Part 85: Reincarnation magic
Back in the eye of the midnight sun hideout. With Noelles group. She and Kirsch looked at their teammates that had suddenly changed. "I don't understand, why is this kind of power coming off you Luck," Noelle said still looking surprised by the power coming off the two of them.
"Noelle has a point," Kirsch thought looking serious as he put a hand on his face. "This feels an awful lot like what with what happened to the vice captain of the golden dawn," he thought. Remembering the way Langris acted during his match in the royals knights exam.
Luck and Ben then looked at each other. Luck walked towards Ben as he opened his arms. The two of them hugged as if they were friends. Ben smiling before he spoke. "Its seems weve made it back," he said.
"Let me kill them," Luck said.
"Your awfully energetic for just waking up," Ben said.
"Can you blame me, I'm all pumped up," Luck said. "In fact I'm even more pumped up," he said. Luck then stood facing Noelle and Kirsch.
"But this is in the way," he said grabbing the front of his royal knights robe. He took it off and threw it away. "That's better," he said before positioning his right hand up.
"Luck whats going," Noelle said. But then Luck fired a blast of lightning at her. But before it could hit her the blast changed directions. Destroying the wall and hitting the ground near Cob. Who was also now glowing and had red markings on his face.
"Oops looks like I missed," said Luck. "Guess I must be a little rusty," he said still holding his hand up.
Kirsch looked serious as he pointed his right hand forward. "Cherry blossom magic, raging magic cherry blossom storm of petals," he said. Then a large storm of pink petals shot toward Luck and Ben. Cover the path in front of them.
"You should prepare to fight beautifully Noelle," Kirsch said. "Put up a defensive spell quickly," he said.
"But its Luck," said Noelle looking shocked. "Hes a member of the black bulls, hes my friend," she said.
"Hmm, I cant see them," said Luck. "Still, this will be easy," he said. Then lighting armor started to cover his body.
"Noelle," said Kirsch looking at her.
Noelle looked annoyed with tears in her eyes. "Why Luck, why," she said. She then took out her wand, "Water creation magic, sea dragons lair," she said. Covering herself and Kirsch in a water dome. Then Luck easily jumped through Kirsch spell. Then crashed through Noelles. Surprising the two of them.
The water dome fell apart. The two of them looked to see Lucks lighting armor had changed. There were two lighting strikes coming out of his head. "This is bad, Lucks fighting on a completely different level," Noelle said looking serious.
"Is this brainwashing, no it doesn't feel like that," Kirsch said.
"This power kind of feels familiar," Luck said smiling. "You two wouldn't happen to be royals right?" He asked looking at them.
"What," said Noelle looking surprised.
"So what if we are," Kirsch said. "Would you treat my beautiful face better," he said.
Luck then laughed. "No I was just thinking this is going to be fun," he said smiling.
Over with Astas group. Rhya now stood in front of the three royal knights. His body's still glowing but now most of his hair was white. "This is insane, he was already powerful to begin with but now it feels like he can blow the roof off," Zora thought looking nervous.
"Sorry but the deception is my thing," Rhya said. "But since I'm a liar I can tell when others are lying," he said before looking at Asta.
"Anti magic boy, I knew you meant everything you said a while back," he said. Remembering what Asta said he wanted to make the kingdom when hes the wizard king. "I trusted someone like that once," he thought. Thinking back to the human who wanted to make understanding between humans and elf's.
"But look where that got me," he thought. Remembering what happened at the wedding.
"I wont trust another human again," Rhya said. His girmoire floating in front of him. "Copy light magic, light swords of conviction," he said. "Copy dark magic, lightless slash," he said sending out a dark slash.
Asta then looked surprised. "Two spells at once," he thought.
Mereoleona then looked serious. "Mana zone Claudius brachium barrage," she said. Sending out multiple fire fists. She destroyed most of the sword with Asta doing the same. Zora just jumped out of the way while dodging.
"You see now," Mereoleona said. "There is no talking about understanding now," she said looking serious.
Asta looked annoyed. He was now wielding his two anti magic swords. "Fine then Ill just have to open those talks," he said.
Mereoleona smiled. "Fine but just stay out of my way," she said.
"Looks like things are getting serious now," Rhya said. Mereoleona sent multiple fists at him and he took off. Surround by light he stared going fast through spacial portals. "If one of those attacks hits me I'm done for," he thought.
"Hes using light and spacial magic to dodge our attacks," Zora thought looking annoyed.
