout then!" She then declared.

"Okay, let's go." Akira replied with a nod as he went towards the door, only for the girl to stop him.

"Akira-kun, the trains have stopped by now." Haruka informed before bending over. "Hop on." She then requested.

The Leader looked at the girl's back for several before glancing up at the ceiling. "Give me a second." Akira sighed out as he quickly went upstairs. "Morgana, I need to-" Haruka soon heard Akira speak upstairs.

"Nya!" Morgana meowed out in what appeared to be annoyed..

"I am...ugh, whatever, I'm heading out. I'll be back before midnight." Akira in response groaned out.

"Nya!" Morgana mewled out in a demanding tone.

"Fine, I'll bring you some tuna, sheesh." Akira grumbled as he went back downstairs. "Sorry about that." He soon apologized to the girl.

"Were you just talking to your-" Haruka began with a weirded out look on her face.

"Yes. Is that a problem?" Akira replied and asked in amusement.

"...Nope." Haruka replied after reviewing her own life. "Now let's go." She then got out as she grabbed the boy's hand before vanishing into the night.

(Harajuku, Haruka's Apartment)

The boy practically slammed his body through the door as soon as the blonde unlocked it, stumbling into the apartment.

"What is your definition of a few suitcases!?" Akira exclaimed as he carefully dumped the suitcases onto the floor. "I thought shinobi would've packed light!" He then added.

"Different shinobis have different definitions on packing light." Haruka explained.

"It would've been nice if you carried at least one of these bags of bricks though." Akira soon grumbled out.

"But I have the key to the apartment and I can't unlock it if I carried all those suitcases." Haruka pointed out.

"Ugh...I know this is just an excuse to hang out with me but I'm just gonna roll with it." Akira groaned out as he sat down on the blonde's lap- wait what?

"My body is softer than any couch." Haruka simply stated. "Wouldn't you say it's true Akira-kun~?" She then cooed out while wrapping her arms around his waist.

"It...It is..." Akira stammered out as the blonde pressed her breasts against his back, causing him to rapidly lose focus. "B-But uh..." He then got out.

"Come now, there's no need to deny it." Haruka replied as she ended the hug. "Still, thank you for coming." She soon got out in a more mature manner as she allowed the boy to get off her.

Akira in turn stood up as he calmed himself as he coughed into his fist. "It's not a problem Haruka." He responded. "Gotta admit though, a shinobi's way of travel is convenient." He then confessed with a smirk.

Haruka in turn giggled to that. "Well, hopefully Homura-chan will train so you can do it yourself." She replied.

"Would make things easier for me then taking the subway..." Akira got out while thinking about it. "Still, this is where you're living now." He soon stated as he looked around the average size apartment with the standard furnishings. "I'm surprised it's not like a mad scientist's lair." He then admitted in amusement.

"It's a normal apartment building and I just moved in today." Haruka however pointed out. "But I do like it, it is really homey." She then confessed with a satisfied smile.

"Well, it's too late to unpack your stuff and I really need to get some sleep." Akira got out as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I'll see you- ah!"

Haruka suddenly went and hugged the boy from behind. "Thanks for getting the Phantom Thieves to help Takemi-sensei..." She soon muttered in a grateful manner.

"I...Yeah." Akira muttered out with a blush on his face. God, her breasts were so soft. "Just wish I did something more direct..." He however confessed.

"And now me and her can go back to work on our medical practice." Haruka soon declared. "And I can go back to wanting what I like to do with you, A-ki-ra-kun~" She then added in a playful manner while tightening her hug.

"You mean flirting?" Akira guessed in amusement.

"No." Haruka answered before blinking. "I mean, yes. And experimenting." She then mumbled out. "...And sending you photos." She concluded with a wink.

"What complex hobbies you have, Haruka-san." Akira replied. "Still trying to find out why you've fallen for me of all people." He then confessed.

"Well, it's mainly due to this aura you have about you." Haruka revealed. "Not to mention you're one of the kindest boys I've met." She then added.

"Yeah, that's what a lot of people have been telling me." Akira sheepishly got out. "But you know I don't like you that way." He then confessed.

"I know...And I don't care." Haruka then revealed as she leaned in. "I don't think I can take no for an answer." She soon mumbled out her confessed.

"...If you our genders were swapped, this would be way more worrying." Akira pointed out as he attempted to move away from the girl.

"Moh, I didn't mean it like that Akira-kun. I'm not a yandere or anything like that." Haruka got out with a pout.

Akira however sighed to this. "Haruka's not thinking straight. It's like Mirai said and that she's love struck..." He thought to himself. This was going to be harsh and going to suck. "Yeah, but you make it seem like you're only into me because you can't have me. I bet you've never even talked to another boy outside of work." He soon enough accused. "There's definitely someone out there meant for you...but I'm not that person. I'm sorry." He then concluded and apologized.

