Crimson woke up to the crook of a neck. Airi's neck. He remembered that he had agreed to stay at Airi's place. She and Jody were a bit like night and day. It was clear she was about his age, she was thinner, and she was…a lightweight. She was out peacefully like a light and clearly overwhelmed. He got up and stretched before having a shower. After a pair of fresh boxers, he noticed Butch glaring at him.
"Not my fault you ended up as a Pokémon. I personally think Arecus had something to do with that. At least you're not in the Distortion World." Crimson said.
"I would be in torment, but I wouldn't be in the body of a Pokémon. You two were awfully loud." Butch said.
"Yeah, she was a screamer." Crimson said.
"Reminded me of Cassidy…she's not dead too, is she?" Butch asked.
"Injured and alive. I'm actually surprised one of Rusty's up and killed her, but…yeah, I did warn her that she did not quit the Rockets…I wasn't going to be merciful. Ironic, I know." Crimson said as Butch sighed.
"So, this is it, huh? Now Cassidy's all on her own." Butch thought.
"Now please give me some space, I want to get dressed already." Crimson said before the now ghost floated out.
He felt like trying on some of the Galar clothes he bought. A Fire-Type Sports Cap, Poison Type Sports Top, Ghost Type Tracksuit Jacket, Dark Type Sports Gloves, Water Type Trackie Bottoms, and Ground Type Sport Sunglasses. He got on his backpack, his weights, his Air Jordans, and his gear in order.
He put his Black Dragon jacket away for the moment as he decided to cook the girl breakfast before she woke up. Airi awoke to the smell of pancakes and rushed off for good. She put out food for her Pokémon and they got into eating.
"Just wanted to let you get some food before I go." Crimson said. "To make it less awkward before I go."
"Thanks…" Airi said happily eating her pancakes. "Good luck on your journey."
He nodded before he left. He found a diner and went in with his hands in his jacket. He sat up at the counter before getting Dex Bulma to call his friends to meet up. Funny thing was the music playing from the radio.

"Of all songs, that's just so out of place." Crimson said to himself.
"Sorry about that…those Rockets had us on that station." The waitress said as Crimson waved it off. "Never expected them to be fans."
"And now we bring you a new beat from Thugnificent. His first since living in the Kanto region, dedicated to Crimson Ryūseigan, called Wildin' in Kanto." The radio host said.

Crimson was bopping to the beat and then had a realization. He went to this phone scouring the files within. He had deleted stuff pertaining to his first past, but he hoped that it was still there.
"Jackpot." He thought.
Music samples and small remixes he made of Pokémon music…from Kanto to Kalos. Thugnificent just made him realize he could make plenty use of it. But for now, he put that aside having more important things. He was definitely planning on working on a Red theme remix as his theme. Rusty came a Red Motorcycle Jacket, white t-shirt, jeans with his usual belt, fingerless gloves, red biker boots, and no hat.
"Morning…and man this sound just makes want to go out and battle." Rusty said sitting up next to Crimson. "So, how's Butch?"
"Accepting his place now. Surprised that the whole town is just keeping this secret." Crimson smirked. "Where's Lindsay?"
"Out on Route 12." Rusty remarked as Joe and Sissi entered.
"What's up, bros?" Joe remarked.
Joe's appearance was rather ironic given his fancier look in his White Zipped Shirt Combo, blue Cuffed Jeans, black Short Boots, grey fedora with a black feather on the right side, fingerless gloves, and a pair of blue semi-rimless sunglasses. Sissi's appearance was quite similar to the female Kalos Veteran Trainers only the trenchcoat dress and boots were black, the scarf was a soft pink like her nails and lipsticks, and she wore pink rimmed cat eye sunglasses.
"Rusty, you're not wearing a hat?" Sissi asked.
"One of the goons got it covered in gunk…I sent the hat in storage and off to Tree to get it restored." Rusty said quietly.
"Well, I had to get my jacket restored. Also got a bunch of free stuff…Crimson, I sent some clothes and stuff I got for you to your storage." Joe said kindly. "Thanks for being the number 1."
As they sat, the waitress took their orders as the four sent out their Pokémon. They all eat chatting about what had happened and the like.
"So, what's the plan?" Joe asked.
"Well, I can either go to Fuchsia City to get the badge and roll up to Celadon to deal with the Rockets. Or go to Celadon now." Crimson affirmed. "Frankly, I can just go down Route 12 and explore South Kanto on the way. What do you think?"
"I mean, I want to explore more of the region…but I don't tell comfortable just leaving the Rockets like that. They just took a hit, and we have them on defensive." Sissi remarked.
"True, but they are going to have to lay low. Maybe we can use this time to get stronger, diverse our teams." Rusty said as Joe thought it over.
"We still have means to keep an eye on them, right?" Joe asked Crimson as he nodded. "Then let them lick their wounds."
"Ok, then. Route 12 it is." Crimson said finishing his breakfast.
"Right now, I still need a ghost-type." Rusty remarked.
"I could use another Water-type. One I can ride in the water but can still fight on land. Percy's a dear, but he's best only in the sea. And it'd be good to have alternatives in case Tobirama needs a break."
"I'd like a ghost Pokémon, but not only of the Gastly line. Maybe a grass type too." Sissi thought.

