Episode 360: Sora vs Saturn
A couple of hours passed since Sora has won his fourth Gym Badge and now has half of the Badges he needed. Sora exchanged Corviknight, Grimmsnarl, and Espeon for Turtwig, Prinplup, and Croagunk as soon as they were healed. Sora wanted to test out Croagunk's prowess."Okay, Croagunk, how about it? Let's see what you're made of," Sora said as Croagunk looked right at Sora inflating his sacs. Sora took out a pair of boxing pads. "Okay, Poison Jab on the boxing pads. "That's the way, Croagunk! Keep going!" Croagunk kept on practiced and then Croagunk accidentally lands one onto Sora. "Ooh!" Sora fell on his back. "That's one badass Poison Jab."
"Pika," Pikachu said. Kairi gasped as she saw what has happened to him.
"Sora!" Kairi gasped as she went up to her boyfriend. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine," Sora said, he was getting back on his feet. "That was a good Poison Jab."
"Croa," Croagunk said. Kairi helped her boyfriend up. She looked right at Croagunk.
"Be more careful with your Poison Jab, Croagunk," Kairi said.
"Gunk," Croagunk said. The effects of Poison Jab wore off as he gave the toxic mouth Pokémon a pat on the head.
"Okay, let's get some training done, but let's work on your Brick Break for a while," Sora said. Sora placed some boulders in front of him. Croagunk swung his arm at the boulders and broke in half. "That was great, Croagunk!" Croagunk beamed in his own way. "Okay, Croagunk, use Sludge Wave!" Croagunk unleashes Sludge Wave and it lands a successful hit. "Good work, Croagunk!"
"Croagunk!" Croagunk said. His sacs inflates and deflates and sits on his rear. Just then, a trainer came along. He was a boy that looks like he's large for his age. He wore a big black shit with a white Pokéball symbol. He approaches Sora from behind.
"Hey there," the large trainer said. Sora turned to see him. "I was just passing by and I noticed that you were training your Pokémon. I was wondering if I could have a battle with you?"
"Sure. And you would be?" Sora asked.
"Just call me Big Chris. And I came here to challenge the Gym Leader here to a Pokémon battle. So, how about it?" Big Chris challenged.
"Okay. I guess I can go for one. How do you wanna go?" Sora asked.
"We can make it a five-on-five battle," Big Chris said.
"Sure," Sora said. Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Big Chris made it to the back for the battle to get started. "I'm ready when you are."
"Well, I'm ready now," Big Chris said, taking out a Great Ball and he tossed it. "You're going right in, Primeape!" He threw the Great Ball and his Primeape emerged form the Great Ball. Sora turned to Croagunk.
"You go in first, Croagunk," Sora said. Croagunk goes right into the battlefield to battle. "Croagunk! Use Poison Jab!" Croagunk jumped forward to deliever a Poison Jab onto the pig monkey Pokémon.
"Primeape! Dodge and use Ice Punch!" Big Chris ordered as Primeape came right at the poison dart frog Pokémon. Croagunk blocks with his hands.
"Brick Break!" Sora ordered. Croagunk came at the pig monkey Pokémon with his hand down and landed a hit onto Primeape.
"Primeape! Close Combat!" Big Chris ordered. Primeape came at Croagunk and started to beat Croagunk senseless. Primeape gave Croagunk one last punch and he fell on the ground, but got back up to battle.
"Croagunk! Sludge Wave!" Sora ordered. Croagunk sends Sludge Wave right at Primeape.
"Dodge and use Ice Punch!" Big Chris ordered. Primeape lands Ice Punch onto Croagunk. Croagunk's whole body glows orange and gave Primeape a punch on the face.
"Whoa," Sora said.
"Croagunk just learned how to use Revenge!" Kairi said.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"Primeape! Use your Ice Punch again!" Big Chris ordered. Primeape heads towards Croagunk with is fist emitting ice.
