Dark Reunion
Paper Dark Weiss picked up a rock and tossed it into the water. "I'm bored…"
"Nothing we can really do about it."
"Yeah…"
It was at that moment when they saw a bright light appearing before them as they looked up and saw Paper Dark Ruby appearing in front of them. "Ah! Huh?! WHA?!" She looked around in fright. "Where am I?!"
"Oh, look who it is." Paper Dark Blake said as Dark Ruby turned to see her former teammates.
"Oh… oh you guys are here too! …Wait, where are we?"
"The Underwhere." Dark Weiss responded.
"Oh, that's an unfortunate name. So, how did you guys go out?"
"I got thrown into lava." Dark Blake said.
"Frozen by Esdeath and then eaten alive." Dark Weiss responded, shuddering. "How about you?"
Dark Ruby shuddered. "You don't want to know…" She said. "Ugh… I can't believe that *beep* did me in like tha-… huh? …Oh right, this is Chibi… not sure why the Scottish girl gets a pass though…" She said. "…Hey, where's Dark Yang?"
"Erased by time, remember?"
"Oh… ooooooh, riiiiight…" Dark Ruby grimaced. "Anyway… I don't know about you, but I'm gonna go mess with people. See ya~!" She said, but then a fire wall blocked her from doing so.
"And where do you think you're going?" Dark Weiss glared.
"Ha ha, very funny… get rid of this."
"After you got rid of us?" Dark Weiss glared. "After Meta left us, you decided to disband the team just like that! Not to mention the authorities came and I got arrested!"
"Well, it was your fault for not leaving."
"Excuse me?! I was in shock! There was no time for me to process!"
"Well, we disbanded because Dark Blake chickened out!"
"Yeah, because of your incompetence and how you're so obsessed with Ruby!"
"WHAT?! That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! Plus, you guys were obsessed with Blake and Weiss!"
"Yeah, but at least we didn't disband the team." Dark Weiss glared, readying her rapier as Dark Blake readied her weapon.
"Oh, you're gonna turn on me after a reunion? Please, I can wipe the floor with you easily! Come at me!"
Later, with the villains…
A present was thrown into the Villian's room. "Hmm? Wonder what this is." Paper Hades wondered as he walked over and saw that Dark Ruby had been morphed into a present. "Oh! Dark Ruby… you've been turned into wrapping paper!" He grinned. "Love the new look!"
"Ugh… today's not my day…"
Pandora's Return
A blue flame appeared at the Rewind Spring and shot up in the air. A blue flame appeared in the magma of Corona Mountain and shot up into the air and out of the dome of the volcano. A blue flame appeared in the middle of Mushroom Fields and flew off. All three flames would meet at Summer's grave where the last blue flame would emerge as they combined together and formed into a massively blue flame.
"FOOOOOOOLS! I AM BACK! AND THIS TIME I-… wait, why am I not in my amazonian form? Gah!" Paper Pandora grumbled. "Hmph! Who cares… it's time I have my personal revenge against-"
"I wouldn't." A voice said as she turned to see Paper Summer filing her nails.
"Ruby Rose! It's been far too-"
"Summer, actually. I'm her late mother."
"…Oh. Where exactly is Ruby anyway?"
"She went that way… but I'd be careful if I were you. She's not exactly… stable."
"Pffft! No one is stable in this world anyway. How bad can she be?" Pandora said and took off flying.
"Don't say I didn't warn you."
Ten seconds later…
"AAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
Pandora would come flying back in a panic. "You're right! She's not the same!"
"Told ya."
"In fact… she's an attack dog now!" She exclaimed.
"Woof!"
Pandora turned around and yelped, hiding behind Summer as Paper Zwei would come running in and would happily chase Pandora. "Ah! No! Bad Ruby! I'm not a chew toy!"
"You two have fun." Summer giggled and walked off as Pandora would hide up in a tree. "Hmm, I wonder where Ruby is at then?" She wondered.
"Bad dog! Bad! I know I created dark clones but this is NOT how I envisioned you'd respond to me coming back! DOWN GIRL!" She yelled, unaware of Chaos Ruby floating in mid-air and watching this unfold with a smirk on her face.
"Good boy." She said and then disappeared.
"HEEL! HEEEEEEEL!"
Fragile Armor
"Hey, what's going on?" Dante walked over to Phoenix, Ryu and Chun-Li.
"So, you remember Arthur, right?" Phoenix asked.
"Pfft, that little guy? Of course." Dante chuckled. "Why?"
