My weeks are becoming busier and I am delighted at the fact, as all of the activities revolve around Bella or the personal exploration she had inspired within me. The days pass more quickly, knowing I shall see her on Mondays in the library, in English on Wednesdays and Fridays, on Thursdays for calculus practice and at weekends for our activities. On Tuesdays and Sundays I meditate, read, paint and hunt when necessary.
This Saturday I am buying a new computer and on Sunday we are taking a pottery class. I am so excited! I have been watching the movie Ghost to prepare myself for the experience, imagining myself at the potter's wheel as Bella stands wrapped around me like Patric Swayze. It is most stimulating!
Bella and I can chat any time now on our phones and if I'm lucky she will say hi in the lunch room and I'll give her my soda, then we will practice sign language. I think it scares her to approach my family though, as Alice is overeager and Rosalie is positively murderous. She has called another family meeting. Was it not enough that they got their way after the last one?!
I have tried so very hard to be good. And I have also tried to stay away from Bella. I know I have not been entirely successful but I spend so little time with Bella really. Nowhere nearly as much as Rosalie and Emmett do, or Alice and Jasper, and barely more that Esme and Carlisle.
I am just starting to feel better. I know the future is desolate but I can at least have these memories for now. Would they really deny me those? They have all eternity with their mates, I have less than ten months with Bella at best and that is assuming she stays in Forks for every school vacation which is doubtful. She will surely want to visit Arizona at some juncture.
I know I shall have to very skillfully and diplomatically handle the family meeting in order to appropriately convey my point.
A/N: Please leave a review! Thanks so much to my wonderful beta wh1teow1, please show some love and read Moirai, a reimagining of Twilight for the new decade! Next up, the family meeting...will Edward be able to pull off skillful diplomacy?
