A quick note to a reviewer who thinks Mal & Lily are related in this story: They're not. And Emma's "situation" was regarding to Lily. Apologies if all that confused you.

Her body ached, but it never felt more satiable than it did right now. And with the way her shower was raining on her, she had this need to close her eyes and dream. Dream of her and Emma loving each other, desiring each other, satisfying their every need.

Then, she thinks about the bastard who caused her her scars, physically and mentally. How fucked was her real mother to allow someone to hurt her this way? The memory of earlier, with lipstick coming to mind. Her eyes counting the scars on her chest and breasts, plus, Emma hadn't mentioned them, but she remembers from seeing her sleeping form earlier today, she counted nine more scars coating her upper back.

And then there was Mal. It enraged her every time that woman was brought up, and how tranquil Emma seemed to talk about her. But, she had to wonder if she had as big of part in Emma becoming as fucked up as she was. She was almost certain she did, and the fact that Emma couldn't see it that way… well, she understood why, but it bothered her. More than it probably should have.

She stepped out of the shower, dried off and walked into her walk-in closet, choosing a silver dress. Curious enough, she pulled open one of her drawers to find brand new $500 undergarments and underwears. Would she even wear them all? She wasn't sure, but one certainly caught her attention for tonight. A black corset undergarment, laced, which came with high stockings and straps. She smirked, quickly trying it on and actually enjoying the feel of it around her body. She felt sexy. And to her surprise, someone else was enjoying seeing her in her choice of clothing.

Emma leaned against the wall, dressed in an all black dress, sleeveless and that fit perfectly well to her frame. It covered her chest, to not expose her scars to any prying eyes, and the bottom of the dress was opened up to mid thigh. Her hair was held up in an elegant manner, her make up done to a key, with a choice of light blush and a light pink lipstick.

Regina's lips parted at the heavenly sight, same as Emma's.

"Are you just going to stand there gawking?" she asked Emma.

"Yeah. I think I might." She walked toward her slowly, her heels making her appear taller than Regina as she stood behind her, her eyes darkening from drinking in her sexy figure. "So, I thought… you could wear these tonight." She held up the same silver balls she had used on her before.

Regina is shocked, "To this event?"

Emma nods, a smirk playing on her lips. "Curious to play this game?"

The brunette swallows the lump down, nodding, "Mhm." She hums, because it's all she could do.

"If they become too much, you can always take them off."

"Okay." Regina nods, seeing her smirk widen.

"Good girl," Emma grins. "You remember how this works. We have to get them wet first," She holds the silver balls up, placing one into Regina's mouth as she opens wide. "Suck."

Regina could taste the metallic substance, cold and round. Why was she so turned on by this? She did enjoy them the first time she used them, and the fact that Emma wanted her to wear them around this event with her family and her family's rich friends, well, it was quite stimulating and exciting all together. And she knew Emma would be turned on by that simple fact and ready to take her anywhere.

"Bend over." Emma ordered, kneeling behind her, her lips placing a gentle kiss against one of her butt cheeks.

The brunette released a gasp, feeling the first silver ball enter her, parting her walls, followed by the other.

"Breathe." Emma reminds her, standing to her feet, "You have beautiful legs, Regina. I may just have you like this when we come back home. Stand up." She watches her as she stands, "How do they feel?"

"Good."

"You're wearing the silver dress?" Emma asks, noticing it laid out against one of the benches inside the closet.

Regina nodded, "Is that okay?"

"Of course. It goes well with these," Emma held out a pair of drop earrings, shining bright as each of them had four diamonds, one at the base, then a gap, then three perfectly spaced diamonds hanging one after the other. "I had them as a gift for you since last Saturday's gala, but you left me. So, here's to a second chance."

"They're beautiful." Regina took them into her grasp. Of course she loved them. What girl didn't like a beautiful pair of earrings? "Thank you." She took in the blonde's elegant appearance in her choice of dress. "I didn't think you owned a dress."

Emma chuckles, "Only on special events, such as this one."

"You look…" What was the right word? "Hot."

"Why, thank you, Ms. Mills," Thin lips placed a gentle kiss against the woman's bare shoulder, "I'll leave you to get ready."

