RAW: 26/11/2007

Monday Night RAW was live at the Charlotte Bobcats Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina. RAW came back from commercial when Ric Flair's music hit and he came out to the ring.

Flair got a huge, huge pop and he thanked the crowd. He said there was a lot of discussion as to why he chose his hometown to make this announcement tonight. He said the crowd has been too good to him there for him not to choose this as the place to make the announcement. Tears welled up in Flair's eyes.

He said there was a reason he hadn't been wrestling for six months. He said he knew and the fans knew his career couldn't go on forever. He said he's had a lot of time to think about his future. He said he's compared himself to Cal Ripkin and Bret Farve, two athletes who were iron men. He said tonight in front of everyone and the world, that he WOULD NEVER RETIRE. HE WON'T RETIRE UNTIL HE"S DEAD!

Vince McMahon's music hit and he came down to the ring.

Flair doesn't look thrilled. Vince said Ric had him going. He was thrilled that Flair wouldn't retire and he was a pretty good piece of property. He said he could keep going on as long as he could keep on winning. He said the first match he loses, his career would be over.

Vince said he didn't care how it happened, the next time he lost, he was done. He said he hoped Ric didn't die anytime soon because tonight...he will be in the ring with the WWE Champion the Bladewolf! it was Bladewolf vs Ric Flair in RAW's Main Event!

Later

Chris Jericho's theme hit and out comes Y2J. Jericho said the second coming of Y2J was here. He said there was only one way to Rock and that was the way he rocked. He said he was here to save us from the Bladewolf and become WWE Champion. He said everyone except the Bladewolf knew Jericho wanted a WWE title match. He didn't receive a response from Bladewolf because he was an idiot. He said he'd ask it shortly. Me Want Title Match.

Jericho said even if Mr. BW didn't get it he brought visual aides. The WWE title belt, a match stick and Cookie monster were all used. Yes, I said Cookie monster. Jericho said he was going to stay in the ring all night until he got his answer.

Santino Marella's music hit and here comes glorious mic work. Marella is talking. In other news, the sun came up. He called Jericho K-YJ. Good lord. Jericho has a Lindsay Lohan hair cut as well. Jericho said he was embarrassed. He didn't know who he was. He knew Freddy the popcorn guy, Lillian, Steve the camera guy…Jericho insulted Marella's name a bunch of times before Santino reminded him who his name was.

He said Bladewolf didn't give him an answer because he didn't deserve a title match and he'd prove it right now. Jericho said ok. Santino said he hadn't wrestled for three years and he didn't want to fight him. Jericho said he did. Santino rolled out of the ring and let us all know he would be squat thrusting to warm up. Awesome.

Out of nowhere, Santino said he was going to give him something to think about and jumped King at the announce table. Santino's going to warm up so we can have a match.

*After the commercial break*

Jericho put the hurt on Santino early, chopping his nipples off before hitting a vertical suplex. Santino hit a throat thrust but ended up eating a thumb to the eye in short order. Jericho hit a high back body drop and a spring board drop kick to send Santino out to the outside.

Jericho followed him to the outside and pummeled him some more before tossing him back into the ring and mapping out some big kicks to the gut. Jericho kept up the pressure but Santino held up on a whip attempt and Jericho landed on his back. Santino mounted him and nailed him with some forearms and stomps to the mid section.

Santino got a brief pinning spot before hitting a back suplex and getting a full one count this time. Santino put on a high bear hug in a cross face position before Jericho fought to his feet and killed him with a stiff lariat. Jericho hit some body slams before hitting an atomic drop followed by a bulldog.

Jericho lined Santino up and hit a back-cracker like double knees to the face and absolutely mauled the shrimpy Italian. That's all she wrote folks.

After the match, Jericho invited Lawler into the ring. Lawler, never shy to take advantage of a situation, waited for Santino to rise to his feet before hitting him with PUNCHES~ and flattening him with a pair of knee lifts. Lawler mounted the second rope and FIST DROP! I love Lawler.

I guess Jericho is calling the new finisher the 'Code Breaker'. Jericho's on the commentary team and he wants a title match. Still.

OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

The fans cheer at the wolf howl as the lights go off and the Titantron starts to glitch, images of wolves passing through, then Bladewolf is revealed on the Titantron in a room with the sinister, blood red light. He stares at the camera with the WWE Championship on his shoulder.

