Warning: Molly Weasley bashing.
Rage filled her chest as she looked at the woman before her.
"What have you done," she hissed. "I was happy!"
"Dearie, you wouldn't know what happiness was if it bit you. Now you're free of that man and you can marry my son."
Hermione fought the urge to laugh. The anger bubbled in her and she let out a bark like sound.
"Let me get this straight, you tricked me into signing a paper, signing my own divorce papers from the man I love, so I could marry your son, whom I don't love?"
"He had obviously brainwashed you, Hermione. Now, come along. Ron's waiting for us, I told him to expect us around noon. I had no idea it would take this long to break that horrid man's hold over you," Mrs. Weasley said, grabbing Hermione's wrist.
"No," she snarled, ripping herself free. "I am not marrying Ron. I am finding Severus, where ever you tricked the Order to send him, and I am remarrying him before I have you thrown in Azkaban."
"But Hermione, I've done nothing wrong. You signed the papers, there's absolutely no proof I did anything except hand them to you."
"Maybe you're right there. You did enchant them though, and I'm sure there's at least one person in the ministry that will see straight through what you've done. Leave my home, Molly, before I call the aurors," Hermione whispered, the rage in her chest starting to die down a little. She could feel the tears brimming in her brown eyes. She hadn't wanted to destroy the relationship she'd had with the Weasley family, but that choice had been taken from her the moment Molly had decided she knew what was best for Hermione.
"You'll regret this," she stated before stepping out of Hermione's home and apparating away. Hermione leaned against the wall, tears falling fully from her eyes now. Divorced. She and Severus were officially divorced. She had recognized his handwriting on the page. Had he been coerced into signing the papers? Had they been magicked for him too? Had he even realized what he'd been signing?
Pulling herself together, Hermione tried to think where Molly could have had Severus sent. She knew the Order had operations all over the globe, but that didn't narrow it down much.
"She'll want him somewhere I'll never find him," Hermione whispered, eliminating all the sites she knew about.
"I'll find you," she promised, "and when I do, she'll have to pay for what she's done."

So far, every site she'd found had been a bust. She thought she'd gotten close a few times. There was that time in the States. Severus had been there, but the mission had sent him along. No one knew where he'd gone though. Tears stung her eyes as she crossed another location off her list.
"Maybe Japan?" she muttered. "I know there's a base on one of the islands."
She took a deep breath before heading to the portal, it was similar to the floo network, but more constant. She stepped through, looking around. From everything she'd read, this base had been abandoned during the first war. They hadn't had any use for the location during the second. She walked around, looking at the dust covered floors, the lights flickered as she switched them on.
"Severus?" she called softly, listening to her voice echo. She should have known this was just another dead end. She had reached the end of the first long hallway when she noticed it. There was a light on, a light she hadn't flipped. Her chest flooded with panic, with hope, with fear. Someone had been here! She ran down the hallway, towards the light. It was coming from under a door. She stood outside it, her wand in her hand. Slowly, she turned the silvery knob, pushing it open. The room was brightly lit. There was a desk against one wall, a white board covered the other. Standing there was a man. For a moment, Hermione almost didn't recognize him. He'd let his beard grow long.
"Severus?"
He turned and stared at her.
"Hermione? What are you doing here?" he asked, looking her over. She found she couldn't speak, instead she flew to him, wrapping her arms around him tightly.
"I found you," she finally said, her voice trembling. "I didn't know where they sent you, where she had them send you. I've been looking, nonstop for a year."
"Hermione? What are you talking about? I thought you never wanted to see me again."
"So that's what she told you? Molly Weasley...she had me sign some papers, she claimed they were something else. They were divorce papers, I never wanted to leave you!"
"You didn't? She claimed..."
"Severus, I know you thought I didn't love you, that I didn't want you, but you're the only person I've ever loved, please, I know this must be insanely confusing, but will you remarry me?"
"Only if you're going to help me destroy the woman who broke us apart."
"Happily," Hermione stated, kissing Severus passionately, as he held her tightly in his arms, planning several spells he could use against the Weasley matriarch for attempting to destroy his life and happiness.