The woman staring back at Regina is a different Regina. She's elegant, sexy, and thriving. Daring even for daring to wear those silver balls to tonight's event for both Emma's and her pleasure. Her hair was straightened, the silver earrings shining ever so great against the black color of her hair. Emma was right, her dress matched perfectly with them, followed with her silver heels. She looked elegant herself, it was almost unbelievable that this was her. She made a mental note to herself to thank Neiman Marcus for the beautifully expensive clothes. Boy, the stuff money could buy! She didn't think she could ever get used to it.

Emma's heart stopped at the sight of the woman coming down the stairs and into the large living area. Her eyes sparkled, and the more Regina entered the room, the more her chest hurt. She was sure her heart just exploded inside her chest.

"Regina. You look breathtaking."

She flushes slightly, more than her cheeks already were- thanks to those silver balls- given Gold's and the other three men with him, who's eyes also fell on her as she entered the room.

"A glass of champagne before we go?" Asked Emma.

"Please," She nodded.

Emma nods to Gold, who heads into the foyer with the other three men, to which Regina gathered were their security team for tonight. At least she was happy, Gold would be coming along. She liked him.

"Security team?" She asks the blonde.

"Close protection. They're under Gold's control. He's trained in that, too." She hands Regina her glass of served champagne.

"He's very versatile."

"Yes, he is." The blonde smiles, taking a sip, her eyes never leaving the beauty before her. "You look lovely, Regina. Cheers." She holds up her glass, and Regina clinks hers together with Emma's, taking a sip. "How do you feel?" She asks, her eyes lustful.

"Fine, thank you." Regina smiles, giving nothing away at how stimulating those silver balls were.

Emma smirks.

"Here, you'll need this." She's holding a wooden slim box, opened by its lid, "Go on, pull back on the satin."

Curiously, Regina pulls the purple satin sheet backward, revealing a silver masquerade mask decorated with thin white sparkling lines along the sides. Her eyes stare up into Emma's.

"It's a masked ball." She states matter-of-factly. "It'll show off your beautiful eyes."

Regina grins, "Are you wearing one?"

"Of course. They're very liberating in a way." Emma adds, her brow slightly raising.

This was going to be fun.

Emma closes the box, placing it down on the coffee table, and holding out her hand for Regina to take, "Come. I want to show you something." She leads her toward a door that until now, Regina realized was there, hidden beside the stairs.

Regina is dumbfounded by a large room, the same size as her playroom, only this one wasn't filled with the blonde's kinky fuckery equipment, but books. Each and every wall, every corner of that room was filled with books. And right in the middle, was a pool table. God, Belle would love this place! She thought to herself, her eyes sparkling with the love she held for literature.

"You have a library!" She can't help herself but to squeal with delight, which brings a smile to Emma's face.

"Yes, the balls room, as Ruby calls it. The apartment is quite spacious. I realized today that I've never given you a tour. We don't have time now, but I thought I'd show you this room, and maybe challenge you to a game of billiards in the not-too distant future."

Regina grins at this, because not many knew this, but she was quite the expert at a game of pool.

"Bring it on, Ms. Swan," She quirks a brow, silently thanking Daniel for teaching her the art of the game.

"I should mention. You'll be meeting Dr. Hopper this evening."

"I'll be meeting the famous and expensive charlatan?" Her mouth drops.

"The very same," Emma nods, an amused look expressed on her face, "He's dying to meet you."

Regina could feel every single stimulating movement of those silver balls with every turn, every bump they came across once they were in the car with Gold, and one of the other security guards that were assigned to accompany them this evening. Jones was his last name, from what she remembers Emma mentioning. She felt this need to moan with every stimulating feeling she was gaining from the kinky device, but contained it. Her eyes looked down at the feel of the blonde's hand reaching for hers.

"Relax," Emma whispered, "If it's too much…" She brings her hand up, placing her pinky finger inside her mouth and slowly sucking on it.

You sexy beast you… She knew exactly well what she was doing, and what those silver balls were doing to her right now. And it works, too. Suddenly there's a sudden electrical pulse running down her body, all the way to her throbbing sex. For a moment, she did wonder how long it would take her until she needed to find her… release.

Quickly composing herself, she spoke, more to distract herself, "So, what shall we expect at this event?"