"Valtos magic really is coming in handy," Rhya thought. "Kind of sad now that hes gone," he thought. He then started sending out multiple blasts of light. Asta and Mereoleona destroyed as many as they could. But they were both hit by one blast. Making them look annoyed. They all then stopped when the room shook.
The ceiling above fell down. Revealing a large green creature. With four heads and different colors in their mouths. On top of one of the heads was Rill. But now he had red markings on his face.
"Wait Rill," said Asta.
"Hey Rhya, its been a long time hasn't it," Rill said smiling at Rhya.
Rhya then jumped onto one of the green heads. "Hey Lyra, your as energetic as ever," he said smiling.
"And you still have that bored look on your face," Rill said.
"That captains magic has always been insane," Zora thought looking at Rill. "But now its just gone ridiculous," he thought.
Rill then jumped onto Rhya hugging him. "Oh I'm so happy to see you," he said.
"Rill what are you doing hes the enemy," Asta said looking surprised.
"Will you let me go already," Rhya said.
"I'm just happy to see you again," Rill said.
"Well go be happy over there," Rhya said. Rill then landed on the green creatures head.
"Oh guess what my ability has an ability now," Rill said. "Its called picture magic," he said.
"Hey Rill I know you cant forget about a guy like me," said Asta. "Just get down from there already," he said.
Rill then looked at Asta annoyed. "Didn't you hear my names Lyra," he said. Making Asta look surprised.
"No, Rill," he said.
"This cant be brainwashing," Zora thought. "He doesn't even remember the runt," he thought.
"Sorry to say this but thanks to reincarnation magic we elf's now inhabit these body's," Rhya said. "So its already over for all of you," he said calmly.
"Well that isn't good," said Zora.
"Reincarnation, elf's," said Asta. "Just give Rill back right now," he said looking serious.
"Wow your annoying," Rill said taking out a brush. "Picture magic, four headed worm," he said. The four heads started sending out different blasts of magic. The three of them began to dodge again.
"Sorry but you cant keep dodging forever," Rhya said.
"Is that so," Zora said. "Well I guess it's a good thing I wasn't here twiddling my thumbs the whole time," he said. He moved his finger with magic coming off it. Then multiple magic circles appeared in front of him.
"Ash trap magic activate," he said. Then the whole area in front of them was covered in a dark grey cloud.
"Making a trap to help you escape, not gonna happen," Rhya said.
"Uh I cant see anything," Rill said covering his eyes. "But good thing we can sense their power," he said.
"Runt this is your chance," Zora said. "Go use your sword to knock him out of it," he said.
"Right," said Asta holding out the demon slayer sword. He quickly took on his black Asta form. Taking off at Rill through Zoras trap.
"Its good thing we have a guy with anti magic," Zora thought.
Asta then flew in front of Rill who noticed him. "Come back Rill," he said. A painting of a winged female creature grabbed Rill. But Asta able to graze Rill with his sword.
"I only grazed him but it should be enough," Asta thought. He then landed on the ground and turned back to normal.
But Rill didn't change. He looked at Asta annoyed. "You hurt me," he said.
Asta and Zora look surprised. "Damnit, I was sure that would work," Zora thought.
"Yeah that's not going to work," Rhya said.
"Then what do we," said Asta before looking up. He then looked surprised to see the rest of Rills group. All of them flying down on wings. They all had red markings on their face.
"This isn't good, they all have a crazy amount of magic power," Zora thought. He then looked down annoyed. "I think its time to retreat," he said.
Asta looked at him surprised. "Wait, we cant just leave them like this," he said.
"You idiot," Zora said. "We need to fall back so we can think of a plan," he said.
Asta clenched his free fist. "I hate to say it but your right," he said.
Mereoleona then sighed. She sent blasts of flame into the wall behind her. Asta and Zora looked surprised before a flaming paw grabbed both of them. They were then thrown through the hole in the wall.
"Time to go home children," Mereoleona said. She then sent more blasts at the wall. Making ruble cover the hole.
"But captain," said Asta before the hole was covered.
"Your not a bad leader madam royal," Rhya said. "Staying behind so those two could run away," he said.
"You fool," Mereoleona said making him look confused. "I sent those two novices home because they were in my way," she said calmly.
She then held up her hand smiling. "Plus I wanted the opportunity to take all of you down personally," she said.
Back at the crimson lions headquarters. Inside Fuegoleons room. His hand moved only a little.