With bellies full, Crimson paid for the meal before returning his Pokémon. He felt like walking seeing that today was nice out. He knew he needed another grass-type. He did go back to the Volunteer House to see Mr. Fuji with his friends. Various Pokémon were in playpens with a few young kids playing with some. Reina sat with Cubone in her lap, and Mr. Fuji sitting at his desk.
"Crimson, good to see you again before you leave town. I have a present for you…a Poké Flute and this stone." Fuji mused giving him the flute and a Mega Stone. "I have studied stones like these in the past."
He put the items away seeing he could not use the stone at the moment given it was for a Hoenn Pokémon. Rusty looked around the pens before spying an Alolan Raichu floating in the air.
"Fuji, what's the deal with this one?" Rusty asked.
"Actually, she just arrived one day. From what I can tell she never was captured by a trainer. She just showed up and hasn't left." Fuji said perplexed.
"That's because I surfed my way from Alola to revisit my ancestors' roots." The Raichu said humbly.
Rusty was able to translate for Fuji as Raichu opened his eyes.
"A man whose heart is open to the voices of Pokémon. Such passion and care will get you very far. Maybe you can help me…complete the last leg of the journey to Viridian Forest." The Raichu remarked.
"Do I at least get you to join my party?" Rusty asked.
"Eh, not like I had plans to return to Alola. Things are way too relaxing there…all play makes one dull in the mind. And my name is Healani." Healani said using her psychic power to take an Ultra Ball from Rusty and capture herself with it.
Everyone just looked befuddled, but Fuji just laughed. Rusty look a look at her stats and moves leaving to his jaw dropping. Because she knew how to use Fly and Surf…he could swap Carracosta out. Which he did. Shoji was also swapped out given the nearest Gym was for Poison.
"Still need a ghost Pokémon." Rusty thought as he now had three Pokémon on him. "Maybe Healani can help me find out that doesn't poison typing."
Rusty asked Crimson if there were.
"There are Misdreavus, but shouldn't you be focusing on getting a ground type? Or training one if you do have one considering the next Gym." Crimson remarked.
"Shoot. I completely neglected that. I have Titan, but once he evolves, he'll be Rock and Dark. I really could use another fire type…maybe I look into it." Rusty said thoughtfully. "And another water type."
Nox and Sasame were sent off to Tree's with Titan being brought into the main party. To which he sent out.
"Rusty?" Titan said idly.
"Hey, T. Hope you're ready for an adventure." Rusty said cheerfully.
"If it gets me evolved out of this shell." Titan mused with an eye smile.
Sissi looked around as well before gently pet a male Nidoran a child was holding. Joe had made some swaps on his party sending Tobirama to Tree's for R and R. Jian would stay given the next gyms in question. Ann knew she was sent off to Tree's and her feeling was confirmed. Sahara was brought to the main party.
"Yo, Crimson. I need to borrow your TMs later." Rusty remarked.
Crimson nodded as he had sent out Chuka and Rhint.
"Chuka, I need you to watch the manor for me. Considering the next Gym is Poison, wouldn't be best for you." Crimson said as Chuka nodded. "Later, girl."
