Episode 361: Pokémon Hunter J Strikes Back! Part 1
A couple of days have passed since Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and the Digimon left Veilstone City and started to head off to Pastoria City for Sora's fifth Gym Badge. Since Sora figured his next challenge caters to Water Type Pokémon, he figured Electric and Grass are his best options.Out of an old shed, a Bronzor came on out and floats around. Bronzor spotted the group and decided to follow them and see where they go.
Not too far, appearing is a white rat Digimon whose torso is encased in gold spherical armor with bonji on chest. It has three small horns, brown wings, a long tail, and long, thin legs with gold greaves and sabatons. It carries a giant, green pestle with gold tips on its back.
"I made it at last!" The rat Digimon said. "Now, where are the humans that I was told about?" The rat Digimon looks around and spotted the group. "Aha! Caught them at last!" The rat Digimon makes his way towards them. "Stop right there!" The group stopped and they looked around.
"Who said that?" Sora asked.
"I did!" The voice spoke. They all kept looking around.
"We can hear you, but we can't see you!" Sora said.
"Down here, you spiky-headed idiot!" The voice spoke. Sora looked at the rat Digimon and he tilted his head. "You're a Digimon?"
"Indeed I am! I am Kumbhiramon! And I am here to be your assistant!" Kumbhiramon said. Sora took out his Digidex and he looked him up.
"Kumbhiramon. Okay, he's a holy beast Digimon and he's at the Ultimate level. It says he's one of the twelve Devas. He's the Rat Deva. He makes copies of himself with Deva Clone," Sora said.
"He's an Ultimate level Digimon? More like a shrimpy level Digimon!" Meowth laughed. The Rat Deva snarled.
"Don't think you can take me just becuase I'm smaller than you, because you're no match for me!" Kumbhiramon said.
"Kumbhiramon is no push over. He's even stronger than he looks," Patamon said.
"Ooh," Meowth teased, pretending to be scared. "What's he going to do to me? Nibble on my tail with those cute little teeth?"
"Don't call me cute!" Kumbhiramon snapped at Meowth.
"Don't get short with me, Jerry. How about we talk it over some cheese or would it be offensive?" Meowth taunted.
"Come here!" Kumbhiramon pointed his claws at the scratch cat Pokémon. "Treasure Pestel!" Kumbhiramon leapt at Meowth to kill him, but Pikachu swings Iron Tail to block him. "You dare get in my way, you poor excuse for a mouse? You're a disgrace to mice everywhere!"
"Eevee!" Angel said, getting angry and rammed at him.
"Ow!" Kumbhiramon cried. "How dare you!"
"Eevee, Eevee, Eevee, vee, vee, Ee, Eevee, Eevee!" Angel said.
"What did Angel just say?" Ventus asked.
"Angel just said that he shouldn't be talking to Pikachu like that and he doens't know anything about him," Meowth translated.
"Oh boy," Ventus said. Patamon flew in front of Kumbhiramon.
"You're going have to turn back and run," Patamon said.
"Make me!" Kumbhiramon said. Patamon started to Digivolve.
"Patamon Digivolve to... Angemon!" Angemon twirls his staff. "Wanna have a go?"
"Anytime," Kumbhiramon said. "Deva Clone!" Kumbhiramon made several copies of himself and surrounded Angemon.
"Angel Rod!" Angemon shouted as he twirls his staff. He smacks the Rat Deva and the clones back. Just then, two more Digimon came on out. One of them is a black centaur-like ox Digimon covered in gold markings. It has a pair of gold bull horns, and a single, straight gold horn between them. It wears a red cuirass with spaulders which have bonji on them and gold trim, red vambraces with gold trim, a purple belt with three gold buckles over a read plate with gold trim, and red bracers with gold trim on its legs. It carries two swords with their scabbards tied to its belt. And the other Digimon is a centaur-like sheep Digimon notable for its long arms with large forearms. It has a pair of purple ram horns and a single, straight purple horn between them. It wears a purple cuirass with spaulders and gold trim, purple vambraces with gold trim, red lining, and bonji on the back of the hands, a red scarf, and a red belt with three gold buckles which have bonji on the middle one. It carries a purple crossbow with a black tiller.
"What the?! Two more?!" Meowth exclaimed. Terra took out his Digidex and used it on the two Digimon.
"Okay, we have Vajramon. He's a holy beast Digimon. He's the Ox Deva and an Ultimate level Digimon. He uses his two swords to attack with Deva Blade. And the other one is Pajiramon. She's the Sheep Deva. She's a holy beast Digimon and an Ultimate level Digimon. She fires Treasure Bow wth her crossbows and slams with Thunder Stomp," Terra said.
