Shawn vs. Jose
Summary: This is the opening match as the TDW World TV Championship will be put on the line as Shawn Vogelson defends the championship against Jose Burromuerto

The crowd was ready for the action to start.
"Welcome back to Total Drama Wrestling as we have our opening contest our first championship match of the night in which Shawn Vogelson will defend the TDW World TV Championship against a debuting Jose Burromuerto." Mauro said before "For Whom The Bell Tolls" by Metallica played as Jose Burromuerto came out to loud boos from the crowd before the bell rang.
"Ladies and gentlemen... our opening contest is set for one-fall and it's for the TDW World Television Championship! Introducing first, the challenger... one of the newest members of The Empire... from Barcelona, Spain, weighing in at 255 pounds... making his Total Drama debut... Jose Burromuerto!" Justin Roberts announced while Jose was wearing a navy blue robe resembling one of Ric Flair's robes before he entered the ring as he took it off as he sported dark navy blue trunks, knee pads and boots of the same color before his music stopped as "My Demons" by Starset played as Shawn Vogelson came out to loud cheers from the crowd.
"Here comes the TDW World TV Champion facing Alejandro's older brother, Jose." JR said.
"His opponent, from Huntsville, Ontario, Canada... weighing in at 194 pounds... he is the current Total Drama Wrestling World TV Champion... Shawn Vogelson!" Justin Roberts announced before Shawn entered the ring, then he handed the championship belt to the referee who raised it up high before he handed it to the timekeeper before the bell sounded as the match was officially underway.
"Here we go, the TDW World TV Championship is on the line and we are underway!" Mauro said before Jose and Shawn grappled in the collar-and-elbow tie up before Jose nailed Shawn with an arm drag, then Shawn responded back with a spinning heel kick to the back of Jose's head before nailing an inverted 450 to his back as well for good measure before nailing a La magistral pin.
"1...! 2...!" The referee counted before Jose powered out and responded with a hard running forearm elbow to Shawn's face before nailing a hard and brutal snap German suplex.
"What a snap German suplex by Jose to Shawn!" JR said before Jose nailed an enziguri to Shawn's head before he nailed a running neckbreaker.
"Ohhh!" The crowd cringed.
"What a running neckbreaker by Jose! Little brother must be proud of big brother's results so far." Mauro said before Jose pinned Shawn.
"1...! 2...!" The ref counted before Shawn kicked out before Jose nailed another running neckbreaker before Jose nailed Shawn with one of his finishers which is a Fireman's Carry Powerbomb.
"Jose Burromuerto with another running knee followed up by a Fireman's Carry Powerbomb!" JR said before Jose nailed the second of his two finishers a Cross-Arm Piledriver to Shawn.
"Cross-Arm Piledriver by Jose Burromuerto and at this point it looks academic!" Mauro said before Jose glared and taunted at the crowd.
"Jose is using his time poorly, he could be going for the win but he's absorbing all of the heat from these fans." JR said before Jose attempted to grab Shawn who then performed an inside cradle pin onto Jose.
"Inside cradle JR!" Mauro shouted before the ref began the count.
"1...! 2...!" The ref counted before Jose kicked out again but was met with a hard roundhouse kick by Shawn.
"Good god! What a roundhouse kick by Shawn Vogelson!" JR said before Shawn nailed the "Zombie Killer DDT" before he pinned Jose.
"Shawn with the Zombie Killer DDT!" Mauro said before the ref began the count.
"1...! 2...! 3...!" The ref counted as Shawn won the match and retained the TDW World TV championship.
"What a war!" JR said.
"Your winner... and still the TDW World TV Champion... Shawn Vogelson!" Justin Roberts announced before Jose got up and began to attack Shawn after he realized what happened as the crowd began to boo.
"Come on! What a sore loser!" Mauro shouted while Jose was punching, hammering away, and beating Shawn up until he nailed another Cross-Arm Piledriver until Daniel King came out.
"Jose! Jose Burromuerto! That is enough! If you do anything else I swear, the LAPD haul your ass out of the arena and you will spend a night in jail!" Daniel said to Jose.
"Fine!" Jose said before he stopped beating up Shawn and left the ring as the TDW World TV champion was bloodied up a bit before EMT's came into help him.
"When we come back we will see Justin Morrison taking on Chris McLean in a match where the winner will challenge Shawn Vogelson at Road to Redemption for the TDW World TV championship so don't go away." JR said before the camera faded to black.