"Well, take a look." He said as he looked up to see Arthur fighting in a Smash Match.
"Heeey, he made the big leagues. Nice." Dante smirked before his smirk disappeared instantly. "Wait, doesn't that mean-"
Arthur would stab at Mr. Game and Watch with his sword, slashing him repeatedly until Mr. Game and Watch shielded and then unleashed Judgement on him. It was only a one, but the slight tap on his armor completely fell apart. "Ack!"
Mr. Game and Watch stared at his underwear before falling on his butt and started laughing… well, if you can count "beeping" as laughing. "Mmph. Laugh now, dark creature… but I can still fight!" He said, running over to him and slashing, but Mr. Game and Watch rolled behind him and then used Judgement again, this time a nine. Arthur was sent flying into the Blast Zone.
"GAME! Mr. Game and Watch… wins!"
Arthur walked out, grumbling to himself but then noticed Dante and the others. "Ah, Dante… good to see you."
"I see that your armor is still weak as ever." Dante teased.
"Hmph. It just needs a fine tune up."
Chun-Li grinned. "Well, Arthur… we just know a person who'll help out with enhancing your armor."
"Oh?"
Later…
Arthur would walk into Final Destination, his armor looking shinier than ever. "Let's hope that enchantment worked." He said as his opponent came in, which just so happened to be Cuphead. "And what is your name?"
"The name's Cuphead!"
"Well, Head of Cups… let's have ourselves a fine battle."
"Yeah! A swell one indeed!" He said.
"Three! Two! One! GO!"
Arthur rushed over at Cuphead, ready to attack him when Cuphead aimed his finger and shot out one bullet, striking Arthur… aaaaand his armor fell apart again. "HUH?!"
"Wha…?" Cuphead blinked before he burst out laughing, falling on his back and laughed hysterically.
Outside of the fight…
"That didn't work out so well." Ryu said while the others sweatdropped.
"But… but…" Palutena was in shock. "My Palutena Enhancer should've made it stronger!"
"Apparently not…" Dante said.
"GAME! Cuphead… WINS!"
Arthur walked out in a smoking mess. "That… that wasn't very swell at all…" He mumbled before collapsing on the ground.
Rivalry
"Bird brain!"
"Dumb blonde!"
"Feathered freak!"
"So… how did this start again?" Nia wondered.
"No idea. Apparently these two can't stand each other for some reason." Pyra responded.
"I can fly, can you? Oh wait, you can't, you featherless monkey!"
"I can shoot you down if I wanted to!"
"Ha! I bet you have worse aim than Duck Hunt!"
"Kazooie…" Banjo scolded, but it fell on deaf ears.
"You want to go, beak face?!"
"I'll be more than happy to! And while I'm at it, I'll pop those balloons of yours!"
"Ha! They'll never pop! Not with that dull beak of yours."
"You're right… but they'll sag when they'll get older because you're nothing more than a hag."
Mythra's eye twitched. "Oh, THAT'S IT!" She yelled. "YOU'RE DINNER!"
"Nyeeeh!" Kazooie taunted as the two of them got into a fighting dust cloud. "OW! MY FEATHERS!"
"Gah! You literally tried to pop me!"
"Not my fault you have saggy watermelons! I'm just doing you a favor! OW!"
Soon, the fighting dust cloud ended as Kazooie flew into the air. "Neener neener!" She taunted, but then Mythra pulled out a Tanooki Leaf and sprouted ears and a tail as she flicked her tail to gain height and smirked at Kazooie.
"Look at this, I can fly." Mythra smirked, but then Kazooie launched herself and struck Mythra, causing the Tanooki Leaf power up to disappear. "…Ah crud…" She groaned as she fell to the ground.
THUD!
"Ha! Told you that you can't-"
ZAP!
"GYAAAH!" Kazooie yelled as she fell to the ground and then landed into Mythra's grip, who was holding an NES Zapper.
"Got ya." She smirked, tossing the Zapper to Duck Hunt who caught it and then snickered. "Come on, we're gonna be having bird stew." She said and walked off.
"Wh-what?!" Kazooie said in horror, trying to get out of Mythra's grip as she walked off.
"H-hey, wait a minute!" Banjo took off after her.
"Mythra, wait!" Pyra went after her as well, leaving Nia by herself.
Nia let out a sigh and shrugged. "Women."
I'm not sure why this Mythra vs Kazooie rivalry is a thing but... darn it, I love it.