He turned to Rhint saying, "Yes, you going to the mansion too. You need a break, and I need to shuffle the team."
"Later then. Don't work out too hard." Rhint said as he returned them.
Crimson swapped Rhint and Chuka out for Tank and Lil' Swish. Capone was slightly pissed to be sent back to the manor already though when he had told him.
"Aw man, come on. I can dance circles around that fat fuckin' turd." Capone bellowed.
"But he has the Immunity ability making him ideal to fight the Gym Leader ahead. You, I have you pegged for Sabrina." Crimson said gently.
"All right, fine. But don't you dare lose." Capone said.
"Never planned for that." Crimson said before returning him.
After internal debate, Atlas was brought back to the main party. After Rusty, Sissi, and Joe had used some of Crimson's TM and readied their parties, the group were ready to go bidding Fuji and Reina goodbye.
"Oh, and tell Lindsay…thanks for taking in that Cubone she brought in." Reina said.
"I will." Crimson said waving goodbye.
Crimson sent out Lil' Swish to walk by his side seeing it was a nice day.
"Good to be bad on the road with you. Roulette's been so busy getting things in order, but she makes time to give me belly rubs." Lil' Swish said.
"Well then, Roulette's going to get a bonus." Crimson joked. "Speaking of, I should call her."
Getting his cell phone, he called her up.
"Roulette, I wanted to check up on you." Crimson asked.
"Boss, I was just about to call you about two things. First thing is, I got something from X Inc. that they want to ask you about. Apparently, Watson, the Mauville Gym Leader from Hoenn, has called the company to consider aid in investing in the redeveloping of Mauville City. Apparently, the company Wattson was working with is going bankrupt considering the disasters of their other projects among the sea of corruption…look I think it's a bad idea." Roulette remarked as Crimson thought on it.
"Actually, it is a good idea. Whatever he is asking for, give him the needed amount. I know it won't seemingly benefit me now, but it will bloom. In fact, authorize double for him in exchange for 10% for the company and 10% stake for myself." Crimson said as Roulette told him she'll be right back.
She left the phone and came back saying it had done.
"Don't fret my dear, the profit will come in due time. Now about the second thing…" Crimson asked.
"Information about the Rockets. Roman wanted to get the information to you as soon as possible. Apparently, the Rockets had a buyer for those Cubone skulls." Roulette said as Crimson's face hardened. "Roman was not not able to get much information other than the buyer will arrive in Fuchsia on next week Wednesday. The buyer's American. I'll make sure to have Roman update you when he gets more."
"Good work, Roulette. Have Roman call me directly when he gets more information. Goodbye." Crimson said before Roulette cleared her throat. "Hm?"
"If you're going down Route 12, you'll hit Silence Bridge. You didn't exactly know this, but it seems your father was investing in a project there with X Inc. Apparently, it was some kind of tourist destination. Someone's going to be waiting for you at the end of that bridge…" Roulette said cryptically before hanging.

