Welcome to Chapter Hundred and Three! Look I did it! It didn't take a month for me to post the new chapter! Woot!

Smackdown: July 4, 2014

Dean pulled into a pickup only spot and instantly saw the big Samoan man that he was looking for standing there in a hoodie, jeans, and a baseball cap. Giving a beep of his horn, which started the man on his phone, he leaned down and looked out the window. "Ro!"

Nodding, Roman shoved his phone in his pocket and grabbed his things. "Hey man." He said as he opened the back hatch to throw is bags in.

"Hey."

"Angel not in yet?"

"Nah, she booked a bit later of a flight, but she's on her way." He told the man. Before Roman texted him to let him know that he had landed, Angel had texted him telling him that they were boarding.

"Nice, so are we waiting for her to go eat or what?" He asked. "I'm starving."

Roman closed the trunk and made his way around to the passenger seat. "She'll be here in about two hours." Dean answered as he waited for man to get situated before pulling out of the parking spot. "Can you wait that long?"

"I can, but I would prefer not to."

"Fine, we'll pick something up on our way to the store."

"The store?"

"It's the Fourth, remember."

"Oh shit." Roman laughed. "Is it really? So what's the plan?"

Every year since they had met, they had a party on the Fourth of July. Food, fireworks, booze, and music. They would also invite anyone who could stand to be around them for more then a few seconds. Roman would normally been in charge of food and booze, Dean was in charge of fireworks, and Seth…Seth was in charge of bringing the hotplate for them to use to cook. This year everything fell on the two of them.

"The normal; food, booze, and fireworks."

"Did you let Angel know?"

Dean shook his head. "Nah. I didn't think about it when I talked to her and now I'm starting to think it might be a good surprise."

"Ok, but what do you plan on doing with all the shit until after the show?"

"I got a friend who turned this warehouse into his house, with like a big kitchen and everything, and he said we could use it." Dean said silently thanking his friend. "Since he's out of town."

"A warehouse?"

"Yeah. I don't get it either, but he did this whole renovating thing and even made a series on it on YouTube."

"Alright, so we have a space, who's coming? Is it just going to be me, you, and Angel?"

"Nah, I already invited Renee and Jon. Oh by the way we have to go to their apartment and pick up their grill. They have one of the small deck things, but it's better than nothing."

"Certainty better than the hot plate we used to use." Roman laughed.

"And I was thinking about inviting Paige, though after Monday I'm not sure she'll be in the partying mood. "

"Alright, anyone else?"

Dean tried to think of another person that would want to party with them but couldn't. "No one I can think of, you?"

"Same, well at least this year it won't just be the three of us…"

"Yep."

By the time they got to Renee and Jon's place, Dean was checking his phone to see if Angel's plane had landed yet. They still had to take all the shit they gathered to the warehouse house, and put it away before going to get her.

"Come on." He mumbled under his breath as he watched the front door for any sign of Jon who was supposed to be bringing their grill down for them.

"Chill man, he said he was on his way." Roman tried to calm him.

Though he didn't hear the man because the front door the apartment complex opened and out came Jon wheeling the small grill. "Finally." He sighed jumping out of the car,

"Hey there." Jon smirked. "You sure this is enough?"

"Hell yeah, this is more than enough." Dean answered as he opened the trunk. "Trust me." He quickly threw things around the back to get room for the grill.

"Do you need us to bring anything else?" Jon asked as he stopped next to him.

"Unless there's a certain type of booze you like to drink. I think we pretty much got it covered." He said as they struggled to load the thing.

"Alright, though I should warn you. Renee had already texted me telling me to bring her old karaoke machine."

"Bring it!" Roman called from the front scene. "We do a mean drunk karaoke!"

"Sounds good man."

They both stepped back and Dean closed the hatch. "Thanks for letting us borrow this by the way."

"Not a problem." Jon said as he rubbed the back of his neck. "It was getting nearly enough love on the deck."

"Well it'll get some loving tonight." Dean looked at his phone again. "Well, I hate to grab and run but we really need to get going. Got to get this shit out of the car before we pick up Angel."

"Say no more. I'll see you tonight."

"See you." He waved before rushing over to the driver seat and getting in.

A.A.A

Angel let out a yawn and stretched her arms up over her head as she pressed herself against the wall of the airport to get herself out of the way of the herds of people who were coming and going. When finally, she felt that sweet pop of her shoulder blade, she dropped her arms down and rooted around for her phone. She wanted to check if Dean and Roman had made it to Newark yet.

In theory she should have been the last one here. She had booked her own flight later in the day since she has a shorter trip then the boys', but anything can happen with air travel.

