"What's going on, man?" Both boys are giving Castle equally intimidating stares. They're definitely angry.
Castle schools his features, forcing himself to act nonplussed. "Everything is fine." He punctuates his sentence with a small wave of his hands. He's holding back.
She can see the tension between the three of them. Ryan and Esposito are crowding Castle into a corner of the room. Anger flaring in their eyes.
"Come on!" Ryan hisses.
Castle furrows his brows, not in anger, but frustration. His arms cross his chest. "Maybe you should ask Beckett." He spits her name like venom on his tongue.
