This is the last chapter under the important Meetings sub series. This is also the longest chapter yet and you will see a huge expansion in his empire as well as new alliances. Someone asked if Harry will just take over by controlling everyone's mind. Well the answer is no. He has a limit to the number of people he could convert at a time after which he gets very tired and weak. He could convert upto 50 Muggles at a time, Upto 30 Witches or Wizards, 17-18 Elves,Goblins , 10-12 Veelas, 4-5 Vampires and he cannot turn any demon or succubus unless the proper ritual is used. Werewolves cannot be turned at all. Only those Werewolves who were born as a Werewolf can be changed in there human forms. Werewolves that were bitten cannot be converted. Legilimence like Albus Dumbledore, Voldemort and Snape Connor be turned. In this story Amelia Bones, Algernon Croaker and Augusta Longbottom and several other very high ranking Ministry members will be safe from being turned too.
Voldemort will die in his first year. Dumbles will live for a few more years.
Chapter 7 Important Meetings PART 4
The big news on Monday Evening was of the death of the Berkley Brothers. That night over 30 men were killed when they resisted the reign of the Peverell Family. The next Cornwell was added to the ever growing Peverell Empire. He then spent the next three days slowly taking control over people working at different levels in the Ministry. Ludo Bagman , Head of department of Magical Sports and Games, Rufus Scrimgeour , Head Auror, Dirk Creswell , Head of Goblin Liaison Office, some Aurors, and oblivators and junior employees. He had turned the Aurors incharge of investigating the Peverell Mafia Family.
The next day Worcestershire and Warwickshire fell to the Peverell Family. That day the Rosier Family swore Loyalty to The Peverells. His plans were coming along, In the next two days Jacob would take control of Staffordshire, Northamptonshire and Shropshire. He decided it was time to head to foreign. His First stop Netherlands as The Philips had some control over the major businesses of the south western Netherlands.
From there he worked north and spent the next two weeks in Netherlands. He built up a major powerbase but now he had hit a full stop. He was sitting in his room in Peverell Castle, planning for the next move.
Majority of Netherlands as well as half of Germany Was controlled by the Grindelwald Family. They also were the leaders of the Neutral Faction of German Wizengamot. He himself held two seats there. Grindelwald were rivelled only by the Schneider Family who controlled the remaining half of Germany,south eastern region of Netherlands and one third of Belgium. He had to make a decision as there were only five Esteemed and Noble Houses in Germany three of which had been inactive for over a hundred years. Hence now there were two power blocs in Germany, one was Grindelwald whose ally Gilbert Lorenz was The German Minister of Magic and the other was Schneider Family whose ally was Alistor Klein , The head of D.M.L.E. If he chose one side they would receive the Peverell,Weber and Rosier Votes and become the major power base in Germany.
He decided to let the issue drop for now. He scanned over the maps of Netherlands, Belgium and France. In France a lot of regions were controlled by minor lords and members of Wizengamot. Defeating Vaud Family would give him entry in France as well as Belgium. He knew they were the only non Magical family that held any power in France. Majority of France was controlled by the Vampires and Beauhart Family. The coven leader of the French Vampire was also the coven leader of the Irish and Spanish Covens. The Beauharts while not having a seat on the Wizengamot still held a lot of Sway. There Family head Lorrain Beauhart was also on the Board of Governors for Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. Vauds were muggles so they could be controlled easily.
He decided to go to France the next day and turn the Vaud Family. July was starting soon. Today was 28th June. He had been writing letters to Vega, Katie and Daphne. Next week he would meet Lord Bell and another week later was the Malfoy Midsummer Ball.
The next day he was up at 8 and apparated to the Vaud Family home Jean Vaud was the Family head leader of the Vaud empire. His wife was dead and he lived with his two sons Paul and Lucas. There house was guarded by around 25 men. It took him an hour to find them all and turn them. He then walked in and turned the three Vauds too. After that he gave orders for Jean to announce that the Vaud Family were under the Peverell Family and to kill anyone who rebelled. The remains day was spent in him taking over the minor drug lords and criminals who controlled the north eastern and north western France. For now he decided to stop as his base in France while strong was still new. He decided to go after Belgium tomorrow.
The Vaud Family had given him access to the south western Belgium. Taking over the complete western Belgium was easy as he only needed to kil Victor Claire who was the Mafia of majority of Eastern Belgium. That evening , the New on every Television was of the Death of the Famous Mafia Victor Claire. Belgium was legally controlled by the King and Prime Minister. They were protected both non-magically as well as magically. So turning them would be very difficult.
