Hi guys Azza here!

So we should be through with this mini arc pretty soon, probably like 2 more chapters at max.

Honestly, I'm making a rather drastic character change for Hancock here, the not closed off one I mean, so I'm fully expecting some negative feedback on it. I will say though that the route I'm taking should allow me to make things run smoothly for the next arc which most One Piece fans know is a rather pivotal one in the story.

Anyway enough from me, on with the story!

I do not own Fairy Tail, One Piece or the Nasuverse.

Night Of Revelations

/Amazon Lily – Natsu's POV/

"Right then, now that we're all comfortable …"

"Did you really have to dump our Sister on her bed like that," Sandersonia asked, though he could tell that despite her obvious anger at his earlier treatment of Hancock in the arena, she found his actions mildly amusing.

"Probably not, but I did it anyway."

"How hard did you slam her into the ground," Marigold asked curiously as they all stood around the still knocked out Warlord. "I've seen Sister take hits from Avenger before and none of those ever knocked her out like this?"

"To be fair, he completely thrashed me," Avenger admitted through grit teeth, the sound of giggling prompting her to snap her gaze toward the two purple haired Sisters. "And just what do the two of you find so funny!?"

"Oh, nothing."

"Other than the fact that a man bested you, something that no doubt makes you feel worthless."

The two Sisters giggled, prompting Avenger to summon two swords and charge in their direction. Just as she was about to reach them, Natsu flashed in front of her and caught her by the wrists.

"Stop."

"Get out of the way, I'm gonna slice these little bitches to ribbons!"

"And what does that get you, other than a moment's enjoyment?"

"…"

"Though I will say, both of you need to stop antagonizing her," Natsu continued as he rounded on the two surprised Sisters.

"You're going to reprimand us!?"

"Why!?"

"That's unfair!"

"No its not! Avenger was being honest to everyone by admitting that she had been so easily bested and you both chose to bully her for it! It is clear that the two of you know her story so you should understand just how important admitting that a man bested her is!"

"But-!"

"No buts," Natsu huffed as he released Avenger's wrists, the two blades vanishing from her grasp. "If you want to protect your Masters then you need to work together, not squabble amongst one another!"

"He's right …"

"Sister!"

"Are you alright," Marigold and Sandersonia cried as Hancock slowly rose into a sitting position.

"I'm fine," the Warlord murmured, her gaze locked onto Natsu before it slowly shifted over to the three stunned Servants. "As Servants of Amazon Lily, you must work together to ensure that the threats to our home are put down swiftly. Before the execution in the arena was set to take place, I was informed that Avenger was forced to confront the man and the disguised Natsu because the two of you couldn't be bothered …"

"Is that true," Marigold asked with a frown as the two purple haired Sisters seemed to shrink back from all the judgemental gazes they were receiving.

"I thought you two agreed you would help defend the island whilst we weren't here," Sandersonia added with a slight hiss to her voice. "How could you leave Avenger to deal with such a threat alone!?"

"W-well …"

"It is in their nature," Avenger sighed. "I did not even bother requesting their aid for I knew I wouldn't receive it. Therefore, if anything, I am also partially to blame for not even bothering."

"Nevertheless, you were made the Acting Empress in my absence," Boa replied sharply. "When you moved to detain the threats as I would expect, Archer and Assassin should have supported you."

"Can I ask a question," Natsu cut in as Boa shot a glare in his direction.

"No, you may not!"

"Too bad, because I am."

"Excuse me!?"

"I know of another Avenger on this island," Natsu said that prompted everyone else in the room, including the two purple haired Sisters, to freeze in place. "If you all want to drone on about the defence of this island then why isn't she included in your plans?"

"Why would anyone want to include HER into anything!?"

"Yeah, she's just useless!"

"Useless," Natsu hummed as he slowly began walking toward the two Servants. "Those are some rather bold words coming from the two of you. The Avenger currently residing in the caves high above the mountain behind us possesses so much power I doubt I'd actually win against her in a proper fight, yet you dare call her useless!?"

"W-w-w-we-!"

"Do not belittle Gorgon in such a way," Natsu hissed which prompted Boa to gasp in shock upon hearing the True Name of his Servant uttered from the lips of her supposed enemy. "Just because she's different, doesn't mean she deserves to be ridiculed and scorned by her own blood!"

"I assume you've met her then," Boa sighed as Natsu rounded on the Warlord with a stony glare that actually made her flinch.

"And you, how dare you leave her up there alone like that! She's more than just some beast you lot can sacrifice people to!"

