Chapter 8 Midsummer Ball
The next day Harry was up at 8. The Ball would be starting at 6 in the evening but Vega had told him to come at 3. He got off the bed and decided to make good use of the day so after freshening up he apparated directly Infront of the Walsh Family House. As expected there were approximately 30 guards around. He spent over an hour and turned 25 of them and decided to kill 5 cause why not?

He saw there were three people in the Kitchen and one person in the Gym. He entered the kitchen and found Zach Walsh the Mafia leader and his wife and one of his sons. Five minutes later all three had been turned into his puppets. He went upstairs and did the same to there eldest son. He then ordered Zach to announce his loyalty to Peverell Family and kill anyone who rebelled. He also ordered him to start expanding in northern and central Ireland in the Areas not under the Vampires or the Lynch Family.
He quickly apparated back to Peverell Castle and going upstairs he peeked through one of the windows and saw Nyx 1 practicing. He continued upstairs and proceeded to draft a letter, requesting a meeting, to the Grindelwald patriarch, Stefan Grindelwald. He was a no-nonsense man who had inherited his Father Dark Lord Grindelwald's Duelling prowess. He had two children. A son, Hans Grindelwald who was 19 and a daughter Katharina Grindelwald who was 14.
It was around 3 he found himself walking into the Malfoy Manor. He was greeted there by Vega and Draco. The defeat of the Schneider Family and alliance with the Grindelwald would give him all of Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. Also the Grindelwald held much sway in Austria,Poland,Hungary,Slovakia , Romania and Bulgaria. They would also give him countless men in his army. The Zabini Family would be useful too. There current Family Patriarch was Martilio Zabini who controlled th magical as well as non Magical Italy with a iron fist. His daughter, Rachel Zabini was a hot and sexy assassin famous by the name Black Widow while her daughter Elleana Zabini would start her first year at Hogwarts this September with him.

All the four men were expectedly very nervous and sat there thinking. While they were thinking, Harry entered Lord Burke's mind and made him loyal towards himself so that he would agree. All of them seemed happy as none had actually ever liked him. After telling Lucius to arrange a marriage contract between his son and Lord Parkinson's daughter so that they could be given the option to join us. They continued talking and discussing their plans till almost midnight. He returned home around one and was asleep before he hit the pillow.
The next day was very busy for him as shown in the T.V that night with the murder of the Cooke and Howard Families and the Halls surrendering to the Peverell Family. The Daily Prophet the next day announced the death of Lord Simmon Fawley as well as that a new Lord Fawley had already claimed the family title as he had been betrothed to the heiress which was a complete lie as he had written the marriage contract between them after Simmon's death. He also received a letter from Stefan Grindelwald to meet in Berlin at Grindelwald Castle in five days. 3 days after his Meeting with Lord Chang. He then paid some french, Dutch and German thugs and mercenaries to kidnap Muggle-borns in their mid twenties to late thirties and stun them and bring them to Raven Manor in England. At the end of the day the two girls he had turned were now Razyl 1 and Razyl 2 and he had only been able to turn one of the Muggle men who he named Onyx 1. 'He would need to find the Muggle borns and turn them soon so that they could start converting these muggles for him.'
He woke up the next day at 8 in the morning. His meeting with Lord Han Chang was at 12 and at 7 he would also be signing Marietta as his own girl. He saw Nyx 1, Razyl 1 , Razyl 2 and Onyx 1 training in the Castle Grounds. He checked for his letters and saw that his men had found two more men and two women. Harry just sat there smirked , which was answer enough for him. He quickly agreed to the oaths and the Contract. Twenty minutes later both exited the study after signing the contracts and taking the oaths. They found Lacy Chang and Cho in the dining room.
Lord Chang told them who he was and what decision were made. Both looked at Harry with fear but Lady Chang's eyes still held the loyalty. Both of them swore there oaths as well. After that Harry told them of his decision to take Marietta as a consort for House McKinnon. Cho didn't know whether to be happy that she would spend the rest of her life with her best friend or be sad that her best friend would always be just a consort. He had a total of 93 Votes of the total 270 Votes in Wizengamot. Four of the Five activities seats from the Most Ancient and Magical Houses belonged to him. Currently 12 seats were inactive, not counting the ones he had the right too. Those 12 seats total 50 votes. So the new total would be 220 votes in Wizengamot. If he controlled 90 Votes , that would give him a huge power control. He expected The Rowle, Romanov, Li, Zabini, Avery, Carrow, Smith, Bulstrode, Clearwater, Parkinson, Moon, Travers, Pucey, Wood, Selwyn, Wilkins, Brown and Fudge Families to join him soon. This would give him more 37 votes. Giving him the Majority power control. If some light families could be made to join him then it would be even better. The Patils could be useful. And if a Ancient and Noble House was unclaimed for more then 50 years then a Noble House that has existed in Britain for more then three centuries would be promoted to the status of Ancient and Noble.
He knew that Noble House of Barclay, Demetri and Soulton had been extinct for over 35 years,27 years and 29 years now. 'Why nobody ever realized this he didn't know' And Ancient and Noble House of Roseberg had also been extinct since 1925 which was over more then 60 years ago and Ancient and Noble House of Rawthorn had been unclaimed since 1939 when the entrie Family was killed by Grindelwald's forces. He decided to reward Lucius for his loyalty by making House Malfoy an Ancient and Noble House. He also decided to make his own House, House Pinegrew an Ancient and Noble House. This would open a slot for a fourth and fifth Ancient House to be promoted to the status of Noble House. He then made a list of all Ancient House and if they could be useful to him.