With the death of Victor he was able to claim the remains parts of Eastern Belgium which had remained under the control of minor drug lords and gangs. He was now attracting lots of attention from the magical governments of Europe. He decided to slow down his expansion and let the heat over him cool down. Either ways he was to meet Lord Bell in three days and then there was the Malfoy Ball a week later.
He took another over view of France , the majority central France was controlled by the Beauhart Family whose family Head Pierre Beauhart was also the Head of D.M.L.E in France. He had one daughter Roselyn Beauhart who was in her 3th year at Beauxbatons. The other prominent Family was the Delacours. The lord of the Family had died a few years ago and currently the Family Matriarch was Appoline Delacour who also was a veela. Her Elder sister was Ismelda Delacour who was the Queen of Veela Nation. She had two daughters Fleur(14) and Gabrielle (9) Delacour.
An alliance with theses two Families would be very helpful as it will also give him a opportunity to ally with the Veela Nation. Veelas were pleased if someone could stand in there presence without drooling and he knew his perfect Occlumency could handle it. He also knew that sex would be needed to please them and gain support and he knew that sexually pleasing women was one of his finer talents.
He was musing over his plans when he received a phone call from one of his controlled men in Belgium saying that the De Smet Family were attacking the cities on border between there region and the Peverell Family's regions. They were actually using magic to kill his men. Now this couldn't be forgiven. He apparated to De Smet Manor which was a three storey manor with heavy wards but none that could stop him. A scan of the house told him every family member except for the head of the Family Petro De Smet and his heir was here and so were some guards. He raised his own anti Apparation and floo blocking wards and set the house ablaze using fiendyfire. He watched as the whole house was consumed and he felt great pleasure hearing the shrieks from inside. A few seconds before the place turned into ash he heard a few pops and turned around to see the Family head and his son and some other people. Five minutes and one dead Petro De Smet later , De Smet had surrendered to the Peverells. He went to his headquarters in Belgium and informed the men to spread over the country and take over fast. But it turned out he hadn't been the only when attacking the De Smet as the Schneider Family also had acquired many new areas in the eastern Belgium but they hadn't stopped there and were now also attacking many city hold of the Dumont Family of North Belgium. He ordered all his men in North-East Belgium to attack the cities controlled by the Dumont Family. They were a non Magical family and there headquarters was in Brussels so that's where he headed next. The next two days was spent in huge amount of Bloodshed as the entrie Du Mont Family were killed. Muggle media reported the news of high amount of gang activities and terrorist attacks but Harry knew better. Over 450 Muggles and over 40 Magicals had been killed in the last two days but in the end Belgium was now controlled by the Peverells and Schneider Family. He was now in a house in Belgium fucking a random whore he had picked from the gang while he was dripping blood of the people he had killed.
He would soon need to make a decision between the Schneider and Grindelwald Families. He returned home to Peverell Castle and opened the letters from The Grangers, Jacob Hunt and Eva. The four people who controlled England and Wales for him. His stronghold over his areas was perfect. The problem was the Halls. Robert Hall , the Mafia of Yorkshire also had the support of Simmon Fawley. Fawleys were a noble family just like the Malfoys and also owned some Businesses in Knockturn Alley. They had supported Voldemort in the previous war and now there were only two members of the family remaining. Simon Fawley and his 14 year old daughter Lucrieta Fawley who would start her third year of Hogwarts this September. He knew from the studies in the Potter Family Grimiore and his father's diary that his father had killed both the sons and heirs of Simmon Fawley in the last war. After his sons had been killed he had tried to have another child but unluckily for him , it as a girl. His wife died during the childbirth too. If he killed Simon then he could claim the Family Spoils through rights of conquest and could create a marriage contract between himself and Lucrieta Fawley and tell everyone else that he was the new Lord Fawley due to Marriage.
He sent two letters that day to Pierre Beauhart and Appoline Delacour requesting for Meetings in December, as he wanted himself to be in complete control of atleast one country before he took the support of the Veelas. He didn't have much political power in France too as he only had the Claire seat and Lordship which he won after killing the Claire Family in Belgium. That gave him just four votes, although it also gave him a chance for another Ladyship to offer in alliance.
He then apparated to Suffolk where in one of his safehouses was a Muggle who had been kidnapped by his mercenaries. She would be one of his first test project.