"Looks like we're in!" Armadillomon said.
"You know it, Armadillomon!" Hawkmon said. The two Digimon started to Digivolve.
"Hawkmon Digivolve to... Aquilamon!"
"Armadillomon Digivolved to... Ankylomon!"
Aquilamon flew right at Pajiramon as Ankylomon went towards Vajramon.
"Looks like we're having lamb chops tonight!" Aquilamon said.
"Try it if you dare!" Pajiramon said, aiming her crossbow at the eagle Digimon. "Treasure Bow!" Aquilamon dodges and comes down at her.
"Grand Horn!" Aquilamon shouted as he dove at Pajiramon. Pajiramon smacked him with her arm.
"Megaton Press!" Ankylomon shouted as Vajramon swung his swords at him. "Ouch! Those are sharp!"
Angemon and Kumbhiramon kept on going in their fight. The clones were overpowering Angemon. Gatmon stepped in.
"Lightning Paw!" Gatomon smacked at one of them, but he struck back at them.
"Vajramon, Pajiramon, keep them busy!" umbhiramon said.
"What do you think we're doing?" Pajiramon asked.
"Tail Hammer!" Ankylomon shouted, swinging his tail down at them. Vajramon gave his tail a punch and then gave him a punch on the face.
The three Ultimate level Digimon overpowered the four Champion level Digimon. They got up on their feet to keep on going.
"I'm going to destroy you all!" Pajiramon said, aiming her crossbows at them. Then the Champion level Digimon all started to Digivolve.
"Aquilamon Digivolve to-" Aquilamon started to transform. Aquilamon became white and has golden rings on his legs and his horns a little bit bigger. "ShineAquilamon!"
"Ankylomon Digivolve to-" Ankylomon transformed into a large bronze machine-like version of himself with his eyes as visors. "TankAnkylomon!"
"Angemon Digivolve to-" Angemon transformed into a Digimon that has eight bright wings, golden hair, golden ribbons that surround his body, his right arm is armed with a sacred sword with a purple aura like the sword, and he wears a purple mask around his face. "MagnaAngemon!"
"Gatmon Digivolve to-" Gatomon transformed into a tall, slender, woman-like Digimon with fair skin, long blonde hair, and a helmet like that of Angemon. Her outfit is a skin-tight, white bodysuit that covers half of her body with white high heels. She has eight white, dove-like wings with four on either side. She wears a gold ringon her left ankle and the a DigiCode, on both the Holy Ring and her ribbons. "Angewomon!"
The four Ultimate level Digimon glared at the three Devas.
"They all Digivolved!" Ventus said.
"Also, Gatomon Digivolved into a angel too?" Kairi said. Sora used the Digidex and used it on Patamon's Ultimate form.
"MagnaAngemon. An archangel Digimon. Ultimate level. He has eight wings and a beam sword. He uses Gate of Destiny and Excalibur," Sora said. Kairi did the same thing with Gatomon's Ultimate form.
"She's Angewomon. An archangel angel Digimon that has the appearence of a beautiful woman. She's an Ultimate level Digimon and she attacks evil with her Celestial Arrow," Kairi said. Ventus used it on Armadillomon's Ultimate form.
"TankAnkylomon. A cyborg Digimon and an Ultimate level. His whole body is a tank and he uses his Tail Launcher to destroy his enemies. He does the same with Hawkmon's ultimate form. "And he's ShineAquilamon. He's a holy bird Digimon. He showers his opponents with his Divine Feather Shower attack."
"Digivolved or not, you're no match for us!" Kumbhiramon said. "Trasure Pestel!" Kumbhiramon came at MagnaAngemon. He swings at the Rat Deva with his sword.
"You were saying?" MagnaAngemon taunted.
Vajramon, "Deva Blade!" He crosses his swords and sends out a cross energy attack.
"Celestial Arrow!" Angewomon shouted as she fires a holy arrow made of thunder right at the Ox Deva. It blocks the attack and he gets struck hard.
Pajiramon, "Treasure Bow!" Pajiramon fires her crossbow at ShineAquilamon and he spreads his wings.
ShineAquilamon, "Devine Feather Shower!" Golden feathers come raining down on the Sheep Deva and it obliterates both her horns by the end. TankAnkylomon raises his left foreleg in the air.
TankAnkylomon, "Megaton Stomp!" He brings it down and Vajramon gets caught in the debris. Kumbhiramon tries to attack MagnaAngemon with his clones. He blocks the attacks with his blades.
