Another good place to look at while visiting Paris was the sacred Pantheon de Paris. There was more than one Pantheon in the world, like for instance: Moscow has their own Pantheon as well. The very first Pantheon ever was built in Rome around 117 AD, long before France completed theirs in Paris at 1790, one year after the bloody French revolution started in the first place. This sacred palace was made for very special people of France, both in mainland France and their former colonies like Haiti, Senegal, Central African Republic, and more. Luna, her brother, and the other heroes could hardly wait to see what was inside this beautiful domed building.
The five main members of the GIGN group were following behind the heroes and doctor with their guns in their hands, and it was official that Macron has made these cool men their bodyguards in case something happens, like an ambush from Les Loups Enrages. If this little terrorist organisation can blend in with the common folk of Paris, then they should all be extra careful.
"Wow. Look at the size of that building, dudes." Luna said. "Not as big as Invalides but still big. This is another burial sight, doc?"
"Oui. But for anyone special and loved in France, and not just militarily." said Sebastien. "In it, there will be a couple of peculiar names you might have heard of, but we'll find out when we get there."
"Cool!" said Sam.
"I can't wait, brah." Luna did the devil horn gesture with her hands.
Going inside the Pantheon, there were a lot of people inside the domed building, and many people came by to ask for the heroes autographs like they were the Beatles. However, Sabre, Adewale, Leclerc, Paton, and Chevalier stopped many people from getting to close. "Arret! Arret!" Sabre said. "Sauvegardez, s'il vous plait."
"No, it's OK." said Mason. "They just want our autographs."
"Oh. Very well." said Paton
"Everyone, please keep it in a neat, single file line if you want autographs from these extraordinary heroes!" Adewale announced
"Be sure you have pens to let these heroes sign their names for you." said Paton.
"Single File, peuples, single file!" Chevalier added. "Give them some personal space."
The autograph signing was going to be a rather long one, probably around twenty or thirty minutes since everyone in the crowd wanted autographs from the five American heroes, even Lincoln, although he doesn't really have powers. "Are you sure you guys can handle this?" asked Sabre
"Oui, monsieur." said Sam
"Ne t'inquiete pas pour nous, Sabre Nous pouvons gerer cela." Luna added
"Nous irons bien." said Jesse
"Very well." said Paton. "The president has made it our priority to protect you all."
"Besides, you are a real hero to the world." Leclerc added. "Shutting down Wernicke industries has caused us to call out Germany for the corporations corruption."
"Zat's where ze company came from anyway." said Chevalier.
"Nice. Glad we're getting more recognition." said Lincoln while signing a pre-teen's paper with black hair in the shape of a pixie cut and a green sleeveless tank top before kissing the white-haired boy on his left cheek, then the right one, making him blush a the gesture.
"Merci Beaucoup, Lincoln Loud." said the cute girl. "Je t'aime." then she asked for the other heroes' autographs after that. The white-haired boy continued blushing from that sweet kiss, and the girl went off to look at more deceased, great people of France buried within the Pantheon. The autograph signing went on for about ten minutes, and it was done after every one of the people visiting the Pantheon got their pictures signed with the heroes' signatures. At last, the kids and doctor could go look at the sacred names buried within the Pantheon and see what heroes or great people were buried after they had died.
Luna gave Lincoln a little, gentle elbow jab against his right arm. "So, who's your new girlfriend, Linc? Did you ask for her number?"
"Very funny." Lincoln smirked. "She was really cute though."
"I say you are lucky." Mason said. "I mean, look at you, Lincoln. Turning out to be quite the ladies' man, especially the white hair."
Lincoln flushed even more and rubbed the back of his head with his right hand. "Well... you know."
"No shame." said Jesse. "A woman would call you cute or adorable."
"Oh, you are just saying that."
"No, really. I'm giving my honest opinion. You can really get the girl, even though you might not know it at first. It's kinda like what they say about the quiet ones."
"Well, let's take a look at the Pantheon." said Sam.
"But isn't there one in Italy?" Luna remembered
"Oui. Zis one in France got the inspiration from Italy to make their own Pantheon, along with Moscow and London." Sebastien replied
"Dude, I'm gonna have to look for it when I got to Merry Old London." the ice rocker girl remarked. Going through a couple of hallways, they all noticed a gigantic pendulum, something a little similar to the Newton Balls.
"What is that?" asked Jesse
"This is the Foucault pendulum." said Sebastien. "It was designed by the physicist himself: Leon Foucault. He was the first the discovery the Earth's rotation and how it worked in life. Notice how the pendulum works. He also was one of the early people to figure out the speed of light."
Everyone then noticed that there were balls in this giant pendulum, waiting to be knocked down. "So this device makes things move?" Lincoln asked
"Well, yes and no. The pendulum relies on the Earth's movements and rotations to work on it's own." said Sebastien before everyone saw a ball being knocked over like a domino or a domino affect.
"How long does it take for another ball to be knocked over?" asked Mason
"Une heure." said the five GIGN soldiers.
"One full hour?" asked Luna. "Dude, I am not waiting for another one of those balls to be tipped over. Nope, I am not much of a waiting gal."
"Not to worry." said Sebastien. "We will just move on to look at the glorious people buried in this sacred place. One of the most famous burials here was Victor Hugo, one of the most amazing authors and poets that had ever walked the earth."
