Storm may have succeeded in trapping Terran, but the battle in Magnolia is far from over. Everyone is doing their best to fight off the Duat Kingdom's soldiers, but they just keep coming. These soldiers are well trained to keep the fights going, and Magnolia is suffering from it. The only way to end the madness is to defeat Ankhselam. That's exactly what Natsu and his friends plan on doing.
"Feeling any better?" Nashi asked as she helped Storm moved through the Magnolia streets.
"A little." Storm said. He was exhausted after his fight against Terran, but he was holding strong. "I just need to rest for a little and I should be back in the fight."
"It looks like it might have to be sooner." Nashi said as she saw more enemy soldiers heading for them. "How many of these guys did Ankhselam sent here?" Nashi and Storm were on their own. It looks like they would have to fight.
"Water Nebula!"
"Earth Wave!" The soldiers were blown away by the ground tearing open with water blasting against them. Both of them looked to see their mothers came to the rescue.
"Storm! My precious little boy!" Juvia called as she ran towards him.
"Mom?!" Storm said as he doesn't like where this was going. Juvia tackled him into a hug and tackled Nashi out of the way. "Are you hurt? Tell me where it hurts and I will make it better."
"Mom, the only thing hurting me right now is you." Storm said in some uncomfortable pain.
"Are you two okay?" Lucy asked as she ran over to Nashi.
"Yeah. We might have been in some trouble if you didn't show." Nashi said.
"Lucy, we better get going." Happy said as he looked at some of the soldiers. "These guys are already getting back up."
"Yeah. We need to go. Now!" Lucy said as she grabbed Nashi's arm and ran out of there with Juvia and Storm following.
"Easy, Mom. You're wearing the Taurus Star Dress." Nashi said. "You're starting to hurt my arm a little."
"Sorry, but we need to hurry." Lucy said. "Your father asked me to find you. He's fighting Ankhselam right now."
"He's what?!" Nashi said. "He can't be that crazy and irresponsible. He's the one that Ankhselam is after."
"Think about it. It is Natsu." Juvia said. "Luckily, my darling and Erza are with him."
"Dad and Erza?" Storm said. "That sounds like a party we don't want to miss." Knowing her father is in real trouble, Nashi hurried as fast as she could to help him. She just hopes she can make it there before it's too late.

Kardia Cathedral
Ankhselam was fighting Natsu and his friends. At the same time, he was monitoring all that was going on in Magnolia. He looked to the side and saw the ice prison that Storm made to trap Terran. He found it strange that Terran would fall for that.
"Odd." Ankhselam said, but he stayed focus on the fight. With the help of his friends, Natsu tried his best to fight off against Ankhselam at the top of the church. He charged right at him, but Ankhselam jumped out of the way. He tried striking at Natsu, but Gray blasted Anhkselam with ice and knocked him away.
"Hey! I had him!" Natsu said.
"Don't be stupid. You're the one that this guy is after." Gray said. "We've got to do everything we can to protect you from this guy."
"I'm sick of people thinking I need to be protected!" Natsu said with frustration. "I've been wanting to get in on the action for a while! Don't ruin it for me!"
"You certainly have a one track mind, Natsu." Ankhselam said. "Your ignorance is what will lead your power to me. Just come and surrender already. It's inevitable."
"We'll see about that." Erza said. "Requip! Black Wing Armor!" Erza changed armor as she went right at Ankhselam. She swung her sword at him, but he was able to catch it.
"Please, Erza. You're going to need a lot more than just brute strength to beat me." Ankhselam said. He drove his leg against her gut and knocked the wind right out of her her. "Say goodbye." He was ready to kill Erza as he charged his magic in his hand.
"Iron Dragon Club!" Gajeel stretched out his club and smashed it against Ankhselam, pushing him away from Erza. Laxus flew over Ankhselam and came right down at him. He drove his fist against Ankhselam's face and nearly had him pushed off the church.
"Let me know when you had enough. We're not going to beat you around all day." Laxus said.
"This will be over before you know it." Ankhselam said.
"Enough talk!" Natsu said as he and Gajeel went right at him. They tried teaming against him as they both kept trying to land a hit, but he was able to hold both of them off. Ankhselam was able to slam his hand against the ground. He generated a shockwave that blew both of them back. Ankhselam tried going for Natsu, but Gray cut him off by forming ice spikes. Erza helped by using her Ataraxia Armor. She caused all of her swords to attack him at once, but Ankhselam was able to avoid each one. As he jumped in the air, he thought he was safe, but Laxus was a step ahead.
"Natsu! Gajeel! Roar at him!" Laxus said as the three of them got ready.
"Fire Dragon Roar!"
"Iron Dragon Roar!"
"Lightning Dragon Roar!" The three of them combined their roars into one attack. It caused a large explosion. The three of them thought he had them, but they were shocked when they saw there was a barrier around Ankhselam. He was able to block such an immense attack.
"You've got to be kidding. He was able to block that?" Gajeel said.
"Zeref didn't pull off some of the stuff this guy is doing, and he had four-hundred years of experience." Gray said.
"That's where Zeref and I differ." Ankhselam said. "He never wanted that power. He still cared for life. I never did."
"Don't try to sound like you're some superior or anything." Laxus said. "We know the truth about you. You were a regular human being."
"I am Ankhselam. That is who I am now. I don't know what you THINK you know about me, but all you need to know is that none of you will be walking out of here alive if you continue to defy a god."
"We don't care!" Natsu shouted as he went right at him. "We don't care if you're a god, a person, or whatever..." Ankhselam moved fast and grabbed Natsu by the neck.