SHATTER!

"...Did kidnapping you really hurt my chances?" Haruka muttered in a heartbroken tone.

"A little." Akira answered. "I thought you got it when I told you we wouldn't work out. That's unhealthy." He then reminded.

SHATTER!

"...Sorry, I've never been rejected before...so it was foreign to me..." Haruka mumbled in shame.

"Okay, I get that. But you should've talked to me instead of pushing it. Didn't you consider how I would feel about this?" Akira soon questioned before pinching the bridge of his nose. "This is more frustrating than sad, admittingly."

"I..." Haruka began, only for the boy to turn his back to the girl as he shook his head.

"Let me cook something up for you to celebrate you moving in." Akira soon offered. "I can't let this end off on a bad note." He then decided in his head.

"..." Haruka however stayed silent as she then avoided the boy's gaze.

Akira meanwhile remained focused on the stove as he cooked for the two of them. Fried rice was always an easy and delicious option.

"Actually...there is something else I want to talk about..." Haruka suddenly started.

That in turn got the boy's attention as he immediately noticed the shift in the blonde's tone. "Hm? What is it?" Akira soon asked.

"Akira-kun...this isn't about you but...I don't think I want to leave Tokyo..." Haruka soon confessed. "I...I like helping Takemi-sensei...helping patients...seeing them smile...feels good..." She then revealed in an honest tone as a smile graced her face.

The boy's eyes immediately widened to that. "Wait...seriously?" Akira got out, surprised to hearing that as he placed the finished food on a plate and brought it to the table.

"Hai..." Haruka replied with a nod while sitting herself down next to the boy. "...Is it pathetic of me? An Evil Shinobi wanting to help others as an actual doctor..." She then got out.

Akira...blinked.

"...That has to be the dumbest question I've ever heard." The glasses-wearing boy bluntly admitted.

"Eh?" Haruka got out in confusion.

"It is absolutely not pathetic at all! I don't get the goals of evil shinobi, but everyone could always use a medic." Akira called out. "...I mean a doctor. A medic just makes people more comfortable while they die." He then added off-handedly. "...Unless it's like that one ninja manga where medics are doctors but then again it's basically magic at that point." He then mumbled to himself.

"I...I see..." Haruka responded. "I'll have to find this manga he mentioned." She thought to herself.

"Getting off topic here!" Akira got out as he shook his head. "Haruka, if you want to be a doctor, you don't have to ask me." He soon stated. "It's your life. I'm just someone who happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Just tell yourself what you want to do out of life and...just do it!" He then explained and declared.

The blonde's eyes widened for a moment before she closed them and remained silent for several seconds. "Honestly, I don't want to give Takemi-sensei's drugs to Hebijo!" Haruka soon exclaimed. "But...if I don't give them something, I might get someone killed or die myself. For the first time in my life...I feel like I'm not in control...a shinobi...or a doctor...I don't know what I want to be anymore..." She eventually confessed in a frustrated manner as she covered her face with her hands in shame.

"Haruka-chan..." Akira breathed out, now seeing the visible frustration from the blonde.

"I became a shinobi since I owe Suzune-sensei for saving me from the suffering I had gone through..." Haruka soon began, thinking back to when the purple haired teacher first came into her life. "But this experience being a doctor, it's made me realize I want to help others like how Takemi-sensei helps others and how she's so determined to save Miwa-chan..." She then confessed.

"And how is this a hard decision to make?" Akira questioned.

"I...You know I can't just run away..." Haruka muttered out with obvious desperation and fear in her voice. "I can't remain at Hebjio, but I can't go to another school. I'll...I'll have to go renegade. And while my knowledge of medicine is quite good...I'll need to attend medical school and get a degree, and that takes years. I'm afraid I'll just be a back alley doctor at this rate...I don't think you understand that...I just can't be both."

"Haruka-chan, here's my mission to you." Akira soon declared. "I want you to try and pursue this new desire you got, to become a doctor. There's nothing wrong with changing your dream, even if you feel like you're not into it, you can still change." He then ordered.

"And staying a shinobi...?" Haruka however got out.

"I admit, being a shinobi is a hard life to have and I would rather prefer that there were no shinobi in the world." Akira admitted as he scratched the back of his head. "But...fighting for what you believe in...sometimes you're gonna need to knock out a few teeth."

"What was that oath doctors take again? Do no harm?" Haruka mumbled out. "I think I broke that when I bust someone over the head with a bust of Hippocrates."

"Why would you need to do th- doesn't matter, I think that's not an option for you." Akira began to ask before deciding that it was better off not knowing. "Can't stop being a shinobi, don't want to stop being a doctor? Why not do both? It's going to be difficult but what's life without a challenge?" He soon questioned.