Turning off airplane mode, her phone was suddenly flood with different notifications. Text messages, missed phone calls, Twitter updates, and even reminder that one of her game's daily 'gift' was ready. Sighing, she waited until her phone stopped vibrating before she went through them all.

Roman had texted her a couple hours ago saying that he had just got into the airport. Alright there's thing one, now where is thing two? She asked realizing she hadn't gotten a message from Dean. In fact, her other two texts that she got was from Renee telling her that Eva Marie was apparently scheduled for the show tonight, and from Racheal who said that she had ordered Dean's jeans and that they should be in by Monday; that way they could pack some for their trip to Japan.

The missed calls were from Racheal, who she guessed had called her before the text, and a one eight hundred number, that means it could be anything. But no Dean. She looked at the time and drew her brows together, Dean should have landed by now. And normally if his flight was delayed, he would let her know.

Puzzled, she quickly shot the man a text, asking him where he was before sending another one to Roman.

Readjusted her carry on and started through the crowded hallway, when her phone started ringing. It was Roman. "Hey." She answered.

"Hey, Dean says sorry about not texting you, he's driving."

"Driving?" She questioned as she noted the sounds of a car. "Where are you two?"

"We had to pick something up!" Dean said loud enough for her to hear. "Don't worry about it."

"I'm worried."

Roman laughed. "Yeah, I would be too if knuckle head said don't worry about it. But really it's nothing to worry about."

"Just because you're saying it now, doesn't make me worry any less." She told him.

"Go get your luggage and head out front, we're coming back to pick you up."

"You're really just going to leave me hanging about whatever it is you had to pick up?"

"Yep."

"I hate you."
"No, you don't."

"I'm starting to."

"Eh, Dean and I will flash you are award winning smiles and you'll love us again."

"Award winning?"

"Just go get your shit Babygirl. We'll be at the airport in twenty-five minutes."

"Alright, See you."

"Bye."

Racking her brain about what on Earth those two could have gotten up, she made her way to baggage claim and grabbed her things. Seeing that New York was only eight miles away it could be anything. How bad could it be? She asked herself while stacking her things together to make it easier to move. Answer, very.

Making her way out of baggage claim so she could make her way out to the boys, she was stopped by a couple of fans who asked her to sign a few autographs. When she finally got outside, she noticed a certain tattooed arm handing out of the passenger window of an Escalade which was parked in the pick up spot.

"Are you my ride?" She walked up to the car and peeked into see both Dean and Roman grinning at her like two kids who had just gotten away with a heist. "What?"

"Nothing, get in." Dean said as he pointed to the back seat.

Raising a brow, Angel opened the back door and carefully set all of things in the free seat beside her. "You two are scaring me."

"Why?"

"Uh maybe it's because you two are smiling like idiots and won't tell me what you were up to."

"Oh well there's nothing to be scared of."

Dean looked back at her. "Yeah, he's right, just relax and focus on the show tonight."

Not at all relaxing and still very much worried, she rolled her eyes at the two goofs in the front seat and pulled out her phone. Taking the time to text Renee a puking emoji. She also asked the woman what was finalized to be on tonight's docket. After a few minutes Renee messaged her back; 'you really don't like her', as well an attached photo of the schedule.

Why would I like her after she said all that shit about Dean? She typed out before clicking on the picture.

The schedule hadn't changed much since she looked at it last. The show was starting with a video package about it being the Fourth, then the Authority had a slot planned out for some kind of in-ring promo. Probably to cover their butts about what happened on Monday. Next was listed a few matches, Sheamus vs Alberto Del Rio for the US title, Bo Dallas vs Diego, Big E vs Cesaro, and AJ Lee vs Eva Marie. At the bottom there was a few added notes saying that Chris Jericho wants an in-ring promo and that Damien Sandow had something planned. Great.

As she glanced over the picture again her eyes caught the words 'Main Event still TBA'. "Looks like the Authority haven't designed what the Main Event is." She let the boys know.

"Oh? They're probably setting something up for Seth." Dean sighed.

"That or Randy." Roman added.

"Whatever it is, I'm sure they going to set it up at the start of the show. The Authority has an in-ring promo right after the Fourth of July video package."

"Interesting." Dean said as if he was putting together a plan.

"Got something up your sleeve?" She asked.

"When don't I?"

She chuckled at him before looking at her phone. She pulled up Twitter and saw that she had been tagged in a few more things. Most of them being clips of her promo on Monday. There was a lovely message on one of the posts that said, 'Angel Miles best on the mic don't me'. She liked the post and kept scrolling. After coming across a few more nice posts and one that was not so nice she decided to post something. Which ended up being harder than she thought. Heading to Prudential Center for the show tonight! Can't wait to see you all there! #Smackdown Short and simple. Proud with herself she hit post and put her phone down.