"What are you talking about!?"

"I spoke with Gorgon at length and though she's happy living there, she's also rather angry that no one comes to see her aside from you and Avenger over there when she can slip away," Natsu snapped before looking over at said Avenger. "By the way, this isn't directed toward you, you've actually done the right thing."

"Uh …"

"But anyway, back to the main problem. What the hell is wrong with all of you, this place is completely dysfunctional!"

"Now hold on a moment, who are you to judge the way I rule Amazon Lily!?"

"He isn't exactly wrong Master," Avenger sighed which prompted Boa to lose the fire in her eyes she had toward Natsu for a moment.

"Wh-what … But you said I was a good Empress of the Amazons, Avenger …"

"And you are," the Servant replied as she moved to sit down next to the now stunned Warlord. "However, there are many ways in which you could be much greater and really improve things for the Amazon people."

"Wh-why are you only just now telling me such things!?"

"Because Natsu did as he always does," Avenger sighed as she shot him a glare, though there was no real bite behind it. "He stuck his nose where it doesn't belong and pointed out glaring issues, ones that I myself already knew but didn't willingly acknowledge."

"Well, aren't you just a ball of sunshine …"

"Getting back to the topic at hand … AGAIN," Avenger snapped irritably. "You rule through fear and that is no way to truly lead the Amazon people."

"What do you mean, the Empress must command the total respect and adoration of her people!?"

"The Empress must be strong, wise and strike an intimidating presence, that much is true," Avenger began as she moved toward her Master. "However, that is the face the world at large must see. To your Sisters, you must represent peace, kindness and strive to be what the young ones must aim to become. You currently rule through fear, turning any who defy you to stone and show little care for the true wellbeing of your subjects and your homeland-."

"DO NOT SPOUT SUCH NONSENSE BEFORE ME AVENGER-!"

"I DO NOT LIE," Avenger roared back in response. "Or have you decided to swallow your pride and accept what the World Government is demanding of you so that we may keep our freedom?"

"Hold on … what," Natsu asked, clearly confused. "You never mentioned that when we last spoke!"

"It wasn't relevant," Avenger sniffed as she looked over to Boa, the Warlord's eyes shrouded by her hair as she sat down on her bed, seemingly drained of energy. "However, perhaps it would be worth informing you so that we can get through her thick skull!"

"What's going on then," Natsu sighed. "Are the World Government threatening you and your people?"

"Why would you care," Boa spat, the venom clear in her voice as she glared hatefully in his direction. "You're just like all the rest of the men, desperate to see us in chains … You'd see us used as objects of pleasure, exotic women from a warrior tribe always sell for-!"

"Who did it."

"What-!?"

"Boa Hancock," Natsu said, his voice washing over the room with all the warmth of a raging blizzard. "Tell me, how old were you."

"Y-you have no right," Sandersonia hissed shakily, though it was clear by the reactions of the two Sisters that his suspicions seemed to be well founded.

"W-we were young-."

"MARIGOLD!"

"I CAN'T STAY SILENT SISTER," Marigold snapped back, Hancock flinching violently as if she'd been struck. "The pain never dulls Sister … no matter how much we may wish it so."

"Tell me," Natsu repeated in a much softer tone as he walked toward Boa and knelt down before her. "Please."

Hancock's glare refused to waver, however, there was a momentary flash of something behind her hate filled eyes that showed he'd made a crack in her.

"I was twelve," she began as the man before her sucked in a sharp breath. "Myself, Marigold and Sandersonia had just been accepted into the Kuja Pirates and were on our very first trip beyond the island. Back then, the Kuja Pirates weren't as powerful as they are now and … we were attacked by Slavers."

"They took us to Sabaody," Marigold sniffed, the memories beginning to flood back to all three Sisters as the rest of the room remained deathly silent. "We were … paraded around like meat, put up for sale in that Auction House!"

"We hoped we'd get bought by some pathetic rich guy, someone we could turn the tables on quickly," Sandersonia added bitterly. "Unfortunately, there happened to be a Celestial Dragon there that day who decided to 'purchase' the exotic warrior women for himself."

"We were taken to the seat of their power, the Sacred Holy Land Of Mariejois, and from there our lives became worse than hell," Hancock growled as she gripped the bedsheets tightly. "We were beaten, raped, tortured and passed around by the Celestial Dragons for no less than four years. Even our Devil Fruit abilities were given to us by them, for their sick amusement. Because I was deemed the … sexiest … slave, I was fed the Mero Mero Fruit so that I could … better entertain them."