"Dodge and use Brick Break!" Sora ordered. Croagunk swings his arm down and lands a hit onto Primeape. The pig monkey Pokémon has fallen on the ground beaten. He calls back Primeape and took out a Dive Ball. "Your turn, Gastrodon!" He threw it and it let's out a Gastrodon. It has a fully colored green which point at a 45-degree angle. Its underside up to the bottom of its mouth is blue, its back and the top of its head is completely green, and it has two yellow "fins" adorned on its back with a third bordering its side and rear, as well as two small blue spots between them. It has a yellow border running down its body from its head, separating the blue and the green coloration. Sora took out his Pokédex and scanned Gastrodon.

Type: Water/Ground
Its body is covered in a purple sticky slime to deter enemies. This fluid isn't poisonous—instead, it's super sticky, and once it sticks, it's very hard to unstick. It's very susceptible to dehydration, so it can't spend too muchtime on the land.
"I figured that was an East Sea Gastrodon," Sora said. He calls back his Croagunk and took out a Pokéball and threw it. "Your turn now, Turtwig!" Turtwig came on out to battle. "Start things up with your Energy Ball!" Turtwig forms a ball of energy from his mouth and fires Energy Ball right at Gastrodon.
"Block that with your Muddy Water!" Big Chris ordered. Gastrodno fires Muddy Water and it blocks Turtwig's Muddy Water. "Now, use Body Press!" Gastrodon comes down to flatten Turtwig.
"Dodge and use Razor Leaf!" Sora ordered. Turtwig and fires Razor Leaf at the sea slug Pokémon. It struck Gastrodon on the mark. "Now, use Bite!" Turtwig heads towards Gastrodon and lands a Bite.
"Body Press!" Big Chris ordered. Gastrodon jumps and comes down at the tiny leaf Pokémon.
"Dodge!" Sora called out. Turtwig ran to avoid Gastrodon, but Gastrodon came too fast for Turtwig to dodge. "Energy Ball!" Turtwig and fires Energy Ball right at Gastrodon and it lands a heavy hit due to its weakness to Grass Type attacks.
"Gastrodon!" Big Chris gasped. Gastrodon got back up with a vengeance. "Use Muddy Water!" Gastrodon fires Muddy Water right at Turtwig.
"Dodge!" Sora called out. Turtwig got out from under Gastrodon and avoided Gastrodon's Muddy Water. "Energy Ball! Full power!" Turtwig forms a Energy Ball from his mouth to fire at the sea slug Pokémon.
"Body Slam!" Big Chris ordered. Gastrodon comes down at Turtwig and he fires right at Gastrodon. The sea slug Pokémon fell backwards on landed on its side. Big Chris was stunned to see Gastrodon had been taken down. Turtwig then started to evolve. Sora was surprised as was Kairi, Pikachu, and Angel. Turtwig was now a Grotle.
"Wow, you evolved into a Grotle," Sora said.
"Grotle," the newly evolved Grotle said. He pets Grotle as he beams.
"Man, Ven is so going to be surprised when he sees you," Sora said. Big Chris calls back his Gastrodon and he took out a Dusk Ball.
"Move right in, Crobat!" Big Chris called out as a pink Crobat with green on the wings. Stars swirls around Crobat upon entry. Sora calls back Grotle and takes out another Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Prinplup!" Sora called out and Prinplup came out to battle.
"Okay, Crobat! Cross Poison!" Big Chris ordered. Crobat comes at the penguin Pokémon with poison blades.
"Metal Claw!" Sora ordered. Prinplup's flippers gave off a metallic glow and comes at Crobat and clashes with the poison blades. "Use Bubble Beam!"