"Eat this!" Kumbhiramon said as MagnaAngemon swings him away.
"No thank you!" MagnaAngemon said. "Now, to send you away for good." He flies straight into the air. Excalibur comes out from his wrist and he circles around. "Gate of Destiny!" The gate creates a huge golden gate. The gate opens up and it begins. to suck in the three Devas.
"Uh-oh!" Vajramon yelped. He, Pajiramon, and Kumbhiramon tried to get away, but the pull was too strong and they all get sucked into it.
"No!" The Devas cried as the gate closes and it dissolves into golden sparkles.
"Whoa," Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Meowth, and the rest fo the Digimon all said. The Ultimate level Digimon all revert back to their Rookie forms while Angewomon reverted back to Gatomon.
"You four really saved the day," Sora said.
"Thanks," Hawkmon said.
"Those guys had it coming," Patamon said.
"So now, we can all Digivolve into the Ultimate level. We can be on a roll!" Armadillomon said.
In a different part of the Digital World, two three toher Digimon were watching the event. One of them is a demon Digimon with large demon wings with four spikes on each wing. He has two large bull horns and has a right claw that seems larger than the left one. The other one is a large red alligator-like Digimon with two tails. And the third one is a demon Digimon that has large goat horns and large claws. It has gold gauntlets on its clawed hands and has chains wrapped around his arms, and right on his wings. It also has dafk gold rings on its arms and wrappings on its ankles. Joining in is a a large red dragon with green eyes, large torn wings, and a large tail. It has multiple horns on its head, the largest being its frontal hort, and its two back horns. It has white scales in the front of its body, going from its chest, to its tail. Its hands have three fingers on each hand, and three toes on each foot, and a claw on each on each finger and toe. It wears gold ornaments on its claws, frontal horn, and the spikes on its wings. It wields the "Ambrosius", a gigantic black lance. It has many red gems on its chest, thighs, frontal horn, back horns, and the top spikes of its wings.
"Daemon, Leviamon, and Belphemon. I have come barring news," the dragon Digimon said.
"What is it, Examon?" Daemon asked.
"Myotismon is planning on heading into the human world," Examon reported.
"Excellent bit of news. It is as SkullKnightmon said," Daemon said.
"Why are we even joining SkullKnightmon? We can take it for ourselves," Leviamon said.
"I'm with Leviamon. What purpose does the humans serve for us?" Belphemon asked.
"Much. The humans and Pokémon will be our slaves. Myotismon and the Resistance will not stand a chance against our might," Daemon said. "The Devas were sent in to test out our enemies. We shall make our move and take the real world from Myotismon and rule it ourselves." The other two demon Digimon grinned evilly as Examon took his leave of the Demon Lords.
Over in Myotismon's castle, Impmon was stepping outside and ge started to Digivolve. Impmon had become a a tall humanoid Digimon with a bird-like mask of a violet material covering the top half of his face, and platinum blonde colored hair, spiked out in the back. His attire is similar to that of a human biker; a tight muscle shirt, entirely black that show his muscles and definition, a long-sleeved leather jacket over the t-shirt and had a red bandanna wrapped around the left bicep. He has a gun on his back. He wore a pair of leather pants were also worn, the knees of which have knee pads. A pair of leather, steel toed boots are worn on his feet, with three spikes jutting out of the steel toed area; the boots reach up below the knees (with a holster for his gun on the left boot). Finally to complete the look, a scaly tail made entirely of steel stretched out from the tail bone and formed a hole in the leather jeans.
"Thought I never get out of there," the Digimon said. He gave a whistle and a motorcycle appears. He hops on and he drives off. He rode off on the motorcycle.
Over in a nearby town, the Digimon there were going about their daily routine when the evil Digimon rode on in.
"Beelzemon," a Numemon said.
"That guy is scary," a Kunemon said.
Beezlemon rode on and he came across a bunch of Digimon Its main torso is that of an oversized revolver. Its face cannot be seen except for its yellow eyes, as it is covered by a cowboy and red, tattered scarf. It wears blue denim pants with a bullet belt around its waist, and it wears leather gloves and boots, the latter of which feature metal spurs. It also wields a revolver in each hand.
"Howdy there, Revolmon! Ready for a shootout with me?" Beezlemon asked, taking out his guns. The Revolmon drew out their guns and fired at Beelzemon. Beelzemon wasn't taking the hits and he aimed his guns at the Revolmon. "Double Impact!" He fires at the Revolmon and they dissolve into bits of data. He fires again and again. The Porygon, Porygon2, and Porygon-Z were watching and they were frightened by what they were witnessing. He shot at the remaining Revolmon and he laughed. "Nothing like a good old fashioned target practice. Better get back before Myotismon wonders where I wondered off to." He rode forward and heads back to the castle.