"It wasn't until a Fishman by the name of Fisher Tiger came along that we were finally able to escape," Sandersonia whimpered as Marigold pulled her Sister in for a hug. "He staged a massive attack on the Holy Land, the first of its kind, in order to free as many slaves as he could."

"From there, the rest is history," Boa sighed as she met Natsu's gaze once more challengingly. "So now you understand why I am the way I am, why I must harden my fellow Sisters and cannot bear to work with the World Government! I will not fall to them again, none of us will!"

"And you won't," Natsu replied firmly as he took Hancock's hand into his own, the Warlord's eyes flashing dangerously for a moment, though also clearly confused. "Because I'll kill them, just like I killed those three back on Sabaody!"

"Th-that was nyu," Elder Nyon gasped as Boa's neck snapped toward the older woman.

"Explain! What is he talking about!?"

To the Warlord's surprise, Nyon raised a shaking finger toward Natsu, a look of awe, respect and fear clear as day as she seemingly struggled to figure out how to word what she was about to say.

"Th-that man … Hancock, that man there is a terrifying force of destruction! H-he killed off an entire family of Celestial Dragons visiting Sabaody, destroyed most of the Archipelago and single handedly crippled the slave trade in an afternoon!"

All three Sisters shakily looked back toward Natsu who still held his position, kneeling before Hancock with his hand locked firmly with her own. Studying his gaze, she found herself feeling emotions she'd sworn to supress from the moment they'd escaped that hell, tears threatening to escape her as she shakily spoke.

"Truly … You truly killed multiple Celestial Dragons? Why?"

"They were gonna sell our friend Camie in the Auction House," Luffy cut in, having been content to let Natsu handle most of the talking parts. "We tried to free her legit, through our own money. Natsu even surprised us when he put over a billion Berries down to try and free her … but that dumb bastard just had too much money!"

"The Celestial Dragons command near infinite wealth," Elder Nyon nodded knowingly. "But continue boy."

"Anyway, at some point our Fishman friend Hachi got shot by one of them and … well I was pissed. The dumb bastard was jumping around all giddy that he'd bagged himself a Fishman so I broke his face."

"YOU ASSAULTED A CELESTIAL DRAGON TOO," Nyon screeched in response, prompting Luffy to chuckle darkly.

"Yeah, well … I'd say what I did was a mercy compared to what Natsu did to those other two on the stage, before blowing them up."

"I-I've read the details," Nyon said quickly. "Y-you don't nyeed to-!"

"I want to know," Boa said softly as she looked toward Natsu once again, her voice no longer hostile as he felt a slight squeeze on his hand. "Tell me … I want to know EXACTLY what you did to them …"

"Well … it went a little something like this," Natsu chuckled darkly as he recounted his actions within the Auction House up until he obliterated the entire area, laying a deadly curse down upon it.

"All of that is true," Elder Nyon said as Hancock looked toward the old woman with the strangest facial expression Natsu had ever seen on a woman.

It looked like Boa wanted to cry, but she was smirking cruelly, no doubt relishing what he'd done to the Celestial Dragons. But she also still seemed slightly conflicted about something though he couldn't tell exactly what.

"Th-there's one more thing," Hancock muttered, barely above a whisper. "What I am about to show the two of you … I demand neither of you ever speak of it!"

"Of course," Natsu nodded as Luffy spoke up.

"It's the thing on your back, right?"

The three Sisters froze, their eyes darting to Natsu who simply looked toward Luffy before looking back at Boa curiously. The Warlord seemed to be shaking like a leaf now, no doubt terrified about whatever it was she wanted to show him.

"If it's causing you that much distress, you don't have to show me-."

"NO! No …"

Standing up from the bed, she pulled Natsu up to his feet and turned around. With one fluent movement, her clothing slid off of her body, leaving her completely naked. A shaking hand moved up from her right and pulled aside her long hair to reveal …

"No …"

"This, this is our greatest shame," Boa sniffed, several tears finally managing to escape her. "If anyone here, or anywhere else, ever found out we had these marks-!"

"They branded you … They branded you like fucking cattle!?"

"Yes," Boa sighed as she turned around and sat on the bed, not even bothering to get redressed. "The reason why we are so harsh to our subjects, the reason why we turn them to stone if they witness us, the reason why we refuse the summons of the World Government … We fear being enslaved once more …"

"Uh oh," one of the purple haired Sisters gasped as she moved over toward her Master and pulled her away from Natsu and Boa.

"We've seen that look before," the other Sister continued as she also dragged her Master away.