"So, did you have a good time over break?" Roman asked breaking the silence in the car.

"Yeah, it was nice to just relax at home. How about you?"

"Yeah, went swimming with Galina and Jojo, and got to sleep in past seven am, it was a blast." He chuckled. "Oh and Jojo wants you and Dean to come over for a pool party before the end of the summer."

"Oh, that sounds fun." Angel smiled. "What do you say Dean?"

"Why are you asking me, if Jojo wants it, she gets it."

Leaning forward in her seat, she grabbed the back of Dean seat. "Someone is wrapped around her fingers." She teased in a sing songy voice.

Before she could lean back, she thought she heard him mumble "If you're not careful, you're going to be wrapped around my fingers." She quickly looked over to Roman to see if he heard it but the man seemed oblivious to everything. "What can I say, I'm a sucker for that little girl." He said as if he didn't say something completely sexual just a few seconds ago.

"She's just got that something that can turn even the coldest of assholes around." Roman turned and winked at her. "So could I chalk you two in for a play date at my place?"

"Who the fuck are you now? The president? We got to schedule to see you?" Dean laughed.

"You know we part of a royal wrestling family."

"Sorry if I don't bow down." Dean in his smartass way. "Yeah, you can pen us in for some time after we get back from Japan."

"Cool, I'll let Galina know."

Angel let out a yawn as they pulled up to the arena, nothing more tiring then travel. "Home sweet home for the rest of the night." Dean called as he parked.

Angel opened the door to the car and stepped out with a groan. Giving her neck a crack, she looked around. Dean was right this was their home until at least ten o'clock tonight. "No place like home." She yawned again.

"You sleepy there?" Dean asked as she turned around and grabbed her bags from the car.

"Just a little." She answered. "But as soon as I get into the hussle and bustle of work I'll be fine."

"Attagirl." Roman said popping the trunk.

Dean and Roman gathered up their things from the car and they made their way into the building. Angel stopped at all the tables on the way to whatever location they were going to hijack for the night.

Sighing, Angel set her bags down making sure to place her laptop bag down gently. Standing back up, she squealed as she was suddenly grabbed and turned around. Her eyes widened as she grabbed onto whoever it was that pulled her into their hard body that was until she realized that it was Dean. Before she could even say a word, he grabbed the back of her head and kissed her. Her body instantly sagged against her.

"Hey! Can't you two go and do that behind some crates or in an unlocked office like normal?" Roman asked. She felt as one of the hands on her moved away, presumably to flick off Roman before turning to her hips.

"Don't mind them." She hard Renee's voice as the sounds of heels came down the hall. "They're still in their honeymoon faze."

"Well, sorry if I don't want to see my best friends honeymoon in front of me, if you catch my drift." m

Dean pulled away. "Why's that? Feel inadequate watching the master at work?"

Roman laughed. "You're funny, you know that Dean."

"I do."

Rolling her eyes at the two man-children she turned her attention to Rene. "What's up?"

"Nothing, just came over to chat, because I'm so bored." She said with a dramatic sigh. "They have me running around as the head reporter making sure that Eden, Tom, and Byron are ready for the show."

"That's lame, so you don't have an interview to do?"

"I have some for some prerecorded stuff but nothing for the live show. They have me doing This Week in… and all that stuff." She sighed as she hoped up onto one of the travel crates. "So, what's plans to you have tonight."

"None."

"None?" She almost looked confused. "What do you mean? There is no way that you guys don't have some sort of plan."

Angel looked back at the boys who were gathering their gear. "I don't think we do this time."

"Nah." Dean shook his head. "We're just here to go with the flow."

"Huh uh." Renee looked at if she didn't believe him.

"I'm sure at some point tonight at least one of us is going to get some action." Roman stated as he tossed his baseball hat into the pile of stuff.

"I mean I might get some action but if you're thinking about getting some, I'll have to call Galina." Dean picked at Roman's choice of words.

"You know what I meant."

Trying to hide the smile on her face, Angel gestured behind her and made a face. "See what I have to deal with."

"I'll take this over what I have to deal with." Renee sighed. "Meeting after meeting."

"Sounds rough."

"It's just boring." She picked at the case she was sitting on.

"Hangout with us for a little and you won't be bored anymore." Angel told her. "These two are bound to get into some sort of trouble."

"Yeah, well why do you think I came over."

Angel gave a fake gasp. "Because you're my friend and wanted to spend time with me." She acted as if she was really hurt.

"Stop it." Renee laughed as Angel pouted more. "Ok, ok. I'm here for you!"

"Yay!"

"Sometimes you're too much."

"Just you wait." Dean's voice came from directly behind her. Angel blushed when she realized he was pressed up again her. "She may look sweet but trust me she's a vixen that knows what she can do with that innocent face of her."

