After dealing the trouble within the Baseball Kingdom, the Heart Foundation decided to move on to the next location. But before they left, the team obtained several items such a Power-Up Mushroom, an Ice Flower, a Fire Flower, a Blue Shell and a pair of wings which will be useful for their journey.

It was a nice and calm evening in Neo-City as we head towards the Central Park where a charity is being held with the concert hall in the middle of the park is already full of people, even though the event haven't started yet.

Some of them were eating foods that they bought from food stands scattered all over the park while the others were busy looking for their friends

At one part of the park, we see a young man standing underneath a tree with a microphone in hand while being recorded by a cameraman.

The young man is tall a slightly, messy brown hair, dark eyes and wears black thin glasses. He wears a white polo-shirt with a crooked tie, brown trousers and red & white Converse shoes. This is Johnny Nowinski.

"Johnny Nowinski here from the Heroes Network!" Johnny introduced himself, "And were here live at the Central Park of Neo-City where a charity event is being held." he announced, "Various performance will be held here in hopes of garnering enough money for the homeless and less fortunate." he explained, "For those who want to donate money, please log in the Neo-City's Shelter home page and there you can read the process of donation." he explained, "But aside from that, people are excited for the number of performers taking part of the event! From popular groups such as Muse and Franchouchou, to lesser known losers such as The ScamLords, the event will be a glorified success!" he declared before taking notice of Marcus "The Kane" McGee, Malvina Rasputin, Alla Yuliya, Subaru Natsuki and Emilia making their way to the main stage, "Let's go interview those people and ask them what they think about the event." he beckoned before making their way towards the group, "Excuse me!" he called which got their attention, "Can I get your thoughts about tonight's event?" he asked.

Upon taking notice of the camera focused on them, half of Marcus' face went dark with an ominous single red glow appeared on his left eye, the blue-haired lad then marches towards the cameraman.

"Get that fucking camera away from me!" Marcus demanded with a hand reaching towards the camera.

His companions, fully aware of Marcus' dislike of the media, quickly realized what he was about to do.

"Marcus-sama! Stop!" Malvina pleaded.

"Stop! Stop! Don't punch the cameraman!" Subaru squawked in panic.

"Don't do it!" Emilia exclaimed.

"What the hell is wrong with you and the media?!" Alla questioned in disbelief.

As the four tries to stop Marcus from murdering Johnny and the cameraman whom are just standing there with innocent smiles on their faces, we head inside the backstage of the concert hall where we see Muse, Franchouchou, After School Tea Time, Robin Rose's band, New Day Jose, Sayaka Maizono & Koito Minase, Trixie Lulamoon and the Illusions, PPP, Flash Drive, The Rainbooms, Marshmello, the Moon Goats and The ScamLords getting ready for their performance.

As the performers are getting themselves ready for the event, we see Kazeyoshi Imai and Faye Bertha Conway observing them from a corner.

"Looks like everyone are pumped up for the event." Kazeyoshi mused.

Faye giggled, "They may be performing for charity but their appearance will benefit them on the long run." she stated, "I just hope that we can raise enough money for the Shelter." she said in concern.

Kazeyoshi chuckled, "Don't worry." he reassured, "I'm no clairvoyant but I guarantee that this event will be a success!" he declared.

"Imai-san, Conway-san." a voice called out.

Kazeyoshi and Faye then turns to see Itsuki Myoudouin and another teenage girl walking towards them.

The teenage girl has a long, beautiful dark blue hair and dark blue eyes. She wears a red blazer jacket uniform over a white collared shirt with blue ribbon tie, dark-blue pleated skirt, black socks and brown loafers. This is Sumire Kanou.

Kazeyoshi grinned at them in response, "Well now! Evening 47th student council president, Sumire Kanou and the 55th student council president, Itsuki Myoudouin." he greeted, "Lovely night isn't it?" he mused.

If you're wondering... then yes! Both Itsuki Myoudouin and Sumire Kanou are both student council presidents at the Vanguard Academy! Due to the large number of students attending the Vanguard Academy, it is no surprise that a single student council president can't handle all the work, so the administration decided to elect more than just one student council president.

Becoming a student council president is simple, an election is being held and students will vote whom will become the next student council president. There are instance where one student can become a student council president without going through any election and those are students whom are currently student council presidents of their respective schools from their home world or students with previous experiences as a student council president.

Case in point, Itsuki whom is the current student council president of her school in her world and Sumire whom has previous experiences as a student council president.

Sumire scoffed, "Wipe off that damn grin off your face Imai or I'll knock your teeth out." she threatened.

Kazeyoshi raised his hands up, "Yo, scary, scary~" he mocked.

"Do you need something Miss Kanou and Miss Myoudouin?" Faye asked.

Itsuki chuckled nervously, "Sorry about this but the student council presidents are going to have a meeting the day after and we want the Crown Holders to be present as well." she explained.

"I see." Faye replied, "Then I'll make sure to inform Lazaris about this." she said.

Kazeyoshi then began picking his nose, "Another meeting?" he questioned in annoyance, "I already attended three meetings in the span of a week, so I'm gonna sit this one out." he said with an uncaring tone.

Sumire facepalmed, "I forgot that I'm talking to an idiot." she muttered in annoyance.

"Please calm down, Kanou-san." Itsuki advised nervously.

