Fishlegs here. I feel so bad about everything that's happened. I know we used to be like best friends, and I'm sorry I let that slip away. Can we try being best friends again? Please? I'm sorry I didn't stick up for you lately… that was pretty dumb of me. But I know you probably don't want to hear about the past. I don't want to make you sad or anything. I haven't done that, have I?
I guess I'll talk a little about my dragon, since you seem to really like those. And I've always been the guy who knows everything about them, so… maybe we have something to bond over, after all.
My dragon is the Gronckle you showed me. I named him Meatlug, because he kind of looks like a sausage! …Sorry, that was weird.
But he's so nice! After I showed him he can trust me, just like you said, he won't leave my side. He really likes affection, and is scared of storms, just like me. It's so cool how similar the dragons are to humans… thanks so much for showing me. I'm happier than I ever could have imagined to have a dragon friend of my own. And I owe it all to you...
I hope you get better soon. I really want to talk, and get to know you again! Happy birthday, also. Sorry you aren't here to get this message in person…