"Hey!" She glared up at him.

He gave her a wink before slinging a tank top over his shoulder. "I'm going to head down to the trainers' room before someone comes and get me." He told her.

It took her a moment before she remembered that he was supposed to have physical therapy. "Oh ok. Do you need me?"

He shook his head. "Nah, stay here and entertain your friend."

"Ok, see you."

"See you." She watched as he walked off.

"That's different." Renee said. "Dean Ambrose going to the trainers' room on his own accord."

"Yeah, because of popping his shoulder out at Money in the Bank, he has to get physical therapy to make sure it heals right." Angel explained. "And I think the only reason he goes without fighting, is because he feels bad for having me to the one to put it back."

"That makes a lot of sense." Renee nodded.

"Right."

"Excuse me, ladies." Roman spoke up from across the way. "I hate to interrupt but I need my manager for two seconds.

Instantly Angel perked up and walked over to the man. "What's up?"

"So, over the break, my family stopped over with a surprise for me." He said holding up a vest that she hadn't seen before. It was similar to his old one but had ending of blue coloring around it to emphasize some of the details. "What do you think?"

"Looks good." She nodded. "I like the splash of color."

"Yeah, Galina said the same thing." He smiled as he looked at the vest. "She said I've been wearing just black for way too long. That I needed to spice it up some."

She couldn't help but smile as she pictured Galina saying that. "Yeah, I think she's right."

"The pants match too." He pointed out grabbing out a folded lump of black fabric that had the same blue accents. "You don't think Racheal will be mad?"

"I think she might be glad." Renee said. "One less person she had to worry about making ring gear for."

"She's right." Angel nodded even as she made a note to let Racheal know that Roman's gear had changed. "Who picked blue?"

Roman sighed. "It's not just blue."

"What?"

"I have blue, yellow, red, green, and white."

Angel blinked. "Wow."

"Like I said they surprised me."

"One for almost every day of the week."

"Yeah, you only need two more." Angel laughed.

"Don't joke." Roman said. "With my family, my entire close could be replaced with ring gear and I wouldn't be surprised."

"I'm sure Galina wouldn't like that."

"Ok so I would have ring gear, a suit, and a couple button up shirts."

"An hour until doors open!" Someone called down the hall.

Angel sighed as she thought of everything that she needed to do before the show starts. "Since I have to make a trip down to wardrobe to check on Dean's order, I'll let them know about your new gear while I'm there."

"Dean's order?"

"Yeah, he had asked Racheal to order him jeans in bulk since he keeps ripping his."

"Oh, course he did." Roman laughed. "The man's too fucking lazy to go shopping for himself."

Angel shrugged. "She left me a message about the order coming in soon, but I just want to check up on that."

"I'll go with you." Renee said hoping off the travel case. "Maybe we can pick up a coffee afterwards."

"You really are bored, aren't you?" The woman nodded as the turned to walk away.

"Grab me a water, please." Roman asked.

"Sure thing."

As they walked down the hall, the two women giggled and pushed each other around like they were teenagers having fun. "So, I didn't know that you could use Racheal as a personal Amazon shopper." Renee laughed.

"It's different, the jeans are for work." Angel tried to explain. "He wears them in the ring."

Renee rolled her eyes. "Yeah, I would give you that if it wasn't for the fact that he also wears them outside the ring."

Angel shrugged as they got to wardrobe. "She could have said no."

"Who could I had said no to?" Racheal said as she came out from behind the curtain with something pink and sparkly in her hands. "Hey."

"Hey." Angel smiled at the woman. "Renee is criticizing me for asking you to order those jeans."

"Eh, they're for work." Racheal shrugged as she walked over to a nearby table and grabbed a spool of thread. "So, what can I help you with?"

"Two quick things," Angel said. "one, I just wanted to check on the order."

"I ordered ten new pairs for him, with heavy duty stitching. And if all goes to plan, they should be here on Monday." She said rummaging through another box of random stuff. "I'll text you if anything changes."

Angel nodded. "That sounds good."

"So what's number two?"

"Roman got new ring gear."

Racheal stopped what she was doing and looked up. "New gear?"

"Yeah, apparently his family surprised him with a bunch of different color variants of the same ring gear."

"How different is it from his old stuff."

"Pretty similar." Renee answered for her.

"It's still a tactical vest and cargo pants, just some different accents. The one he's wearing tonight is blue."

"Alright, I'll make sure to keep an eye out for him." She said going back to work. "It shouldn't be a problem though."

Angel lets out a sigh of relief. She had learned the hard way with the masks at WrestleMania that it can be a bad idea to not give anyone a heads up when you change things like ring gear.