Faye then heard a slightly feedback on stage, "I think the event is starting." she announced.

Meanwhile we see a lot of people gathered around the stage and all are excited for the various performance of the night. On stage, we see Amelia Sainthearts making her way towards the mic stand.

"Good evening, everyone!" Amelia greeted cheerfully, "And welcome to the Neo-City's Charity Event!" she declared, "The goal of this event is to raise money for the homeless and the less fortunate, and if you're interested in donating, please log in the Neo-City's Shelter home page and there you can read the process of donation." she explained, "And with that said, let's get this event started!" she beckoned with everyone cheering in response, "For our first performance..." she started before taking a look at the schedule in hand and she suddenly sported an expression of disbelief, "Ugh... it's The ScamLords..." she announced in disgust.

"Woah... that is some disgusted look on her face." Cyborg commented.

"Well... The ScamLords is the least popular performers that is taking part of this event, so it's kinda expected." Yoshika Miyafuji explained with a nervous smile.

Mumbo tips his hat down, "Just how unpopular Eddy's band is?" he questioned in disbelief.

"GO, EDDY!" Panooki Zarrya cheered only for people to throw a large number of objects at her, burying her on the process.

As this is going on, Eddy Skipper McGee, Duncan Nelson, Laughing Zap and Blue Note appears on stage but before anyone could shower them with 'boos' or 'get off the stage', everyone's jaw dropped when they saw what Eddy is currently wearing.

Eddy is wearing a white & black sleeveless ladies' top, a blue skirt, black pumps and a blue scarf wrapped around his neck.

"Is he... wearing a dress?" Jinx questioned in shock.

Wally "Kid Flash" West's eyes began to bleed, "That is something I don't want to see." he muttered in disgust.

"AAAK! MY EYES! I CAN'T CLAW THEM FAST ENOUGH!" Katsuki Bakugo exclaimed.

"What the fuck is Eddy thinking wearing something like that?! Houki Shinonono shouted in shock.

"YOU LOOK PRETTY IN THOSE DRESS, EDDY!" Panooki cheered only for people to throw a large number of objects at her, burying her on the process once again.

Despite the disgust look Eddy is getting from everyone, he doesn't seem to care as he stood proudly in front of the crowd before grabbing the mic.

"What's up people?!" Eddy greeted, "We're gonna rock yer world!" he declared.

And with that, Duncan, Blue and Zap started to play their instrument, followed by Eddy singing while doing the 'floss' dance.

Despite the initial shock towards Eddy's choice of attire and the overall dislike towards the band, the crowd gave them an applause for a rather surprising and splendid performance.

Cyborg clapped his hands, "That was actually a pretty good performance." he complimented.

Yoshika giggled, "They can say all they want but Eddy definitely has the voice." she said with a smile before sporting a blank look, "Unlike his adopted brother whose voice is something I can't imagine." she muttered in her thoughts.

"Duncan and the guys did well playing their instruments." Mumbo commented.

"YOU GUYS ROCK!" Panooki cheered only for people to throw a large number of objects at her, burying her on the process for the third time.

After Eddy's band got off stage, Amelia came back with a disgruntled expression.

"Well... that's the Scum... I mean, The ScamLords everyone." Amelia presented, "That was... a so-so act." she commented.

"You were about to say 'ScumLords'!" Katsuki pointed out.

"At least compliment the band a little!" Travis Touchdown advised.

"BOO! YOU GET OFF THE STAGE!" Panooki cheered only for people to throw a large number of objects at her, burying her on the process for the fourth time and let's hope it's the last.

Amelia rolled her eyes, "Whatever." she scoffed before taking a look at her tablet, "Anyway... so far, we've already garnered a half-a-million money in the midst of The ScamLords performance." she explained.

"Woah! Half-a-million already?!" Beast Boy squawked in shock.

"Wow! The ScamLord's performance got this event in a great start!" Jake Long exclaimed in awe.

Amelia chuckled nervously, "It's just coincidence everyone, a coincidence." she said, "There's no way people started donating because of those losers' performance." she stated.

"She's in denial! That girl is in denial!" Travis shouted.

Amelia scoffed, "Whatever." she muttered before taking a look of the list of performers, "Anyway... for our next per-" she was about to say when she notice something from above, "W-What the?" she muttered in confusion.

Noticing the confusion on Amelia's confusion, everyone looks up and much to everyone's shock, three large green-colored military-like spaceship hovering above the skies of Neo-City.

"W-What the fuck is that?!" Katsuki shouted.

"Are those spaceships?" Jinx questioned.

"What the hell is going on?" Naruto Uzumaki exclaimed.

At the side of the stage, we see Faye, Sumire and Itsuki looking at the sky with wide eyes.

"T-Those are..." Sumire muttered.

"Spaceships." Itsuki pointed out, "But what are those things doing here?" she questioned in confusion.

Kazeyoshi then appears before them, "Girls! What's wrong?" he asked.

Faye turns to him, "There are spaceships in the sky, Kaze." she answered.

Kazeyoshi looks up and his eyes widen, sweat pouring down his face and his blood went cold upon recognizing the three flying vehicles in the sky especially when he saw the logo on each ships, a hooded skull with a scythe on the background.

"Shit..." Kazeyoshi muttered in shock, "It's DES!" he exclaimed.
