Tobias Fornell pulled up the database for the F.B.I. for the license plate that his
friend Leroy Jethro Gibbs had asked him about. Taking a deep breath with the screen
coming up. There were two possible names on the computer screen both were Cartel
members for the local area.
He didn't know if this was connected to what was going on with the murder at the house. But there were too many things happening lately and for when it comes to Gibbs. Trouble always follows him no matter how you see it? "The name Chavez Gomez was the first and the second Mario Riveria. Was it possible that this man's name was a member of Alejandro Riveria's family history? Even though his family was supposed to have been dead for the past few years ever since his friend shot him at the train station during an OFF THE BOOKS operation ordered by Vance and the D.O.D.
Calling Gibbs cell-number to let him know what's going on. Gibbs had answered the phone right away having just arrived home after picking up the Chinese food for himself and his family. "Tobias what did you find out in regard to the partial plate I had given you?" he asked with sitting inside his truck with arriving at his house.
"Two names had popped up on the screen Gibbs and both work for the local Cartel. However, the second name is a bit of a surprise named Mario Riveria a family member of Alejandro Riveria." Tobias needed to say to his friend over the phone.
"Why now get involved with shooting Phin's adopted parents?" Gibbs responded.
"Actually as it had turned out we were able to find the documents in the bedroom to be Russian sleepers and don't ask me as to why Gibbs after all this time?"
"It's possible they killed them in order to get back at me after the last time in Paraguay Tobias? otherwise, I have spoken with Vance about it and I hope to god to have the extra help to protect Phin and my family," he says with a deep breath before ending the call.
Loreile wanted to know what was going on with her husband. He turned to look at her at the head of the stairs after checking on the boys and including Phineas.
"What?" he said to her.
"What the hell are you trying to do Jethro with talking to Tobias as if you're going to get further involved?" she had to say to him with his expression changing.
"Look! I don't like mysteries Loreile and I need to find out what the hell is going on to leave that boy upstairs without his adopted parents and turning out to be Russian sleepers?"
"AND FOR WHICH THIS IS GOING TO LEAD TO SHANNON AND KELLY HAVING TO BE BACK INTO THE PICTURE AFTER 34 YEARS?" She cried out with the response and her husband's sadness of suffering over the years.
"For which I am truly sorry Jethro about all this. You even said to Tobias that maybe they are after you instead of in order to shoot the two across the street. Phineas needs to not know at all about or else he's going to run away from us after finding the truth." Loreile had said to him sitting down at the table in order to eat his food has to be starving.
"That might be true in many ways. But it was Kelly's decision to come and see me at the hospital. Even though the other factor was the fact Shannon came to Bethesda and the doctors in order to save her life with the Cell regeneration program." he grabbed one of the jumbo shrimps from the container.
"However for the truth of the matter is the fact, Jethro, that the both of them could have stayed with the Witness PROTECTION PROGRAM instead of starting a new life and continue to have their lives protected INSTEAD of moving to Orlando, Florida, and California."
"Only Shannon decided to take the chance of coming to the hospital after hearing a great deal about the program after hearing that I had gone through it a few times," Gibbs responded.
"I need to say something Jethro on whether or not the program will save her life. And if it doesn't what do you think she going to do afterward?"
"I have no idea Loreile. It's not my problem since she is married to Alex for the past ten years." he cried out with his emotions coming to the surface.
"That may be true as well Jethro. But she is or was your soulmate early on before she made the decision to leave with the Witness Protection Program in order to save herself and Kelly while leaving you to the wolves?" she exclaimed with her words for the most part.
"Jesus Loreile don't you think that you're overdoing it now with what you're saying about Shannon and her motives?" he cried out with taking a sip of his Budweiser bottle beer in a large gulp and almost choking on it as well.
"No, I am not overdoing with telling you basically the truth? You're mostly blinded in regard to your feelings for Shannon and your daughter Kelly." She had gotten up for a few moments to hug her husband from behind to have his quiet trying to cope with the conversation in regard to his soulmate of yesteryear.
"Look Loreile I am going to say this for the final time. I love you and only you along with our children. I don't intend to change that just because Shannon and Kelly had entered our lives." he turned her head to kiss her on her moist lips for which she didn't pull away from him along with his five o'clock shadow.