"Anything else I can help you lovely ladies with?"

"Nope." Angel shook her head.

"You know Racheal, you really should come out with us one night to get drinks."

Racheal smiled as she kept pinning the sparkly shorts. "That sounds nice. I'll let you know if I ever get a night off from sowing."

"Well you have our numbers, so if that ever happens. You know who to call."

"Sure thing, Renee."

"See ya!"

"Bye." The two of them walked away, leaving the woman to her work.

"That poor woman." Renee sighed. "I don't think I've ever seen her not working."

"That's what happens when you have to make sure that everyone on the main roster and NXT has ring gear that fit and is in fighting shape."

"Doesn't she have people who work under her?"

"Yeah, but I'm sure all the responsibility falls on her. I'm sure you understand as the lead reporter."

"True."

At catering the two of the split up to get what they need, Renee made her way to get coffee while she walked over to the table full of water bottles and grabbed a few. She places two of them in her hoodie pouch and grabbed another, before turning around to find Renee, only for her eyeline to be filled with red.

Her stomach fell as she looked at the woman in front of her, Eva Marie. Shit. "Hi Eva."

"Hi Angel." The woman walked over and grabbed herself a water. "How have you been?"

"Fine, you?"

"Fine."

"That's good." She glanced behind the woman to try and find a way out of this 'conversation'. "Haven't seen you around much."

"Yeah, but that's what happens when you're training to be the top of the women's divisions, as well as being a model." Eva couldn't hide the smugness in her voice.

"Sounds like a full plate."

"Sure is." She fluffed some of her hair. "So, how's Dean."

Anger flared at the mention of Dean. After their last conversation, she didn't want his name to come out of Eva's mouth ever again. "He's fine."

"Oh, I heard that he hurt his arm."

"Yeah, he did, but it's not going to keep him down." She said.

"For someone who loves him you don't sound too worried about him." Eva snickered. "If it was me, I wouldn't let him get back into the ring until he's all healed up."

"He was cleared by the medics. And keeping him on the bench isn't as easy as it looks." She tired to keep her head on. "Plus, I trust him."

"Still that naïve, huh?" Eva sighed. "When are you going to learn."

"I don't need to learn anything." Angel went to walked away.

Eva crossed her arms and stepped in front of her. "No? So, he said that he loves you back?"

"Don't start."

"He didn't." She laughed loudly drawing attention from around the rest of catering. "It's been over a month. If he hasn't said yet, he's never going to say it."

Angel rolled his eyes. "I told you that if you want to start drama wait until you're filming Total Divas." She pushed past the woman.

"Just you wait until he finds another piece of ass. He'll drop you faster then Randy Orton did."

Spinning on her heels, Angel got right into the woman's face. "You think you're funny don't you." She asked. "Trying to ruin a relationship that you have nothing to do with. I bet the only reason you even care is because Dean and I are getting attention while you're not." She paused. "Oh no, I'm wrong, you are getting attention, just not the kind you want. 'You can't wrestle' clap, clap, clap, clap." Angel mocked.

Angel noticed right away as that smug look faltered for a second. "You are nothing but a hot fuck to Dean. He doesn't care about you. He's a womanizer. Just watch the way he used to treat woman when he was in the indies. He used them as shields, he belittled them, called the sluts. You really think that he's changed that much in so little time."

Angel's jaw clicked and just as he went to open her mouth Renee appeared out of nowhere. "Hey, what's going on over here?" She asked as she pushed her way between the two of them.

"Nothing." Eva sighed. "Just chatting. Well, I got to got big plans tonight. I have a match against AJ Lee." She flicked her hair as she walked away. Only after Eva disappeared out of her sight, did Angel let out the breath she apparently was holding.

"You ok?"

"Yeah," She nodded. "Eva's just trying to stir up shit."

Renee sighed. "Yeah, that's what she does. Though I have no idea why she seems focused on starting things with you."

"I don't know but it's really pissing me off."

"Maybe she's trying to egg you on to fight her, thinking that she can win a fight against you." Renee teased. "Oh, if you end up fighting her you need to Dirty Deeds her."

"I'm not going to fight here." Angel said even though at this moment she really like the idea of punch Eva in the face.

"I know, but if you do." Renee wiggled her brows at her.

"I just can't understand her. Why is she so determined to ruin my relationship."

"Like I said, she just likes to start shit. Don't let her get under you skin." Renee said sipping her coffee. "She's not worth it."

Angel nodded. "I know…" She opened the water that she was holding and took a long swig of it, part of her wished it was more then just water. Man, she's got you wanting to drink at work. She snickered at herself as they walked away from the water table.

