Chapter Four

Issei had taken care of everything. After what had happened to Asia when Valdos was set loose, he knew it couldn't wait. Today was the day he took his fourth wife, Asia Argento. The sun shown bright down on the water of the fountain. Issei had prepared everything in secret so Asia wouldn't have to lift a finger. He had also taken the liberty of hosting the wedding at the park where they met almost 4 years ago. It was also the place where he proposed to her.

The ex-nun was shaking as Rias and Akeno helped her into her pure white dress. She was too excited to stand still.

"Asia, calm down." Akeno giggled as she pulled the top up over Asia's chest. "He's not going anywhere."

"I know. I'm just so excited." Suddenly, her nerves kicked in. "Wait, what if something goes wrong? What if I trip and make a fool out of myself? Oh, I couldn't bear embarrassing him like that."

Rias stepped in using her older sister voice. "Asia, everything will be just fine. Just relax, take a breath, and trust in yourself." She peered around her and at the mirror. "He wouldn't care if you did or not. Trust me. He's just as nervous."

Meanwhile

Once again Issei stood in front of a large crowd. Everyone was excited to see the young bishop and new king be married. Recently, Issei had become a high-ranking devil, and as such, acquired the pieces for his own peerage. His plan was to present a bishop piece to Asia as well as a ring.

The Red Dragon was still nervous. He wasn't so much as nervous for marrying Asia as he was for fumbling over his words. You'd think that after doing this 3 times that he'd have it down by now, right? People began to file in and take their seats.

After a few minutes, Issei's stare back to the white tent opening shut everyone up. Out came, not the bride to be, but little Ellie. She was dressed in a floral green dress and held a basket full of white petal flowers. The toddler wobbled her way down the aisle guided by her mother. Everything was smooth and calm, until Ellie saw Issei.

"Daddy!" She cried as she uneasily ran up to him.

"Hey baby girl. You did great. Now, go sit with Aunt Ako okay?" Issei hugged her and gently pushed her to the seats.

"Otay!" Ellie wandered over to Akeno and sat quietly. Rias joined him so she could fulfill her role as Asia's maid of honor.

Next, the crowd turned to see the beautiful Asia Argento enter the path. The blonde was dressed in a pure white wedding dress, a white veil, and everything you would see in a western style wedding. She elegantly strolled her way down the aisle and approached the man she would call husband after today. Her smile was bright, and nothing could ruin this moment.

'I can't believe this is happening. I can't believe I get to…' "Woah!" Asia, being Asia, managed to make it all the way to him before she tripped on first step and gravity brought to towards the ground. Luckily, Issei was quick to catch her. When she looked into his eyes, he was trying not to laugh. "I'm so sorry, Issei."

"It wouldn't be a wedding with you without you falling at least once. Don't worry about it." He offered her a comforting smile and turned to face the priest.

(I'm skipping the speech again. Sue me.)

Issei stood before her to make his vows. They weren't required to, but he wanted to. "Asia. You came into my life as one who was quite literally lost. You were clumsy and confused. That being said, you wore the sweetest smile on your face despite not knowing where you were or what you were doing. Over time, you have grown into a fine woman, and an even finer bishop." He reached down and took her hands in his. "I've already settled this with Rias." Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a bishop piece. "I would like for you to not only be my wife but be my bishop and the first member of my peerage."

Asia stared at the red marble chess piece for a moment before wrapping her hand around it. "I will gladly take this piece. That way I can stay by your side forever." Tears were streaming down her face. "I will be the best bishop I can. I won't let you down."

"I know you won't. Now there is only one thing left to do. Rev?" Issei turned to face the priest.

"Yes sir. I now pronounce you, man and wife. You may kiss…" Before he could finish, Asia jumped and kissed Issei. Their union was sealed, and cheers erupted. After almost a full minute, Asia let go.

"Wow, you really wanted to kiss me, didn't you?" Issei smiled as he held her hand.

She looked down to her feet. "I may have gone overboard." She may have looked glum, but she wore the biggest smile ever.

He wrapped her hand in his and led her to the party that awaited. "Save some of that energy for tonight." That sent both of their cheeks bright red.

Later

Rias had announced that Asia was the only one allowed in Issei's room tonight, for obvious reasons. While the others were disappointed, they all understood. Even Rias went and slept in her own bedroom, taking Ellie with her. Kuroka took Ewan back to the room she shared with Koneko, and Akeno took Shuri to her room. As the moon rose, it was just Asia and Issei alone in a room.

"Issei?" Asia spoke softly. She was laying on his chest enjoying the time she had alone with him.

"Hmm?" He answered. His arm was wrapped around her back and rubbing up and down her arm.

"You made me a promise."

"What do you… Oh."

"You said that we could have a baby once we get married. Issei, I can't wait anymore."

Before he knew what was happening, Asia was on top of him and pinning him down. Her lips caught his and their tongues danced for what seemed like hours. The lack of oxygen eventually caught up and forced them apart. Heavy breaths came from each as they took in the moment.

"Are you sure about this?" Issei asked her. Once he did this, there was no going back.

"Since the day I met you, I've wanted to be with you forever." Asia dove back in and kissed him again, this time, working to remove her clothes. Her white nightgown fell past her shoulders revealing her bare chest. She then pulled it down past her waist.

Issei took a moment to admire the form of the beautiful woman that he was now married to. She was glowing with desire and lust, but also love. He was not going to deny her this after waiting patiently for so long. "Alright. Are you ready?"

Asia nodded her head. "Make me a true woman, Issei. My husband." Gosh it felt so good to say that at last.
