Silverpelt:
Silverpelt gritted her teeth as another wave of contractions racked her body. Sunflight stood nearby, looking increasingly worried.
Finally, Hailfur motioned for his new apprentice, Oakpaw, to come with borage, and the final kit popped out. Hailfur bit open the sac and it squirmed and mewled, looking for Silverpelt. She gently prodded it with her tail and guided it towards its two littermates.
She had never felt so much love for the three kits suckling at her belly.
Sunflight:
"Two she-cats and a tom," Hailfur declared proudly.
The other queens in the nursery mewed happily, congratulating Silverpelt. Oakpaw offered her borage, which she accepted gratefully.
"What should we name them?" Sunflight asked, looking proudly down at the three kits.
"Pheasantkit," Silverpelt mewed, licking the top of the oldest she-cat's head.
"Swallowkit," he rumbled, tapping the other she-cat with his tail.
They glanced at the tom, and a silence seemed to fall.
Finally, Silverpelt cleared her throat and looked up at him.
"Moonkit," they said in unison, smiling.
I wonder what she's doing now…
Moonheart:
"Can't catch me, Briarpaw!" laughed Flintpaw merrily as Briarpaw chased him and his sister, Ripplepaw, across the center of the WindClan camp. The other WindClan warriors laughed at the three of them.
"Just like kits," scolded the voice of Doestar, but not unkindly, and Moonheart looked up at the leader, who had joined her outside the medicine cat den.
"You were the same when you were a kit, I'm sure," giggled Moonheart, and Doestar smiled.
The wind rolled across the tall grass in the moor. New life was springing into bloom, and a petal drifted down from the nearby forest to land at Moonheart's feet.
The forest…
She was thrown abruptly into the nursery of ThunderClan. Silverpelt, Sunflight, and three kits were in there with the other queens.
Sunflight. After all these moons, she still couldn't bring herself to fully let go.
She thought of Doestar, but pushed the sweet smile of the WindClan leader back into her thoughts for later inspection.
"Pheasantkit," said Silverpelt, licking the kit with the fiery red fur.
"Swallowkit," rumbled Sunflight proudly, looking at the other she-cat.
There was a silence before they looked at each other and said in unison "Moonkit."
"Moonheart, are you there?" said the voice of Doestar, bringing her back to the present.
She shook her head to clear the barrage of happy thoughts from her head, just for the moment. "Yes, I just had a vision." She smiled happily up at Doestar and told her what she'd seen.
The flowers, the new kits, Doestar… Moonheart felt deliriously happy.
It was wonderful.

A couple comments (Please read! This is the only time I'd like you guys to read this):
• This was my first time writing and posting, instead of what I usually do, which is prewriting the chapters and then posting them all at once. I really didn't like writing and posting - I'm not the most responsible person, and with Corona and Digital Academy, I was simply too busy to focus on this stuff. I also have a book I want to publish, but I wanted to finish this first and haven't even started on my book :( so in conclusion, this really sucked and I will not be doing this again.
• This is definitely not my best work - there were so many inconsistencies and so much that I couldn't explain in the story. I'll be covering them in a sec, but if you find any, please tell me! I appreciate it so much, especially if you have been keeping up with the recent books, something that I have not been doing for several years because frankly, it is impossible. (This is an AU, though; if I reject something, it will be because of 1. inconvenience or 2. it is something that is necessary for the events in the plot to occur.)
Also, here's some things that I wanted to explain in this story but couldn't/got lazy/honestly was baffled at all the lore that I had created (like honestly, Birdie, what have you done?)
• In the chapters which Silverpelt is jealous and Sunflight likes Moonheart, it is the members of the Cave of Stars who are manipulating their thoughts. I meant it to be a little test, and was going to have them mention it, but I forgot...
• After Firestar dies and goes to StarClan, the four original leaders give him four more lives, as he spent his time in the clans valiantly and gave each one of his nine lives for the good of the clans (except for one? I think he did get sick at one point). Firestar uses one life to bring back Spottedleaf, then Sunflight. As of now, he has two lives (one to live in StarClan but one extra one, to give away in future events :)
• Moonheart is a shi bi :))))) although if you do not like the idea of her being more than just friends with Doestar, feel free to just see them as supportive pals :) I know it's a random pairing, but it just seemed right and I can't explain it.
• Pheasantkit, Swallowkit, and Moonkit will appear in a future story :) Pheasantkit is my OC (I have too many of them but she is my representation of myself) which I created a long time ago, but I decided to bring her into this story.
• Crimsonstorm will also appear in a future fanfiction. So much thanks to JustToTalk; Crimsonstorm has grown to be so so sO much more than just a background character, and I could've never had done it without their help. (Speaking of which, if JustToTalk is reading this, is it okay for me to use Crimsonstorm in a future story? I will give all due credit. Thank you :)
• Future story coming! Crimsonstorm, Amberfur (Silverpelt's mom), and Silverpelt's kits will all appear, as well as Moonheart, Silverpelt, and Sunflight.
Final stuffs:
• Favorite characters? Rushwillow, Moonheart, and Doestar.
• When's the new story coming out? During my summer break; I have so much school that I need to focus on and finishing TCoS is going to lift a big weight off my shoulders because I needed all this extra time :)