Back in the Sinnoh region, J was riding in her seat of her aircraft. SkullKnightmon, Lucemon, Dynasmon, Crusadermon, and Craniamon were standing beside her. Her second-in-command comes up to her.
"Sir! We have a customer calling in," J's second-in-command said.
"Patch it through," J ordered.
"Sir!" J's second-in-command said. The screen activates and he smiles.
"Pokémon Hunter J. Heard that you escaped," the man with the shades said.
"It'll take more than a prison cell to hold me. How can I be of assistance?" J asked.
"There's a special request I shall ask of you. There is a Riolu that has the ability to use Aura Sphere. And it is in the possession of a young Pokémon trainer. Such wasted potential. So, I want you to capture it for me and bring it to me. I will set up the meeting place once you are successful and you will be paid for your services," the man with the shades said.
"Right. You shall have it," J said. The man breaks contact. Begin the mission!"
"Sir!" J's henchman all said.
"I won't need your permission to carry it out, won't I?" J asked.
"I was clear on the conditions. Your life is iin my hands. As long as you do as I say," SkullKnightmon said. The aircraft takes off to locate the Riolu.
Back to Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and the Digimon were walking through the woods as they bumped into Riku, Naminé, Eevee, Azurill, Guilmon, Terriermon, Renamon, Lopmon, Gaomon, and Lalamon.
"Guys! Hey! Haven't seen you since Hearthrome City!" Sora said.
"It's been a while, Sora!" Riku said. "What's new with you?"
"Well, I got my fourth Gym Badge and I some of my Pokémon evolved. So how about you? What's new with you?" Sora asked. Riku laughed.
"Not much going on. Except I got into a few battles here and there. Also, I caught some Pokémon too," Riku said.
"Eevee!" Riku said.
"Things have been going smoothly for us," Naminé added.
"Azurill!" Azurill chirped.
"Also, we bumped into Gary a while ago. He says hi," Riku said.
"Vee," Eevee said.
"So, where are you guys heading now?" Guilmon asked.
"We're heading to Pastoria City," Agumon said.
"Nice," Terriermon said.
"You don't mind joining us for a bit, do you?" Ventus asked.
"I don't see why not. It's always good to hang out," Riku said.
"Vee," Eevee said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
They joined the group once again as they enjoyed each other's company. They made a stop as they met up with a young man wearing a detective overcoat.
"Well, well, well, what do we have here? A bunch of traveling friends," the young man said.
"Where did you come from?" Riku asked.
"Allow me to introduce myself. Rocky Beams, Master Detective," the young man introduced himself. He turned to Riku. "Alola to you." Riku was wide-eyed when he heard that.
"Wait a minute, how did you know I came from Alola?" Riku asked.
"Simple really. Your Eevee. Your Eevee's coat has a way of giving it away. And the smell that your Eevee give off can come from the Alolan sands," Rocky deduced.
"He's right. But it was a long time. I had no idea that can still linger," Riku said.
"I have a sixth sense about these things. The same can be said about your friend here. Kanto region trainer no doubt. The same can be said of his Pikachu being born form the Kanto region. And as for the trainer himself, I would say that he takes up from the father's side. The necklace stands for a symbol of authroity. I would guess knighthood," Rocky deduced.
"That's exactly right," Sora said.
"This guy is good," Meowth said.
"Oh, that is nothing. I can only guess that you were able to talk because you taught yourself," Rocky said. He then looked at the Digimon. "Hm, and as for these. I would have to say that you are Digimon, which I can surmise that means Digital Monter; so in other words, you are data made flesh."
"That's something," Agumon said.
"That is right. I was actually looking for you," Rocky said, pointing to Sora.
"Me?" Sora asked, dumbfounded.
"Yes. Reason: there is a rumor going around that you have a Riolu that can use Aura Sphere, isn't that correct?" Rocky said.
"It's true that Sora has a Riolu that can use Aura Sphere," Terra said.
"But what does that has to do with anything?" Aqua asked.
"I am so glad you asked, because earlier today, I intercepted a communication from a mysterious perpetrator who has heard the rumors of your Riolu and desires it for himself, and between the infamous Pokémon hunter known as J, so I have been looking into it ever since she escaped from custody," Rocky said. Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, and Meowth were shocked.
"J?!" Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra. Aqua, and Meowth exclaimed.
