"Look I am tired of getting involved and winding myself getting injured in the process." Gibbs needed to say finally to his wife has been through a great deal since being married to him.
"But you do know Jethro that Alejandro Riveria is going to be coming after you no matter what? And if this is the case we need to protect our family if this does happen?" Loreile was once again thinking about entering a safe house until her husband is able to find Riveria once he's able to get out of the hospital.
"Do you really think that Doctor Cyril Taft is going to let me out of the hospital sooner?" Gibbs needed to say even though at least he will know that his family is going to be safe.
"Talk to him and see what he has to say on the subject," Loreile said with anger building that once again her family was in danger. Even though it was hard to believe." she needed to say for the moment.
"I will see what I can do with talking to the manager of the Evergreen safe house on whether he will be able to let us stay there again. Even though putting the safe house at the crosshairs," she said to her husband that wasn't liking the idea in the first place.
"Do what is necessary Loreile?" Gibbs mentioned while sitting up in spite of the discomfort.
"For the sake of the family Jethro and hopefully your life as well."
Doctor Cyril Taft arriving back at the hospital after resting for the evening with his wife Catherine. The moment he walked into his office with his secretary telling him that Special Agent Gibbs wished to speak with him about an issue.
He knew exactly what was going on with Gibbs with wanting to get out of the hospital.
Changing into his white doctor's coat while making sure he was ready for this. He walked over to the minibar of his office for where Gibbs had first come into his office to talk about his feelings to a certain point until he was ready and Taft asking on whether he could speak with a therapist.
After he gulped down the Scotch burning in his throat and stomach. Once he was ready to have for Gibbs's room to find out what was on his mind.
Walking out of his office heading down the long hall with two different sections. He stopped at the nurse's station for an update on Gibb's vitals. The older nurse had taken the chart from the slot in order to hand it to Doctor Taft.
"Thanks," he said quickly looking at the numbers before handing it back with walking away towards his room.
He knocked first before walking inside to see Loreile on the phone while his patient was sitting up in bed.
"I understand that you wish to speak with me Jethro?" he said with standing in front of him while Loriele was talking to someone and wasn't paying attention to them.
"I need to ask you a favor and please listen while I explain. Loriele is talking to the manager of the Evergreen safe house to have herself and the boys stay there for a few weeks maybe less. I need to get out of this hospital to search for Alejandro Riveria."
"Are you serious Jethro? I can't let you out for at least a few days with the condition of your heart and wound needing to heal a few more days. It's a smart thing that your family will be entering a safe house while you're recovering. And don't try leaving the hospital or else you're going to kill yourself with a heart attack or worse? Do I make myself clear?" Taft was livid when it comes to his friend.
"Fine. But I need to get out of here as soon as possible Doctor Taft?" Gibbs had warned him through hearing parts of his wife's conversation with the manager of the safehouse.
"I will let you know when you're able to get out of here." he inquired for the most part.
Meanwhile, Loriele finished talking with the manager.
Doctor Cyril Taft will be the one to ask the question this time by removing his glasses to clean them. "When are you leaving for the safe house?"
"Tomorrow. I will be heading home to have Madeline call her boss of the D.O.D. to let him know that I will be heading for the EVERGREEN safe house with the boys."
"Loriele I need for you to stay in constant contact with me if possible?" Jethro will say to his wife filled with emotion and his chest.
"Of course I will Jethro! I just wish to go that this is going to end soon with the Cartel ending their threat against you?" she responded with sitting down. Listen Jethro I am going home to pack. I know this is not going to be easy for anyone?" she replied with the truth and anger with her demeanor.