Not listening in the slightest to what Renee was talking about, they made their way out of catering and started down the hall when a certain gruff voice made her freeze and turn around to see Dean coming out of the trainers room.

"Fancy meetin' you here. Don't tell me you two came all the way down here to wait for little me?"

"Totally Dean."

"You shouldn't have."

Glancing back at him, Guilt hit Angel hard. She was suddenly overly away of how close he was standing when he slid into his spot right next to her. She almost pulled away from him as his hand landed on her waist. She gave herself a mental slap. Eva had her mind twisted and she hated it. She normally loved when he did things like this, loved when he pulled her against her so there wasn't space between them, loved feeling his large, callused hands on her. She was going to kill Eva for making her doubt this.

Get her out of your head. Angel yelled at herself. She looked up at Dean and watched as he chomped on the piece of gum that was in his mouth. She reminded herself that nothing had changed between the two of them. That Eva didn't have that power.

"So how was PT." Renee asked.

"Fine, I'm all taped up and ready to go." He said patting his left arm.

"Good," She cleared her throat trying to push all her negative thoughts out of her mind. "because the show is starting soon, and I still need to get ready. So, the less I have to worry about you, the better."

"I was wondering if you were going to wear your hoodie out to the ring. Not that it looks bad, but I think you'll overheat."

She shook her head. "I wouldn't overheat, I would die." She said thinking about how hot it can be just wearing all black or a thinner leather jacket. She didn't even want to think about what it would be like to wear a full-blown hoodie out to the ring.

"We wouldn't want that."

"No, we wouldn't." Angel's heart fluttered as Dean tightened his hold on her, pressing her into his side, like it wasn't something he did all the time. "So, let's get you back so you can change into something that won't murder you with heat."

Angel nodded.

"You guys go do that." Renee said. "I should get back to the production side of the world."

"You sure?"

"Yeah, so if I don't catch you during the show, I'll see you…" Renee's eyes flickered to Dean for a moment before she finished her thought. "I'll see you later."

Blinking, she glanced between the two of them before coming to terms that she was probably over thinking things due to Eva. "Alright, see you later." She pulled out of Dean's hold just long enough to give her a hug. "Thanks for earlier." She whispered.

"No prob." Renee smiled at her as they pulled away.

Returning to her spot, she noticed Dean's eyes on her but neither of them said anything as they walked down the hallway towards their spot. She had a feeling that he could sense something had happened but was being respectful. Which she was thankful for, she really didn't want to talk about what Eva had said about him, especially since she was trying to be considerate of his feelings and give him the time he needed.

However, she hated the fact that this was putting an awkwardness between the two of them. "So, what did the medics say about your shoulder?" She asked trying to get everything to go back to normal.

He glanced down at her. "That it was healing but due to the fact that still working on it, it's going to take longer to get back to tip top shape then normal."

Even as her stomach twisted at the news, she gave nod. "You still cleared for action?"

"Yes ma'am." He snickered. "We can head back, and you can ask for yourself it you would like."

"That's ok." She shook her head. "I'll uh, take the gamble and believe you this time."

He glanced down at her with a fake look of surprise. "You sure it's smart to do that? I could just be lying. They could have benched me, and you wouldn't even know it." He stated. "You know that I'm not really one to listen to medical professionals."

"I know." She said. "But the medics also have my number and I'm sure they would call me to tell me you weren't cleared if they had a sliver of a doubt that you wouldn't tell me."

"Touche."

To say that she was happy that they could fall back into their normal witty banter without much trouble was an understatement. Trying to hide the ridiculous smile that was on her face, she took another drink of her water.

"Hey, you go enough for the class there or are we going to have to share?" Dean raised a brow at her.

"You think I'm dumb enough not to bring enough for everyone." She reached into her hoodie pocket to pull out one of the two bottles that were sloshing around in there.

"Don't wanna share with me that much." He took the bottle.

"It's not that, I just know if I let you take a 'sip' out of my drink, it'll be empty when I get it back."

He acted hurt for a moment before nodded his head. "Probably."

When they got back to their spot, she passed the last water to Roman who snickered and told her that it took her long enough. She stuck her tongue out at him and made her way to her bag. Pulling out the outfit that she planned on wearing tonight, she piled it all on top of the travel case next to her. Once she had everything, a black t-shirt, her leather jacket with Dean's logo on the back, a pair of dark blue jeans, and her boots; she snuck back behind some of the random junk in the hallway to get changed.

"Oh, I got some insider news for you." Roman called.

"Oh yeah, what's that?" She asked as she pulled her hoodie off.

"That in-ring promo that's supposed to start the show is apparently Seth."

"Fucking new it." Dean clapped his hands. "He's probably going out there to say 'I was inches away from becoming the face of WWE when crazy Dean Ambrose came out of nowhere and messed it up. Its not fair.'"