"Yes. She escaped form prison some days ago and has bee at large since, so I have been looking into her escape after I was working on tracking J's clients and giving back the stolen Pokémon and managed to put most of them behind bars and everything. J's most recent client has my attention and I have been tracking him down," Rocky said. RIku looked at Sora.
"J? Isn't she that Pokémon Hunter who tried to take Meowth before?" Riku asked.
"That's her. How did she even get out? The last time we heard about J, she was sentenced to ten thousand years in prison," Sora said.
"Uh, don't remind me of her. I know she'll be out to get me again!" Meowth said.
"How could she do such an unforgivable act? Pokémon are to be sold to anyone," Naminé said.
"There's no point in trying to figure out people like her," Riku said.
"Well, I can tell you, she makes guys like Team Skull look like boy scouts," Sora said.
"Yeah, but she'll fail to get Eevee like Team Skull did," Riku said.
"Vee," Eevee said proudly.
"It will be best if I stick around. We can get the drop on them if we work together," Rocky said.
"Why not just send Riolu back to Professor Oak's lab? He'll be much safer there," Aqua said.
"Not an option, because that wouldn't be a good trap. But I have something else in mind," Rocky said. He took out a gold statue that looks like a Riolu. "I can use this to throw her off."
"Great," Sora said.
Joining the group, Rocky tags along with the group to keep an eye out for J and her henchmen. But they're not the only ones who they should be concerned about as they were about to find out.
Over in Etemon's trailer, the Gazimon looked over on the monitor and spots the group.
"Etemon! It's them! It's Agumon, Guilmon, and the rest of their friends!" One of the Gazimon said.
"Yeah! I got them right where I want them! Let's go after them!" Etemon said. Monochromon pulled the trailer forward. IceDevimon was monitoring the situation from afar. He was following them for quite some time. He found it was better to get the drop on them and then move in when they were at their weakest. It was hard for him to make his move since he was met with obstacles getting in his way. Vorvomon and the Dracomon Brothers caught up with the group at last.
"There they are!" Vorvomon said.
"We can strike now!" The Dracomon Brothers both said.
Making a stop, the group were vigilant since they knew J could make her move at any moment. Sora lets out Grotle, Chimchar, Prinplup, Croagunk, and Riolu as Kairi has let out Happiny, Vulpix, Sandshrew, Pachirisu, and Hattrem. Bronzor was still following them. Bronzor hid behind a tree and watched them. Just then, several of J's vehicles came riding in and her henchmen all came out, including her second-in-command.
"Crobat! Go!" J's second-in-command called out. His Crobat came on out. "Wing Attack!" Crobat came at Riolu with Wing Attack.
"Eevee! Shadow Ball!" Riku ordered. Eevee forms Shadow Ball and sends it right at Crobat. Riolu unleashes Aura Sphere and it struck Crobat and some of J's henchmen.
"Target confirmed. Riolu's ours. Let's go!" J's second-in-command said. The rest of J's henchmen threw their Pokéballs and let out their Crobat.
"Pikachu! Thunderbolt! Grotle! Razor Leaf! Chimchar! Flamethrower! Prinplup! Hydro Pump! Croagunk! Sludge Wave!" Sora ordered.
"Angel! Swift! Hattrem! Psychic! Sandshrew! Metal Claw! Vulpix! Powder Snow! Happiny! Secret Power! Pachirisu! Discharge!" Kairi ordered.
The couple's Pokémon all attacked the Crobat and they dodged.

Biyomon, "Spiral Twister!"
Tentomon, "Super Shocker!"
Palmon, "Poison Ivy!"
Gomamon, "Marching Fishes!"
Patamon, "Boom Bubble!"

Veemon, "Vee Shot!"
Wormmon, "Silk Thread!"
Hawkmon, "Feather Strike!"
Armadillomon, "Diamond Shell!"
Guilmon, "Pyro Sphere!"
Terriermon, "Terrier Tornado!"
Renamon, "Diamond Storm!"
Lopmon, "Tiny Twister!"
Gaomon, "Rolling Upper!"
Lalamon, "Seed Blast!"
The Digimon launched their attacks on the bat Pokémon. J's second-in-command growled as he was angered by their brute strength.
"Why you little!" J's second-in-command growled. A loud yell is heard as an orange figure swings on the vine. It was revealed to be Etemon. He lands on the tree above them.
"Get Digi with it! Etemon is in the house!" Etemon announced. "I think a superstar like me deserves an applause. Thank you! Thank you very much!"
"Etemon!" Guilmon exclaimed. Riku took out his Digidex and analyzed him.