Emma shrugged, "The usual stuff. Lots of people flashing their cash. Auction, raffle, dinner, dancing- my mother knows how to throw a party." She smirks, quite proud of the woman her mother is. Frankly, she couldn't be quite prouder of the woman who adopted her. She was truly a woman to admire. Emma only hoped she could be like her someday.

Once they arrive, Regina's stomach is in knots. To be outside the Swan household, seeing the tent set up outside and the music, and cameras, and a damn press. Wow! She had never seen anything this elegant in her entire life, never even dreamed of being at such an elegant event such as this one. It was like a dream, there was even a red carpet laid out, that stretched all inside the tent.

The car stopped, and Gold hopped out, opening the door for Emma, followed by Jones, who held open the door for Regina. And before heading out, both women placed on their masks.

"Ready?"

"As I'll ever be." Regina replied, her heart jumping into her throat.

"You look beautiful, Regina." She kisses the back of her hand and exits the car.

To say she felt like Cinderella would be wrong. She felt bigger! And with Emma joining her as she made her way around the vehicle, with her arm around her waist, accompanying her as not a Submissive, but a date. A girlfriend. That was everything. Her heart still wanted to jump out, because everyone around here screamed money. Although, she highly suspected that Emma had more, it was still nerve reckoning. Flashes of cameras let themselves be known, one reporter after another doing their jobs and asking to take pictures. They stopped for one, then another, which made the brunette want to pull away so they could only capture Emma, but the blonde held on tighter, wanting to keep her at her side.

Jesus, she was known even with wearing that mask. It must have been her blonde hair. Maybe her eyes, which were brought out more, especially from the black color of her mask.

"Ms. Swan!" Another reporter calls out, taking a quick picture of the world's famous twenty-seven year old billionaire and her date.

As they enter, the tent is magical. To say the least. They have everything, to live music, champagne as far as the eye can see, sparkling in the distance and bubbling to your heart's content. Appetizers, that Regina could only assume were just as pricey as every decoration here. There was a small fence around the tent, with three individual entrances. Standing at each entrance, are two sculptured ice swans. Toward another end of the tent, there are endless tables and chairs, all with name plates, and already reserved seats.

Thank God for Emma for handing her a glass of champagne.

"How many people are coming?" She leans in to whisper.

"I think about three hundred. You'll have to ask my mother." Emma smiles down at her.

"Emma!" A brunette girl runs up to her, wrapping her arms around her, which from the motion Emma's hands take, of landing quickly against her slim waist, Regina could tell she's overtaken by the sudden action.

She was beautiful, like a porcelain doll, her hair was straight and brunette- Regina can't help to notice- and by the looks of it, she was hugging her for too long. She wore a light pink gown that looked absolutely stunning on her slim figure. A matching mask with three white feathers to go along with it. She looked to be younger in age, a bit younger than Emma. And of course, Lily's age comes to mind.

"Regina!" She points to the older brunette, a bright smile flashing over her lips as she pulls her in for a tight, welcoming hug, "Oh, you look absolutely gorgeous! You must come and meet my friends. None of them can believe that Emma finally has a girlfriend."

"Regina, this is Ivy. She's from my father's side of the family- a distant cousin, if you will."

"Oh, please!" Ivy rolls her eyes playfully, and Regina throws a quick glance at Emma to watch her reaction, which surprisingly she doesn't have a single one. "I'm going to take her away from you now. Come, Regina, come."

Emma shrugs almost apologetically, watching her date being taken away for the evening.

Of course, Ivy is super out there, super sweet, just like three of her friends. Only the fourth one, who is dressed in an all red dress with a matching red mask, remains quiet and observing the brunette with almost a speck of a jealousy streak to her.

"Of course, we all thought Emma was practically becoming a monk with never having anyone," The woman in the red dress- who Regina discovered her name to be Leila- spat, not hiding her hint of jealousy toward Regina, but still putting on her best sarcastic smile.

Hm. And the Emma Swan fan club just gets bigger… Regina played along, her fake smile on point.

"Oh, Leila, behave yourself. It's obvious my dear cousin was waiting for the right girl to come along, and it wasn't you!" Ivy stood right in front of her friend, giving Regina a quick wink of you're-family-now-I-got-your-back.

