It was colder than usual in February in Paris. The reason for that is because; Luna and Sam made out on top of one of the most famous landmarks on the Earth. It even caused a little bit of rain and snow to mix together for a short while. Meanwhile, Lincoln was watching some more ARGGH! in French dub, and he was starting to understand a little more clearer about the French language. He watched a total of nine episodes before it was midnight. At the Hotel, the five GIGN soldiers that were assign to guard and protect the heroes were guarding the doors.

Leclerc and Paton were guarding the room where Sam and Luna were staying at, and Adewale and Chevalier were guarding the boys' room. As for Sabre, he called in his superiors of the Gendarmerie, and told them how the bodyguard tactics were coming. "No, no, no. They were in no harm, Monsieur." Sabre talked to his wrist communicator. "Oui, these American kids are fun, especially if they are superheroes."

Admittedly, the heroes probably didn't need the bodyguards with them so much, but they were assigned from the president of France, who was more than happy to help these superheroes get the protection they needed. That, and these five soldiers were the best ones that France has got right now. The country needed more men like Sabre, Leclerc, Paton, Adewale, and Chevalier.

The reason why they were guarding the doors was so that no one could try to attack them or try to steal from them. Whenever a boy, girl, or a curious person noticed the troops guarding the doors, and wondered why they were doing that, these five men would answer phrases on the lines like: "It is classified information" or "We cannot tell you." Along with "We cannot say. We want to protect these people's privacy."

Luna and Sam were seen in a far distance, and they were flying back to the guestroom to relax and probably hit the hay. Instead of going through the door, the girls decided to go to the window on the balcony. It caused Leclerc and Paton to barge in with their guns and look around. "Oh. It's just you, girls." said Paton

"We thought you were intruders, or Les Loups Enrages." Leclerc added.

"Nah, monsieurs." said Luna, "It's just us."

"Yeah, just flew back from the Eiffel Tower through the window. That's all." Sam added.

"Desole." said the two men before getting back outside the room to guard the door.

While everyone was relaxing, they wanted to also know about who the leader of Les Loups Enrages was. Macron already told them about how devious, sneaky, and crafty this leader was. Nevertheless, they were still on vacation, which was no problem at all. All they had to do was keep their wits about and their eyes open for anything weird or suspicious. "It's just me, monsieurs." said a man's voice from the other side of the door. "S'il vous plait, just let me in, I just want to talk to the girls."

"Desole, monsieur." said Leclerc

"But zis area is restricted until further notice."

"But I am doctor Sebastien's frere."

Both the GIGN soldiers went "Ohhhh," and let him pass peacefully. "Our apologies." said Paton. "Do come on in." It was Arno and he wanted to check on the heroes and see how they were fairing on their stay in France.

"Bonjours, mes amis." said Arno. "Pardonez-moi, but I was just wondering how you were doing tonight."

"We're doing awesome!" said Luna. "Kissing on the Eiffel Tower, seeing Napoleon's tomb, seeing a cool crypt of famous French actors and writers."

"Don't forget the boat ride, Loons." Sam chimed.

"Totally."

"Good. Do you know where you want to go tomorrow?"

"Well, we talked about it earlier." said Luna. "And with the guys, too. We're gonna see Notre Dame and look at the inside of the church."

Arno made a small laugh and said: "Nice choice, mes amis. A nice choice indeed. You will all love Notre Dame."

"Although, we want to know what's going on with Les Loups Enrages." Sam admitted.

Arno frowned and remarked: "Well, desole, Samantha, but I do not know any leads of that little militia."

"Don't sweat it." Luna shrugged. "We'll find out."

"Well, I wouldn't get all my hopes up. Ze leader is very crafty and has... friends on ze inside, if you know what I mean."

"Check." Sam nodded.

"Well, bonne nuit, filles." then Arno exited the room and he encountered Adewale and Chevalier. "Excusez-moi. I brought them here to the guestroom."

"Desole, monsieur." said Adewale. "But these rooms are restricted."

"But I am Sebastien's frere."

"Oh, why did you not say so?" said Chevalier. "Come on in." Both the troops stood aside and let Arno inside the other guestroom to greet the male members of the group.

"Bonjour, brother." said Arno. "I was checking on you all to see how you were all fairing on your first night in Paris."

Sebastien smiled and replied: "We are all doing just fine, petit frere. We have decided to take a little tour of Notre Dame first thing tomorrow, and maybe go on another boat ride. And, as a bonus, we should look further into the investigation of Les Loups Enrages. There could be another attack tomorrow. Zees people are some of the sneakiest people that are on French soil right now."

"And we want to stop them before they hurt someone else. We don't want France to suffer any more attacks from them, monsieur." Lincoln added. "We wanna do whatever it takes to stop them like me and Luna did with Wernicke Corporation."

Arno made a small laugh and said: "I really like your enthusiasm, Lincoln. Along with your sisters', and, Masons', and the others with you. And, s'il vous plait, you do not have to be so formal, just call me Arno."

"It's also a good thing we have help from the president himself." Jesse added. "And help from one of the strongest police in the world."

"I hope the GIGN will put them all in their place once we find out the leader." Mason added. "When we find him, we can trace all the followers around Paris and put them in jail, or have them executed.

"Ze French parliament will decide their fate, Mason." Sebastien remarked. "We do not really have to worry about killing any of them. Unless they are extremely dangerous to be kept alive."

"Like how Luna killed that Enrages earlier." Mason pointed. "That was so cool. Although, it kinda scared me a little bit at first."

"I was a little surprised myself." Lincoln admitted, putting down his comic book and looking at the fire hero. "But, Luna was kinda as surprised as I was. But we realized that... if she didn't kill him, he would have killed me. It was either me or that salaud (scumbag)."

Mason smiled and remarked. "That is true, Lincoln. What matters is that you are perfectly safe from harm. So you want to hit the Notre Dame tomorrow? Although I would like to point out that, there was a fire in the building a couple years ago. A few things are destroyed, but most of it is still in one piece."

"I think I saw that on the news, Mason." Lincoln said

"Yeah, it was crazy. Or Fou, as you French would say it." Jesse added.

"It was rather devastating." said Sebastien. "But we can all be glad that the whole building did not burn down to the ground into ashes like the Twin Towers."

"That is so true." Mason said. "Dad, I could not agree more. Notre Dame got lucky mostly. There was a spire, but it was destroyed in the fire. But they are working on constructing a new one."

"To me, that sounds a little bit against Tradition." Arno said

"Think about it." the white-haired boy admitted. "the Big Ben in London had renovations without any problem, and that's really old. The United Kingdom didn't have any problem with that."

"Ah, touche." said Jesse with a smile and pointing his finger at the boy. "That's a very good point, Lincoln."

"Well, you could be right." said Arno. "Just be careful out there in case any Enrages pop out of nowhere."

"We'll keep that in mind, Arno. You want to watch Jeans De Florettes with us?"

"No merci. I have seen that movie many times, and Gerard Depardieu is one of the greatest actors I have ever seen. Besides, I need to take care of our father. He is not as young as he used to be."

"Oh. That's right. Bonsoir."

"Bonsoir." they gave each other two kisses on the cheeks before Arno departed.

"It's gonna be fun." said Lincoln. "Going to Notre Dame and looking a- wow. Look outside." he walked over to the large windows and it was snowing in Paris. Mason was to his left, Jesse was to his right, and Sebastien behind him. The kiss made a little snowfall before and it was like magic. A continuous snowfall that could go on for at least a day.