He wanted to create a special take force. It would contain Muggles and Magicals. He had found rituals in the Peverell, Slytherin and Whitefield Family Libraries that would help him here. The first ritual was the mind conversation. It would shatter there mind completely and devoid them from any sort of knowledge accept for the basics such as language and prime actions. The next would be body enhancement rituals. Which would enhance there beauty and body figure as well as increase there physical strength and stamina. The next would be slave rituals Which would turn them into my loyal slave. The next would be endurance and protection rituals. These would make there body more resistive to basic jinxes and hexes as well as make them bullet proof. All of these rituals would require lots of ingredients, most were illegal and very expensive, costing 2000 Galleons per person. It would take him a whole day to complete the rituals and then the body of his slave would need to rest for another day before they would be ready. He decided to not perform the ritual today but still took the Muggle Women to Peverell Castle and ordered one of the elves to keep her asleep but take care of her basic necessities. She was a 28 year old divorced women whose parents died last year. She worked at a grocery store. She had brown curly hair and black eyes and a low jaw. He would meet the Bells in an hour at Bell Manor but he needed the list of Squibs now as he had almost half of the mercenaries in Britain under his control. He got the list from Lucius and also told him to get information on the Ancient House of Edgecombe and Ancient and Noble House of Chang.
After that he was apparated to The Leaky Couldron. He was getting irritated of always taking the Floo from the pub but he knew he couldn't let anyone not loyal to him know about his connection to the Peverells.
He quickly walked in the pub and walked over to the floo and a shout of later 'Bell House' later he was whisked away. He walked out of the Floo and was greeted by a women who must have been in her 50s. He knew Lord Bell was even older as he was over ten years older than his wife.
"Good Morning Lord Potter , I am Lady Amanda Bell , I will escort you to my lord Bell."
"Thank you Lady Bell and please do call me Harry."
She smiled and nodded and Harry followed her to the study. Inside the study he was greeted by Lord Bell who sat behind his desk and Katie who was sitting in one corner of the room. Katie smiled at him and he smiled back cheerfully. She was one of the few people he truly cared for as most in his harem were to satisfy his lust or for political reasons but she was special to him. She quickly hugged him and he hugged her back. They were interrupted by a clearing of throat. They looked and saw Lord Bell slightly glaring at them. Lady Bell took Katie and left leaving him alone with Lord Bell.
"So Lord Bell let's finalize the Marriage Contract, as it is ironclad the only thing we can change is the bride price and I am increasing it four times to one million galleons."
Lord Bell was shocked by the sudden increase in bride price but he knew the boy no the young man said the truth. Not having anything else to argue about he agreed and they signed the contract.
"Well Lord Bell I have another topic to discuss today."
Lord Bell raised one eyebrow and asked, "And what would that be Lord Potter ?"
"You might have heard of the Peverell Family and how they have taken control of a majority of England and Wales as well as the half of Belgium and even expanded to Netherlands and France. There empire consisted both Muggle and Magicals."
Lord Bell nodded. He had obviously heard that. Every Wizengamot member knew about them. The Peverell were quickly expanding and gaining power and no one knew who there leader was. Many were now getting worried that a new war was coming when one just ended a few years ago.
Harry smiled and should his fingers and switched the ring on his hand to Peverell Ring.
Realization sunk into Samuel Bell's heart as he realized that he was looking at a 12 year old who had alone taken control over majority of England and Wales and parts of Netherlands and France and bought Belgium to its knees.
"Do not worry Lord Bell , all I ask is for your support. Malfoys, Greengrass,Notts and Rosier familles have already sworn there loyalty. Soon more will join. I only ask for a loyalty oath and an oath that you will never betray me."
"And if I don't agree?"
Harry smiled , almost smirked ,"You'd find you won't like the results."
"When I woke this morning I didn't thinks this meeting would go this way. Very well I will swear the oath."
After the oath was taken the female members of the Bell Family were called in. As they sat down Lord Bell explained to them who he really was. He saw fear in Lady Bell's eyes but that was not a point of worry to him. He quickly looked in Katie's eyes and she looked back at him. She had known that he did some illegal things as he had told her in his letters that he had connection to the Mafia. But now she knew the extent he was indulged into this. He saw some fear in her eyes which quickly changed to determination. She smiled slowly and Harry quickly captured her into a hug. He saw some uncertainty in Lady Bell's eyes as he hugged Katie. They then went to the dining room for a lunch. During the lunch Harry entered Lady Bell's mind slowly turned her loyalty to the Peverell Family so she won't betray him. He also went through Katie's mind to see how she was reacting. He was glad to see she still cared for him but he saw some worry in her. He added some loyalty in her mind , not to turn her into his slave but so that he could truly trust her without any worries.