"Ladies, could I have my date back, please?" Snaking her arm around the brunette's waist. Emma pulls Regina close to her side. All four women flush scarlet red, smile and fidget, obviously taken back by Emma's charming smile that did what it always did best. Ivy turns to look at Regina with a playful roll of her eyes. Obviously knowing her cousin too well.

"Lovely to meet you all." Regina smiles, being dragged away by Emma. "Thank you," She mutters over to Emma once they are a good distance away from the group.

"I saw that Leila was with Ivy. She's one nasty piece of work."

"She likes you," Regina murmurs dryly, stating the obvious.

Emma actually shutters at the thought, "Well, the feeling is not mutual. Come, let me introduce you to some people."

Regina is soon in a whirlwind of introductions. One after another, so many to even remember all the names. She's grateful Emma remains at her side through it all, otherwise it would have been even more overwhelming. She already felt out of place enough as it was. Would she ever get used to this? They all seemed nice. So far she's met two Hollywood actors, two of New York's top physicians and two more CEO's.

"So, you work at New York Book Publishers?" Asks a bald man, smiling down kindly at her, reminding her so much of her own father. "I hear that place is in for a real hostile takeover."

Yes, by a Control-Freak billionaire… Regina smiled, "I'm just an assistant, Mr. Tanner. I wouldn't know anything about that."

Emma smiles pleasantly at Mr. Tanner.

"Ladies and gentleman!" A man, otherwise known as the master of ceremonies, finally announces. "Please, take your seats. Dinner is served!"

Emma takes Regina's hand and they follow the chatting crowd into the bigger tent.

Whoa! This side of the tent even had three huge chandeliers hanging from the above. It was massive!

As they have a seat at their table, Regina can see Emma's mother, and Ivy are already engraved in deep conversation. David is talking to a young man, she hasn't met yet. Mary Margaret is wearing her choice of a mint green color dress, with a matching mask with overly large feathers. Real elegant. She glances over at Regina and smiles kindly, obviously pleased to see her again. As does David.

The cloth covering the tables is satin, a pearl white color, and very elegant for words. She wonders how much money they spend throwing this party. Again, she felt bad for Belle not being here- she would have gotten a kick out of this. And knowing her, Belle would have gone all out on her dress, matching Ruby's rebellious and crazy side. It brought a smile to her face.

"Gina, how delighted to see you again!" Mary Margaret beams, "And you look beautiful, too."

"Mother," Emma greets her, placing a delicate kiss to the woman's cheek before joining Regina.

"Oh, Emma, always so formal!" She scolds her teasingly.

Two seniors, a man and a woman are also seated with them at their table, which Regina quickly learns that they are Emma's and Ruby's grandparents, from Mary Margaret's side. A kind pair, and despite their age, they look to be quite energetic and vibrant. Very friendly and excited to see Emma.

"Grandmother, Grandfather, may I introduce Regina Mills?" Emma says curtly.

Emma's grandmother is by Regina's side, practically gushing with gusto, "Oh, she's found someone! Thank heavens! Well, I hope you make an honest woman of her yet."

"Oh, mother, don't embarrass Regina." Mary Margaret quickly moves her, giving the brunette an apologetic look.

But, soon she is joined by Emma's grandfather, Mr. Blanchard. "Ignore the old coot, dear." He shakes her hand, kissing it lightly, "She thinks that because she's so old, she has a God-given right to say whatever pops into that empty head of hers." He rolls his eyes playfully, which causes a light laugh to escape Regina, her body almost tensing due to the reminder of the silver balls, triggering with her laughter, contorting every muscle in her body.

Crap! I forgot they were there. But, obviously Emma didn't, given her tiny smirk.

David Swan, soon clears his throat, tapping lightly on his almost empty glass with the tip of his fork. A smile, very much like Emma's flashing before everyone, "Welcome, ladies and gentleman, to our annual charity ball. I hope that you enjoy what we have laid out for you tonight and that you'll dig deep into your pockets to support the fantastic work that our team does with Coping Together. As you know, it's a cause that is very close to my wife's heart, and mine."

Regina can't help to peek over at Emma, who is staring impassively, a smirk quirking up her lips.