"As the name suggests, Etemon. Is a puppet Digimon and he's an Ultimate level. He has the ability to drain his opponent's fighting spirit just by singing. He also attacks with his Dark Network," Riku said.
"How do you know him?" Naminé asked.
"He's one of Myotismon's goons," Lopmon said.
"Hey! Who the hell are you?" J's second-in-command demanded.
"Just someone who is here to destroy you all! Now, come on! Who wants to go first?" Etemon asked.
"Crobat! Air Cutter!" J's second-in-command ordered. The Crobat attacked the monkey-like Digimon as he gave them a beating.
"If you wanna die that badly all you had to do is ask!" Etemon said.
"Hey, what's that monkey doing here?" Vorvomon asked.
"Let's get out of here while the getting's good!" Sora said. Everyone all agreed as they ran off. Sora, Riku, Rocky, Pikachu, Eevee, Grotle, Chimchar, Prinplup, Croagunk, Riolu, Agumon, Veemon, and Guilmon were running one way as Kairi, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Angel, Azurill, Meowth, Sandshrew, Vulpix, Pachirisu, Hattrem, Happiny, and the rest of the Digimon ran the other way. Bronzor went in the direction of Sora.
"Where are they going?" Kairi asked.
"Probably to keep them from tracking us down if we're separated," Terra said.
Over to Sora, Riku, Rocky, Pikachu, Eevee, the other Pokémon, Agumon, Veemon, and Guilmon made a stop to make sure they were far enough.
"That should distance us for a while," Riku said.
"Eevee," Eevee said.
"Yeah. But she'll be after us again," Rocky said.
"What else is new?" Veemon asked.
"Not only J, but Etemon too. That monkey is annoying as ever," Agumon said.
"We'll have to deal with him when we get to it," Sora said.
Over to Kairi, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Angel, Meowth, and the rest of the Digimon, they made sure they were far enough from the melee.
"Why did we have to sperate from the others?" Patamon asked.
"The least we can do is hope that Riolu is safe," Kairi said.
"She's right. That J is not my favorite human," Tentomon said.
"Mine neither," Wormmon said.
"Kairi has a point. We'll have to hope for their safety," Terra said.
Etemon had finished with the Crobat and the henchmen.
"Now, to take care of those-" Etemon turned to see them gone. "They're gone!" He ran to look for them. "You can't hide from me! I'm going to find them and knock out anyone and anything that gets in my way!"
J's second-in-command groaned as he got up.
Over to Kairi, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Angel, Meowth, and the rest of the Digimon, they saw J's ship flying over them.
"It's gotta be J's ship," Ventus said.
"There's no doubt about it," Terra said.
"We better get moving before she sets her attention on us," Naminé said.
"Right," Palmon said.
The group went off to meet up with Sora, Riku, Rocky, Pikachu, Eevee, Agumon, Veemon, and Guilmon when IceDevimon appeared before them.
"I have you right where I want you," IceDevimon said.
"Go away, Devimon!" Ventus said.
"That's not Devimon! That's IceDevimon!" Patamon corrected.
"IceDevimon?" Kairi asked. Naminé took out her Digidex.
"That confirms it. IceDevimon is a sub-species of Devimon. IceDevimon is a fallen angel Digimon with a heart as cold as ice. He's a Champion level Digimon. He attacks with his Frozen Claw," Naminé said.
"Devimon sent me in his place to deal with you. And I am happy to see that you're now my easy pickings," IceDevimon said.
"That if we have anything to say," Terriermon said. He started to Digivolve. "Terriermon Digivolve to... Gargomon!" He ran towards IceDevimon. "Gargo Laser!" He fires his attack at the frozen Digimon. He dodges and he swipes at Gargomon.
"Frozen Claw!" IceDevimon shouted as he swipes at Gargomon. "Icy Avalanche!" IceDevimon releases a barrage of icicles from his wings. Gargomon got hit hard and he reverts back to Terriermon.
"My turn!" Lalamon said as she starts to Digivolve. "Lalamon Digivolve to-" Lalamon transformed into a green bipedal Digimon with a slim body, stubby legs with green spikes as feet, long arms with three fingers on each hand and a pointy tail with with flower spikes on it. Her head is yellow with a red, triangular mark on the forehead, a big mouth, yellow petals, and two black eyes. She also has two V positioned leaf-shaped wings on its back. She has an eerie smile. "Sunflowmon!" Kairi took out her Digidex.