"Dodge and use Poison Fang!" Big Chris ordered. Crobat avoids Bubble Beam and gave Prinlup a Poison Fang and became poisoned. "Now, use Aerial Ace!" Crobat darts right at Prinplup and lands a hit on the penguin Pokémon, earning a knockout. Sora calls Prinplup back and took out a Pokéball adn threw it. "You're up, Riolu!" His Pokéball opened up and Riolu came out to battle. Big Chris calls back Crobat and takes out a regular Pokéball. "You're going in now, Empoleon!" He threw the Pokéball and out came what appears to be a stout, navy blue penguin-like Pokémon with orange webbed feet like ducks have. It also appears to have metal flippers with blue metal bordering it and three orange small claws underneath its flippers. It has a blue fin at the back along with a tail and a giant metal blue fin resembling a necktie in the center of it starting from its chin. It also appears to have something looking like a tuxedo that it is wearing. It also mainly has a black body with a some white in the center of it along with black spots at the bottom of its white part of body. It also has two giant golden spots on the back of it along with a three horned trident crest making its beak. Sora took out his Pokédex and scanned it.

The evolved form of Prinplup
Type: Water/Steel
It swims as fast as a jet boat. The edges of its wings are sharp and can slice apart drifting ice. The three horns that extend from its beak attest to its power. The leader has the biggest horns
"So that's Piplup's fully evolved form. Wonder when I'll see Chimchar's fully evolved form," Sora said in his thoughts. He puts his Pokédex away.
"Empoleon! begin with your Steel Wing!" Big Chris ordered. Empoleon came running towards Riolu.
"Dodge and use Force Palm!" Sora ordered. Riolu avoided Empoleon's Steel Wing and came at the emperor Pokémon and gave it a push with Force Palm. That caused some heavy damage due to Empoleon's weakness to Fighting Type attacks. "Now, use Aura Sphere!" Big Chris was caught off guard when he told Riolu to use Aura Sphere. Riolu forms a ball of energy and uses it to strike at Empoleon. Empoleon was struck hard by Aura Sphere, leaving Big Chris surprised.
"A Riolu that can use Aura Sphere. I wasn't expecting this at all," Big Chris said in his thoughts.
"Now, use Metal Claw!" Sora ordered. Riolu came at Empoleon to swipe at Empoleon. Big Chris waited for Riolu to be close enough.
"Steel Wing!" Big Chris ordered. Empoleon smacked at Riolu with its flipper. "Now use Water Pledge!" Empoleon swings its flippers in the air as streams of water emerge from the ground and quickly surround Riolu.
"Get out of there, Riolu!" Sora called out. Riolu attempted to get away, but the water came too fast for Riolu to dodge and he got struck by the powerful water attack and he fell on the ground, beaten. Sora calls back Riolu. "Get some rest, Riolu. You earned it." Big Chris still couldn't believe that a Riolu has the ability to use Aura Sphere.
"How in the world did he get his hands on a Riolu with the ability to use Aura Sphere? Just who is that kid?" Big Chris asked in his thoughts. He spoke out loud. "Say, how about we decide the winner with the next round?"
"Sure thing," Sora said. He looked over at Pikachu. "You're up, Pikachu!"
"Pika!" Pikachu said, going into battle. Big Chris calls back his Empoleon and took out his next Pokéball.
"Go right in, Golem!" Big Chris called out. The Pokéball opens and his Golem came on out to battle. "I should warn you, your Pikachu's electricity won't even tickle my Golem because it's a Ground Type Pokémon too!"
"I know that! And my Pikachu took on Ground Types before! Pikachu! Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Pikachu ran across the battlefield.
"Golem! Stop Pikachu with your Eath Power!" Big Chris ordered. Golem uses Earth Power on the ground. Pikachu got hit by Earth Power. "Now, use Rollout!" Golem rolled into a ball and headed right towards Pikachu.
"Dodge it, Pikachu!" Sora called out. Pikachu ran to avoid the megaton Pokémon. Sora knew Rollout got stronger from each hit that it is used. "Use Iron Tail!" Pikachu swung his tail and smacked Golem on the face when it unrolled itself. "Good clean hit, buddy!"
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said.
"Way to go, Pikachu!" Kairi cheered.
"Eevee, vee!" Angel added.
"Golem! Use Earth Power!" Big Chris ordered. Golem used Earth Power again, but Pikachu dodges by jumping into the air. "No way!"
"Iron Tail!" Sora ordered and he came down swinging Iron Tail and smacked Golem hard and rolled backwards. Golem had been taken down. "Good work, Pikachu!"