"And of course, we'll have something to say about it?" Angel asked.

"Of course."

"I'll let Hank know to get a mic warm for us."

With the promise to let Seth go down to the ring and at least start his promo, they made their way to the gorilla but didn't go in until Seth's music was already blasting through the speakers of the arena.

"Right on time." Hank said as they walked over to the table that he was siting. "Two hot mics as promised."

"Thank you!" Angel smiled as she took them, giving one to Dean.

"Don't mention it." The older man said. "I'll just start charging you cookies for each favor you ask for."

"Did you like them?"

"Like? I ate all of them in two days and then had to go out and by cookies the next day because I was craving them."

"Did we forget to tell you, Angel puts crack in dough." Dean said as he turned towards the screens.

"I would believe it." Hank laughed.

"Well, I'm glad you liked them. I'll have to get you more when I can." Angel said turning her attention to the show as well.

Seth was making his way into the ring, with that smug look on his face as he held his briefcase up in the air. In fact, he was practically prancing around the ring, while Cole and JBL talked about how Dean stopped in from cashing in on Monday. Which surprisingly, JBL didn't have anything to say other then that Seth holding the case almost guarantees him to become the next WWE Heavyweight Champion.

When his music finally ended, Seth stood in the middle of the ring looking down at his stupid case. It was like he was examining it for flaws or something. He then brought to the mic to his face as the crowd cheered 'you sold out'. "Last Monday on Raw I was seconds away from cashing in my Money in the Bank contract on John Cena." He paused. "John, I got a message for you; you got lucky on Monday night. You got lucky but the clock is still ticking because, what was it, not even twenty-four hours into your fifteen reign as champion and you were flat on your back, unconscious, in the center of this ring." He laughed. "Now that doesn't bode to well for you John, because on a long enough timeline the survival rate for everyone drops to zero…"

"What the hell is talking about." Dean shook his head. "Survival rates?"

"And what that means," Seth said as if he heard Dean's question. "is that sooner than later I will cash in this contract and become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion." The crowd booed. "Look at this face, look at it…"

"I don't wanna."

"Because very soon this will be the new face of the WWE."

"Guess that's our cue." Dean started towards the curtains. Before they pushed through onto the stage, Dean's music started to play, which took both of them by surprise as they didn't expect it to play. They were just going to go out and tell Seth to shut up, but this worked too.

As they walked up to the stop of the ramp, they were greeted with cheers. "You know this is going to end up in a fight, right?" Dean said to her over the music.

"Wouldn't have expected anything else." She said back to him as the music started to die down. Getting herself ready for what was about to happen, Angel took a deep breath and looked out at the man in the ring. Seth was glaring at them, with his briefcase places over the top rope like he was a kid going 'nana nana you can't have this'. It made her want to laugh.

"You're delusional Rollins!" Dean yelled into the mic starting things off. "You're talking crazy. You really thing you're going to get your hands on those titles. No. No, not while I'm around. I warned you, no matter where you are, no matter what you do, no matter how much of a plan you and your sugar daddy Triple H concoct, I'm going to be there. Every time." He glanced down at her. "Right?"

"Right." She nodded. "How did his little uh championship coronation go on Monday?"

Before either of them could say anything else as all the screens around the arena turned on and started to play a replay of what happened on Monday. "Oh well would you look at that." Dean smirked as he turned towards the titantron to watch it.

"Awe, looks like I owe Hank more cookies."

When the video stopped and the titantron showed what the cameras were shooting again, which just so happened to be a close up on Seth's very unhappy face. When the shot changed to the of them looking up at the titantron Dean bought the mic to his face with a smile. "Watch that footage." He said turning back to Seth. "WATCH THAT FOOTAGE and watch it over and over and over again. Because that's your life for the next year. You think that briefcase if a blessing? No, that briefcase is a curse, cause it's every excuse I need to ruin your life, to ruin your future, and to ruin the precious face of the WWE." Angel couldn't help but notice that as Dean spoke, he started to inch his way down the ramp. She was sure he didn't even notice he was doing it.

"Yeah, you think I care. You think I care if you show that video over and over and over?" Seth said with that cocky tone in his voice. "Look I know you better than anybody, and I know you don't have what it takes to keep that up for a year. You got lucky on Monday."

Angel laughed in her mic. "You keep saying that you know him better than anyone else, but here you are, once again, spewing nonsense. Anybody who knows Dean knows that he has enough willpower alone to keep this up. Mix that with a lot of pent-up rage, feelings of betrayal, the want for revenge, some hatred and you get a man who not going to stop, ever. And it's not just him you have to worry about." She gave a little wave.

