"Good morning!" Iida smiled, noticing that Midoriya and Shinsou were sitting in the kitchen. Midoriya was solving some Sudoku puzzles on his phone, while Shinsou was lying on the table, with a cup of coffee sitting right in front him. Upon closer inspection, Reiko was eating her breakfast, while Ryuto was settled on Midoriya's lap, somehow sleeping in a very cat-like manner.

"Morning..." Shinsou groaned, sitting up briefly to take a sip of his coffee, before lying back on the table. Midoriya looked up at the bespectacled boy, and nodded in acknowledgment. Iida grinned at him, before he walked over to the cupboard to get the cereal box.

"How are you feeling, Izuku?" He asked, grabbing a bowl, and Midoriya tilted his head slightly, thinking. Out of the corner of his eye, Iida noticed that Shinsou had lifted his head slightly, keeping an eye on the smaller boy, before the greenette nodded slowly, "Better..."

"That's great!" Iida nodded, opening the fridge to fetch the milk, before settling into a chair and making himself a bowl of cereal, "Anyways, have you finished the homework Ectoplasm had given out yesterday? The teachers have given us slightly less homework in light of the exams that are taking place in two weeks, but I guess that Mathematics is more about understanding how the formulas work and practicing."

Midoriya nodded, and Shinsou sighed, "Isn't he offering like... extra lessons in the afternoon for students who feel like they might need extra help?"

"Yeah." Iida nodded, "Are you going to participate?"

Shinsou shrugged tiredly, "I don't know. Maybe. Maybe not. If I feel like it, I guess. My Mathematics isn't that bad, honestly, so I don't think I'll do too badly."

"You should be more conscientious about your grades! You can always strive to do better and improve!" Iida berated, "I think I'm good enough with my Mathematics, but I might attend, just so that I can get the extra practice. And I need to make sure that Kaminari and Ashido attend their lessons!"

"You do you, Tenya." Shinsou sighed, "I just wished that all we had to worry about were just our final examinations."

"That's... a fair point." Iida looked away, "Well, we should just focus on one thing at a time. I'm pretty sure that neither Principal Nezu nor the teachers would allow us to be involved with anything unless they really have no other choice, so we should just turn all our attention towards the examinations, and once that's over, we can then think about the future!"

"I suppose so..." The lavender haired boy leaned on one arm, glancing up at the taller boy, before Iida turned to Midoriya, "What time is it?"

The greenette blinked, and glanced at the corner of his phone screen, "Six thirty seven?"

"Ah! I should go wake everyone up right now!" Iida finished up his cereal and quickly washed his bowl and spoon in the sink, before placing the milk back in the fridge, and speed-walked out of the kitchen.

Midoriya just glanced in the direction that Iida had sped off too, before nonchalantly turning back to his puzzle.

"You seem... awfully calm about this." Shinsou stated, sitting back upright. He took another gulp of his coffee, before leaning back against his chair, and turned to Midoriya.

"... Tenya's right..." Midoriya replied softly, after a few seconds of silence, "We don't know what's going to happen... not the teachers. Even Sir is trying to figure out what's going on, now that he found out that while Foresight might show him some parts of the future, it would only show him the most statistically probable future, not the one that is going to occur. And if even he isn't able to tell what's going to happen... it's just illogical to worry about a problem that we have no control over."

"Huh." Shinsou scratched the back of his neck, "That... does make sense."

Midoriya nodded, "We should just wait for more information, before making a plan. And before we even do that, we should make sure that we get good grades so that we can advance to our second year."

"You know... you've changed." Shinsou looked up at the smaller boy, who just furrowed his brow slightly as he blinked at Shinsou in confusion.

"I mean..." Shinsou tried to explain, taking a sip of coffee to gather his thoughts, "You used to try and shoulder everything, all at the same time. But now... you're just taking one thing at a time. Slowly."

Midoriya thought about it for a second, "Not really. There just wasn't anyone to rely on, so I had to deal with everything on my own."

The greenette turned back to his Sudoku, "Now... at least I've got you guys."