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said.
"You both were great!" Kairi said.
"Eevee!" Angel added.
Kairi and Angel gave their signifigant others a deserved hug as Big Chris was walking up to Sora.
"You raised your Pokémon right. And I was amazed by that Riolu of yours. Did you teach Aura Sphere to it?" Big Chris asked.
"No, Riolu always had that move from the day he hatched from egg," Sora said.
"Okay," Big Chris said. "Anyway, thanks for the battle and all." He went into the Pokémon Center and he hides behind a plant and took out his smartphone and made a call. "Hey, it's me. You know that Riolu you were looking for? The one that can use Aura Sphere? I found it! I looked everywhere for that Riolu and I finally found it!" Big Chris listened. "Where am I? I'm in Veilstine City, that's where. And that kid will be coming right towards you soon enough."
Elsewhere in a huge truck, man wearing with brown hair and wearing sunglasses and a dark green jacket. He grinned.
"Excellent! I'll be looking forward to it," the man said, hanging up. He chuckled. "I was wondering when that kid was going to find it. I was starting to give up. I want that Riolu all for myself. And I will do anything to get it!" Unknown to them, a pair of humanoid Digimon were listening on the conversation. One of them is a beautiful feminine demon Digimon whose appearance is a cross between a demonic priestess and a feudal Japanese courtesan, wearing long, purple robes over a latex catsuit, showing her cleavage. She has the same mark as Myotismon and Devimonon her forehead. Her hair is black like the demonic bat-like wings protruding from her back, her eyes are blue and her skin is rather pale, similar to a vampire. She wore an inscribed golden gauntlet named "Nazar Nail" over her right arm. The ribbons off of her dress are razor-sharp. She wore purple eye shadow, lipstick and nail polish as makeup. The other is a male Digimon that wore a a gold mask over his face and also wore poncho with red pearls and has a long white beard and white hair. He is holding a skull scepter with a red orb. He wore gold rings with red, blue, and green jewels, and has gold bracelets on both his wrists.
"I can see why you're interested in him, Barbamon. Your intuitions never disappoint," the female demon Digimon said.
"Nor they shall, Lilithmon. Lucemon was right to bring us along with him and SkullKnightmon to take the human world along with them. The power of greed is too great to resist," Barbamon said.
"I take it that you'll be taking advantage of this human's greed, hm?" Lilithmon asked.
"Of course. Greed can be a proper motivator. In the meantime, SkullKnightmon and Lucemon is already preparing their plan as we speak," Barbamon said.
Over in the Sinnoh Maximum Security prison, Pokémon Hunter J is sitting in her cell in the women's wing, filled with rage over her defeat by Sora and the Digimon. She couldn't forget how Veedramon had crushed her arm. Her reputation as a feared Pokémon Hunter had been tainted.
"Those brats will pay for this. How dare they have me put in here," J hissed. "I would want nothing more than to have my revenge on them all."
"We can make that happen," a voice spoke. She was startled as a vortex takes her in and she fell and looked up to see SkullKnightmon and Lucemon.
"Who are you?" J asked.
"The one who freed you, J," SkullKnightmon said.
"I should be grateful, is that what you're expecting? Well, I am not!" J stated.
"You shall be grateful since I can send you back or worse," SkullKnightmon threatened as he pointed his lance at her. She attempted to fight him, but she was quickly overpowered by the knight Digimon. She attempts to get back up, but a Digimon placed her down with its foot. It is a quadripedal beast Digimon whose main body is in the shape of an axe's blade with bulky front legs resembling boots and blade-like hind legs. It has a gold crest on its head and two pairs of blade-like spikes in its upper back. "Well done, Axemon."
"Thank you, SkullKnightmon," Axemon said.
"You wish to die? I can make that happen if you do not do as you are told or if you betray me," SkullKnightmon said.
"You will find that I am easy to control," J said.
"I do it the hard way," SkullKnightmon said. "I offer you the chance to have your revenge on the one responsible for your downfall. In exchanged for your freedom, I require your total obedience. If you refuse to serve me, then you shall die. If you betray me, you will die." J had little choice but to obey him.