After the Lunch he spent a few hours with Katie and then later on apparated to Malfoy Manor at 6. He spent the rest of the day with Vega and they talked and snogged throughout the time. She even blowed him once and he showed her the wonders of Parseltongue.
After that he went to Devon and spent an hour shagging her on the couch and made her cum thrice before he left for his Castle.
That night he returned home and saw a letter from one of the things he set to tail Simmon Fawley. He had not known the location of Fawley Manor so he had set a thug to tail Simmon and get him the location. It was in Yorkshire. Excellent location. 'Soon Yorkshire will be added to the Peverell Family Empire.' He examined the map of Ireland. There were basically three powers there , the Vampires that controlled the western region , the Muggle Walsh Family that controlled the eastern region with there capital at Dublin and the the Lynch Family who controlled the south and central Ireland. Remaining parts of the island were controlled by small gangs. The Lynch were part of the Dark Faction in Wizengamot and had supported the Voldemort in the previous war but had claimed imperious curse. There eldest son assisted the Lord in handling the Business while the younger son had just been signed to the Irish national quidditch team.
'The Walsh would be the easiest way into Ireland. Although he would soon need to gain the alliance of the Vampires.'
He went to sleep planning ways to ally himself with the blood-suckers.
He woke up the next day at 8 and found two letters from his mercenaries in Wiltshire and Surrey. They had captured four more people. Two women, one in her late twenties and another in her early thirties and Two Men, one in his mid twenties and one in his late twenties. A quick shag with Maylin and a breakfast later he found himself in the ritual room. The Muggle Women was tied to the ground naked. He then began drawing the runes on the floor and on her body. Drawing the runes took more then ten minutes. He then made her drink a special potion required for the ritual. After that he started chanting and pulsing his magic in the runes. He felt a draw on his magic but didn't stop chanting. He saw the woman start thrashing but he still continued. He changed for the next fifteen minutes before he stopped. The women was unconscious or dead he didn't know. He checked her for a pulse and found one. He decided to wait till she woke up to check whether he was successful. In the mean time he continued the preparation for the next ritual.
She woke up an hour later but he could tell something was different. There was a blank look in her eyes and when he went through her mind it was completely empty. His first ritual was a success. He dragged her to the next time circle and then started carving the runes for this ritual on her body. This one was rather longer as he had to draw some of his own blood to bind her to him. It took more then thirty minutes but he was ready now. He stood back and started chanting again. The chant for this ritual were very short and more like an oath. But the pull he felt on his magic was too much and he fell on his knees. The women was convulsing on the floor and then suddenly stilled. He then removed the rope covering her mouth and ordered , "slap yourself" and immediately a *CRACK* echoed throughout the room. Harry grinned and whooped. His second ritual was a success too. He decided to immediately perform the next ritual. The next one took him more then an hour to draw the runes. By now it was one in the afternoon. He placed her on the rune circle and began chanting and prepared the ingredients as needed. He changed for almost fifteen minutes before he again felt a huge pull on his magic. The girl started thrashing around and even he was having problems standing. The pull on his magic continued for a few minutes before he everything went black.
He woke up and opened his eyes but everything looked blurry. He slowly got to his feets while leaning against the walls. He took checked the time and saw it had been over four hours and right now it was 5:40. He saw where the women had been placed and saw his jaw drop. The only way to describe her was sex on legs. The next day Harry woke up around 11. He was feeling very tired but still got out of his bed.
He called for Drex to get him the Dragon Hide Armour he had purchased for his special task force. He took one set and entered the room of the girl. She was sitting on her bed and as soon he entered she stood up and stared at him complete adoration and loyalty.
"From now on you are my personal bodyguard and will go with me whenever I call you too. This is your armour and there are regular clothes in the closet. Your Name is Nyx 1 and you will refer to me as Master. Every day Kliff , one of my house elf will train you in fencing and you will practice archery to increase your accuracy too."
She nodded her head like an obedient puppy.
"Very well go wear your clothes and get to training."
He went to the Lords Study and quickly wrote a letter to Lord Chang and Mrs.Edgcombe asking for a meeting a week after the Midsummer Ball. Lord Chang owned a Armoury shop in Diagon Alley, from where he had bought the Amrours himself. They had been allies with the Most Ancient and Noble House of McKinnon for over a century so he thought that Lady McKinnon would be a good title for Cho and Marietta could be a consort for the house.
With that he turned around and left back to his room. In his room he found Eupheme licking Narcissa's cunt and Zica sitting on Conah's face.
