Sometime during the night across the street at Phineas house. A lone vehicle once again was pulling up to the house in order to once again comb the house for the documents. Dressed covering his face. Alejandro Riveria taking the chance of getting caught in the process.
He watched as if there were undercover officers around. As he broke into the housebreaking the yellow banner. Heading upstairs with his flashlight not wishing to turn on the lights in order to draw.
Checking the closets wondering whether there were any false backs of the closet as he broke the wall to find nothing at all.
Then he saw the one picture frame having to be sitting on the queen size bed. He cursed with raising his hands into the air. "GOD DAMN GIBBS!" he was taking his anger out on him for the most part.
He needed to put his plan into place after hiding for two years having been shot and walking away from the scene after shot in the shoulder and leg from the Washington, D.C. metro station and hiding for two years until he was ready to go after Gibbs again.
Since he wasn't able to find anything else in the house. He headed out to head back to the warehouse in Fairfax, Virginia to meet up with his Cartel rebels to put his plan into place on trying to get a hold of Leroy Jethro Gibbs. This time he was going to prove to Gibbs that he's able to use a gun and shoot him finally after losing his nerve in Mexico years ago in front of his sister.
Looking over quickly at Gibb's house. He pulled out a note written in his handwriting telling Gibbs to watch out with his movements. He ran across the street quickly since there wasn't any traffic. Reaching the steps of his house. He placed the note under the door before moving away to his own vehicle.
Early morning Bethesda, hospital
The nurses had been getting Shannon Anderson ready for the long day with the procedure. Shannon was able to sleep well with her husband had called earlier to tell her that he was on his way.
Doctor Rolaids had come in for a minute to check on his patient. Since he wanted to be sure she was ready for this and she told him that she was for the most part. "I want you to feel good about today Shannon," he said to her as he tells the nurses to get his patient ready for today.
Meanwhile, Alex finally arrives to keep her company until they are ready to bring her to the operating room and to be the star of the entire hospital.
"I tried getting here quicker. But there was so much traffic on the highway," he said with moving over to lightly kiss his wife.
"I am fine Alex with having a restful evening. They are getting me ready now for the operation." she was staying calm the best she could.
"That's my baby," Alex said with sitting down.
"Have you heard from Jethro and Kelly?" she needed to know whether they were going to arrive in time.
"No," he said flat out with the response.
When Gibbs had woke after sleeping on the couch during the night. He didn't notice the note sitting underneath his door until he had woken up getting ready to check on his family.
However when he noticed it picking it up into his hands and taking it out of the envelope. He was extremely angry that the enemy was actually here late last night to drop the note off. He wasn't going to show this to his wife at all. But he will mention something to Vance when he had the chance with heading for the hospital.
He was able to rip it up into pieces and placing it into the fireplace. this was fueling his anger even further in spite of the fact he's out of the hospital himself.
His number one priority again is now to find Riveria and try to take him out for good and be rid of the menace. He doesn't need any further nightmares further.
Checking up on his wife upstairs with getting dressed for today and Shannon's surgery. She had come from the nursery as he came in quiet. She asked the following. "Are you alright Jethro? You're looking rather Ashton for god sake?" she came over to him getting up from the edge of the bed.
"I am fine. Just hungry mostly. I need to get ready for the diner before heading on over to the hospital."
"I will leave you to your privacy while I head downstairs. Phineas, Shane, and Nathan are playing with the legos while Phineas plans to show them something interesting for a school project," she said to her quiet husband.
"Just as long as he doesn't blow up the house altogether Loreile?" he cried out with his emotions in check.
He needed to say something to Fornell and Vance about the note. But he was going to have to wait until he gets to the hospital. He dressed quickly wearing a loose top and sweater with black pants with a belt. He tied his black shiny shoes with moving up to check his appearance once again with a dab of Aqua Velvet behind his ear and neck.
He needed to be sure that he checked his revolver before placing it into his jacket being the last item to put on his body. He needed to be sure that he was prepared with checking his anklet holster with a small gun.
He was now ready to head downstairs to see his wife asking whether he was leaving now. "Sure I am Loriele. Let's go before my stomach disowned me as well as yourself." he joked trying to calm his nerves after the note.