"Okay, I'll do what you say. What you want me to do?" J asked.
"You shall carry on with your usual business, but only when I say you do! And I have ways to make sure that you obey me," SkullKnightmon said, pointing his lance at her. J's henchman all arrived and they were pleased to see their leader back. So, they served SkullKnightmon from now on. With them are a few knight Digimon. One of them has pink armor with gold ribbons and has a gold shield on her right arm. The second one has white armor, with a pair of purple wings and large claws. And the third one is a Digimon wearing an indigo armor and holding a double-edged blade. "Dynasmon, Crusadermon, Craniamon, keep a close watch on her."
"As you command," Dynasmon said, bowing his head. The knight Digimon entered the aircraft.
Back in Veilstone City, Reggie comes on by to find the couple having Nurse Joy care for Sora's Pokémon.
"I thought I would find you here," Reggie said.
"Hey, Reggie. What brings you here?" Sora asked.
"I was coming by to see if you and the rest of your friends would see something before you take off," Reggie offered.
"Really?" Sora asked.
"Pika?" Pikachu asked.
"Yeah. So, how about it?" Reggie asked.
"Okay. We'll get them," Kairi said. The couple went to retrieve Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Meowth, and the Digimon. Once they got them, Reggie led the group in the city to what he wanted them to see.
"So, what's so important that we had to see before we took off?" Aqua asked.
"Let's just say it's really out of this world," Reggie said. The group eventually made it to their destination. It was a ground of meteorites that have fallen from outer space. "And here we are."
"You brought us over here to see some rocks?" Agumon asked.
"These aren't ordinary rocks. These are meteorites," Reggie said.
"Meteorites?" Armadillomon asked.
"They're rocks that fell from outer space," Sora said.
"And that's what all these are," Reggie said.
"Is that why it's called Veilstone City, Reggie?" Ventus asked.
"Yes. It's what puts Veilstone City on the map. Our city's been called the City Hewn From Rock and these metoerites are part of it," Reggie said. "All these metoerites have been honored as guardians since way back in ancient days. Of course, as the meteorites' fame grew, people started teveling here all over to see them. And that's how Veilstone City gradually began taking shape. Now, the grateful people of our fair city are watched over by all of our guardians."
"It's a good thing you brought us all here, because if I knew about these ahead of time, I would end up regretting it," Terra said.
"I never would have thought of these rocks being guardians," Gomamon said.
"Me neither, it's so amazing," Tentomon said.
"And I'm with Terra, because I'm glad Reggie brought us here," Patamon said.
Up above, a Team Glactic helicopter makes a landing. Saturn steps out to be greeted by a couple of Team Galactic grunts.
"Commander Saturn, welcome to Veilstone Base," the male grunt greeted.
"May I carry that?" The female grunt asked. Saturn raises his hand.
"This is a special item. I'm bringing it to our leader. I'll carry it myself," Saturn said.
Back at the Pokémon Center, Sora shows his cousin his newly evolved Grotle and Ventus his jumping with joy to see him for the first time.
"Cool! You evolved!" Ventus said. Grotle is nuzzling him.
"I gotta admit, Sora, I knew it was a matter of time before your Turtwig evolved," Terra said.
"And I can imagine your Grotle evolving into a Torterra," Aqua said.
"You raised your Grotle well for it to evolve," Nurse Joy said. They all turned to see the nurse. The same can be said about your other Pokémon," Nurse Joy said.
Over to Team Galactic's Veilstone Base, Saturn sttod before several Team Galactic grunts.
"Attention please! Our next targets are the meteorites surrounding Veilstone City! If the Cube is successful, then that event will give us the necessary that unlocks the mystery of our operation's next stage!" Saturn announced. "Then, after plan completion, we'll destroy this base and evacuate. It's vitally important we oleave absolutely no sign of our presence here!"
"Yes, sir!" The Team Galactic grunts all said.
Over to Vorvomon and the Dracomon Brothers in another part of Veilstone City, Devimon had arrived.