As they got into Silence Bridge, Crimson explained everything.
"Most likely, whoever is making the drop is going to be on their way there now." Joe said thoughtfully.
"We have a week to get there before the buyer shows up. We should take this time to further train, expand our arsenal, and so on." Crimson said.
"You going to check out on what your dad made?" Rusty asked.
"Yeah, but…obviously I can't stay there long." Crimson said before spying Lindsay in the water.
Her Blastoise, Sento, lay on the water with Cubone sat on his back. Roth had Lindsay's bag on her back and was perched on Sento.
"Figured I'd get some swimming in." Lindsay said relaxing in the water.
"Well, we're on our way to Fuchsia City. We'll be seeing you." Crimson said as his group walked along.
Rusty had Healani walk with him, Joe had Nigiri out, and Sissi had Urbain.
"Notice we have the psychics out today." Healani said.
"You're new. I'm Lil' Swish." Lil' Swish said kindly.
"Healani." She said amicably.
"Nigiri. Welcome to the merry band where's it's constant train of fights and adventure." Nigiri said dryly.
"Still mad about Sissi having Joe?" Urbain asked.
"I don't know, still mad Sissi has your balls in your purse?" Nigiri sniped.
The three trainers that understand tried not to laugh before they all entered the gate. The guard bid them a good morning before they went through to the other side. A few trainers were out, and our heroes split up to face them.
"Akihiko?" Rusty said recognizing one. "That you?"
"Rusty Beige. It's been a long time." He said with a snigger. "Good to see you're out of that trap."
Akihiko was a former student of Pokémon Tech. He had left shortly after Joe joined the school. He preferred the quiet life as a fisherman anyway.
"I know you've been itching for a fight, but I can't. My team is helping me to fish up some Basculin. A swarm of them were around the area yesterday. Hoping to sell some." Akihiko said before pointing to another fisherman. "But that guy will take you on."
"And I can't lose with my trusty Seaking." Kazuho said as his Seaking jumped up out of the sea.
"Fine. Healani, let's go!" Rusty said as Healani floated over.
"What the hell are you?" Seaking asked.
"The last thing you will see today." Healani said as the battle was on.
"Your move, kid." Kazuho said.
"K. Healani, Thunderbolt." Rusty said as Healani electrocuted the fish.
It floated on the water out cold as an awkward silence came over them. Kazuho facepalmed and paid Rusty has winnings. Joe and Sissi fought against a young couple, Gia and Jes.
"Aren't you two just adorable? But you're not going to win this one?" Gia said sending out her Nidoking. "Jes, let's do this."
"Yes, love!" Jes said sending out his Nidoqueen.
"Nearing level 50…ok, I'm going to break out Edgar." Joe said freeing his trusty plant.
"Urbain, you're up." Sissi said as the bear in question got in front.
[Cues: Pokémon FR/LG – Kanto Trainer Battle]
"Weather Ball!" Joe said Edgar formed a white sphere which burst into flames.
"Confusion!" Gia said as Nidoking's eyes glowed eye as Edgar's mind was scrambled.
The Weather Ball fell into the water as Edgar was damaged and afflicted with confusion. Joe's eye twitched in annoyance. Sissi had Urbain use Fire Punch only to clash with Nidoqueen's own Thunder Punch causing sparks. Nidoqueen pushed the bear back as he began to swat.
"Edgar, please. Help Urbain out!" Joe said as Edgar leap into the air before spraying Toxic in Nidoqueen's face. "Not like that!"
The Toxic attack was not going to poison her, but it did blind her enough for Sissi to call for Urbain to uppercut with Slash. Joe immediately returned Edgar before sending out Sahara who let out a roar.
"Finally, a fight! Let me at them!" Sahara bellowed.
"Nidoking/Nidoqueen, Brick Break!" The couple said as both charged in for the strike.
Joe activated his Mega Band calling for Sahara to use Hyper Beam while telling Sissi to get Urbain out of the way. Sahara glowed and cackled like a madwoman as the energy consumed her. Before the transformation was even completed, she charged the attack, and once she was done…she fired a heated white beam of energy that barreled into Nidoking sending him hurdling into the ocean allowing Urbain to parry the Nidoqueen's Brick Break with Close Combat.
Sahara's new form made her appear more overtly monstrous and a sandstorm whipped around them adding to the menace.
"Nidoking, get back up and face me!" Sahara roared as a battered Nidoking climbed up on the bridge.
WHAM! Urbain and Nidoqueen's last punches nailed each other in the jaw forcing them back. Urbain's jaw was bruised and sore as he panted.
"You're good…" Nidoqueen said as Urbain spat out a bit of blood on the ground.
Sissi promptly returned Urbain sending out King Louie.
"Nidoqueen, Thunder Punch. Electrocute that Kingdra!" Jes said as Nidoqueen's hand cackled with electricity.
"Nidoking, Brick Break once again!" Gia said.
"Blow them away with Hydro Pump!" Sissi said as King Louie sprayed a power torrent of water.
Both Poison Point Pokémon used their fist to slowly cleave through it inching towards Kingdra right as Sahara felt movement back in her body.
"Joe, I can move now!" Sahara yelled.
"Sahara, Dark Pulse." Joe said as Sahara's body gave off a blackish aura.
Between Sahara's hands, a blackened purple sphere of rings that she fired like a beam attack that combined with King Louie's attack causing an explosion. Nidoking was out cold leaving just a battered Nidoqueen that Sahara sneered at. Sissi looked to Joe seeing a darkened look on his face before snapping out of it.
"Sahara! That's enough, I believe our opponents would prefer to give up!" Joe said as Jes to stand defiantly.
"What kind of man would I be if I gave up? Not one worth! Nidoqueen, Surf!" Jes said as Nidoqueen summoned a wave of water.
For a split second, Joe and Sahara had synced with the Mega using Brutal Swing to cut through the attack much to Jes's shock allowing for King Louie to finish the job with Iron Head.