He quickly walked to the kitchen where Gwenog and Hestia were cooking lunch. He broke into there minds and turned them loyal and lustfull towards him. He then walked in the library where the Family Head was reading. He broke into his eyes and turned him loyal to himself. After that he walked upstairs and turned Megan loyal to him. He then walked back into the library and took out a consort Contract he had made for the Ancient and Noble House of Weber. He told Richard to sign the contract. After that was done he spent the next hour in kitchen in a lovely threesome with Gwenog and Hestia.
He then apparated to the Diagon Alley and walked straight to Gringots. And transferred one million galleons each in the Jones Family Vault , Dolohov Family Vault and Edgecombe Family Vault.
After completing his business there he apparated to The Davis Manor. The manor was a two storey modest house although the wards around it were very strong. He entered the house and saw the entire family in the Dining room. He quickly broke into the minds of the Female Davis. After turning them loyal to himself he stunned John Davis. He picked him and levitated him outside the house to a alley in Muggle london. He saw a few of gang men there. He broke into there minds and told them to kill the next man who entered the alley. He then placed John under the imperius curse and told him to walk in the alley.
He watched as the thugs slit his throat and shot again and again. After confirming that John Davis was dead. He left the body there but snapped his wand and then apparated back to Davis Manor. He ordered Roxanne to not accept any Marriage Contract from any other family.
He then apparated to London in front of an apartment complex near St.Mungos where he knew
Serena Arnett, the last member of the Ancient House of Arnett lived. She was a Healer at St.Mungos and a beautiful women. It was now 6 in the evening and time for his meeting at Malfoy Manor. He apparated to David Manor and took Roxanne and apparated to Dolohov Manor and then took Michelle from there apparated them both to Malfoy Manor.
He walked in the room were they were meeting and saw Lucius , Lord Rosier, Lord Greengrass, Lord Chang, Lord Burke, Lord Yaxley, Lord Flint , Lord Nott, Lord Warrington, Lord Goyle, Lord Bell and surprisingly Lord Selwyn, Lord Parkinson, Lord Avery, Lord Moon, Lord Carrow, Lord Wilkins, Lord Travers and Lord Pucey . There were also Lady Dolohov, Lady Davies and Lady Amelia Brown(36) who was a beautiful brunette with a sexy figure and black eyes and huge tits.

Lord Greengrass you will become proxy for Most Ancient and Noble House of Black and Potter and Noble House of Davis. Lord Burke you will be the proxy for Most Ancient and Magical House of Thornwood. Finally Lord Rosier you will claim the proxy for Most Ancient and Noble House of Gryffindor. With this done Lucius will announce the formation of Grand Alliance which consists of House Thornwood, Slytherin, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Potter, Black, Frost, McKinnon, Yaxley, Whitefield, Greengrass,Vandran, Pinegrew, Nott, Lestrange, Chang, Lynch, Weber, Rosier, Dolohov, Fawley, Burke, Malfoy, Davis, Goyle, Flint and Warrington. If Houses Parkinson, Avery, Selwyn, Carrow, Wilkins, Brown, Moon, Travers and Pucey join us then we would hold over half of the seats under us." He then showed everyone his Peverell ring and those who didn't already know we're shocked by this revelation. "Lucius then you will give a special announcement that Ancient and Noble Houses of Roseberg and Rawthorn have been unclaimed for more then fifty years and Noble Houses of Soulton, Barclay and Demetri have been unclaimed for more than 25 years and hence should be stripped of their seats."
He saw as the meaning behind this move sunk in everyone's mind. They were all shocked that such a young boy was so easily gaining control of the country's governing body.
"After this Lord Chang will put forth the proposition that House Malfoy and House Pinegrew be promoted to the status of Ancient and Noble House. This would give us five slots to bring forth five new Noble Families. Lord Bell will then suggest Ancient House of Sinistra, Lord Greengrass will suggest Ancient House of Snow, Lord Rosier will suggest Ancient House of Ivanova and Lady Brown will suggest Ancient Houses of Jones and Weasley."
There was immediate chaos after this state as those who hadn't sworn any oath to him or those whose minds he hadn't turned start cursing because of Harry trying to elevate the Weasleys. He waited for a few seconds as the chaos died. He then spoke up again.
"Ladies and Gentlemen I don't think you understood what I am doing. In two days I am meeting Lord Grindelwald to discuss an alliance. If the Meeting is successful then it would mean the fall of Schneider Family who are the only ones stopping me from conquering Belgium. Fall of Schneider would mean Conquest of Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. This would put Dumbledore in a crisis as he would see that the Grindelwald's are again drawing power. Also I have some things against on the Weasleys that they would be forced to swear loyalty to us and The Jones already swore loyalt to me this morning. The sudden rise of Grindelwald Family along with the rise of Peverell Family added with the Betrayal of the Weasleys and Jones would be too much for the idiot. And this would give us more votes in Wizengamot. I am trying to somehow ally myself with House Bones, if they become our allies then House Abott and House Macmillan would follow them too. And in a few days House Patil would be out allies too. I also now offer House Avery, Brown, Wilkins, Selwyn, Carrow, Moon, Parkinson, Travers and Pucey the chance to swear loyalty to House Peverell and join me."
Lord Wilkins, Lady Brown, Lord Carrow and Lord Parkinson immediately swore loyalty to him as they were already under his control. Lord Pucey and Lord Travers followed right after them. Lord Selwyn, Lord Avery and Lord Moon took some time but in the end even they swore loyalty to him. Although he did turn Lord Moon and Lord Pucey loyal to him.