Shinsou let out a small smile that he tried to cover up by taking a drink of his coffee.

Ectoplasm sat by the teacher's table, watching as the students tried to finish a worksheet that he had just given out for them to finish in class. It wasn't a very long exercise, and Ectoplasm just wanted to see where most of the students were struggling, before homing in on those particular subjects to try and help them as much as possible in the last week and a half before the end-of-the-year examinations.

He glanced over at the green haired boy, who was quickly scribbling some answers down on his paper. It had been two days since the boy had a panic attack, and he did seem a little bit better now.

The Mathematics teacher watched as Shoji lifted up his mechanical pencil, clicking on it in an attempt to get more lead out of the pencil, before seeming to realize that he had run out. Without saying a word, Midoriya reached into his own pencil case, taking out a small box of refillable lead, and silently placing it on Shoji's table.

Shoji blinked in slight confusion, and turned to the smaller boy, who was just finishing up the question he was halfway through. Ectoplasm watched as Shoji patiently waited until Midoriya finished writing, and the greenette glanced at Shoji, before nodding at the box of pencil lead.

The larger boy nodded, carefully pouring some lead and out refilling his mechanical pencil, before giving the box back to the greenette.

Ectoplasm reached into his pencil case, and grabbed a sticky note. He scribbled something onto it, and pasted it onto one of the worksheets in his hands, before he stood up, "Alright, I know you're still doing your questions, but I have a set of past-year exam questions for you to practise. This isn't compulsory; do them at your own time, you can hand them in whenever you want. I can mark them and give them back to you, and if you want to review your answers, you can see me after school is over and I'll go through your papers with you."

He started walking around the room, placing freshly printed sets of paper on each student's desk, and when he came to Midoriya's table, he placed the paper with the sticky note attached to it on his desk, before moving on to the next student.

Midoriya was about the place the set of questions under his table, and blinked when he noticed the sticky note. He leaned forward slightly, reading the words on the small, yellow piece of paper attached to the new worksheet.

"I hope you're feeling better now?"

The greenette paused in his actions, and lifted his head, looking at Ectoplasm in confusion, but the Mathematics teacher didn't give him any reaction. He glanced back at the sticky note, tilting his head left, then right, then left again, thinking.

Eventually, he scribbled something on the sticky note, before he stuffed the questions under his table, before turning back to the questions that they had to complete in class.

At the end of the lesson, Ectoplasm tried to arrange all of his different sets of worksheets from all the classes he had to teach, "Alright, I think all of you are eager to have lunch right now, so just place your worksheets here as you make your way out."

The students all stood up, and started making their way out of the classroom, chattering as they slowly placed their worksheets on the teacher's table in a neat pile. Ectoplasm watched as Shinsou stood by his table, letting the others hand in their work first while waiting for Midoriya to stand up, before the both of them headed towards the table to hand in their worksheets.

Midoriya looked Ectoplasm in the eye and nodded, before he placed his worksheet on the top of the pile, before he allowed himself to be dragged out of the classroom by Shinsou, with Iida standing by the door, ushering everyone out as he ranted about how important it was to hand in their homework, and how everyone should eat a proper meal to ensure that they are healthy and can concentrate on their lessons.

Ectoplasm just looked out the door, before he turned his attention back to the sticky note that was attached to Midoriya's worksheet. He peeled the sticky note off, and underneath his own handwriting, there was a small line of text.

"Yes. Thank you for caring."

Ectoplasm couldn't help but let out a small sigh of relief, and pocketed the sticky note before he proceeded to stack up all the worksheets neatly so he could take them back to the teacher's lounge for grading.

Shuzenji let out a small sigh, before she sank back into her chair. She's been doing daily check-ups on Midoriya just to make sure that the antidepressants didn't have any other side effects, other than that one breakdown that occurred, and while Midoriya was doing alright, she still wanted to give Midoriya more time to recover before they tried the other type of antidepressant.

Except that Midoriya didn't want to wait for such a long time, and wanted to start on the other set of medications as soon as possible.