"Jes, you silly. You blew it!" Gia said forking over the winnings.
"Whew, that was intense." Crimson said as the battlers returned their Pokémon. "I'm pretty jealous…"

(Celadon City | May 14th | 10:15 a.m.)
Cassidy was a wreck. Finding out your partner was dead was bad enough, but the boss finally having enough was even worse. He had chosen her to do the drop with a simple warning. If you screw this up, don't bother coming back. Cassidy was even asking herself why her and why not her own with no backup. All they gave was a crummy bike and barely any change for a hotel room. She had grumbled and complained right out the Game Corner unaware of a player paying attention to her and following.
"They couldn't even spare me a car or a Pokémon to fly me there." Cassidy said getting on her bike.
"And you continue to broadcast to the world that we're going to Fuchsia to do business, you dumb bitch." A female Grunt said coming up.
"Who?"
"Your partner. My name isn't important. I'm just here to make sure the job is done." The grunt said getting her bike off the bike rack. "Now shut it and let's go."
As the two left, a Fearow was sent out as his trainer got on his back to take to the skies.

(Silence Bridge, Route 12 | May 14th | 10:15 a.m.)

"A Snorlax?" Crimson said surprised seeing one sleeping on the intersection. "I thought I dealt with this one."
"I'll wake it up with food." Rusty said getting out some things out of his backpack.
With Healani using her psychic and electrical to help assemble it, Rusty had formed a grilled ham and cheese deli sandwich with roasted onions and Cheri Berries. The smell woke it up as he reached for the sandwich only for Rusty to pull back.
"You look hungry. But I can't give you the sandwich for free…you're going to have to FIGHT ME for it!" Rusty said giving it to Joe to hold.
"I want that sandwich." Snorlax said darkly looming over Rusty.
[Cues: Pokémon Anime OST – Burning Battlefield]
When Snorlax attacked, Rusty sent out Titan. CRUNCH! Snorlax's fist hit the rocky exterior of a Pupitar leaving a dull pain in the hand.
"Titan, get some Payback." Rusty said as Titan glowed black before rocketing at Snorlax with a charging tackle.
The blow got in Snorlax's stomach getting to cough up a bit of spittle from the force. Snorlax stumbled, but got up rearing to fight. Using Metronome, the Snorlax got Belly Drum to which it hits its stomach with its hands glowing red, sacrificing some half of its health to maximize its Attack. Rusty had Titan raise his defense with Iron Defense only for Snorlax to lick the Pokémon with Lick.
Titan shuddered only to realize he was paralyzed as Snorlax had a smug little grin.
"Never got why that was a Ghost move, but damn it is gross." Sissi said as Rusty stayed calm.
"Titan, ready yourself and use Stone Edge." Rusty said as Titan fought the paralysis.
Titan summoned two glowing rings around his body which molded into a set of sharp dull-gray stones. Snorlax relied on Metronome once again only to get Splash causing the Sleeping Pokémon to flop about.
"SHIT!" Snorlax spat as sharp stones pelted it. "Ack, one went in the mouth!"
"Well here's your sandwich!" Rusty said taking the food from Joe and throwing it.
Snorlax lunged for it as Rusty ran in sliding under the airborne Snorlax having a Heavy Ball in his hand. Behind Snorlax, he leapt up to spin around throwing the ball right into the back of the Snorlax's head capturing it before Rusty caught the sandwich too with his other hand.

Joe, Sissi, and Crimson clapped for Rusty very much impressed with his reflexes.
"Impressive." Lil' Swish said as the ball hit the bridge waggling.
Given Snorlax's weight, the Heavy Ball may as well have a 'Master Ball' as it clicked. Rusty took it up scanning with the PokéDex.
"Well the voice made sense, that Snorlax was a girl. Moves she has kind of suck, and it has Gluttony for an ability." Rusty said before sending her out.
"You bastard!" She screamed only to be given the sandwich. "Ok, so maybe you're not a bastard…"
"Clearly, you're too easily swayed by who's feeding you." Healani said as Snorlax rolled her eyes.
"Well, welcome aboard to the team, Rebecca." Rusty said as Rebecca raised an eyebrow. "Too plain? I was going for a Tank Girl reference."
"The comics were better." Crimson mumbled before thinking, "If the NC exists in this world, I'll find a way to pay him to get Linkara to review the Tank Girl comics."
"Nah, it's good." Joe remarked as Rebecca finished off the food.
"All right, I'll loan you my TMs…again." Crimson said handing it over. "But we're going to need to by TRs."
"Oh definitely." Sissi said as Rusty worked on Rebecca's moves.
"Yeah, it's not much. But we'll get need to make a stop to get TRs." Rusty said giving the case from Crimson.
The group healed up their injured Pokémon before Rusty returned Rebecca and thanked Titan before returning him.
"It's almost getting to lunchtime. You guys want to set up a place for me to cook?" Rusty asked.
"May as well." Crimson remarked.