"But what if it can't do it? What if it all falls apart?" Haruka had to ask as her fears started to overwhelm her. There were so many ways that this could fall apart that she couldn't handle-

Chu!

"Because you're Haruka and I know you won't fail." Akira soon confessed after kissing the girl's cheek.

"A-Akira-kun..." Haruka mumbled out in an adorable and flustered manner.

"Hehe, now that's a cute look on you. It's more natural too." Akira chuckled out in amusement.

Haruka immediately blushed scarlet in response. "R-Really? Y-You think so?" She got out in a more flustered and shy manner.

"I know so." Akira replied. "You can become greater than what you thought you could become." He then encouraged.

"...Thank you." Haruka soon thanked the boy. "I don't think...I don't think I've had someone care about me so much. Not even my so-called parents." She then muttered out.

"Hey, Homura, Yomi, Mirai and Hikage care about you too. You just never noticed." Akira pointed out. "Or cared. I know Homura had that revelation." He then added.

"They do...don't they?" Haruka mumbled out as she wiped her face.

"Yeah. Besides, a family you make is better than a family forced upon you." Akira stated, having plenty of experience with that. "Sorry if I sounded too harsh, I just felt you were moving too fast Haruka-chan. I do like you though, but we're better off friends." He soon apologized.

The blonde in response shook her head. "...No, you never were. I just...I needed that. Thank you." Haruka replied with a nod. "And...whoever you do fall for, I'll...I'll do my best to support you." She then promised...before blinking. "...It's not Homura-chan, is it?" She soon guessed.

"W-What?" Akira coughed out, finally breaking his serious mask. "Erm..." He awkwardly got out.

"...Is it~?" Haruka teasingly asked.

"You can decide for yourself." Akira cooly responded...as best as he could.

"Hehehe...There's the face I love to see~" Haruka cooed out. "But...I promise this won't be the basis of our relationship. We're friends and friends...um...erm..." She then started before trailing off.

"We'll work on it. In any case, you should talk with new people while working with Takemi." Akira soon suggested. "The world ends with you after all. If you want to enjoy life, expand your world. You gotta push your horizons out as far as they'll go." He then declared.

"...I'll take that to heart." Haruka replied with a nod and a coy smile. She leaned in to kiss him, before stopping herself and backing away. No...She wouldn't steal that away from him. "Have a good night, Akira-kun." She soon muttered after noticing they finished their food.

"You too, Haruka-chan." Akira replied with a smile before leaving her apartment. He had to hurry before Morgana got pissed.

Once she felt like she was alone, Haruka let out a sigh as she laid herself out on the couch. "A doctor and a shinobi..." She breathed out.

If she really was going to pull this off, she was going to need to deal with her mission and Suzune-sensei. And that will probably take a lot of time and stalling.

This was going to be a stressful time...so maybe Akira was right. She should make some new friends.

BZZT! BZZT!

"Hm?" Haruka hummed out as she took out her phone.

[TheWildJ0ker: You can talk to me whenever you want. I'll be there for you. We can see a movie together sometime.]

[TheWildJ0ker: Sexy photos are optional, yet greatly encouraged.]

Haruka in response smiled as she looked at the messages. He's such a sweet boy and just gave her permission to do what she did. "Expand my horizons..." She soon repeated to herself.

Maybe she'll do that some other time and think more on it. But for now, her new bed and hopefully good dreams beckoned her, changing and sleep soon took her.

(Haruka's Dream)

Haruka blinked as the blinding light died down. Here again?

"And thus, that is how I cured Alice In Wonderland Syndrome." Tae Takemi finished her lecture to the crowd. "Thanks to my assistant, Haruka Toyoguchi." She then informed and introduced.

The blonde soon smiled and stepped forward, noticing once more that she was in the pink formal dress, though this time it seemed to sparkle. "Thank you, thank you, you are far too kind." Haruka politely responded while taking a bow. "I will continue my pursuit of fighting against death itself and allow everyone to live as long as they can without pain or suffering!" She soon added.

"To think, she would keep her name just so she could redeem it in the eyes of the medical community." A more experienced appearing doctor stated.

"Thanks Doctor Haruka!" A little girl happily got out.

"Such a sweet girl helping out Doctor Takemi." An elderly woman complimented again.

"She's gonna go far in the medical field." A mature man in a business suit soon once more praised.

"STEP ON ME HARUKA-SAMA!" Another little girl with an eyepatch begged.

"...Again, why is Mirai here?" Haruka thought with a sweatdrop.

But this time in the crowd was Akira, clapping with a proud smile on his face.

And Haruka couldn't be happier. The Toyoguchi name was going to be reborn in her name and she was going to hold onto it with pride and conviction.