Midoriya just tilted his head slightly as he sat on one of the beds in the infirmary, and Shuzenji turned to him, "It's only been a couple of days after the last one... I know it's supposed to work... but still... given how badly you reacted to the last one..."

The green haired boy glanced at the ground, fiddling his fingers, "I... think it's okay... it's still... worth a shot..."

The Youthful Heroine turned to Nezu, as the animal principal flicked his tail about, "Are you sure?"

Nezu just turned to Midoriya, before turning back to Shuzenji, "Well, it's Izuku's choice. I won't force him. If he wants to try, then I think we can go ahead with it, and just keep an eye on him to make sure that he'll be okay."

"Alright then." Shuzenji made some notes on her laptop, "I'll just get everything ready. You can come pick up the next dose of medication from me after lessons."

She gestured towards the door, "That's it. I have some stuff to do now. Go have fun with your friends. I think Shinsou's still waiting for you."

"Go on." Nezu nodded at Midoriya, "I'd like to talk to Recovery Girl for a bit."

The green haired boy stood up, and slowly nodded at the school nurse and the principal, muttering a small "Thank you." before he walked out of the infirmary, noticing that Shinsou was reading some news on his phone, somehow still sipping on the jelly pack Shuzenji had given him as she pushed the lavender haired boy out of the room when Shinsou tried to follow Midoriya into the infirmary.

"Hitoshi?" Midoriya spoke up, and Shinsou raised his head, and immediately pocketed his phone when he noticed the smaller boy.

"So, how was it?" Shinsou asked, finishing up his jelly pack, and throwing the plastic packaging into a nearby trash can, "Recovery Girl decided to let you start?"

The green haired nodded, and Shinsou lowered his voice slightly, "So... did you tell them why, exactly? Or did they ask?"

Midoriya shook his head, and the taller boy scratched the back of his neck, as the duo walked towards the cafeteria. He knew why Midoriya wanted to start on antidepressants as early as possible; while their internships were temporarily suspended, as much as Nezu tries, UA wouldn't be able to protect them much longer once the school year ended.

They were most likely going to be continuing with their internships, either by their own decision, or the Hero Commission deciding that there weren't many threats occurring at that point in time, and needing students to go on their internships in order to keep up the facade that they could still continue to protect civilians.

And by then, Midoriya wanted to make sure that the medication was either going to be helpful, or he wouldn't have to take it, before the semester ended. He wanted to take that uncertainty out of the equation, so that they could focus on the more important and critical information. Plus, he didn't want to end up crippled in the middle of a fight when it could be completely avoided with planning. That would just be stupid.

"So... you know that Kaminari's been talking about playing games over the weekend, right?" Shinsou stated, breaking the silence completely, "I've had a look at them... they're pretty harmless, for the most part. No blood or anything. Just dodge a bunch of projectiles from enemies and move them down with magic homing lasers or lasers."

Midoriya nodded, while Shinsou continued, smirking slightly, "It actually seems fun. Though, Tenya is probably going to start grilling us for playing video games a week before the examinations."

"A couple of games... it should be fine... we should still study though..." Midoriya replied, before he looked up at Shinsou, his eyes glinting slightly, "Will there be jelly packets?"

Shinsou snickered, "We can get some, if you like. I think we're going for a grocery run this evening with Midnight-sensei and Snipe-sensei. According to Dad, Togata-senpai would be tagging along as well; I think he might be a little restless since he's been stuck doing paperwork. You're still doing analysis for Nighteye, right?"

"Yes." Midoriya nodded, "Nothing much... sometimes he gives me information to sort through and compile."

"Huh... that sounds right up your alley." Shinsou nodded, "I'm pretty sure you're doing your own research on all those topics."

Midoriya puffed out a cheek, but didn't reply, but Shinsou just let out a sharp bark of laughter, before he rested his arm on the smaller boy's shoulder, stating in a faux patronizing tone, "Don't go running out to fight villains, 'kay?"

The greenette rolled his eyes, and gently shrugged Shinsou's arm off, eliciting another peel of laughter from the lavender haired boy, "Come on, let's eat! I'm hungry."