"Any news of your progress?" Devimon asked.
"Um, no," Vorvomon said.
"I see," Devimon said. He spots Saturn and two of the grunts arrving on the scene. Saturn opened the case and the cube began glowing. The metoerites glows along with them. "What is this?"
"It's reacting! Just as our leader said it would!" Saturn said. He stands and raises his the cube in his hand and beams of energy emerge from the metoerites. This catches the attentiopn of Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and the Digimon.
"What's going on out there?" Gabumon asked.
"Those lights are pretty," Wormmon said.
"And weird," Sora said.
Reggie was seeing the lights from his house as he saw it.
"What's going on there?" Reggie asked.
Over in the Veilstone City Gym, Maylene and Lucario were doing some meditating when Lucario was picking up some sort of disturbance.
"You sense something too, Lucario, don't you?" Maylene asked. Lucario growled. Maylene knew it was a very bad sign.
Back to the meteorites, the cube floats out of his hand and takes the shape of a key.
"There! The Spear Key!" Saturn said. The Spear Key glows and floats back down to Saturn's level. "Those meteorites and the Spear Key are made of the exact same material. He makes contact with base. "Saturn here! We detected the target! Prepare for signal jamming!"
Back over to Veilstone Base.
"As you wish!" The male grunt said, hacking into the city's main power source. Saturn places the Spear Key back in the brief case. Devimon was interested in what they have planned.
"The light's gone," Biyomon said.
"What was that about?" Sora asked.
Over in Reggie's house, he knew something was wrong. And then, the power goes out.
"Now, what?" Reggie asked.
It wasn't just his house, but it was everywhere. All of the townspeople were affected by the same thing.
"What happened?!" Officer Jenny asked.
"A strange magnetic wave is blanketing Veilstone City!" One of the offers said.
"Communications with the outside world have been cut off!" Another police officer said.
"Our radar is down too! Something is jamming the whole grid!" Another police officer said.
"Switch to emergency mode! Scramble all of our communications and run all information through me first! We've got to find the source of that interference!" Officer Jenny stated.
"What's going on?!" Ventus exclaimed.
"I don't know. I have a bad feeling something had happened," Aqua said.
"My thoughts exactly," a familiar voice spoke. They all turned it was Maylene who said that. "Lucario sensed something going on in the park."
Maylene led the group towards the park to see what was going on.
"Couldn't you just head to Officer Jenny about this?" Sora asked.
"I sent someone from the Gym staff to do that," Maylene said.
"Good thinking!" Kairi said.
Team Galactic helicopters were heading for the park.
"I have a feeling who ever is flying in those helicopter are responsible for what's happening!" Terra said.
"And I have a sickening feeling who," Sora said. The helicopters fly in.
"Begin meteorite collection," Saturn instructed. The bottom of the helicopters opens and the hooks came down to retrieve them. The group all arrived to see Team Galactic.
"Look! It's Team Galactic!" Kairi exclaimed.
"I knew it!" Sora hissed. A male grunt went up to them.
"What are you doing here?" The male grunt asked. Saturn looked at the group.
"Interference?" Saturn asked.
"Putting a stop to you, Team Galactic!" Sora said.
"I'm going to guess you're with Mars and Jupiter," Kairi said.
"I see. I'm Saturn, one of the commanders of Team Galactic," Saturn introduced himself.
"Mars and Jupiter failed to get their goals," Aqua said.
"I see. You must be the reason why Jupiter and Mars failed their objections. You will not interfere again," Saturn said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Toxicroak! Go!" Toxicroak came on out. This Toxicroak has a smaller throat-sac than the one he battled before. "Use Sludge Bomb!" Toxicroak fires Sludge Bomb right at group. Everyone all ducked out of the way. Sora took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Croagunk!" Sora called out. Croagunk came out and glared right at Toxicroak and it stares right back Croagunk. "Brick Break!" Croagunk comes at Toxicroak.
"Poison Jab!" Saturn ordered. Toxicroak dodges Brick Break and then sends its clawed hands. Toxicroak lands a hit onto Croagunk.