"I want to speak with Hancock, alone."

"Master," Avenger started only for the Warlord to raise a hand, cutting off her question.

"I do not believe there is any more need for hostility between us," Boa whispered as she looked over at her Servant. "Please, let the two of us speak privately …"

As everyone moved toward the door, Elder Nyon looked toward Luffy for a moment before nodding and poking the young teen in the leg.

"Come, their discussion is clearly far from finished. Though you are a man, you clearly are not hostile toward us so we shall see you fed whilst those two finish their talk."

"Right," Luffy sighed before walking over toward the older man. "Remember, you said we were gonna talk at some point, so don't forget about it."

"I won't. Trust me, that talk is important too Luffy, but this takes priority right now."

"Yeah, I get ya. I'll go hang out with the blonde lady or something until you guys are done," Luffy replied as the entire group left the room.

"So," Boa sighed as she lazily put her clothes back on, simply draping them over herself rather than bothering to slide into them. "After all that, what do you want?"

"It isn't about what I want, Boa," Natsu said softly which earned him a raised eyebrow in curiosity. "Its what I can do for you."

"And just what CAN you do for me?"

"Depends on how much you really desire it I suppose," Natsu sighed as he sat down next to the Empress. "Tell me something, and be honest when I ask you this, alright?"

"Alright."

"If I could put the exact Celestial Dragon that bought you that day in the Auction House right in front of you, but said that only you could confront them, what would you do?"

"What …"

"Answer the question, Boa."

"I-I-I think I wouldn't know … not until they were actually there," the Warlord replied shakily as Natsu got to his feet and moved several metres away from her.

"Name."

"…"

"Boa, name."

"What is this-?"

"Give me their name!"

"Saint Galand," Boa snapped only to cover her mouth in shock.

"Well done," was all Natsu said as he vanished on the spot, reappearing moments later with another man held by the throat. "Well done Boa."

Tossing the man to the ground like trash, the man quickly scrambled to his feet and stared down Natsu with a look of pure hatred.

"HOW DARE YOU LAY EVEN A FINGER UPON ME YOU BEAST!"

"You …"

The man spun around only to receive a kick to the side of the head that sent him sprawling to the ground, clutching the side of his head in shock.

"Y-you hit me!"

"You …"

"How dare you!"

"Hancock," a voice whispered into her ear as she felt Natsu lean in from behind. "Can you answer the question now …?"

Hancock looked down at the cowering Celestial Dragon as countless ideas began to flood through her mind on exactly what to do with him. Her eyes became slightly unfocused as she felt her heart begin to race, a maddening grin worming its way onto her face as she allowed herself to lean back into the man behind her.

"Natsu," she whispered breathlessly as the Celestial Dragon scrambled backward toward the wall. "Tell me how you dealt with the others again … I want to hear it."

"Well," Natsu practically purred as he moved away from Hancock and suddenly stood next to the terrified Celestial Dragon. "Firstly, a placed a foot onto Rosward's leg just like so …"

The Celestial Dragon was shocked to find that he could no longer move so much as an inch as something came crashing down upon him. As this occurred, the boot on his leg began to apply a constantly increasing pressure which quickly began to hurt.

"Stop … PLEASE-!"

"And then what did you do?"

"I pushed down a little like this … aaaaaaand-!"

"ARGH!"

The Celestial Dragon screamed as Natsu snapped his leg, grinding down on the point for good measure as Boa glided over, the look in her eyes growing hungrier by the moment.

"The scream, it's the most beautiful part, don't you agree," Natsu asked as the Warlord placed her foot on the Celestial Dragon's other leg and pushed down onto it until it also snapped.

"Its like … music," Boa whispered as she seemingly began to lurch forward, bucking her hips slightly. "I-I want to hear more …"

"And we will," Natsu grinned viciously as the two both looked down on the mortified Celestial Dragon. "With the trash back at the Auction Hall, I didn't have a chance to fully experiment since I had a time limit, but here …"

"Here we can make him sing for us," Boa whispered as she looked over toward the man who seemed to have offered her something she'd never believed possible. "Won't you teach me how to make him sing more?"

"Of course, your wish is my command … Princess."

Boa licked her lips as the Celestial Dragon was pulled up by Natsu's Gravity Manipulation and slammed against a wall, several Red Ebony pins nailing him to it through his hands and broken legs.

"I like to think of myself as a good person," he continued as he let his coat fade away to expose his entire upper body. "However, there are some crimes in this world that I just cannot let slide …"

"Please," the Celestial Dragon sobbed only for Natsu to grab onto his lips.