(?, Kanto | May 14th | 10:15 a.m.)
Routes 13-15 made up Southern Kanto peppered with a few small landmarks. South Kanto was usually where the average to above-average trainers haunted. It is lay to several small towns, one of being a coastal artificial man-made island off the coast of Route 12's Silence Bridge. One could tell by the off-color metallic bridge that led to it. What was a small island was slowly growing due to X Incorporated's actions of bankrolling it under Silph Co.'s noses as through the shell company of Emerald Enterprises. One could describe Lazuli Town as a beach town known for its brewery and base for the Kanto Navy.
"Thanks for taking me with you on base, otousan." Misty said starry-eyed.
"Why did even drag us?" Lily whined looking bored alongside the other two sisters.
"So, you want to be home with your mother?" Hiroshi asked as Lily, Daisy, and Violet blanched.
"No. But not like it makes a difference, you and mom clearly treat Misty like she can do no wrong." Violet said sourly.
"Misty has proven to be responsible." Hiroshi snarked.
"Would a responsible person leave us three in charge then?" Lily said.
Hiroshi and Misty wanted to counter, but…Lily had a point even if it made her look worse. Hiroshi wondered what it would have had it been three sons…but shuddered at that.

(Silence Bridge, Route 12| May 14th | 11:00 a.m.)
"Man, this bridge is so long." Crimson thought.
The group had sent up a picnic on a little landmass off the bridge. Lunch for that day was instant noodles heated up thanks to Kimiko and Rusty's tuna salad sandwiches with some soda.
"So…can't believe Butch ended up what he abused. That's haunting." Joe said shaking his hand.
"Sasame feels guilty about it. She just reacted to protect me. And I feel like a real jerk to Butch saying all that stuff to him…" Rusty said forlorn and morose. "You can tell me it's messed up that the town is keeping the fate of Butch a dark secret."
"Ok, that won't help Lavender Town's already creepy reputation. No, that will make it worse. I did hear Jeia is resigning from the force. Apparently, two of the channelers that weren't there were in the police academy, they're now the officers of the town." Crimson mused.
"So basically, your assaults are once again swept under the rug?" Joe joked.
"I'm actually surprised we didn't even get any issue for killing the assassins." Sissi said.
"To be fair, those assholes were heavily wanted and dangerous. Self-defense, full stop." Crimson argued before taking another bite. "But I'm more trying to think over X Inc. I'm basically an heir to that company…to think I was a middle class kid. But my parents had a basket full of nest eggs."
"I think they wanted you to want for none." Rusty mused. "At least they cared to do that. Mine…I've cut all ties with. They called me asking for help to get them out of prison, and I told them no."
"I still don't if mine are even alive. And I hate to admit that I'm terrified of doing so…" Joe said quietly.
"It's hard to relate seeing that my only issue is my parents are divorced. I don't even think I spoke to my mother since I came to Kassai." Sissi said awkwardly. "I feel like the sane person in a group of insane people."
"Welcome to the world of Pokémon, it's a madhouse." Crimson said sarcastically. "Anyone up for a beer? I managed to get a few cans from the channelers."
"What's the kind?" Joe asked.
"Local brew from Lavender called Spookum." Crimson said as Joe balked at the name. "I didn't name it."
They all took a can before cracking it open to have a hearty sip.
"Man, look at us. We're well on our way on the half point of the journey." Rusty said thoughtfully. "I wonder how things are back in Viridian."
"Aside from Tree, I could care less. When Pokémon Tech closes down, I'll throw a party like I promised. Only without the girls because I got my lady with me." Joe said.
"But you said there'd be 'blackjack and hookers'." Rusty joked.
"Dude, I finally got a bangin' girlfriend. You got triplet girlfriends who adore you. Crimson's the only friend here single, but I'm pretty sure he gets plenty." Joe snarked sipping more beer.
"Yeah…guilty." Crimson said finishing off the beer.
With a flash of aura, he vaporized the can before drinking the last of his ramen broth before vaporizing that container too.
"Man, aura's so damn cool." Joe mused.
"I'm just glad we can do have a moment to ourselves like this. Even with all that's going on…" Sissi said wrapping her arm around Joe's waist. "My friends back home used to be a part of a group. They…were a lot like us."
"Saving the world?" Crimson said with a knowing look.
"Yeah well…they were in this group…and I was the outsider." Sissi said. "Man, looking back. It sucked and I was a total bitch."
"I know the pain of being an outsider…" The guys said in near unison.
"Crimson, do you need to a rest?" Lil' Swish asked.
Crimson thought about before deciding that he could use a bit of a nap.
(A/N: Just a chapter focus on the bond these friends have. I feel dirty not having Misty there, but considering where she is…she catches up. Lazuli Town…is technically the South Kanto location.