"Oooo Angel, I'm really scared. What are you doing to do, get in my face, puff your chest out and glare at me until I backdown? Or are you going to cry and beg me to stop. Yeah right." Seth said in a whiny baby voice. "And you're right, Dean is known for his willpower, it's probably the only reason he's still alive. But it won't help him, he can't keep that up for a year and he can't stop me from cashing in this contract and become the next WWE WORLD Heavyweight Champion."

Dean stepped forward. "Of course, I can." He said with confidence. "I'll start right now." He threw the mic and took off his leather jacket before taking off the for the ring.

Keeping her eyes on the two men who were about the square off, Angel dropped her mic and started down the ring. Her eyes widened as Dean ducked under the briefcase that Seth was swinging around like a weapon. She knew that it wasn't the worst thing that Seth could pull out in a fight, but it could still do some damage.

Before she could even make it to ring side, Dean had knocked Seth down and was wailing on him with no mercy. "Get him Dean!" She yelled and smacked at the apron. As she realized that the crowd's cheers had turned into boos, her attention broke from the action in front of her. Glancing back to see what everyone was reacting too, a blur raced passed her. Blinking she turned to see that Randy Orton was now pulling a flailing Dean away from Seth.

Shit. She climbed into the ring without a thought. She had to do something, but what could she possibly do to help take on Seth and Randy. Her eyes ran around the ring, before landing on Seth's briefcase. After a quick debate on whether or not she should push the thing out of the ring so that neither Seth or Randy could use it as a weapon or use it as a weapon herself, she carefully made her way around the brawl and kicked the thing to the floor. As much as she could love to hit either man with it, she knew that as soon as she made it a weapon it would be used against her and Dean.

Turning back around, she set her sights on Seth who was stomping on Dean's left arm. "Get off him!" She yelled as she raced over and pushed him as hard as she could. The impact sent both of them stumbling backwards and to stop herself from falling, she grabbed onto Seth's arm.

As soon as both of them go their footing, Roman's music blasted through the arena. "Shit." Seth cursed as his head snapped from her, to the stage, and back. "Get off." He moved his arm with enough force that she lost her grip and was sent running into the ropes. Pivot on your feet so you that you hit the ropes with your back, make sure to grab the rope as you lean back into it. Dean's voice popped into her head as she remembered the instructions, he had given her when teaching her run the ropes.
Just as she got within arm reach of the ropes, she spun around and reached back to grab onto the top rope just as he back connected with it. Not having any momentum, she didn't have to worry about stopping herself the correct way, instead she locked her legs and leant back against the ropes to keep herself upright.

Trying to catch her breath, he looked up to see Roman sliding his way into the ring. However, before he could get to his feet both Seth and Randy were on him, leaving Dean in the corner of the ring by himself.

Rushing over to him, she knelt down in front of him. "You ok?" She asked looking him over for any injuries.

"I'm good. Get out of the ring." He told her as he watched the fight over her shoulder.

Nodding, she rolled under the ropes and onto the apron, where she stepped around so that she was on the steel steps. Which she got to just enough to watch Roman, throw Seth towards Dean who had gotten to his feet. Dean caught him and slammed him into the corner before started with crazed shots to the stomach. He was only able to get a few hits in before weaseled his way out of the corner and out of the ring.

As both Seth and Randy retreated up the ramp, Roman and Dean stood tall in the ring. When both members of the Authority were more then halfway up the ramp, the arena turned green and Triple H's theme King of Kings started to play.

Both Dean and Roman's whole demeaner turned as Hunter walked out onto the stage. They both knew this meant the mindless brawl was over but that didn't mean the fight was. Hunter walked up in between both Seth and Randy.

"Alright. I think you guys made your point." Hunter's voice echoed through the arena. "So now, let me make my point, and my point is the only one that matters. Dean Ambrose you want fight, well tonight you will get a fight when you face…" Hunter paused and made eye connect with Seth. "…the Viper Randy Orton."

Angel shook her head as she ducked into the ring and joined the boys. She knew there was no way Hunter was going to send Seth to actually do some dirty work. "A match with Randy, how does that sound?" She patted Dean on the back.

"Sounds damn good to me." He answered as he eyed up the man he would be fighting later tonight.

"And Roman." Hunter said getting his attention. "Since you like to stick your nose in everybody's business, you interfere in that match tonight then you are out of the fatal four way match at Battlegrounds pay-per-view for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Good luck boys."

Triple H's music started back up and the three members of the Authority walked away.

"Don't worry about it." Dean patted Roman on the stomach. "I got this."

"Something doesn't sit right with me." Roman mumbled under his breath. "Why bar me from the match if nothings going to happen."

"They can throw anything at me!" Dean yelled over the ropes. "I can handle it."
