Abby's POV
After school Putzie and I drove to my dad's house, which used to be my home. Once we arrived at the house, Putzie ran to my side to let me out. "Why thank you, kind gentleman." I smiled.
He smiled warmly.
"Anything for you, m'lady." He said.
I giggled.
"C'mon." He chuckled.
We walked inside the house.
"Hey dad, we're home!" I called out.
We saw my father walked in with a dishrag in his hands.
"Hey kids, how was your first day?" He asks.
"Great." I smiled. "It was scary at first, but it was a great."
"Awe that's good kiddo." He smiled as he hugged me.
I hugged him tight.
"I love you baby girl." I heard him.
"I love you too, daddy." I replied.
We let go smiling.
"Awww." Putzie awed.
We chuckled at him.
"Abby, honey do you think you can…get the Zukos to come over for dinner on Saturday?" Dad asked me.
"Sure dad, but I don't know about Danny though…" I started.
He lets out a sigh.
"I know, but I really want to get on their good sides." He stated. "Please?"
I smiled.
"Of course dad, I'll try to get them to come." I told him.
"You are the best daughter." He smiled.
"I know." I smiled.
They chuckled at me.
"And you can come as well Putzie." Dad says.
"Great, thanks Mr. Hall!" Putzie smiled.
I hugged Putzie tightly.
"Ok, we have homework to do." I said.
"Alright, good girl." My dad smiled.
"Yep!" I said.
"Do we have too?" Putzie winced.
I chuckled at him.
"Yes, now come on." I said grabbing his hand. "See ya later dad."
We both hugged my father before leaving the house and got in Putzie's car.
"Putzie, can you please help me to get Danny to come to dinner?" I asked.
"Of course baby." He winked as I giggled and we drove home.
