Chapter 489.
"The wedding of the beauties."
(February 24, the Loud House.)
Classes are done for the day and we go to the loud house and we see Lincoln Loud. Lincoln looks to himself in the mirror at his black suit and tie. "Well, I do look good in this and I know one thing, this is gonna be one wicked and possibly an unforgettable wedding I'll ever be part of."
"Don't get your hopes up too fast there bro." Luna walks up from behind and is wearing a purple dress, with purple heels. It's like what she normally wears when they go someplace fancy.
"You look good bro and don't doubt it, but I can tell something is going on in ya, right?" asked Luna.
Lincoln sighs. "Yeah… I mean, it is an honor to be Hugh's Best man, but I am kinda nervous about being part of the whole event because there might be three boys who might not like me being there, especially being the best man."
Luna then makes Lincoln face her and she fixes his bow tie. "Don't worry about it bro, and if they think they can come and mess with ya, then they got another thing coming. Besides, it ain't just gonna be us there. We got the rest of the band along with Michelle tagging along. You made the message to our other worldly pals?"
Lincoln nods. "I did and the commander said that we're gonna have some heavy duty defenders on the scene to make sure that no one, not even the relatives of Hugh and Dimartino can do to ruin the whole event."
"Good to know." Luna gets up and sees her phone and the message from Sam. "Well, time to head out baby bro. We got a wedding to attend." Lincoln nods and the duo walk out of the room and head down stairs.
But when they reach the living room, they see the rest of their sisters and the siblings look to Lincoln and Luna, and even Lynn Sr and Rita look towards them, and most don't seem too happy. Well, just Lola.
"Hey guys, we're ready to head off now" replied Lincoln.
Rita goes over and hugs them. "So proud that the two of you are now gonna be part of a wedding." She then looks to Luna and Lincoln. "You two look so nice and lovely, and I know that the bride and groom will appreciate the two of you being there."
Lisa then goes towards Lincoln. "Just a warning Lincoln, chances Hugh's relatives would not appreciate what role you have been given. Have you prepared for any dangerous issues?"
Lincoln nods. "I know what to do and don't worry, I got some backup to ensure that none of Hugh's cousins will make the wedding look bad, and they're just miffed because I was chosen to be the best man and not them."
"Good for you bro, but if something bad does happen then you got some feathered back up" replied Luan. The eagles then fly into the room and land on the floor and have bow ties on them, talk about fancy.
Lola is about to say something but Lana nudges her to shut up, but Lana does ask. "You think you can bring home some of the cake?"
Lincoln chuckles. "Sure, I'll see what I can do." He then sees his dad walk towards them.
"So, you sure I can't be part of the whole thing? I mean, I could cater the affair and make the whole place look pretty and nice with the skills I have in…"
"Pops." Luna sternly looks to her dad. "Recall what we talked about. The last thing we need is you going around and talking British to the folks, and they might find it offensive. We appreciate you being a semester in London, but that was the old times, these are the new kind of British talks."
"And chances that they'll start speaking old fashioned British talk, which is complicated to understand. Kinda like trying to figure out a very difficult math equation, and some science facts and junk."
"She's not wrong" replied Lisa. She then sees Michelle walking towards the house. "And here comes your plus one, but I do ask about Jordan."
"She's gonna be with Dimartino as the bridesmaid, since Dimartino didn't take her bachelor party with her sisters" replied Lincoln. "She had her bachelor party with Jordan's mom, and Michelle, Frida Casagrande and Maria Santiago. They seemed more comfortable for her to hang out with, and also Mrs. Johnson was part of it."
"I wish I could be there too, but I know that chances I might have goo-goo eyes when I see Hugh or anyone in his family" replied Leni. "But, I am so proud that my little brother and sister are gonna be part of something amazing!" Leni goes over and hugs them both.
Michelle then comes into the house. "Hey you two, ready for today?" Michelle is wearing a red dress that reaches her knees and red high heels. "You two look nice, now come on. We got a wedding to go to."
Lincoln and Luna follow Michelle and they head to the vehicles and they drive off, with the eagles flying high to make sure nothing bad happens and then a portal opens in the sky and an SR-71 Blackbird jet comes out and flies by. Wait what?
The rest of the family waves goodbye to them. "Are you sure we can't follow them?" asked Lynn Sr.
Rita sighs and she drags them all back into the house.
(Somewhere at the elegant outskirts of town.)
