"They kiss your ass here at work." I comment to Randy as we sit in our locker-room.

Randy laughs. "Is that what you think?"

"You're in the main event tonight already."

"That's because I'm the best WWE Superstar they've got."

"I did not miss dealing with your ego here at work."

"We both know that's a lie, and you know it, Marissa."

"You just used my full first name. Geez, Randal."

"And you just called me Randal."

"Yeah, I did. What are you going to do about it?"

"Do you really wanna find out?" Randy pulls me onto his lap.

"I think I could handle it."

Randy laughs. "I missed being here."

"Being at work?"

Randy wrapped his arms around me. "Yeah, I missed wrestling. I missed the crowd, and most importantly, I missed getting paid to do stuff with you."

"I was lonely here…without you."

"You were?"

"Yeah, I was lonely enough that I talked about it with my therapist."

"Oh, I didn't realize that my suspension affected you that bad."

"That's because I didn't say anything about it to you. My therapist says that I have issues with opening up to people because when I was young, I didn't really get a chance to open up and talk about things that upset me. Do you remember how your parents found out that Tyler and I were essentially staying home alone without any supervision most of the time?"

"Tyler slipped up and mentioned it. Even after my parents found out, you refused to talk about it for quite some time. I remember that my mom tried to ask you about your mom, and you wouldn't utter a single word about her. My mom was so upset that you and Tyler didn't have any relatives keeping an eye on you two most of the time. You were essentially raising yourselves."

"We were. I remember not ever wanting to bother Tyler with my issues. My dad worked almost all the time. I understand that he had to do that to support me and Tyler, but we didn't have any relatives that were really helping us out any. When my dad did come home, he asked us about school and then talked about work. I know he cared, but he didn't do the whole talking about feelings thing. I need to learn to do that. I've known you for eighteen years, and I should be able to speak to you about stuff more often."

Randy gave me a serious look. "You'll get there. The first step is admitting that there's a problem. You're doing that. I'm proud of you for trying to fix things. Are you going to be able to be emotionally alright to be on TV with me tonight?"

I nod. "I'm going with you."

I sat in my locker-room alone as I waited on Randy to finish his interview with Matt Striker. I received a text. I picked up my phone to check it.

Chelle: Eve reached out to me after I posted the pictures from the baby shower.

I sigh and text her back.

Me: What'd she want?

Chelle: She wants to have a chance to talk about things with me and John.

Me: What did you tell her?

Chelle: I'm not going to do it until after I give birth. I'm less than a month away from my due date. I don't need any more stress.

Me: I don't blame you.

Chelle: I don't expect to forgive her immediately either if that's what this is.

Me: I wouldn't either. I wouldn't even consider it if I don't get any apologies from her. I'm sure you don't want to have drama since you're going to a parent though.

Chelle: I miss Eve being around, but her actions more recently haven't been anything that I can agree with. I'm not going to let her be around if she doesn't change.

Me: I understand.

Randy appears in the doorway, waiting on me, so we can go to guerilla. I sigh before putting my phone down and following Randy out of the locker-room.

"Everything alright?" Randy asks.

I shake my head. "I'll tell you later."

I hear voices in my head

They council me

They understand

They talk to me…