"I'll hand you over now to our master of ceremonies. Please be seated, and enjoy," David finishes, taking his seat next to his wife, who looks at him proudly.

Regina's eyes fall on David, who whispers over to her across the table. "Good to see you again, Gina." He winks kindly her way, which makes her smile.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please nominate a table head," The announcer says.

Ivy is bouncing from her seat, "Ooh! Me-me!"

"In the center of the table you will find an envelope," the MC continues, "Would everyone find, beg, borrow, or steal a bill of the highest denomination you can manage, write your name on it, and place it inside the envelope?" He smiles, "Table heads, please guard these envelopes carefully. We will need them later."

Regina mentally scolds herself for not bringing any of her own money.

Fishing through her purse, given her chosen attire for the evening, Emma pulls out a hundred dollar bill, "Here," She murmurs, handing it over to Regina.

"I'll pay you back," She whispers.

As she signs her name and passes the envelope up to Ivy, she glances down at another card set in front of them. It's their menu, obviously chosen with the most expensive meals on the planet. As everyone places their order, about ten servers show up out of- where? And set down all types of foods.

"Hungry?" Emma murmurs, so that only Regina could hear, and given her tone of voice, Regina knows she isn't referring to the food.

Regina lightly clears her throat, the reminder of the silver balls sinking in as she leans more toward Emma, "Ravenous." She whispers, seeing green eyes before her darken and thin lips parting.

"Now, everyone please look at your cards that have been placed before you," The MC instructs, "And let's start the bidding…"

On the card are a list of names of people who have donated, one woman donated AUTOGRAPHED BASEBALL BAT FROM THE MARINERS. Another woman donated A LANDSCAPE AND GARDEN DESIGN. And of course, there was, a ONE WEEKEND STAY IN ASPEN, COLORADO (SLEEP SIX) - MS. E. SWAN, followed by a ONE WEEK AT LAKE ADRIANA, MONTANA (SLEEP EIGHT) - MR. & DR. SWAN.

Wow! Emma owned a cabin in Colorado? Of course she did…

She blinks up at Emma, "You own property in Aspen?" She asks, shocked.

Emma nods, placing her finger up to her lips as the auction is underway.

The entire room erupts with cheering and applause, one of the prizes has gone for $12,000. Regina glances down at the list further, coming into frozen shock as she glances at the next name her eyes land on.

ONE DAY VOUCHER FOR TWO AT ESCLAVA - MALORIE LINCOLN.

She's here! Regina fumes, glancing around quickly to see if by some struck of luck, she can spot her, but no luck. Finding the bitch in here would be like finding a needle in a haystack. She remains silent for the rest of the auction- applauding only when necessary- which quickly escalates. The bidding moves up to Emma's place in Aspen, quickly escalating to $20,000.

"Going once, going twice," the MC calls out.

And Regina doesn't know what happens. What higher benign with such authority possesses her, but before she knows it, she is raising her pallet up, her voice ringing in the silence of the tent loud and clearer than ever.

"Twenty-four thousand dollars!"

Every masked face turns to glance her way, surprised and baffled, and some in amazement. But the one that captures her attention the most, is Emma's, who's eyes are wide and her lips have slightly parted.

"Oh! We have new blood, ladies and gentlemen! Twenty-four thousand dollars, to the lovely lady in silver. That's twenty-four thousand dollars going once, going twice… Sold!"

Shit! Did I really just do that? Regina couldn't believe it. Was it the alcohol in her system? Was it her fit of anger boiling up inside of her to the known presence of Ms. Dragon Pedophile? Whatever it was, she could wait to figure out later. Right now, what captured her attention the most was Emma's dark stare, which hadn't moved from her. She was applauding her for her generous bid and triumph, but… was she angry because she wasted her money on her place in Aspen? Well, it was her money. So Emma reminded her and forced into her bank account. So, why the fuck not?

Emma smiles, leaning in to place a kiss to the brunette's cheek, her low and controlled voice whispering into her ear, "I don't know whether to worship at your feet or spank the living shit out of you."

Oh, well I know what I want… Regina gazes over at her through her mask, her voice equally low and flirtatious, "I'll take option two, please," She whispers, once again surprised by Emma's head tilt, and slightly parted lips. Clearly this was a night of surprises!