Located near a beautiful view of the biggest flower garden in town, well the biggest wild flower garden is the site of the wedding between Kirsch and Dimartino. This is going to be such an amazing and beautiful day and right now there are two large FutureTech made rooms for the bride and groom to change in.
The guests have all come, and they're the family of Hugh and Sirena. All of them are pleased at this day and also pleased that they did not need to pay for a plane to get there, someone brought in dropships and transports to bring them to the country to be part of this event.

Two cars have arrived, a purple and a red Ferrari and coming out are Lincoln, Luna and Michelle.
They look around and are impressed at the state of the whole wedding and how nice everyone looks and how many relatives have shown up. "Dang, I know we have a big family, but wow! Hugh and Dimartino have way more relatives than we do" replied Lincoln.
"How many do you think there are in the family?" asked Luna.
"Well, from what Sirena told me, she has more than 6 uncles and a whole lot of relatives and of course, she has four sisters and she has a good reason as to why she didn't choose them to be her bridesmaids" replied Michelle. "She also got the best seamstress to make her dress and that seamstress is from California."
"Now that does sound impressive dude" replied Luna. "What about Hugh's family though?"
"That would be about 3 uncles, 4 aunties and a whole lot of family." Peter Harris walks towards them. "Glad ya'll could make it, and as of right now Jordan and her family are here and the little lady is with Dimartino and is helping with the dress she's going to be wearing now."
"Glad we could make it." Michelle kisses Peter and he kisses her. "We didn't wanna miss this."
Luna sees the stage has been set and she goes over to meet with her band and help them with the instruments, and some of the troops also help them set everything up and someone else was hired to assist, DJ Pon-3. Gotta love the other world backup.
Peter then looks towards Lincoln. "Kid, we got the whole event locked down to be kept out of trouble. We got troops on grounds patrol to make sure no one spies or ruins this and we got Mirage Tanks and the stealthy ghost snipers lurking around the place, oh and that showed up."
They see the Sr-71 Blackbird jet that landed and next to it is a Churchill Mk.7 Heavy Tank and is on guard for the whole thing. "I can only guess that Leon and Sergei are in that thing" replied Lincoln.
Michelle then goes into the private rooms to check on Dimartino, and see what the dress looks like, while Lincoln and Peter Harris sees the family that have arrived.
The elderly couple who are the parents of Sirena: Alfonso and Imelda Dimartino, though Imelda is on a wheel chair and the couple tell their daughters Grace, Elena, Alicia and Emilia to stay outside and not to bother anyone.
"Any reason why they're not allowed to be the bridesmaids for Dimartino?" asked Lincoln.
"From what I recall, the parents are alright with the choice that Sirena has, but the sisters don't like the older sisters choices and never wanted her to move to America and they have always stuck with the traditional weddings and having them back in Mexico" replied Peter.
"She also knows that they might ruin the whole event with something sneaky and that's why we did some thorough body scanning and found some fireworks in their bags, and as of now the snipers are gonna keep an eye on them, with sleeping darts armed."
"Nice." Lincoln looks to the eagles and he signals them to circle the skies and they do so. Patriot, Valkyrie, Harrier, Nora, Artemis, Freya, Raptor, Apollo and Bullets take off and fly around.
"Anyone else here who might cause trouble?" asked Lincoln.
"Well, they might be trouble." Peter points to Dimartino's three cousins: Manolo, Emilio and Manuel. "Those boys are known to flirt and be very perverted and so we got all guns on them and let's say that Dimartino hates them to the core, they did ruin like 8 other weddings in their family and are the total disgrace in the bloodline."
"Let's hope this doesn't turn south real fast" replied Lincoln. He doesn't wanna see Hugh's wedding get ruined.
"Excuse me young man." They see Hugh's parents Clifford and Delilah C Kirsch are there and are going towards the boy. "It's an honor to meet you young man and we thank you so much for helping be a friend to our son" replied Clifford.
"We were so worried about our son being stalked and hunted by women here, but because of you things have changed for the better and now here we are, at our son's wedding" replied Delilah.
Lincoln chuckles. "You're welcome, but I'm just the best man here, the one who helped Hugh and Sirena come together was my girlfriend, Jordan and she's not here right now, she's with the bride and helping her with her dress."
This makes the Kirsch parents smile. "Well, we would like to meet the young lady soon and we are also thrilled to have heard of what fun our son had the other day." Clifford shows Lincoln the pics Hugh sent them from his small bachelor party with Lincoln.