"I know. Everyone has heard you spout that stuff about a thousand times." Ankhselam said. "It gets annoying, you know."
"That's why we're just going to skip straight to the thrashing!" Gray said as he used his magic. He tried having spikes of ice attack him, but Ankhselam tossed Natsu against the ice. Erza changed into her Infinity Robe. She tried using her spear against him. She tried swinging it around, but he avoided each swing until he was able to grab it. Erza acted fast as she pulled out a spare sword. She tried thrusting it into his head, but he moved it out of the way as he tossed her to the side.
"Using two weapons at once, one of which doesn't really go with elastic robe of yours? Starting to get crafty? Feeling the pressure?" Ankhselam taunted.
"I can tell we won't be able to defeat you with our common and usual tactics." Erza said. "That's why we'll do everything in our power to bring you down!"
"Don't you fools get that I'm invincible?!" Ankhsealm said as he unleashed an energy wave at the five of them. He tried to drain the life out of them to weaken them, but they were able to endure. Laxus pushed through as he smashed his fist against Ankhselam. He sent Ankhselam flying over to Gajeel and Gajeel smashed Ankhselam into another direction. Gray used his magic and made a fist out of ice as he was launched into the air. Erza requipped again into her Clear Heart Clothing.
"Now!" Erza said as she pulled out two swords. "Fire Dragon's Flames! Ice Demon's Chill!" She jumped at him and slashed at him with the flames of a dragon and the ice of a demon. Ankhselam was pushed higher in the air. Ankhselam took some damage, but he pulled himself together as he landed on the roof.
"Okay, maybe it's time I stop taking it so easy." Ankhselam said as he was getting serious.
"Time to finish this freak!" Gajeel shouted as he went right at Ankhselam. Ankhselam decided to really get serious as he drove his fist right into Gajeel's gut. It knocked the wind right out of Gajeel.
"I'm not playing around anymore." Ankhselam said as he used telekinesis to lift Gajeel in the air. "I could finish you right now, but I think Fairy Tail does deserve to see the world end. Now, get out of the way!" He tossed Gajeel away from the church.
"Gajeel!" Natsu called.
"Get ready. It looks like Ankhselam is pulling out a few new tricks." Laxus said.
"I told you that I haven't exactly used my full power." Ankhselam said. He moved incredibly fast as he grabbed Laxus and shoved him off the church. He moved behind Laxus as he grabbed him by the back of the head. He drove Laxus into the ground and kept him down. "I was excited about fighting Fairy Tail's strongest formed team, but I do have work to do." He used his magic and formed black spikes. He impaled Laxus' arms with them and kept him pinned to the ground with Laxus screaming in agony.
"Laxus!" Natsu called. He hated seeing what Ankhselam was doing to his friends.
"That should keep you out of the way long enough for me to take Natsu's power." Ankhselam said. He jumped all the way back to the top of the church. "Two down, three to go."
"You scoundrel." Erza said as she held her two swords ready for whatever he throws.
"This guy is a demon." Gray said as black markings appeared around his body. "There's only one way to deal with demons." Gray went right at Ankhselam as he had his attack ready. "Ice Demon Zero Longsword!" Gray tried attacking him. Ankhselam held out his hand and tried blocking the attack. Gray's ice was spreading through Ankhselam's body, but Ankhselam acted fast as he held his hand near Gray's chest. Ankhselam blasted Gray with his black magic. Gray was blown back from the attack and appeared seriously hurt from that attack.
"Gray!" Erza called as she hurried to him.
"Good thing you had your demon slayer magic ready. That could have been a lot worse." Ankhselam said.
"That's enough!" Natsu shouted as he wasn't going to watch his friends suffer like that anymore. He tried attacking him, but Ankhselam used telekinesis again and slammed Natsu against the roof. "Oh man. This is not like how it was on Tenrou Island."
"Back then, I only flexed my magic power to misdirect your children's attacks." Ankhselam said. "At least until you and Laxus showed up, and little Drake using Fairy Glitter. I had to put in some effort with that. However, you can see I'm much stronger than from what you saw. However, I grow tired of all this talk myself. It's time, Natsu. I'm taking your power."
"No way." Natsu said. "What are you trying to gain by doing all this?"
"Hasn't that been made clear to you?" Ankhselam said. "I plan to use your power to help me revive Acnologia and help show the world's true colors, a depressing place that was made by a series of lies and facades."
"I've heard about all that." Natsu said. "What I don't get is why you would do something like that. This world is something incredible and..." He didn't finish that as Ankhselam covered his mouth.
"I'm in no mood to hear this kind of stuff from you, Dragneel. I'm taking your power." Ankhselam said as he was ready to claim what was his. Before he could, he felt a blast of magic power blast him away from Natsu. Natsu and Ankhselam were surprised to see Zeref joining in the fight.
"I won't let you have my brother." Zeref said.
"I was wondering when you were going to show your face." Ankhselam said.
"Zeref? What are you doing here?" Natsu asked.
"Your my brother, Natsu. I won't let this fiend take you without a fight." Zeref said.
"Oh please. You of all people should know what I'm capable of, Zeref." Ankhselam said.
"Yes, I am. That's why I have an idea." Zeref said. "Natsu, I need your help. There might be a way for you and I to defeat him. That's assuming that you'll allow it."
"How?" Natsu asked.
"I know a spell, but it's considered a forbidden spell." Zeref said. "If it works, it will give you even greater power." A forbidden spell might be their only hope against this villain. "It is known as the Body Merge spell."