"Sunflowmon. A plant Digimon and a Champion level Digimon. She uses her Sunshine Beam to brighten up her enemies," Kairi said. Sunflowmon flew at IceDevimon.
"Sunshine Beam!" Sunflowmon shouted as she fired a ray of sunlight at the icy Digimon. He dodges and he swipes at her with his claw. Sunflowmon reverts back to Lalamon and Aqua catches her.
"Nice try!" IceDevimon taunted. "Who's next?"
Over to J's ship, she sat on her command chair.
"Forgive me, Commander J, the target has escaped. We had an interference from some kind of creature. It attacked us and then left us here to rot," J's second-in-command reported.
"I see. Get back up and try again!" J ordered.
"Sir!" J's second-in-command said.
"Incompetent fools," J hissed.
"I wonder why that is," Lucemon chuckled. She turned to the angel-like Digimon. "It would seem that your own failure is rubbing off of them." Lucemon chuckled again.
"Listen here, brat! You can't assume that you know anything!" J said as Lucemon gave her a stare, intimidating her.
"Have you forgotten your place already?" Lucemon asked. Dynasmon held his claw at her throat. "Perhaps, Dynasmon will like to remind you of your place." J gritted her teeth.
"SkullKnightmon better prepare himself because I will find a way to free myself from his so-called hold and I will be free to run it however I please!" J said in her thoughts. Lucemon read her thoughts and he grinned.
"And you better prepare yoursef, J, because you will not to live to regret your decision," Lucemon said in his thoughts.
Back to Kairi, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Angel, Meowth, and the rest of the Digimon, Patamon stepped right in.
"I'll take care of him!" Patamon said as he started to Digivolve. "Patamon Digivolve to... Angemon!" He takes a swing at IceDevimon. He blocks with his arms.
"You! You angel Digimon are a real pain!" IceDevimon hissed.
"We have an act on that on you fallen angel Digimon! Angel Rod!" Angemon shouted as he swung his staff at IceDevimon. He lands a hit onto him. IceDevimon gets back up.
"Frozen Claw!" IceDevimon shouted as he sends his claw at him. Angel blocks his claw with his staff and flew right at him.
"Omni Typhoon!" Angemon shouted as he sends out a tornado at IceDevimon. He attempts to block it with his wings, but he gets struck hard.
"Avalanche Shower!" IceDevimon shouted as he sends out icicles at Angemon. He avoids them and he got close enough to him to land a punch onto him.
"Now to warm up your cold heart, IceDevimon! Hand of Fate!" Angemon shouted as he sends out a beam of gold energy from his fist and right at IceDevimon. When it struck him, IceDevimon screamed as he dissolves into bits of data. Angemon reverts back into Patamon once it was over. "It's a good thing I took him out because I would gotten frostbite if I stayed in a little longer."
"Now, we gotta find Sora and Riku before J does!" Aqua said.
"Right!" Gomamon agreed.
They went off to find them. Over to Etemon, he looks all over for the group.
"Come out, come out, come out, wherever you are," Etemon called out. He swings around the trees to find them. J comes riding on her Salamence and sees Etemon. "Hey! You with those jokers?"
"I'm going to tell you to stay out of our way!" J demanded.
"Hey, I don't take orders from you! And I'm going to teach you a lesson like I did your doggys!" Etemon said. He forms a ball of energy in his hand. "Dark Network!" He threw the ball of energy and hurls it at her. SkullKnightmon smacks the Dark Network and sends it right up in the sky. Etemon growled. "SkullKnightmon! What are you doing here?!"
"I am here on my own business," SkullKnightmon said. Etemon came right at SkullKnightmon with his fists ready. "Spear Needle!" He lands a hit onto Etemon. "You don't stand a chance against me! And I have ways of proving it!" SkullKnightmon started to Digivolve. "SkullKnightmon Digivolve to... AxeKnightmon!" Etemon stood up and he gritted his teeth. AxeKnightmon stood before Etemon. "This is your only chance, Etemon. Leave peacefully or face the consequences."
"Dark Network!" Etemon shouted as he threw a ball at AxeKnightmon. It strucked him. AxeKnightmon stood unphased by Etemon's attack.
"You had your chance! Twin Spear!" AxeKnightmon shouted as he gave Etemon a hit with his twin spears and he goes flying and he gets back up on his feet. "Now, to finish you off, monkey!"
"You only got lucky, metal head! But you won't be lucky next time!" Etemon said as he got up and he ran in the woods to find Sora.
"Salamnce! Hyper Beam!" J ordered, but AxeKnightmon raised his hand to get her to stop.