"To see our son go around in the legendary tank named to our ancestor is quite a blessing" replied Delilah. "And to have it here on guard is an even honorable blessing." The Churchill tank drives by them.
"Why, I would love to drive in that and run over something" replied Clifford.
"We'll see what we can do sir" replied Peter Harris. "But, are the cousins here though?"
Clifford sighs. "Unfortunately yes, they are here." They all look to see the cousin's Oswald, Damien and Brian, and all three of them are discussing something together. "But no need to worry lad, we'll keep a close eye on them and same with our old friend too."
They spot a British colonel and his men on the ground and helping guard the event alongside the Allied troops and are even told how to operate the Guardian Tanks. "Huh, so that explains why there are more troops here. I thought we got backup from the base."
"Well, they are just in case things go wrong, and I suggest you get ready to be the man to carry these." Clifford hands Lincoln the wedding rings and this makes him smile and also act a bit nervous.
"Wow. This is just… Wow. Okay, I'll keep them safe Mr. and Mrs. Kirsch." Lincoln takes the rings from him and keeps them safe.
Delilah Kirsch chuckles. "My boy, that is what many folks call us, but I suggest that there be the name of my son and his lady soon." They all chuckle a bit, and they don't seem to notice the mean glares they're getting from the three cousins of Hugh.
(Later.)
With the whole thing ready and set, the time has come for the wedding to begin and everyone is seated and Luna, along with her band begin to play the theme song for the married duo, and in a soothing rock n' roll genre too.
Everyone is seated and many of them appreciate the theme of the wedding, though the sisters of Dimartino don't seem too fond of it and wished they were the ones who were performing.
Lincoln looks to Hugh. "Hang in there Hugh, this is your biggest day and it's not gonna go bad."
"Thanks, it means a lot to me to know you're here by my side mate" replied Hugh. They then see the woman arrive and the looks of her makes the men's jaws drop. She looks lovely in her wedding dress.
Sirena's wedding dress - A stunning egg white colored off-shoulder lace wedding dress with a delicate tulle cape detailing draped from the shoulders with no need of a veil.
Though some of the men try not to be entranced. Lincoln, Peter, Luna and Sully snap back to reality and recall that they're dating Jordan, Michelle, Sam and Mazzy.
The bride walks down the aisle with her nieces being the flower girls and following her. Jordan and Michelle are there at the altar holding daisies and tulips and smile at how nice and elegant Dimartino looks.
Sirena then arrives to the altar and she winks at Hugh and this makes the British man blush and feel like fainting, but he manages to hold his own and stay strong.
As soon as she reaches the altar she now stands in front of Hugh and the two lovers look to each other and their attire and only have one thing to say. "God I love you so much." This makes Lincoln, Jordan and the parents snicker.
Then the priest begins to speak and who is the man? Father Roland P. Chisel.
When Lincoln looks the man of the church he has this weird feeling. 'Why do I have this weird feeling that I know this guy? Odd.' Unaware that Luna is feeling the same thing too.
"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness as this charming young man and this elegant young woman, be wedded under the true light and beauty of the lord and in holy matrimony."
Lincoln and Luna are still confused. 'Seriously! Why do I know this dude?'
"Now, as of casual and of near traditional standards of joyful creation, we have all witnessed and have seen many things that have granted us all a moment to find that special someone, and when that special someone does come then the chances is that person should be given the right to know, or the trials to see if they are the one meant to be."
"Or in this case, someone brings them together to ensure that the entire town doesn't enter a trance from their looks." They look to Jordan and all chuckle at this notion and she too chuckles. She recalls two years ago that she was the one who got them together and for a damn good reason too!
"And now you both may speak your words."
Hugh starts off first, since Sirena wants to know what he has to say to her and about what lies for them.
Hugh – Sirena, I never knew love in the way when I saw you. When I first came to Royal Woods, I just felt like I should start something here, to start a new kind of life and just see where my future holds, but in all my life, I never thought I would find a love life within someone… Someone who understands me, and who gets the issues I have been through.
I mean, I am always being judged to be liked because of my looks, and that got me fearing that no one would ever want someone like me for my common personality, or just because I'm from another country. Then came the day I got that note, the note that brought us together and then… Sparked what we called our sparking relationship.
To have met you for the first time and to have known that we had so much in common, despite the age conundrum, just showed that we were meant to be, that we weren't into each other because of our looks. But because we were there for each other when we saw what was truly inside and that's what matters. Sure you can be quite the charmer.