"What do you have planed with those meteorites?" Sora asked.
"We don't care about your landmarks. But these meteorites must take the necessary forms," Saturn said.
"What are you talking about?" Sora asked.
"We're talking about the necessary forms to build the new world," Saturn said.
"New world?" Ventus asked.
"What do you mean by that?" Maylene asked.
Officer Jenny rode in on her motorcycle, catching everyone by surprise. Saturn was slightly annoyed by more meddling. Officer Jenny turned to Maylene with a smile.
"Maylene, thanks for the tipoff," Officer Jenny said.
"My civic duty!" Maylene said. Officer Jenny turned to Team Galactic.
"All communications are down because of your tricks!" Officer Jenny said.
"Maybe. And Maybe not," Saturn said.
"Glad you showed up, Officer Jenny," Terra said.
"In the anime, I wouldn't be happy because I'm still a bad guy on that," Meowth said, breaking the fourth wall.
"The Sinnoh special police has been trying to get a lock onto Team Galactic for a long time! And you're busted!" Officer Jenny said. "Tell me exactly what you're planning to do with those meteorites?" Officer Jenny demanded.
"That would be a big waste of time," Saturn said. "But I will say it's all part of our plan. Toxicroak! Dark Pulse!" Toxicroak fires Dark Pulse right at the group.
Agumon, "Pepper Breath!"
Gabumon, "Blue Blaster!"
Tentomon, "Super Shocker!"
Agumon, Gabumon, and Tentomon fired their attacks and blocks Toxicroak's Dark Pulse. An explosion erupts between them. Croagunk comes at Toxicroak with Brick Break. Toxicroak blocks with its arms. Croagunk and Toxicroak have been eyeballing each other.
"Croagunk seriously doesn't like her," Kairi said.
"Unless you wanna be dragged kicking and screaming in handcuffs, I suggest you surrender peacefully while you can," Officer Jenny said.
Saturn scoffed and he gave the order to the grunts, "Clear the way now!"
"Sir!" The Team Galactic grunts all said, taking out Pokéballs and threw them up in the air. The Pokéballs unleashed a horde of Golbat. The Golbat were circling around them.
"Golbat. What's with evil organizations and Golbat?" Sora groaned. The Golbat attack by firing Air Cutter at the group.
"Air Cutter!" Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Maylene, and Meowth all screamed. Veemon jumped in the air.
Veemon, "Vee Headbutt!" He darts at one of the Golbat. Croagunk and Toxicroak attempt to out-muscle each other.
"Toxicroak, what are you doing? Destroy Croagunk!" Saturn ordered.
"Croagunk! Use Brick Break!" Sora ordered. The frog Pokémon seperate from each other and Croagunk comes at Toxicroak with Brick Break. Toxicroak dodges and she bats Croagunk back and the two of them glare right at each other. "Use Poison Jab!" Croagubk comes at Toxicroak with Poison Jab.
"Show Croagunk a more superior Poison Jab!" Saturn ordered. Croagunk and Toxicroak came at each other and gave poisonous punches to each other. The helicopters were starting to pull up the meteorites. The Golbat were circling around the group.
"There are too many Golbat! We can't get to the helicopter!" Officer Jenny said.
"That won't stop us!" Agumon said. He turned to the other Digimon and they all nodded. "Let's go!"
"Right!" Gabumon said.
"Let's do this thing!" Biyomon said.
Agumon, Gabumon, Veemon, Wormmon, Biyomon, Tentomon, Gomamon, and Palmon all started to Digivolve. But instead of stopping at the Champion level, they went to the Ultimate level.
"Agumon Warp Digivolve to... MetalGreymon!"
"Gabumon Warp Digivolve to... WereGarurumon!"
"Veemon Warp Digivolve to... AeroVeedramon!"
"Wormmon Warp Digivolve to... MachoStingmon!"
"Biyomon Warp Digivolve to... Garudamon!"
"Tentomon Warp Digivolve to... MegaKabuterimon!"
"Palmon Warp Digivolve to... Lillymon!"