"How many times have the slaves said that," he hissed, applying pressure to his grip which had the Celestial trying to scream in pain. "How many!?"

"Natsu," Boa said as she came up behind him, wrapping her arms around him in order to gently pull him back. "How will we make him sing if he doesn't have a mouth?"

"Heh, fair point," he replied, releasing the man before turning around to face the now pink faced Warlord. "I don't mean to ruin the mood but … is this 'exciting' you?"

"Y-yes," Boa panted as she shrugged off what little clothing she had bothered to put back on. "I-I've never felt such pleasure before …"

"Are you certain you want to go this route," Natsu asked seriously as he moved a stray strand of hair from Boa's face. "Most would consider what we're about to do-."

"Don't. I don't believe I've been more certain of anything in all my life."

"I see …"

"And, even if I find myself strangely excited by what we're about to do I couldn't care less."

"So, you don't care that you are exhibiting signs of a psychopath?"

"No. Besides, you won't tell anyone anyway."

"And how can you be so sure of that, Snake Princess?"

"I can tell," Boa replied softly, the whimpering of the crippled Celestial going wholly ignored. "If you were willing to bring him here, knowing full well what he'd done to myself and my Sisters, then you undoubtedly are just as twisted as I."

"Heh."

The two shared a genuine smile, not one of insanity, lust, greed or any other emotion on the radical end of the spectrum. No, this was a genuine smile between two people who had seemingly found respect for one another.

"You know, I have to admit that even I haven't gone as far as to torture someone whilst being mostly naked."

"Hitting on me?"

"Nope," Natsu replied with a cheeky grin as he playfully grabbed one of her cheeks and squeezed it.

"S-stop that!"

"Sorry, just teasing you. But for real, you're sexy as hell and I'd fuck you until you couldn't walk but unfortunately, I've got rather serious matters to attend to that are the direct result of what I did on Sabaody."

"Is that so," the Warlord smirked in response as she purposely exposed her breasts in a poor attempt at readjusting her dress she'd been using as a makeshift snuggie. "Such a shame."

"How does it feel to not have a man drooling over you after doing that, I'm legitimately curious?"

"Honestly, pretty good."

"So, friends?"

"I think we can make it work," the Warlord replied as they both shook hands. "I'd be rather ungrateful if I didn't accept your friendship after you've literally delivered the man who raped both myself and my Sisters to me on a silver platter, wouldn't I?"

"Nah, I could understand if you still didn't want to be. That's how you Amazons roll, right?"

"Did Avenger tell you that?"

"Yeah."

"Well, she's technically correct. Men are supposed to be executed here, but I'll make an exception for you and that other man, Luffy, since both of you attacked the Celestial Dragons."

"Thanks for that," Natsu chuckled as both their faces slowly regained that sinister grin. "But enough of the sappy stuff …"

"Right, I was just getting into the mood for this," Boa hummed as she cracked her knuckles. "Please make sure to keep him alive as long as you can and let me know when he's almost at the end."

"No worries Hancock," Natsu grinned as blood splashed across his face. "I've got your back!"

/Servant State Of Eden – Arthuria's POV/

"Tell me Florence, what is her condition," Arthuria asked as the Head Nurse exited the surgery room, taking off a pair of bloodied gloves and tossing them into the trash. "Will she fade?"

"Honestly, I'm surprised she's lasted as long as she has," Nightingale sighed tiredly. "The gaping hole through her aside that we patched up, her body shows severe scarring not matching any known records on Mordred's Spirit Origin, both burns and otherwise. These scars are by no means recent either …"

"The last I saw of Mordred she was still her usual self so I am unsure as to where exactly she obtained such injuries," Arthuria replied as the unconscious form of Mordred was wheeled out of surgery, making the King's eyes narrow slightly at her sorry state.

"As the Servant of Natsu, it shouldn't be all too surprising that she's been through the proverbial wringer," Nightingale replied as the pair walked down the white corridor. "Though I will say that there's something … off about her."

"How so?"

"Her Spirit Origin is unstable, as expected, considering her condition. But here's the thing though … it's not breaking down."

"…What?"

"I've conferred with several of the high-ranking Casters here and none of them can even begin to understand it, not even Merlin or Gilgamesh."

Gilgamesh actually helped?"

"Initially he wasn't going to," Nightingale replied with a slight frown. "That was until I mentioned that it was Mordred specifically, then he actually looked at it."