"Jericho, you desire to tempt your fate? Very well...you and me at Armageddon...No Holds Barred."

OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

The images of wolves comes up on the titantron and it glitches several more times before it goe sback to normal and the lights go back to normal as well, leaving Jericho grinning that he got a response and it was one he liked.

Later

In the arena, Ric Flair's theme hits and out comes the Nature Boy in a career-threatening match. If he looses then he retires as per Vince's orders. if Ric Flair looses any match, his career is over. Flair enters the ring and stares at the stage, waiting.

OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

Dark Side plays as fire explodes on the stage before the Bladewolf walks out with the WWE Championship around his waist. He walks down the ramp, never once taking his eyes off the man in the ring as he gets onto the ring apron then steps foot over the top rope and takes his coat off as his theme dies down.

Bladewolf hands his WWE Championship to someone at ringside before the referee calls for the bell.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

Bladewolf and Flair stared each other down before they lock up and have a test of strength which Bladewolf wins as he shoves Flair back with his strength and power and stares at Flair coldly. The Nature Boy just smirks as he keeps a distance and the two circle one another before Flair calls for another tie up and Bladewolf hesitates when he suddenly goes for a hard right but Flair ducks it and hits a chop across Bladewolf's chest.

"Woo!" Flair did his trademark catchphrase and the fans did the same.

Flair did a few more chops with added 'Woos' from himself and the fans. Flair gets Bladewolf in the corner and rips his sleeveless shirt open before hitting more hard chops to the chest until it was red. Flair then stomps on Bladewolf in the corner before Irish whipping him across the ring and runs, hitting a turnbuckle clothesline, followed up by a back elbow to the side of the Bladewolf's head. Flair hit another knife edge chop before reigning down right hands on Bladewolf's head.

Flair rebounds off the ropes but comes running straight into a clothesline from the WWE Champion, which got many boos since it was Flair's hometown. Bladewolf goes for the cover but Flair kicked out at two. Bladewolf gets to his feet, grabs Flair and send shim into the corner.

Bladewolf runs but is met with a boot to the face, then more chops to the chest. Bladewolf knees Flair in the stomach before trying for a German Suplex but Flair elbows Bladewolf in the side of the head then headbutts him before hitting a chop across his chest. Bladewolf growled before he floors Flair with a big boot. Flair fought back with two chops but the champion floored him with another right hand and stomped on Flair on the mat.

Bladewolf hit a stomp to the gut before going into the brutal Garvin stomp sequence. Bladewolf worked over the leg a little extra before missing a knee drop. Flair's got another opening and fought back with a chop. Bladewolf ducked under a clothesline and hit another big boot. He hooked the leg but Flair kicked out at two.

Bladewolf grabs Flair and scoops him onto his shoulder before he hits a running powerslam, but chooses not to go for the pin. Instead he wrenches on Flair's right arm then brings his leg down on it before locking in a headlock but Flair fights back again. Flair couldn't follow up though and Bladewolf clotheslined him to the outside.

Bladewolf rolls out the ring after Flair and grabs him, going to send him into the steps but Flair shoves him into them, sending the WWE Champion right over them. He clutches his knees as Flair walks over and grabs him before he Irish whips Bladewolf into the barricade, causing the WWE Champion to yell in pain. Flair then runs and hits a dropkick to the stomach of the Bladewolf, bringing him to his knees. Flair then grabs him...AND HITS A DDT ON THE FLOOR!

Flair grabs Bladewolf and tosses him back into the ring. Flair slides in and does his little strut befor ehe rebounds off the ropes and hits a running elbow drop and hooks the leg but Bladewolf kicks out at two. Flair grabs the legs and starts setting up the Figure Four but Bladewolf kicks him back into the corner and gets to his feet. Flair runs...INTO A GOOZLE! Bladewolf lifts Flair up...AND HITS A CHOKESLAM!

Bladewolf leans against the ropes before he flips his hair back then does the cutthroat taunt when suddenly Chris Jericho runs down the ramp and mouths off to Bladewolf who points at Jericho then does the cutthroat taunt...WHEN FLAIR ROLLS HIM UP! ONE! TWO! THREE! RIC FLAIR HAS BEATEN THE WWE CHAMPION!

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

Flair walked up the ramp looking like he had about 50 martinis while Jericho stared down the WWE Champion in the ring...