"Let him go! It's that Riolu you want, yes? Then you do what I say!" AxeKnightmon said. J grudgingly accepted.
"Fine," J said. "Salamence, proceed with the search." Salamence flew to find Riolu. Over to Sora, Riku, Rocky, Agumon, Veemon, and Guilmon proceed to run off to get far from J. All of the Pokémon, except for Riolu were inside their Pokéballs.
"Gotta keep going," Sora said. He turned to Riolu. "You gotta go back inside your Pokéball! It's much safer in there!" Riolu shook his head, refusing.
"Only if Meowth were here because he would translate," Riku said.
"Apparently, Riolu wants to prove that he is not afraid," Rocky deduced. Riolu nodded his head.
"Is that it?" Sora asked. His aura ability kicked in. He started to look into Riolu's aura and he was communicating with him.
"I know you are trying to protect me. But I want you to know that I can fight for myself. And I want to prove it to you, master," Riolu said though Sora's aura. Sora was stunned to hear Riolu's voice.
"Master?" Sora asked confused. Riku, Pikachu, and Eevee shared Sora's confusion. Agumon, Veemon, and Guilmon weren't sure on what's happening. Just then, J on her Salamence came riding in as AxeKnightmon came along with her. "J!"
"We meet again! You're the reason I was sent to prison!" J stated.
"The reason you got sent there because you stole Pokémon for a living!" Sora said.
"Looks like I'm going to have my revenge after all!" J said.
"Not if I have anything to say about it!" Sora said. Agumon, Veemon, and Guilmon glared at her.
Agumon, "Pepper Breath!"
Veemon, "Vee Shot!"
Guilmon, "Pyro Sphere!"
The three Digimon fired their attacks at her and she jumped off. She took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Ariados! Go!" J called out. Ariados came on out and awaited for instructions. "Spider Web!" Ariados fires Spider Web at them.
"Pepper Breath!" Agumon fired at the web and it burns up. The three Digimon all started to Digivolve. "Agumon Digivolve to... Greymon!"
"Veemon Digivolve to... Veedramon!"
"Guilmon Digivolve to... Growlmon!"
"Go for it!" Greymon said.
The three Digimon growled as they headed towards J. AxeKnightmon smacked the three Champion level Digimon.
"You're no match for me!" AxeKnightmon said.
"Who are you?" Riku asked.
"I am AxeKnightmon. And I was the one responsible for J's liberation," AxeKnightmon stated. Sora was stunned as he heard that name from Edgar. "Her desire for revenge on you is what drew me towards her."
"You're AxeKnightmon?!" Sora exclaimed.
"You're working with Myotismon?" Riku asked.
"I serve no one," AxeKnightmon said.
"But we'll serve you a beating!" Veedramon said. The three Digimon started to Digivolve.
"Greymon Digivolve to... MetalGreymon!"
"Veedramon Digivolve to... AeroVeedramon!"
"Growlmon Digivolve to... WarGrowlmon!"
The three Digimon went up to AxeKnightmon with full force of their might. AxeKnightmon came at them as well.
"Shoulder Blade!" AxeKnightmon shouted as he sends out a blade of a energy at the three Ultimate level Digimon and struck them hard. "Twin Spear!" He lunged at MetalGreymon and he reverts back to Agumon.
"Agumon!" AeroVeedramon gasped. He growled. "Why you! V-Wing Blade!" he fired his attack at AxeKnightmon and he lunged at AeroVeedramon.
"Twin Spear!" AxeKnightmon shouted and landed a hit onto him and he reverted back to Veemon. WarGrowlmon heads towards AxeKnightmon and he lunges at him. "Twin Spear!" WarGrowlmon reverts back to Guilmon.
"He's too strong," Agumon said.
"Like I said, you're no match for me," AxeKnightmon said. He turned to J. "You have my permission to do what you please with them." J smiled.
"Salamence, Flamethrower!" J ordered. Salamence fired Flamethrower at them. Sora, Riku, and Rocky grabbed the three Digimon. J fired her cannon at Riolu. Sora sensed it.
"Riolu! Run!" Sora called out. Riolu tried to run, but she fired and he turned to stone. "Riolu!"
"Now, use Hyper Beam!" J ordered. Salamence fired Hyper Beam and at them. They jumped in the bushes. "Flamethrower!" Salamence fires Flamethrower and the forest started to catch on fire.
Riolu had been turned to stone and J has captured Riolu. Has Sora, Riku, Rocky, Pikachu, Eevee, Agumon, Veemon, and Guilmon survived? And if they have, will they be able to rescue Riolu? Find out in the next chapter.
