Discussing The Clue Part 2
Jason showed Lisa the photo that he snapped of the bootprint while he and Kristi investigated the stable at the Winston Riding Institute only a few days earlier.
"What do you make of it, Jason?" Lisa asked.
"Whoever stole Snowy Pine had stepped in mud, the boot tracks on the floor were dry." Jason answered.
"Do you think the thief was a Roma?" Stevie asked Jason.
"I don't think so, Stevie." Jason replied.
Stevie looked at the photograph while Lisa looked at her watch.
"Oh my goodness! Speaking of Romani," Lisa exclaimed. "I've got to be going!"
Lisa opened the lounge door and bumped into Simon and Desi who were on their way in.
"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Lisa!" Desi exclaimed.
"What's your hurry?" Desi asked Lisa.
"I have to meet Rafael at JB's!" Lisa exclaimed.
Lisa raced out the lounge door.
"Wow! Lisa has got it and she has got it bad!" Jess observed.
"That's Lisa for you, Jess, when it comes to Rafael," Melanie agreed. "she is enamored by him!"
"You will never find me acting like that because of some guy!" Jess exclaimed.