But all I see, is the true woman within and how much I would do whatever it takes to keep our love thriving and going, till the rest of our great and glorious life.
Everyone awes at this site and his words, and Sirena's sisters were now becoming jealous. Hugh's parents are moved by this. 'That's my boy!'
Sirena wipes away a tear and she begins to speak her words, she really wants to cry after what Hugh had just said, but she has some words for him to know.
Sirena – Hugh, mi amore. I have never known true love in my life, but the love from that of my… Well, most of my family. I think you know what I mean.
That was not what her sisters wanted to hear.
But, I was in the same issue as you were. I did not want to be stranded within the traditions from that of my home, and you have already known that Royal Woods was not the first place I went to, but it was the best second pick for me to choose and if it wasn't then I wouldn't have met you, and also that special note that someone had left behind.
Jordan turns red in embarrassment. 'Do they have to bring that up?'
But all in all, I am so happy, no I am so grateful, ever so grateful that we met. We both know what it is like, and we both know the hardships of being known only for our looks and not for what lies within us, and that is why there is no other man or anyone in this world who I would treasure every moment with, but with you.
Because from within our hearts, our hearts were meant to find each other and to see that it doesn't matter what is on the outside, but what is truly on the inside and inside of our hearts is the feeling of longing to find that special someone and I have found that special someone, and that is you.
Thank you, for being the one who I would truly share and trust all my love too, mi amore.
Hugh feels like a hundred butterflies are about to come out of his mouth, and his eyes are filled with stars at the words his soon to be wife had just said. This also makes his cousins angry, wishing they were the ones who met that woman.
Lincoln and Jordan sigh at how romantic those words were and both are thinking of the same thing. 'Gosh, I can't wait for the day when I get married.'
Father Chisel then speaks. "Well, that was very romantic and also, not yet…" He can see that Hugh and Sirena are inches from kissing. "Now, does anyone here wish to object as to why these two should not be wedded? Speak now or forever hold your peace."
The cousins of Hugh and the sisters of Sirena were ready to say what they need to say, but then the sound of tanks appears from the trees and the Churchill tank rotates its head around to track down targets.
Then we got some eagles in the sky probing for anyone who wants to ruin this lovely wedding.
Seeing this as a way to turn this wedding into their own funeral, those who wish to speak decide not to speak and remain silent. This makes Hugh and Sirena sigh in relief.
"Very well then… The rings please." Lincoln goes over and he hands the rings over to Hugh and seeing Lincoln have the rings was angering the three cousins even more.
Hugh then hands Sirena the ring, and the two of them place the rings onto each other and smile. This was truly going to be a moment in their lives that they will never forget.
"And so, by the power invested to me, I hereby pronounce the two of you husband and wife. You may go ahead and kiss the bride."
Hugh and Sirena embrace each other and kiss, and she even tosses her bouquet of flowers and it gets caught in the winds and lands onto Jordan's head and she holds it and smiles. She then looks to Lincoln who winks to her and this makes her blush.
The whole thing makes the sisters of Sirena angry that she caught it and soon everyone cheers and claps at this moment. Hugh and Sirena are now married and so the celebration begins!
(Later.)
As the party goes on, everyone enjoys what this party has in store and the food looks dang good, a combination of British and Spanish food, with some French as well. (Sirena Dimartino did go to Paris after she finished High School in Mexico.)
The moment came when Hugh was going to remove the wedding band from Sirena, and Jordan had to cover Lincoln's eyes, though Sam and Luna were both entranced by this moment and both blush.
Then Hugh tosses the wedding band and the little thing lands in Luna's hair and this makes her blush and Sam gives her a kiss on the cheek.
Sully whispers. "Lucky." Mazzy nudges Sully in the gut for saying that.
Lincoln and Jordan cheer at this, even though Lincoln had no clue what had happened and why Luna looks red in embarrassment and they head on over to watch as Hugh and Sirena cut the cake.
Lincoln and Jordan walk towards the, but then something, or some folks grab them. They turn around, but only to be struck in the head and then everything turns black.
…
All they can hear is each other's breathing and they're vision if blurry…
…
They reach for each other, but only for their hands to be stomped on…
…
They hear screaming and some shooting, and some yelling and crying…
…
Then they feel immense pain in their body like something had struck them…
…
They hear the voice of Luna crying, and Sam and the others…
…
They hear the sound of a Medivac Dropship coming down…
…
They hear the sound of the heart monitor….
…
Everything turns black and they hear steady beeps…