"Gilgamesh," Arthuria muttered as her brow furrowed considerably. "What is your angle this time …"

"His motives aside, he seemed genuinely frustrated to not actually understanding what was going on with her Spirit Origin and opened the Gate Of Babylon. Currently, Gilgamesh appears to be pouring through his entire library in search of an answer."

Arthuria pondered this development. Mordred was a sore spot for her at the best of times, but this strange phenomenon had thrown all the cabbages from the proverbial cart. Screw the cart, the haybales next to the cart were now the cart and the horses were eating both the haybale AND the cabbages!"

Nightingale noticed a slight twitch in Arthuria's face and realized the King was slowly building up to something. Deciding to wrap things up and perform the greatest escape ever seen by mortal eyes, she looked at her arm.

"Oh my, would you look at the time. I have more patients to attend to, so sorry to cut this short however I shall be by later to check on Mordred."

"But-."

"So sorry, must leave now," Nightingale said in her usually blank voice before taking off at a full-on sprint down the hallway.

"But you weren't even wearing a watch …"

The King sighed. The time to contemplate punishing the naughty Nurse could wait for she had to see to Mordred first! The King nodded twice at her brilliant plan; a plan Sir Agravain couldn't even improve upon.

"Indeed, that is why I am the King, the mightiest Lion amongst Lionesses!"

"Wow, you must really be struggling today."

Letting out a rather undignified squeak, Arthuria spun around to see Merlin gazing up at her with his childish grin.

"Be careful Merlin, though you take the appearance of a child I am fully aware of your current mental age …"

"You're no fun," the mage pouted before reaching into his coat and pulling out a burger. "Guess you won't want this then, right Miss apex predator?"

"What is an apex," Arthuria asked, already chewing on her first bite that definitely didn't include part of the box it came in.

"Anyway, I think Mordred should make a good recovery," Merlin grinned which brought a small smile to Arthuria as well. "After she's up, we should-!"

"Send her back to Natsu as soon as possible," a rather cold voice cut in which prompted Merlin to slightly lose his smile.

"Come on, surely you don't mean that?"

"I meant every word; she doesn't belong here."

"That's rather harsh, don't you think Artoria?"

Saber Artoria glared down at the childish Merlin, wholly unamused at his antics. Looking between him and her … other, self, her glare only intensified.

"The sooner she is recovered, the sooner she can return to her Master. She has no place here amongst us."

"I must disagree with you on that, my younger self," Arthuria cut in sternly which made her younger self fully direct her glare upward only to find two large obstacles obstructing her view.

"Oh?"

"Sir Mordred, despite being contracted to Natsu, is still a Knight Of The Round. Not to mention that Natsu is one of our allies and we do not dismiss an ally or allies of allies so carelessly."

"I do not know why you would go so far to defend Mordred, but you will come to regret it. She exists to kill us and having her here without her Master will no doubt bring nothing but trouble."

"If you'll both excuse me, I feel that I must leave this hallway since it has become rather … unpleasant, to stand in," Arthuria replied coldly as she walked down toward the room Mordred had been taken to, her mind running a mile a minute.

'Why would my younger counterpart act in such a manner? Does she truly hold such a large grudge against Sir Mordred for …?'

Placing a hand on her abdomen, Arthuria paused in her steps toward Mordred's room, humming in deep thought. True, she was killed by Mordred and yet she personally bore her no ill will for it. To hold a grudge beyond death was rather petty, which brought her back to her younger self.

"I was rather silly back then, wasn't I," she mused aloud before wandering into Mordred's room and taking a seat next to the bed.

Silence seemed to reign supreme from the moment she sat down. Looking at the almost dead form of Mordred, that strange feeling within her chest began to gnaw at her once more. She had no idea where it had come from or why it had only started when Mordred appeared in such a state, but she would eventually figure it out.

"No use trying to figure it out now," the King sighed tiredly as she looked toward the unconscious Mordred again.

Her eyes traced her battered form, gently moving from scar to scar until they rested upon her left hand which lay upon the edge of the bed.

She wouldn't recall what prompted the motion, but Arthuria's hand slowly moved to gently clasp Mordred's own, careful to avoid exerting any strength whatsoever. To her surprise, she felt the faintest squeeze back as the faintest of smiles graced her beautiful face.

"Everything will be alright," the King Of Knights murmured as the hand ceased its faint grip. "I-I'm …"

Shaking her head, Arthuria looked out the window and onto the beautiful city the Servants had created, her hand still clasped to Mordred's own though she no longer seemed to notice.

Hope you all enjoyed and I'll see you in the next one!