"Gomamon Warp Digivolve to... Zudomon!"
MetalGreymon, AeroVeedramon, Zudomon, Garudamon, MachoStingmon, Garudamon, and MegaKabuterimon all scared the Golbat. They all retreated from the large Digimon.
"Way to go!" Lillymon said. "Flower Wreath!" She goes around some on the Golbat and the flowers tie them up into a noose.
"Sludge Bomb on that fairy!" Saturn ordered. Toxicroak turned to fire Sludge Bomb at Lillymon when Gatomon came at Toxicroak.
"Lightning Paw!" She lands a hit onto Croagunk's evolved form. Croagunk went at her and pushes Gatomon out of the way. "You're welcome."
"Now, to stop them from getting those meteorites!" WereGarurumon said. He turned to AeroVeedramon. "Get me up there!"
"Right!" AeroVeedramon said, grabbing WereGarurumon and threw him at one of the meteorites.
WereGarurumon, "Wolf Claw!" He slashes the cable at one, making it fall. AeroVeedramon catches the falling meteorite.
"WereGarurumon has the right idea!" Garudamon said, heading for another one. "Eagle Claw!" She cuts through the cable.
MegaKabuterimon, "Horn Buster!" MegaKabuterimon cuts the cbale with his horn.
Zudomon, "Hammer Boomerang!" Zudomon threw his hammer and the other end of the head cuts the cable.
MachoStingmon, "Macho Spiking Strike!" MachoStingmon comes at the cable and cuts it.
MetalGreymon, "Mega Claw!" MetalGreymon sends his metallic claw and it cuts the cable. The Ultimate level Digimon brought the metoerites down safely.
"Lucario! Bone Rush!" Maylene ordered. Lucario cuts the hooks off of them.
"Commander! The plan!" The female grunt said.
"I know. There's no choice. Retreat for now," Saturn said. He calls back Toxicroak. "Return for now, Toxicroak." Croagunk was disappointed that he didn't get a chance to take her down. Team Galactic make their getaway as the Ultimate level Digimon all revert back to their Rookie forms.
"Hey! Come back here!" Sora shouted after them.
"Sora, let it go!" Aqua said.
"She's right, Sora. We won the battle. We stopped them from taking the meteorites," Terra said.
"I agree with him. They'll make their move again and when they do, we'll be ready for them," Officer Jenny said. Sora turned to Croagunk and he was fuming over the fight being over before he could win. He bent down to Croagunk.
"I know how upset you are, Croagunk. You battled hard and I know you'll have your shot with her the next time. Team Galactic won't get away from us next time," Sora said.
"If only we knew about Team Galactic's plans," Officer Jenny said.
"They said something about a new world. Any idea on what that means?" Kairi asked.
"No. But they won't succeed," Officer Jenny said.
Over to Team Galactic, Saturn rode on the leading helicopter. One of the male grunts turned to Saturn.
"Sir, I know we weren't able to collect the necessary number of metoerites. Please forgive me," the male grunt pleaded. Saturn wasn't too bothered by the loss.
"Our work should be sufficent to make the Red Chain," Saturn said. He opens his eyes. "Our next stop: the lake." he makes contact with Team Galactic HQ. "Headquarters, this is Saturn. Operation concluded. Evacutating Veilstone Base."
On the very next day, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and the Digimon got what they needed as Reggie and Maylene came to see them off.
"All the very best for a safe and happy time on the rest of your journey," Maylene said.
"Thanks. You too. And thanks for that great battle yesterday," Sora said.
"No, thank you. Good luck in your next Gym battle, Sora. And I'm looking forward to seeing you in your next Contest, Kairi," Maylene said.
"Thanks," Kairi said.
"And the best of luck on your way, you guys," Reggie said.
"Thanks," everyone all said.
"We'll try to talk with Paul the next time we see him," Sora said.
"That's all I ask," Reggie said.
"Well, we'll be off," Sora said. "Got everything?"
"We sure do," Agumon said.
"Then, next stop, Pastoria City," Sora said.
