Chapter 172
.
Prue, Piper, Phoebe and Paige opened the portal to Hell, Buffy and Faith followed them through. They made it close to Wilkins' kingdom and found their way to him. Wilkins was grateful to have his adopted daughter back.
.
Wilkins: I knew you'd find your way back home. And you brought some new friends.
.
Piper: We're the Halliwell sisters. We'd appreciate your help in finding certain loved ones who might be trapped here.
Wilkins: I'd love to help. I just don't believe in free rides.
Prue: We know you'll have a price, name it.
Wilkins: I don't have a specific goal in mind, but rest assured that my price will be less than you'd be required to pay by a bank. Though a loan shark might ask less of you, they might not be able to help you now. So, who are your loved ones?
Phoebe: Cole Turner, Chrissy Jenkins, and a woman named Bianca. We're not sure of Bianca's last name, but she comes from a family of Phoenix assasins, Phoenix might be her last name.
Wilkins: I've actually employed these Phoenix assasins. I don't recall anyone named Bianca but I'll ask them. I don't know Chrissy Jenkins, but Cole I do know. He's a lawyer here in Hell.
Buffy; I should make a joke from that but it's just too easy.
Wilkins: I can call him up and ask him to come over right now.
.
Wilkins did call up Cole. He didn't mention that Cole's beloved, Phoebe was here, he wanted that to be a suprise. Cole was happy to see his beloved. He wanted to hug her, to kiss her, but he knew she was married to Coop, a Cupid. Instead these two shook hands. Cole couldn't help but think "At least it's a start." Cole had been a half demon in his world, he was assigned the task of getting close to the charmed ones and killing them. But he and Phoebe unexpectedly fell in love, she awoke his humanity. But their love seemed doom, and in the end she was forced to kill him. Even in death, Cole tried to help Phoebe find new love, she was able to open her heart again. Cole hoped that a part of Phoebe still loved him, she did come all the way to Hell for him. But he also feared that their love was not enough.
.
Cole: It's good to see you Phoebe.
Phoebe: Good to see you too.
Cole: What sort of deal have you made with Wilkins?
Phoebe: A favor to be named later.
Cole: I admit, even with the demon worship and world domination, he's still more honorable than the average politician. But trust me when I say he will come to collect.
Phoebe: No doubt. But we want to protect you, Chrissy, Bianca.
Cole: I think I know Chrissy. Back in our underworld, we both worked for the Triad. I might be able to find her.
Piper: And what about Bianca? She was from a family of Phoenix assasins.
Cole: I've worked with them, I'll ask about Bianca.
Prue: And we can just take them out, set them free?
Cole: It should work. None of us have the power to go to Earth unless Evil consents. So, ironically, those of us who refuse to do Evil's bidding are stuck in Hell. We need people like you to use good magick.
Buffy: Any chance you can help me find some of my loved ones?
Cole: I can try. But Hell is vast and often times there is no guarantee that they're even here. Who are you searching for?
Buffy: My sister.
Cole: I respect your devotion to family. Time was I went to great lengths to rescue my father's soul.
Buffy: Did it work?
Cole: Yes, I released his soul into a pleasant afterlife. I have yet to see him in this world, maybe he made it into Heaven. So I will help you find your sister, Buffy.
Buffy: You know me?
Cole: You have a lot of enemies in Hell. You'll need my help to find Dawn.
Buffy: I appreciate it, what are you asking in return?
Cole: Have you already agreed to help the Halliwells find Chrissy and Bianca?
Buffy: Yes.
Cole: Then just honor that agreement. Believe me, both groups will need all the help they can get.
Buffy: Good to know.
